This hotel definitely has a retro vibe, like something from the 90s. You get what you pay for, after all; the opulent Galaxy is right across the street, but it's double the price. It's about a six-stop light rail ride from the airport to Pai Kok station. From there, you enter Galaxy Entertainment, walk through the lobby, cross the road, and you're there. Getting to the East Asian Games Dome is super convenient, just four stops away! The room is fully carpeted, but thankfully there's no weird smell – it's very clean. The bathroom has a tub, but the showerhead is built into the wall, which is a bit awkward. However, the water pressure is excellent, more than making up for that minor flaw. It's a shame the gym hours are only 10 AM to 6 PM, which isn't ideal for early birds. I ended up going for a morning run instead. To my surprise, a quick left turn led me to the Taipa waterfront, where I could enjoy the scenery while breaking a sweat. My biggest complaint is the breakfast; I honestly don't recommend it. There's hardly anything to eat, but maybe my expectations are just too high. You're better off going to Tsui Wah at Galaxy across the street for their breakfast set, which costs 60 MOP. The cleaning staff were excellent; they brought me bottled water several times without any fuss. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money!

This hotel is simply unparalleled, words can't describe how amazing it is. My room was upgraded to a much larger and more comfortable one, and the hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast at the 3rd floor buffet restaurant was a delightful surprise; every dish was fantastic. I hope to have the chance to stay and splurge here again next time!

Staying at The Venetian was a great experience. The room was spacious and comfortable. It's super convenient with everything in one place—dining, accommodation, and shopping. The hotel has a wide variety of food options, and the Grand Canal Shoppes are right downstairs, so you don't have to go far for shopping and eating. It saves a lot of effort when getting around, making it my top choice for Macau! Thanks to Kevin at the front desk for the thoughtful gift, some local Macanese snacks – very heartwarming!

I visit Macau 2-3 times a year, so a price hike during the summer weekend was expected. This time, I chose The Londoner Macao for our family of three, specifically for the 1.4m twin beds, which allowed us to sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. The room's cleanliness and overall environment were good, and the window overlooked the stadium. The front desk staff were all warm and welcoming, contradicting some reviews about poor service. The room was well-equipped with amenities sufficient for daily use, and there was even a self-service vending machine on our floor, which was quite convenient! The best part is that despite The Londoner Macao's slightly off-the-beaten-path location, there's a shopping mall right downstairs, catering to all our daily needs for food, clothing, and entertainment. There's also a 24-hour cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style diner), and registering as a Londoner Macao member gives you an 15% discount. The hotel also provided two discount coupons for Wynn Palace, with free shuttle bus service to Wynn Palace and Grand Lisboa Palace. The coupons included a priority ride on the cable car once, which was perfect for watching the musical fountain show in the evening. There was also a shopping and dining discount card for the mall, which really made up for the location. It's clear that The Londoner Macao's management is very thoughtful and genuinely cares about its guests.👍🏻👍🏻 Previously, staying in the Parisian area meant large shopping centers, but during peak season, it could get uncomfortably crowded. The Londoner Macao, however, is quieter and less crowded, making for a more comfortable and leisurely trip. The hotel is a 7-8 minute walk from the East Asian Games Dome Light Rail Station, and getting to Cunha Street (Taipa Pier Station) is also more affordable than taking a taxi. Personally, I think it's a very cost-effective choice for a family of three or four. Next time, I want to try the L'Occitane room and the LINE FRIENDS themed room, as I believe the weekday prices will be even more attractive. In short: Of course, more expensive hotels will offer a different experience – you get what you pay for. But for our family's habit and experience of visiting Macau for a few days every year, The Londoner Macao is a good value-for-money option. If guests have higher demands, then I'd recommend choosing a more expensive hotel. 😉😉

This hotel in Macau consistently delivers high-quality service and fantastic rooms. I checked, and a night during a moderately busy season, including tax and breakfast, is around 1200 RMB. I feel that's a bit pricey. If it were off-peak, this themed room for about 700 RMB would be perfectly fine. This was my first time staying at a Grand Lisboa series hotel and a themed room, and my child absolutely loved it! The huge balcony and the big doll made for great photo ops. The only minor issue was that breakfast was on the second floor on the other side of the mall. Even though it was included in the room rate, I felt I was paying extra for it. If I skipped breakfast, the room would have been around 1000 RMB. So, that 100+ RMB breakfast didn't feel particularly worth it, even though my child enjoyed the kids' meal. For adults, it wasn't great – there were only four set breakfast options to choose from. In hindsight, I should have just opted for the hotel's regular breakfast. It might be more expensive, but the variety would definitely be much greater. It was my mistake for not checking reviews or understanding the kids' breakfast options beforehand. The location is also a little bit off, but still acceptable. It's about a 25-minute walk to the central area near The Londoner. A taxi takes a slightly longer route, costing 30-35 yuan. So, I could choose to walk and save my feet when it's cool, or take a taxi when it's hot. Overall, I'm still very satisfied.

✅ **Room Amenities:** The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and never felt cramped. The bedding was fluffy and soft, and the building's soundproofing was excellent. Even after long days of sightseeing, I enjoyed a great night's sleep every night. The entire room was equipped with a full set of L'Occitane herbal toiletries, so there was no need to bring my own – a thoughtful detail that really made a difference. ✅ **Location and Facilities:** The hotel is located on the outskirts of the Taipa resort area, not in the bustling city center, but the amenities are more than sufficient. The ground floor of the complex offers a wide variety of dining options, from simple meals to snacks, so you can easily eat without leaving the premises. The T435 bus stop is right outside the hotel, and the MT4 bus is downstairs, providing direct access to the Macau Peninsula. It's very convenient for getting to areas like the Red Market and the Ruins of St. Paul's. ✅ **Accessibility:** In addition to public transport, catching a taxi outside the hotel is also very easy. Trips to popular spots like Wynn Palace, The Londoner, and Cunha Street usually cost around 20-30 MOP, and the journey time is moderate. Whether by taxi or bus, you have a lot of freedom to explore. Considering the room type, environment, toiletries, and travel costs, this hotel avoids the high prices of the core commercial areas and is budget-friendly. For a leisurely trip to Macau, I highly recommend it as a base.

People always compare Macau to Las Vegas, but let me tell you right now: Macau and the hotels on the Cotai ***** are in a league of their own. Having been to Vegas a few dozen times, I’m used to hotels feeling smoky and chaotic. This was the exact opposite. We took the free, direct Parisian shuttle bus straight from the Macau Port, and from the moment we arrived to the time we checked in, everything was incredibly smooth and organized. I can't even imagine what a seamless experience like this would cost in Vegas. To top it off, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to an Eiffel Tower view room absolutely stunning! We were already loving the service. Plus, as a fantastic perk, hotel guests get free access to the Eiffel Tower deck, which was an awesome bonus. The room was immaculate; my wife immediately noticed how spotless the all-Italian marble bathroom was. From the registration hall to the lobby, the fine paintings and decor feel ultra-premium. The main reason I picked this hotel was for the kids' pool and water slides. Vegas isn't exactly built for kids, but The Parisian makes families feel so welcome. The pool area was amazingly fun, and with lifeguards stationed everywhere, it was clear that safety is their number one priority. Another huge perk is that it's connected to the other Sands hotels like The Venetian and The Londoner. You can walk from hotel to hotel without ever stepping outside, giving you access to endless high-end luxury shops and incredible restaurants. On top of that, the hotel offers free shuttle services to all the popular tourist destinations around the city, like Senado Square, making sightseeing incredibly easy and budget-friendly. Given how amazing the experience was, you'd think it would cost an arm and a leg. But visiting in July, it was incredibly affordable roughly the same price as staying at a decent hotel off the ***** in Vegas. We will definitely be coming back!

Staying at the Yingxinghui, I had a 1.5-meter twin room. It was spacious, well-equipped, and the service was excellent – a perfect experience. It was super convenient to take the kids to the water park, and the indoor pool and gym were also great. The hotel is very close to Linhua Light Rail Station, and there are many restaurants on the first floor, making dining very easy.

This was my first stay, and I had a great experience. The room was clean and spacious, with both a bathtub and a standing shower. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. The mini-fridge was also good, and I was very pleased with the sea view from the window. Included with the stay were tickets to the Grand Resort Deck water park, which allowed us to enjoy a full day there. It was incredible value for money; the environment was top-notch, and the facilities were new, even though the park has been open for a while. There are also restaurants within the park where you can grab a bite anytime. There's a convenient store downstairs from the hotel, which was very thoughtful. Check-in was quick, and the staff were polite. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels over the years, and it’s actually quite rare for me to leave a review. The Karl Lagerfeld Macau truly impressed me and made this stay a memorable one. This trip was to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Due to a communication issue, the hotel wasn’t able to prepare the birthday room setup in advance. but the team still arranged a simple birthday decoration before we checked in. During check-in, the staff also took the time to introduce us to the hotel’s unique design concept and layout. The front desk and concierge teams were exceptionally professional, friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay.Everything was well organized by hotel staff . Thank you to the entire team for making this birthday celebration so special. Whenever I come to Macau for a staycation, The Karl Lagerfeld Macau will definitely be my first choice

The hotel boasts fantastic views, well-maintained facilities, and excellent cleanliness. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a wide variety including lobster, and hotel guests get priority seating by the window without queuing. The service was superb! We were upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view room, and they even presented us with thoughtful gifts, wishing my family success. Furthermore, the breakfast restaurant staff were incredibly well-trained, with enthusiastic attitudes and professional, polite communication. Knowing we had to rush off after checkout, the hotel arranged a late checkout and sent a dedicated staff member to our room to help with luggage storage. The service was truly attentive and impeccable. This hotel's zero negative reviews on Ctrip are definitely well-deserved!

My girlfriend and I traveled from Hong Kong to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and our stay at this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! I originally booked via Trip.com, but wanting to arrange a small surprise, I emailed the hotel directly about three days before our arrival. Ms. Jane Chong handled my request, and she went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did she arrange a beautifully warm and lovely room design for the surprise, but she also proactively shared fantastic local recommendations to help us build a memorable itinerary. Her assistance truly made our trip unforgettable. Throughout our stay, I was consistently impressed by the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. For example, finding a glasses cleaning cloth provided in the room is a rare and thoughtful touch that most hotels overlook. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and well-trained; every team member who assisted us always made sure to ask if we had any other needs before finishing their service. I also want to give a massive shoutout to Trista at the front desk. Since it was our first time staying here, she gave us a wonderfully detailed walkthrough of the room services and amenities. Later, when she was helping us view a higher-tier room setup, she showed remarkable consideration. She arrived and waited silently outside our door 10 minutes early, purposely not knocking until the exact time just to ensure she didn't disturb our rest. This level of dedication, discretion, and personalized care is world-class. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience, and I deeply hope management formally recognizes both Jane and Trista for their outstanding hospitality!

The Londoner Macao🏨 This hotel is located in the heart of Cotai, surrounded by famous landmarks like The Venetian and The Parisian. It's within walking distance of several shopping malls, making it a one-stop destination for dining, entertainment, and shopping. 🏰Ambiance & Location: 🍦Immersive British-themed design, from Big Ben to red double-decker buses, makes you feel like you're on the streets of London. 🎡Both the interior and exterior are elegant, and the prime location makes it convenient for guests to explore Macau. 🎉Service Quality: 👍24-hour dedicated butler service proactively communicates needs before check-in, ensuring guests receive personalized service. 👍The staff are attentive and thoughtful, patiently answering questions whether it's for directions, restaurant service, or itinerary inquiries. 🍽️Dining: 🥂The Huating Club offers all-day access privileges, including breakfast, classic English afternoon tea, and cocktail hour. 🥘The food selection is rich and diverse, with high-quality options, allowing guests to enjoy all three meals within the hotel. Breakfast is served until 1 PM, accommodating late risers. Afternoon tea and cocktail hour are also a paradise for food lovers, with a wide variety and excellent taste. 🧹Hygiene: 🧹The hotel facilities and environment are very new, clean, and tidy. Housekeeping standards are exceptionally high, with proactive cleaning two to three times a day, ensuring the room always looks brand new, giving guests peace of mind. During the summer vacation, I took my kids to Macau and after comparing several hotels, I chose The Londoner. The stay was fantastic, the kids loved it, and we extended our stay for another night. Banyan Tree Macau

This is a top-tier Thai-inspired luxury hotel located within the Galaxy Macau resort. All suites are at least 100 square meters and come with a private 'Yuexinchi' hot tub. The 2800-square-meter Banyan Tree Spa has an excellent reputation. A sky bridge connects guests directly to the shopping district, and hotel guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck. The service is meticulous and the night views are delightful. However, the prices are quite high, the entrance is a bit hidden, and the children's facilities are limited, making it more suitable for couples than for families with young children.

I've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up: 1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong] 2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional. 3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting. 4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

This time, I chose the Andaz, part of the Galaxy Macau series, for my birthday trip to Macau. I picked it because it's a new opening and not an old hotel. I remembered passing by before and thinking the air conditioning was very strong and comfortable. I also wanted to visit the Grand Resort Deck at Galaxy, and happily, all guests staying at Galaxy series hotels get free access to the facilities, which is truly great value for money. My flight was delayed, so I arrived quite late. The check-in lobby is on the sixth floor. A few days prior, the hotel had sent an email asking for my estimated arrival time and preferred time for the birthday cake. Ms. Ophelia and Ms. Sophia at the front desk warmly greeted us. They were very sweet and detailed in explaining the check-in process, asked about our needs, offered itinerary suggestions, and even wrote down the facility operating hours for us. They also thoughtfully gave my child a gift of juice and biscuits, fearing they might be hungry, and gave us each a waterproof phone pouch to use while swimming. If you're traveling with children, you can request a kids' tent. Upon entering the room, there really was a kids' tent with pillows and blankets featuring the Galaxy mascot peacock. However, I didn't see the stuffed animals that some netizens shared in their reviews; I'm not sure if they were out of stock. The room felt a bit small compared to other hotels, but the children's amenities were very complete: a bottle warmer, a bathtub, and cute, high-quality cups and toiletries. Every evening, during turndown service, the housekeeping staff left small gifts like eye cream and lip balm, and on the last night, they gave steam eye masks, which was a special touch. There's a one-time mini-bar refill, which is a bit hard to understand for a four-night stay – regardless of the number of nights, it's only once. They provided two pairs of slippers and a gift box from Yeng Kee Bakery. Access to the Galaxy Kids Club and the Marriott Kids' Zone is free for two hours daily. The Grand Resort Deck is also free, but entering from the Marriott or walking there, or taking a shuttle to the 2nd floor of Galaxy, is a bit inconvenient. There are also too few changing rooms and no spin dryers, so it's a hassle to have to put on your swimsuit in the room before going. There's a welcome drink at noon, and from 5:00-7:00 PM, there's an alcoholic afternoon tea, but there are too few seats and too many people, with limited food choices. We opted to pay for breakfast at the Andaz Kitchen one day; you can just queue up to buy and enter. It was quite exquisite and delicious, but the dining tables were a bit small, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff, making table clearing slower. You can order coffee, tea, or juice at the table... Overall, the experience was good.

The best family-friendly hotel in Macau! The front desk staff were very welcoming and even told us about nearby attractions and how long it takes to get to the border gate by car. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Our room had amenities prepared for children, including slippers and mini bathrobes, which was a thoughtful touch. The small tent was adorable, and they even gave us a doll – my kids absolutely loved it (100% approval!). The two adults and two children received complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck: the water park was fantastic and came with life vests. The mini-bar was well-stocked and free. We also had free access to the 'Kids' Fun Zone' at Galaxy Kids, limited to two adults and two children per room: they had many fun craft activities, but you definitely need to book in advance. Plus, there are plenty of delicious food options downstairs!

I booked this hotel for a show and our anniversary. The facilities are great, it has everything you need, and the transportation is super convenient. There's a light rail bridge on the second floor that goes directly to the Galaxy Arena. It's incredibly well-connected, making it easy to get to MGM, The Londoner, Galaxy, The Venetian, Grand Lisboa Palace, and Wynn Palace! **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was also excellent. Housekeeping was very quick, and I didn't find any dirty spots. **Environment:** The environment was even more impressive. Even though it was an end room, both sides were glass, so the natural light was superb! The hotel interior was also very quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent. **Service:** The service was truly exceptional! From check-in to check-out, it was very thoughtful! All requests were met without a hitch. The executive lounge and breakfast were delicious, and plates were cleared quickly. The cocktails in the lounge were also very good! A special shout-out to all the staff at the Grand Club (especially the Korean gentleman whose service was truly outstanding). I will definitely choose Grand Hyatt again if I have the chance! Convenient transportation and great service – it's perfect for attending shows in every way ❤️ Thank you to all the staff at Grand Hyatt, I had a wonderful stay.

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.
