The first time I stayed was right when the border opened back in 2022. During that time, many restaurants and services were close or limited. However, 3 years later, everything’s open and services are in full capacity, enjoy this facility this time around. One thing to mine is that their pool is not a heated pool, which means that your own cold days, the pool water is nearly freezing. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel is due to their large double beds, what can accommodate for adults. Also, Grand Lisboa Palace is near by nearby, facility that also has a supermarket and shuttle service in parts of the city. For this reason, I think this is actually quite an attractive hotel to stay at. It’s also very quiet in the area which we liked because we had an infant.
The rooms are big and comfy. The hotel prepared a bd cake for our celebration which we really appreciated. There was a shopping mall connecting to the hotel which we enjoyed the cafes there. However, the location was a bit far from the city centre. The shuttle bus services were limited without connection directly to the HZMB port / Taipa . Overall, we enjoyed the stay in this hotel.
The hotel boasts various Line Friends mascots both indoors and outdoors, perfect for photo opportunities. We stayed in the pink Cony room, which was absolutely adorable and truly a treat for anyone with a soft spot for cute things!
As a bonus, during our stay, spending at the 2nd-floor theme restaurant entitled us to a complimentary dessert, and the quality of the desserts was truly impressive! The room was also well-equipped with various charging ports.
Furthermore, a special thank you goes out to the hotel staff and the security department. A family member accidentally left their personal bag at the hotel. We were at the light rail station at the time, unsure if it was lost on the light rail or at the hotel. While we were worried sick, we received a call from the hotel informing us about the bag. After confirming the details, we returned and retrieved it following their standard procedure. The security guard even reassured us, saying that there's no need to worry if you lose something on the streets of Macau or at a hotel; especially if you report it to the police, it's unlikely to be taken.
Overall average experience, if you like Galaxy ****** then this is a good place for you to stay over. Security tier is below average level, spent RM600 for 1 night 02/05
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the staff were very welcoming, especially the Filipino staff like Sir Miguel and Sir Mark. The view from the hotel is lovely, with a great sight of the lake and Macao Tower, which we truly appreciated. The infinity pool is quite okay, although it’s not very big.
However, there are other hotels that offer better value for the price. Additionally, the hotel has quite a few rules and limited access compared to other accommodations, which made our stay less convenient. The breakfast didn't quite meet our expectations for the price, so we found it better to dine at nearby restaurants—especially since the hotel is located close to many attractions.
One thing we noticed is that they do not offer complimentary cakes for birthday celebrants, although we appreciated the staff who arranged the balloon decoration (sorry, I forgot your name). Overall, this hotel wasn't the perfect fit for us, but we still enjoyed our visit.
YOHO HOTEL STAYCATION
24-26 May2025
Lisa check in
Claro bellboy
This staycation was my gift to my bff from USA 🇺🇸, one of comedian artist from Philippines, Ms. Jacqueline Oda.
And so I am excited to share details about her amazing staycation in Yoho Treasure Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely fantastic.
As soon as we arrived to the hotel, the bellboy named Claro (as usual) greeted us warmly and promptly took care of our luggage. He was so friendly and efficient - it really set the tone for our stay.
The check-in process with Lisa at the front desk was a breeze. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful, answering all of our questions about the hotel's amenities and making sure we had everything we needed.
Our room was spacious and luxurious, with a beautiful view overlooking the beauty of Macau (Hotel Lisboa and Grand Lisboa Hotel)
Overall, our staycation at the Yoho Treasure Hotel was an absolute delight. The combination of the elegant accommodations and exceptional service from the staff (shout out to Claro, Lisa) we won't forget. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Macau.
P. S.
They also prepared suprise to my friend who celebrated her birthday.
A 3D2N getaway. Convenient to Taipa Village. Nice room and bathroom is luxuries and vintage(the batheroom floor tiles are so pretty shell pieces.. Its quiet because half of the hotel is having a reno hence the price is low. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. 👍👍👍
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit.
One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember.
We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right.
The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay.
Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy.
However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further.
Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. Thank you, Mandarin Oriental, for an unforgettable vacation!
Great stay again, overlooking the lake. Had a try of the in house cinnabar this time. Absolutely great!!! Enjoying lovely served white wine, outside, overlooking the small ponds and pool. And great you can smoke cigars there.
The service was very good. They took the initiative to take the guests to the room with their luggage and introduced the room information. The double bed was very large and it was not crowded at all with the children. The scenery was beautiful and the location was very good. However, there was no special seat for guests in the lobby. There was a queue and check-in process. There was no place for the accompanying personnel to sit and rest.
