"The service was great, and they had WeChat, so Chinese communication was effortless. They also offer airport pick-up or drop-off; you just need to arrange it with the front desk a day or two in advance. They'll pick you up according to your flight time. They can also help call a taxi, though it's best to request it 10-20 minutes ahead of time. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, but the staff were happy to help with luggage. The room was a spacious suite, and it came with slippers and bathrobes. The slippers were quite thick, which made a 'clack-clack' sound when walking on the floor. Toothbrushes, combs, and other toiletries were all provided in the room. The facilities were complete, though it's best to bring an adapter for the power outlets. There were outlets on both sides of the bed. There was a balcony with a pretty nice view of Zhuhai."
