The team arranged a special birthday cake to my girlfriend and the special photo shooting from an instant print camera. The room is very new, fresh, and clean. The drinks at the bar are great. The location is good. It is very memorable. Continue the good work!

1. At the time of check-in, I requested a room that was NOT located at the end of the hall, and I got one there! 2. It is very hard to get a taxi, and I needed to ask the concierge to call a taxi each time I needed to go out. 3. The door of the shower closet cannot be closed tightly, leaving a one-cm gap that let water seep out during a shower. 4. The USB charging outlet next to the desk did not work at all. The USB hub on the bedside table was obscure, and I only noticed it when I was about to check out. 5. The electrically operated drapery did not function properly. I needed to pull the curtain slightly before they started to close.

Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. I recently stayed at the Parisian Hotel and found the room to be very comfortable. The view outside was bright and uplifting, adding to the overall experience. The room size was just right, offering ample space to relax. However, one downside was that the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered an impressive variety, available until 1 PM. It featured sushi and lobster claws, making it a truly lavish spread. Overall, I would rate the breakfast a perfect 10 for its richness. Additionally, the swimming pool was open and very pleasant to use. Guests can also enjoy free access to Aquaworld, which was a fantastic bonus. Despite the mattress issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Great value for money in staying here in Sofitel Ponte 16. The location was fantastic, room was very spacious and has a lot of utilities. The hotel lobby and the hotel room was very clean, the staff were friendly especially Jasmine from front desk which helped me a lot in my room upgrade. She didn't even hesitate to help us even for the smallest things. She answered all my questions professionally. Eventhough it is our first time to stay here in Sofitel, our overall experience with my family was really unforgettable. Thank you and keep up the good work. Happy Holidays😊

It was so nice. Very clean and always help if need something. And big, beautiful room. We couldn’t have time in a SPA, because this time was closed. But it was not big problem. And they have complimentary for birthday. They made a free dinner and cake

The Hotel has a good location , we got a jockey club facing room which was excellent. It’s a 5-7 minutes cab ride from Venetian. The room was very good and had all basic room necessities, washroom was excellent with separated sections. The staff was kind enough to give us balcony room upgrade. The breakfast was decent, had fewer options compared to my other stays at similar hotels, but the staff in the restaurant was very good and us being restricted on the kind of meat we can eat, they without even asking offered us alternate options that were quickly made in the kitchen and served.
