The hotel boasts fantastic views, well-maintained facilities, and excellent cleanliness. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a wide variety including lobster, and hotel guests get priority seating by the window without queuing. The service was superb! We were upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view room, and they even presented us with thoughtful gifts, wishing my family success. Furthermore, the breakfast restaurant staff were incredibly well-trained, with enthusiastic attitudes and professional, polite communication. Knowing we had to rush off after checkout, the hotel arranged a late checkout and sent a dedicated staff member to our room to help with luggage storage. The service was truly attentive and impeccable. This hotel's zero negative reviews on Ctrip are definitely well-deserved!

Traveling to Macau with my family of three, I booked a Windsor Suite at The Londoner, with an extra bed. I chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location, relatively new building, comprehensive facilities with cultural characteristics, and the fact that the room rate included exclusive club access with Western and Chinese breakfast, English afternoon tea, and a cocktail package – greatly enriching and convenienting our vacation.
The Windsor Suite at The Londoner was incredibly quiet. During our stay, I barely heard any hallway noise or doors opening and closing. The interior design was understated luxury yet elegant, creating a sense of peace. Upon entering, the mini-bar was well-stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. The living room was spacious, and like the bedroom and bathroom, it featured large-screen TVs. The room also had an air purifier and an electric massage chair, along with a king-size bed. The bathroom was equipped with a jetted tub, and it was bright and roomy, with marble countertops and walls adding to the luxurious feel. The suite had a separate walk-in closet and two restrooms, more than sufficient for a family vacation.
All dining took place in the various restaurants within the exclusive club, The Huating, on the third floor. Breakfast was served for six hours until 1 PM, which was very convenient. The breakfast selection was extensive; in addition to self-service items, guests could also order various high-end ingredients and specialty dim sum, offering an excellent culinary experience.
What truly stood out was the hotel's service culture. The butler-style service began even before check-in. Upon entering the hotel, the check-in process was essentially completed without waiting. Our request for a low-floor, non-smoking room was accommodated after a short wait, and our luggage was already placed in the walk-in closet. The restaurant service was also delightful and attentive. Although the team was predominantly young, their way of greeting guests, communicating, identifying guest needs, and responding promptly was of a very high standard, truly reflecting the caliber expected of a grand hotel.
As a small suggestion for improvement, if there's anything I hope the hotel could enhance, it would be to consider a wider variety of toiletries brands. Also, the hot water supply efficiency could be improved. Continuously refining these details would bring it closer to perfection.

This is a top-tier Thai-inspired luxury hotel located within the Galaxy Macau resort. All suites are at least 100 square meters and come with a private 'Yuexinchi' hot tub. The 2800-square-meter Banyan Tree Spa has an excellent reputation. A sky bridge connects guests directly to the shopping district, and hotel guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck. The service is meticulous and the night views are delightful. However, the prices are quite high, the entrance is a bit hidden, and the children's facilities are limited, making it more suitable for couples than for families with young children.

ElaineooHaving stayed at Galaxy, Andaz, Venetian, and Ritz-Carlton, I have to say that Hotel Moxy is the absolute best for traveling with kids. The transportation is incredibly convenient; the shuttle bus terminal is right downstairs, and it connects to the light rail station, making it easy to get anywhere. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that you need an elevator to get in and out of the Lotus Light Rail Station from the hotel, and the existing escalator is very unsafe when you're carrying luggage. The entire hotel staff is super enthusiastic and incredibly nice, always willing to help with anything, even assisting with food deliveries. Their service is so thoughtful, I don't even know how else to praise them! Be sure to try the preserved egg and lean pork congee at Moxy's breakfast; it's not available every day, but it's truly delicious with crispy fried dough sticks.

fishwingI've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up:
1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong]
2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional.
3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting.
4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

爱旅行的诺拉Location: At first, I thought it was a bit inconvenient to get to the Galaxy hotel complex, as I had to take a shuttle bus or walk around the roundabout and cross the road. However, I got used to it later, and it was fine. The Grand Resort Deck at Galaxy is perfect for families with young children, and it's very convenient to take the light rail to the airport. It's also very close to Rua do Cunha and The Parisian/The Londoner – either a short taxi ride (minimum fare) or a 15-20 minute walk. For concerts at the Galaxy Arena, this hotel is incredibly convenient; you can just walk through the internal access with your room key, and the security checks are separate with no queues.
Facilities: The room size isn't huge, and the twin beds are 1.2m, but the bathroom facilities are new and very convenient. The mattress and linen are also very comfortable. The hotel lounge offers free snacks and drinks, and during happy hour, alcoholic beverages are available. The 24-hour gym is large and spacious, and the indoor swimming pool has a comfortable water temperature.
Service: This is definitely the most commendable aspect of this hotel. You hardly see any staff, yet every morning and evening, you feel the hotel's meticulous service. Every day, when I returned after going out, I found a perfectly cleaned room. After dinner, the staff had already arranged turn-down service and a different thoughtful small gift each night. Every piece of equipment in the gym was equipped with clean water and rolled towels. Calling the front desk always resulted in an immediate response, and the operator would accurately address me by my last name. These details, which can't be captured in photos, truly add a lot of value. I will likely return next time.
Oh, and by the way, last night I unexpectedly enjoyed The Parisian's drone show from my room – a delightful surprise!

Anonymous UserI was torn between The Venetian and Conrad, as reviews on social media were mixed, but I ultimately chose Conrad for the view. I'm so glad I did—my stay was fantastic! The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic across the board, from the front desk and elevator attendants to the housekeeping team. You could really feel their dedication to service; any issues were resolved quickly and with great care. My only minor suggestion would be to update the hairdryer in the room, as it felt a bit old. A special thank you to York at the front desk for arranging our room; my child was absolutely thrilled! If I visit again, I'll definitely choose this hotel. The warm service truly made the trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

ZhishitaotaohaohaoheI booked this hotel for a show and our anniversary. The facilities are great, it has everything you need, and the transportation is super convenient. There's a light rail bridge on the second floor that goes directly to the Galaxy Arena. It's incredibly well-connected, making it easy to get to MGM, The Londoner, Galaxy, The Venetian, Grand Lisboa Palace, and Wynn Palace!
**Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was also excellent. Housekeeping was very quick, and I didn't find any dirty spots.
**Environment:** The environment was even more impressive. Even though it was an end room, both sides were glass, so the natural light was superb! The hotel interior was also very quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent.
**Service:** The service was truly exceptional! From check-in to check-out, it was very thoughtful! All requests were met without a hitch. The executive lounge and breakfast were delicious, and plates were cleared quickly. The cocktails in the lounge were also very good! A special shout-out to all the staff at the Grand Club (especially the Korean gentleman whose service was truly outstanding).
I will definitely choose Grand Hyatt again if I have the chance! Convenient transportation and great service – it's perfect for attending shows in every way ❤️ Thank you to all the staff at Grand Hyatt, I had a wonderful stay.

Guest UserThere were quite a few guests checking in that day, but the staff were very patient and handled everything efficiently. The twin-bed terrace room was very comfortable, and the bedding was clean and tidy. The two bottles of drinking water were placed in the bathroom, but I personally think it would be better if they were in the minibar area. There's a self-service vending room on the floor with sodas and beer priced similarly to the small supermarket downstairs. Since it rained during my stay, I mainly relied on taxis for getting around. On the day of check-out, I needed to go to MGM, and the free shuttle bus right outside was very convenient.

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.
