Both its architecture and service are top-notch!
We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm.
The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it.
The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable!
This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far!

FfishwingI've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up:
1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong]
2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional.
3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting.
4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

The aesthetic design is truly unique, the public areas have a wonderful ambiance, and the room's soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a truly restful stay. My kids and I had an unforgettable time during this trip. I'm especially grateful for the help from Cherrain, Yu Yu, and Ophelia. Cherrain handled our check-in, attentively noted our travel pace, and provided personalized touring routes based on our preferences, even offering helpful tips on transportation and how to avoid crowds. Ophelia, upon learning we were celebrating a birthday, arranged a complimentary room decoration and prepared a small cake, which delighted the children. Yu Yu also left a lasting impression. We met her at the lounge during happy hour, and she enthusiastically shared recommendations for authentic local restaurants and niche photo spots frequented by locals, helping us avoid commercialized tourist traps. Their service felt genuine and thoughtful, not like a stiff, conveyor-belt interaction. Countless small, warm moments intertwined to create precious memories. We will definitely be back next time! 🥳🥳💗

The hotel's design is exquisite and grand, with complete facilities, and it's located right above a shopping complex – the location is simply unbeatable. I have to give a special shout-out to Hayley and Michelle who assisted us. Hayley was incredibly attentive and thorough during check-in, and her gentle demeanor and beauty left a strong impression. She proactively shared local tips for exploring. Michelle was attentive throughout our stay, responding to our needs promptly and gently. The genuine and caring service from both staff members truly eased our travel fatigue and gave us a strong sense of belonging, making me feel so good about Macau 🇲🇴.
Overall, everything was impeccable. It's definitely worth returning to and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau!

Xxuyan2jjWe first visited when my son was very young, and he absolutely loved their Q Cube and Water World. Now that my daughter is older, we decided to come back for another stay. Although there was a line at check-in, it moved very quickly, and we were attended to in no time. Zoe was also very efficient with the check-in process and was incredibly nice. Even though our room wasn't ready yet, we just went out for a walk and had a meal, and it was ready by the time we got back. The room with bunk beds is perfect for families with two kids; everyone gets their own space. There were even little gifts in the room, which the kids absolutely adored!

GGuest UserMy stay at The Parisian Macao L'Occitane themed hotel was fantastic! The vintage Portuguese ambiance was captivating, and the public areas were exquisitely designed, perfect for photos at every turn. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The hotel has an integrated shopping street and multiple restaurants, making it very convenient. It's only a few minutes by taxi to The Venetian Macao's Cotai Arena. The staff were polite and efficient during check-in. Its proximity to the Hengqin Port makes it super convenient for returning after a concert. The only minor drawback is that the shops in the mall close quite early. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and it's a great choice for catching a show in Macau. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

PPacolongshaoI booked the Grand Coloane Resort for my parents in Macau, and it completely showed me a different side of Macau, distinct from the bustling Cotai and Macau Peninsula. This area isn't close to busy commercial districts, but it boasts exclusive panoramic views of Hac Sa Beach in Coloane. Our room had an open-air balcony where we could directly enjoy the beach.
The hotel itself features a classic Portuguese resort style, with spacious and grand architecture, lush gardens, and a strong tropical ambiance. While the hotel has been around for a while, the room's cleanliness was just so-so. There was actually a bunch of hair on the bed, making me question the thoroughness of the cleaning and even whether the bedding was changed after the last guest.
The hotel's biggest highlight is its unique location. It's right next to Hac Sa Beach, just a few minutes' walk to the sea. Watching the sea in the morning and enjoying a stroll in the evening breeze were both very pleasant. Compared to the hustle and bustle of downtown Macau, this place is less crowded, quiet, and very private, making it ideal for family trips, relaxation, and a slow-paced vacation.
The hotel's service was pretty good. There's a shuttle bus to the city, and the facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, including garden relaxation areas, leisure trails, and sports fields, suitable for adults to relax and children to play.
Overall, the Grand Coloane Resort is one of the most suitable hotels in Macau for a relaxing getaway. There are no crowds or commercial noise, just the sea, evening breezes, greenery, and a peaceful living environment. If I'm looking for a pure relaxation trip, despite the distance, I would consider staying here again, but only if the room's cleanliness is guaranteed!

Absolutely a fantastic 5-star location! The hotel is directly opposite Sands, and Fisherman's Wharf is right next to Sands. March is the off-peak season in Macau, so there's no direct bus from Hengqin Port to Sands. You need to transfer at The Venetian, but it's still quite convenient. From Sands to the hotel, you have to cross a pedestrian bridge, but there's a 24-hour elevator. Once you exit the elevator, it's not a long walk in either direction, which is very helpful for travelers with luggage.
## Surroundings:
To the right of the hotel, there's a small alley that leads directly to Macao Polytechnic University, less than 100 meters away, making it super convenient for students taking exams there. A 5-minute walk to the left will take you to the Lotus Square, and you can also see the Golden Lotus from the pathway behind the hotel. If you head right out of the hotel and walk straight down the main road for 15-20 minutes, you can reach the Grand Lisboa and Macau Tower. There are plenty of dining options nearby, probably due to its proximity to the university, with choices for all budgets.
## Facilities:
The hotel reception is on the second floor. The interior facilities are complete, and the bedding and amenities are good. The room also has a refrigerator. The room isn't huge but doesn't feel cramped.
## Hygiene:
The room was cleaned very well and felt comfortable. However, the windows are sealed, so upon first entering, there was a slight musty smell due to lack of ventilation. Thankfully, it dissipated after turning on the air conditioning and ventilation system.
## Environment:
The hallway soundproofing isn't great; you can hear people walking and talking outside the room. Traffic noise from the street outside also comes through at night. However, this seems to be a common issue with hotels and can't be avoided.
## Service:
The front desk staff are busy but very responsible, and they can switch between Mandarin and Cantonese freely for guests. A deposit is required for check-in, and Alipay is accepted.

SShixiazhiya⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location is unbeatable, but the breakfast seriously needs improvement.
Staying at the Victoria Hotel Macau this time, the location really couldn't be better. It's right in the city center, making it super convenient to get to the Ruins of St. Paul's and all the major casinos. There's a bus stop right downstairs, so getting around is hassle-free. The room is typically 'Macanese' – not huge, but spotlessly clean and tidy. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is decent, making it perfectly adequate for a layover.
However, I really have to complain about the breakfast; the experience was quite poor. The restaurant seating was very cramped, and when it got busy, it felt chaotic. The food selection was very limited, and the hot dishes basically never changed. The taste was also quite ordinary, even a bit perfunctory, definitely inferior to hotels in the same price range.
Overall, the stay itself was comfortable, but definitely don't have high expectations for breakfast. If your booking doesn't include breakfast, I recommend heading to a nearby tea restaurant instead; the food there will be much better! 🥲

KkevinzcwThis hotel definitely has a retro vibe, like something from the 90s. You get what you pay for, after all; the opulent Galaxy is right across the street, but it's double the price. It's about a six-stop light rail ride from the airport to Pai Kok station. From there, you enter Galaxy Entertainment, walk through the lobby, cross the road, and you're there. Getting to the East Asian Games Dome is super convenient, just four stops away! The room is fully carpeted, but thankfully there's no weird smell – it's very clean. The bathroom has a tub, but the showerhead is built into the wall, which is a bit awkward. However, the water pressure is excellent, more than making up for that minor flaw. It's a shame the gym hours are only 10 AM to 6 PM, which isn't ideal for early birds. I ended up going for a morning run instead. To my surprise, a quick left turn led me to the Taipa waterfront, where I could enjoy the scenery while breaking a sweat. My biggest complaint is the breakfast; I honestly don't recommend it. There's hardly anything to eat, but maybe my expectations are just too high. You're better off going to Tsui Wah at Galaxy across the street for their breakfast set, which costs 60 MOP. The cleaning staff were excellent; they brought me bottled water several times without any fuss. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money!
