GGuest UserGenuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at Hotel Okura Macau, and my initial impression was how clean and tidy everything was, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. My second impression was how proactive and enthusiastic the staff were. The Okura also has a clear advantage in its location, making getting around extremely convenient.

XXiechengbuzaicidi- The decor is great, with a really comfortable color scheme and style. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for photos! My only complaint is that my room was next to a fan, so I didn't sleep all night! I was so exhausted, my face was swollen in the morning! The housekeeping staff was excellent and polite! There was also a front desk agent next to me during check-in who treated every guest with such care – I really commend him, even though I wasn't directly assisted by him! Thumbs up! 👍 - The restaurant was my happy place. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the caviar waffles – absolutely delicious – and the large shrimp, though I only had two to be polite! The manager and waitstaff were incredibly attentive. My dress got dirty, and someone immediately brought me detergent to clean it – so thoughtful. You absolutely must get the breakfast; it's probably the best in Macau! - You also have to visit the Miao Thai restaurant, it's Michelin-recommended! Don't miss happy hour, the drinks are amazing! The decor is very classic and elegant! Dinner is super trendy, and PS, don't forget to enjoy the dessert trolley! So happy! Get it all! The hotel is huge, I kept getting lost!

GGuest UserAfter check-in, a front desk staff member assigned us a room with a rooftop view of the hotel’s low-rise section (not facing swimming pools or the tower). I later asked if I could change to a room with a better view. Terence (another staff member) at the front desk, was very helpful and polite, and he kindly arranged a room facing the Macau Eiffel Tower. I was truly satisfied with his professional service. This is my first time booking at The Parisian Macao, and thanks to Terence’s assistance, I have a wonderful memory of this journey.

GGuest UserThis time, I brought my child to Macau, mainly to enjoy the water activities. After comparing several water parks, I finally chose Studio City Water Park. Here's my overall experience: 4⭐: Quite satisfied. 1⭐: Deducted for the buffet breakfast and the strange noise in the room at night. Room Type: Celebrity Tower Classic King Room. It was clean and hygienic, but at night, I kept hearing a sound similar to 'cracking glass' while trying to sleep. I'm not sure what caused it. Breakfast: Average. For someone like me who usually prefers stronger flavors, it was a bit too salty overall. The high chair for my baby was also dirty, with dried noodles left by the previous user still on it. Pools: The outdoor pool is free, but the indoor one requires a fee (you can ask the hotel staff for details). Water Park: Divided into outdoor and indoor sections. The outdoor area offers a lazy river and occasional foam, which my child loved and had a great time with. There aren't many attractions for very young children in the indoor section. Ferris Wheel: Since my hotel booking included tickets for the Ferris wheel, I took my child to experience it. There were very few people, so no waiting in line. The ride lasted 15 minutes. The ticket prices for the 'themed' cabins and standard cabins are different. Personally, I think the standard cabin is sufficient, as the main point is to enjoy the view (if money is no object, feel free to choose the themed one). Other: The hotel also has occasional performances and a wide variety of dining options. If you have time, it's worth exploring! 😊

SShiny 831I chose to stay here specifically for the full L'Occitane amenities. The deluxe twin room was incredibly spacious, almost like a small apartment. It's a shame that for two people, we only received one complimentary set of amenities. The room decor had warm tones, making the overall atmosphere very cozy, and the bed was comfortable. One minor flaw I noticed was that the curtains felt a bit coarse and dated. After experiencing the incredibly thoughtful service of five-star hotels, the service here felt noticeably less impressive. There are some complementary shops downstairs in the hotel, which are good for a quick browse and bite. The lack of entertainment facilities might be the hotel's biggest 'feature.' If you're looking for good value for money, this place is definitely a solid choice. It's right next to Grand Lisboa Palace, and you can easily take a car there. I didn't find it inconvenient at all. The area isn't that big. To get to central areas like The Venetian, a taxi ride would just be slightly more than the starting fare.

MMaitangdoujiangjiangdexiaogegeWho on earth is praising this hotel? Because my company covers travel expenses, I used to always pay the difference to stay at places like St. Regis or Banyan Tree. This time, I saw this newly opened hotel for just over 600 a night, not much different from The Parisian, so I thought it wouldn't be too bad and decided to stay for two nights as a stopover. The experience was simply… indescribable. 1) I booked a suite, but when I arrived, I found there was no shower, only a bathtub where I had to squat to wash. I can't understand how a hotel could be designed like this. 🙄 I contacted the front desk, and they told me all suites are designed without a shower. If I wanted to change rooms, I'd have to downgrade without a refund for the price difference. That's pretty ridiculous. It's their design flaw, not clearly stated on the booking page, yet the customer is expected to bear the consequences. 2) The Wi-Fi signal was terrible, couldn't connect anywhere, whether on the balcony or by the pool. 3) The outdoor pool, forget about being heated, it was an ice-cold pool. And during my two-day stay, I never saw the water being changed. 4) The location is very remote. Although there's a shuttle, it only goes one way. I ended up taking taxis back and forth, and even taxis were scarce, requiring a long wait. 5) Ordering coffee by the pool incurred a service charge… St. Regis, Conrad, and Galaxy don't charge service fees, do they? There wasn't even a bottle of water by the pool. This hotel is on my lifetime blacklist.

TTuotuoN+1The environment is fantastic, and the rooms are incredibly spacious! It seems like every room has a sea view, including the black sand beach in the distance. The service attitude is excellent too, with friendly, smiling staff. It's a much better experience than hotels of the same price point in Hong Kong. The transportation is also very convenient. Unfortunately, my trip was a bit rushed this time, so I didn't get to try the outdoor pool. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Macau!

Jjwmisc## Location: Absolutely a fantastic 5-star location! The hotel is directly opposite Sands, and Fisherman's Wharf is right next to Sands. March is the off-peak season in Macau, so there's no direct bus from Hengqin Port to Sands. You need to transfer at The Venetian, but it's still quite convenient. From Sands to the hotel, you have to cross a pedestrian bridge, but there's a 24-hour elevator. Once you exit the elevator, it's not a long walk in either direction, which is very helpful for travelers with luggage. ## Surroundings: To the right of the hotel, there's a small alley that leads directly to Macao Polytechnic University, less than 100 meters away, making it super convenient for students taking exams there. A 5-minute walk to the left will take you to the Lotus Square, and you can also see the Golden Lotus from the pathway behind the hotel. If you head right out of the hotel and walk straight down the main road for 15-20 minutes, you can reach the Grand Lisboa and Macau Tower. There are plenty of dining options nearby, probably due to its proximity to the university, with choices for all budgets. ## Facilities: The hotel reception is on the second floor. The interior facilities are complete, and the bedding and amenities are good. The room also has a refrigerator. The room isn't huge but doesn't feel cramped. ## Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well and felt comfortable. However, the windows are sealed, so upon first entering, there was a slight musty smell due to lack of ventilation. Thankfully, it dissipated after turning on the air conditioning and ventilation system. ## Environment: The hallway soundproofing isn't great; you can hear people walking and talking outside the room. Traffic noise from the street outside also comes through at night. However, this seems to be a common issue with hotels and can't be avoided. ## Service: The front desk staff are busy but very responsible, and they can switch between Mandarin and Cantonese freely for guests. A deposit is required for check-in, and Alipay is accepted.

Ppeggy7758Our room was on a higher floor, so it was pretty quiet with minimal noise. Overall, the room was clean, though the facilities were a bit dated. The main drawback was the air conditioning at night; it was very loud and constantly rattling. Everything else was generally acceptable. When calling a taxi from the front desk, there were often issues with the line being busy. If you urgently need a car, it's best to check if someone is getting out of a taxi at the entrance, or head over to the taxi stand at Galaxy, or use their dedicated ride service. The location isn't right next to Galaxy, but it's still quite close. We were able to walk to Rua da Cunha (Taipa Village) in the evening and back from there without any trouble. The Grand Hyatt Residences are right next door, as is the Inn Hotel Yacht.
