Before I went, I read some reviews saying The Parisian was old and rundown, so my expectations weren't high. However, once I arrived, I was very impressed! The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the room was large and clean. I'm very satisfied. The magician proactively performed tricks for the kids, and he was very patient and amazing – the children absolutely loved it. The water park isn't huge, but it's relaxing and comfortable. Overall, this was a fantastic stay.

Stayed 4 nights here. Simple and clean classic rooms. Beds and bathrooms are ok. Location is directly opposite the Galaxy via covered overhead bridge. Stay here if you prefer a quieter and peaceful place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very simple, able to fill up my stomach. There are two convenience stores beside the hotel. Walking distance to Broadway Food Street. I crossed over the bridge to Galaxy Diamond Lobby, took their free shuttle service to HZMB port to transfer to Hong Kong.

The room itself wasn't particularly stunning, but most hotels in Macau are generally quite good. However, The Venetian's location is still the best. Someone with a low IQ might even struggle to find their room! 😂 When checking in, I had an issue because I lost the small slip of paper for my seven-day stay. You absolutely *must* remember not to lose it, otherwise, you won't be able to check in and will have to go to the police station to retrieve it. Thankfully, the kind gentleman at the front desk used my parents' IDs to check us in, saving me a trip to the police station. However, one piece of luggage was missing when it was delivered. Since the hotel is so huge and check-in wasn't until 3 PM, we didn't have a room number yet. But after we discovered it, the manager and some interns came by multiple times and even brought us gifts. My mom insisted I give them a good review, saying their service was so excellent she felt almost embarrassed.

I visit Macau 2-3 times a year, so a price hike during the summer weekend was expected. This time, I chose The Londoner Macao for our family of three, specifically for the 1.4m twin beds, which allowed us to sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. The room's cleanliness and overall environment were good, and the window overlooked the stadium. The front desk staff were all warm and welcoming, contradicting some reviews about poor service. The room was well-equipped with amenities sufficient for daily use, and there was even a self-service vending machine on our floor, which was quite convenient! The best part is that despite The Londoner Macao's slightly off-the-beaten-path location, there's a shopping mall right downstairs, catering to all our daily needs for food, clothing, and entertainment. There's also a 24-hour cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style diner), and registering as a Londoner Macao member gives you an 15% discount. The hotel also provided two discount coupons for Wynn Palace, with free shuttle bus service to Wynn Palace and Grand Lisboa Palace. The coupons included a priority ride on the cable car once, which was perfect for watching the musical fountain show in the evening. There was also a shopping and dining discount card for the mall, which really made up for the location. It's clear that The Londoner Macao's management is very thoughtful and genuinely cares about its guests.👍🏻👍🏻 Previously, staying in the Parisian area meant large shopping centers, but during peak season, it could get uncomfortably crowded. The Londoner Macao, however, is quieter and less crowded, making for a more comfortable and leisurely trip. The hotel is a 7-8 minute walk from the East Asian Games Dome Light Rail Station, and getting to Cunha Street (Taipa Pier Station) is also more affordable than taking a taxi. Personally, I think it's a very cost-effective choice for a family of three or four. Next time, I want to try the L'Occitane room and the LINE FRIENDS themed room, as I believe the weekday prices will be even more attractive. In short: Of course, more expensive hotels will offer a different experience – you get what you pay for. But for our family's habit and experience of visiting Macau for a few days every year, The Londoner Macao is a good value-for-money option. If guests have higher demands, then I'd recommend choosing a more expensive hotel. 😉😉

The room was clean and bright. However, it's a minor drawback that I couldn't get a higher floor, as I personally prefer them. The cleanliness was high, no dust or grime, but the shower pressure was a bit weak. The breakfast had a wide selection, and food was replenished quickly. However, several guests and I noticed that some tables were wobbly due to uneven legs; they should really be fixed with shims. The pool was excellent, with staff constantly checking and cleaning it. However, there should be a sign at the entrance reminding guests to change into slippers before entering the pool area. I noticed quite a few people walking in with sneakers, which can dirty the area.

Highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel Macao! Our stay with an 8-year-old was absolutely fantastic. The service throughout was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The front desk staff were warm and polite, making check-in efficient and smooth. We needed a children's bed, and after a quick chat with the front desk, it was arranged free of charge. Staff quickly brought it to our room; the small bed's mattress was soft and clean, and it even came with kids' toiletries and slippers – all the little details were perfectly tailored for children. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the room was spacious with impeccable cleanliness. The location is convenient for getting around, with major resort areas within walking distance. The concierge was very helpful, answering all our questions and assisting with planning our itinerary, striking just the right balance with their service – attentive without being intrusive. This is definitely our top choice for family trips with seniors and children; it's considerate and hassle-free. We'll definitely stay at the Four Seasons again next time we're in Macao!

✅ **Room Amenities:** The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and never felt cramped. The bedding was fluffy and soft, and the building's soundproofing was excellent. Even after long days of sightseeing, I enjoyed a great night's sleep every night. The entire room was equipped with a full set of L'Occitane herbal toiletries, so there was no need to bring my own – a thoughtful detail that really made a difference. ✅ **Location and Facilities:** The hotel is located on the outskirts of the Taipa resort area, not in the bustling city center, but the amenities are more than sufficient. The ground floor of the complex offers a wide variety of dining options, from simple meals to snacks, so you can easily eat without leaving the premises. The T435 bus stop is right outside the hotel, and the MT4 bus is downstairs, providing direct access to the Macau Peninsula. It's very convenient for getting to areas like the Red Market and the Ruins of St. Paul's. ✅ **Accessibility:** In addition to public transport, catching a taxi outside the hotel is also very easy. Trips to popular spots like Wynn Palace, The Londoner, and Cunha Street usually cost around 20-30 MOP, and the journey time is moderate. Whether by taxi or bus, you have a lot of freedom to explore. Considering the room type, environment, toiletries, and travel costs, this hotel avoids the high prices of the core commercial areas and is budget-friendly. For a leisurely trip to Macau, I highly recommend it as a base.

The room was very spacious, which I really liked! It was also quite convenient to get to The Venetian and Galaxy on foot. There's a bus stop right outside, which is great for getting around. Taxis were a bit hard to come by; the front desk managed to call one for me once, but the second time there were no cars available, so I had to use Uber myself. There are many convenience stores downstairs, which is very handy. The room Wi-Fi was genuinely terrible, and the signal was bad. A lot of people checked in after 3 PM, and going down in the elevator during busy times also meant a long wait. That's about it; otherwise, for the price, it was decent.

I've always wanted to stay at the Galaxy Macau, but unfortunately, there was a thunderstorm warning on the day we checked in, so we couldn't enjoy the water activities. It was a bit disappointing. However, staying at Galaxy is incredibly convenient; there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. Plus, if you show your Air Macau boarding pass, you can get many discounts and free gifts. It's also super easy to get to the Venetian, Big Ben, and Parisian from here. After a good night's sleep, we could even pop over to Rua do Cunha the next day, which is very close by. What I'll remember most is how incredibly comfortable the beds are at the Galaxy hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Truly five-star service! Since we were traveling with kids, they even gave us complimentary 'Toto' slippers, a 'Toto' tent, and a 'Toto' doll for them. My kids were thrilled and said Galaxy was the most fun! ^_^ Haha. I will definitely stay at Galaxy again next time I visit Macau. What I personally loved most was being able to choose my own pillow. This time, I picked the lavender sleep pillow and even received a free pillow mist. All complimentary, truly excellent value for money.

My stay at Studio City was an excellent experience! The movie-themed atmosphere was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, with soft bedding, and the smart controls were very convenient. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered views of the Cotai nightscape and the iconic Golden Reel Ferris wheel. The hotel amenities are comprehensive; the恒温水上乐园 (temperature-controlled water park) and kids' club are perfect for leisure and entertainment – everything you need in one place. Transportation is convenient with a shuttle service, making getting around hassle-free. The staff were gentle and polite, efficient, and attentive, providing excellent service with great attention to detail. My vacation comfort was maximized, and the value for money was outstanding. It's my top choice for a Macau getaway, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel boasts fantastic views, well-maintained facilities, and excellent cleanliness. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a wide variety including lobster, and hotel guests get priority seating by the window without queuing. The service was superb! We were upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view room, and they even presented us with thoughtful gifts, wishing my family success. Furthermore, the breakfast restaurant staff were incredibly well-trained, with enthusiastic attitudes and professional, polite communication. Knowing we had to rush off after checkout, the hotel arranged a late checkout and sent a dedicated staff member to our room to help with luggage storage. The service was truly attentive and impeccable. This hotel's zero negative reviews on Ctrip are definitely well-deserved!

The Londoner Hotel

9.8/10
Perfect

Traveling to Macau with my family of three, I booked a Windsor Suite at The Londoner, with an extra bed. I chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location, relatively new building, comprehensive facilities with cultural characteristics, and the fact that the room rate included exclusive club access with Western and Chinese breakfast, English afternoon tea, and a cocktail package – greatly enriching and convenienting our vacation. The Windsor Suite at The Londoner was incredibly quiet. During our stay, I barely heard any hallway noise or doors opening and closing. The interior design was understated luxury yet elegant, creating a sense of peace. Upon entering, the mini-bar was well-stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. The living room was spacious, and like the bedroom and bathroom, it featured large-screen TVs. The room also had an air purifier and an electric massage chair, along with a king-size bed. The bathroom was equipped with a jetted tub, and it was bright and roomy, with marble countertops and walls adding to the luxurious feel. The suite had a separate walk-in closet and two restrooms, more than sufficient for a family vacation. All dining took place in the various restaurants within the exclusive club, The Huating, on the third floor. Breakfast was served for six hours until 1 PM, which was very convenient. The breakfast selection was extensive; in addition to self-service items, guests could also order various high-end ingredients and specialty dim sum, offering an excellent culinary experience. What truly stood out was the hotel's service culture. The butler-style service began even before check-in. Upon entering the hotel, the check-in process was essentially completed without waiting. Our request for a low-floor, non-smoking room was accommodated after a short wait, and our luggage was already placed in the walk-in closet. The restaurant service was also delightful and attentive. Although the team was predominantly young, their way of greeting guests, communicating, identifying guest needs, and responding promptly was of a very high standard, truly reflecting the caliber expected of a grand hotel. As a small suggestion for improvement, if there's anything I hope the hotel could enhance, it would be to consider a wider variety of toiletries brands. Also, the hot water supply efficiency could be improved. Continuously refining these details would bring it closer to perfection.

Banyan Tree Macau

This is a top-tier Thai-inspired luxury hotel located within the Galaxy Macau resort. All suites are at least 100 square meters and come with a private 'Yuexinchi' hot tub. The 2800-square-meter Banyan Tree Spa has an excellent reputation. A sky bridge connects guests directly to the shopping district, and hotel guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck. The service is meticulous and the night views are delightful. However, the prices are quite high, the entrance is a bit hidden, and the children's facilities are limited, making it more suitable for couples than for families with young children.

My girlfriend and I traveled from Hong Kong to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and our stay at this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! I originally booked via Trip.com, but wanting to arrange a small surprise, I emailed the hotel directly about three days before our arrival. Ms. Jane Chong handled my request, and she went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did she arrange a beautifully warm and lovely room design for the surprise, but she also proactively shared fantastic local recommendations to help us build a memorable itinerary. Her assistance truly made our trip unforgettable. Throughout our stay, I was consistently impressed by the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. For example, finding a glasses cleaning cloth provided in the room is a rare and thoughtful touch that most hotels overlook. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and well-trained; every team member who assisted us always made sure to ask if we had any other needs before finishing their service. I also want to give a massive shoutout to Trista at the front desk. Since it was our first time staying here, she gave us a wonderfully detailed walkthrough of the room services and amenities. Later, when she was helping us view a higher-tier room setup, she showed remarkable consideration. She arrived and waited silently outside our door 10 minutes early, purposely not knocking until the exact time just to ensure she didn't disturb our rest. This level of dedication, discretion, and personalized care is world-class. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience, and I deeply hope management formally recognizes both Jane and Trista for their outstanding hospitality!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel in early May. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service from the entire staff, especially the manager Yuri, who was happy to help with any questions. We stayed at three different 5-star hotels in Macau, but this one stands out. Clean rooms, excellent cleaning, personalized service – every phone cord is neatly folded, your cosmetics will be neatly laid out, slippers and a robe are provided especially for the child, and soft toys and little tasty treats will make every child happy and their parents loyal. Excellent outdoor wave pool and beach with cocktails. Unfortunately, they don't offer rooms with breakfast, they would surely have been just as perfect, but there are plenty of cafes nearby for every taste, so you definitely won't go hungry. We will definitely return to this hotel again! From Russia with love!

I originally booked a twin room, but later found out it wasn't large enough for a children's tent. I read online that Andaz was quite far from Grand Resort Deck, which seemed inconvenient. However, upon arrival, I realized it was just a few minutes' walk to the JW Marriott for access, which was easy even with two young children. The front desk staff knew it was my child's birthday and even gave us a small cake and changed our room so we could set up the tent, fulfilling my children's wishes. I'm very grateful. The hotel is very clean and new, with smart features, which is excellent.

I stayed in a room with a fantastic view, overlooking the Londoner's Big Ben tower on the left and the Wynn Palace fountain show in the distance on the right. Honestly, I chose this hotel for two reasons: reviews praising their exceptional service and the promise of a teddy bear and a duck soap upon check-in, haha. And true to their word, the service was incredibly friendly. Even when I picked up my luggage after check-out, they didn't just hand it over; they asked about my next destination and guided me on how to get there. Although I only stayed one night, they gave me two golden teddy bears. There was no duck soap, but instead, I found a transparent rubber duck with a golden die inside! Oh, and I had checked out of The Londoner and then moved to Conrad, and apparently, if you leave your luggage at The Londoner during check-out, they will transfer it directly to your room here at Conrad if you just show them the luggage tag.

Stayed for two nights on a business trip and it completely exceeded my expectations. Check-in was very efficient, and check-out was super fast. The room had a large desk with conveniently placed power outlets, and the window-side sofa was perfect for a moment of relaxation. The gym is open 24/7 and the equipment is well-maintained. The hotel generally gives off a vibe of understated quality, and the service is just right, not overly intrusive, making it perfect for business travel. A shout-out to the mini-bar, the capsule coffee was quite good. Plus, I've had dinner at Mezza9 a few times before, and this time they had a lunch buffet – the price was a pleasant surprise. Anyway, it was totally worth it!

Staying at LINE FRIENDS PRESENTS CASA DE AMIGO (葡京人酒店-LINE FRIENDS PRESENTS CASA DE AMIGO) was like stepping into a whimsical dream! This hotel, nestled within the Lisboeta complex in Macau, is an absolute delight for any LINE Friends fan. From the moment I walked in, I was surrounded by adorable Brown, Cony, Sally, and the whole gang—their cheerful faces are everywhere, from the lobby to the hallways and even the elevators. The room itself was a sweet paradise: kitted out with custom LINE Friends decor, themed bedding, and cute little character touches that brought a huge smile to my face every time I walked in. It felt playful, vibrant, and incredibly charming without being childish. The staff were warm and the location is convenient, connected to great shopping and dining. This is not just a place to sleep—it's a delightful, Instagram-worthy experience that made my trip truly unforgettable. Perfect for families, couples, or anyone young at heart!

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.
