xfmhThe room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Angela from the reservations department, who meticulously inquired about our room preferences and travel arrangements before our arrival; her service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, the staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It was an extraordinary experience!

fishwingI've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up:
1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong]
2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional.
3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting.
4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

爱旅行的诺拉Location: At first, I thought it was a bit inconvenient to get to the Galaxy hotel complex, as I had to take a shuttle bus or walk around the roundabout and cross the road. However, I got used to it later, and it was fine. The Grand Resort Deck at Galaxy is perfect for families with young children, and it's very convenient to take the light rail to the airport. It's also very close to Rua do Cunha and The Parisian/The Londoner – either a short taxi ride (minimum fare) or a 15-20 minute walk. For concerts at the Galaxy Arena, this hotel is incredibly convenient; you can just walk through the internal access with your room key, and the security checks are separate with no queues.
Facilities: The room size isn't huge, and the twin beds are 1.2m, but the bathroom facilities are new and very convenient. The mattress and linen are also very comfortable. The hotel lounge offers free snacks and drinks, and during happy hour, alcoholic beverages are available. The 24-hour gym is large and spacious, and the indoor swimming pool has a comfortable water temperature.
Service: This is definitely the most commendable aspect of this hotel. You hardly see any staff, yet every morning and evening, you feel the hotel's meticulous service. Every day, when I returned after going out, I found a perfectly cleaned room. After dinner, the staff had already arranged turn-down service and a different thoughtful small gift each night. Every piece of equipment in the gym was equipped with clean water and rolled towels. Calling the front desk always resulted in an immediate response, and the operator would accurately address me by my last name. These details, which can't be captured in photos, truly add a lot of value. I will likely return next time.
Oh, and by the way, last night I unexpectedly enjoyed The Parisian's drone show from my room – a delightful surprise!

Guest UserOur 3-day, 2-night trip to Macau was made perfect by our stay at the L'Occitane themed hotel. Both adults and children were absolutely delighted! The hotel lobby had a lovely, soothing fragrance, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. And of course, the L'Occitane toiletries were excellent!

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the transportation was convenient, with a shuttle bus regularly picking up guests right outside. The pool was nice and not too crowded, though a bit small. The buffet breakfast didn't offer many Chinese options and was pretty standard; for the price, it wasn't great value for money. Overall, the stay was good, but a minor drawback was that there was no car to pick us up at the border gate. We had to take a shuttle bus from the border gate to Galaxy and then a taxi to the hotel.

DerrickChong0613The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15–20 minutes even with luggage. There’s also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well.
Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house ****** has also ceased operations since November 2025.

The Waldo Hotel Macau boasts a convenient location, close to the Golden Lotus Square and the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, making travel easy. The rooms are spacious and offer good value for money, while the service is decent. Although the facilities are a bit dated and soundproofing isn't great, its prime location makes it a practical choice for guests prioritizing convenience.

Piaoliangdetaiyang633This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely choose it again if I'm ever in the area. It's incredibly convenient. There are several large supermarkets downstairs, and a bus stop right there. The border crossing is only a seven or eight-minute walk away. Plus, it's not expensive.

kevinzcwThis hotel definitely has a retro vibe, like something from the 90s. You get what you pay for, after all; the opulent Galaxy is right across the street, but it's double the price. It's about a six-stop light rail ride from the airport to Pai Kok station. From there, you enter Galaxy Entertainment, walk through the lobby, cross the road, and you're there. Getting to the East Asian Games Dome is super convenient, just four stops away! The room is fully carpeted, but thankfully there's no weird smell – it's very clean. The bathroom has a tub, but the showerhead is built into the wall, which is a bit awkward. However, the water pressure is excellent, more than making up for that minor flaw. It's a shame the gym hours are only 10 AM to 6 PM, which isn't ideal for early birds. I ended up going for a morning run instead. To my surprise, a quick left turn led me to the Taipa waterfront, where I could enjoy the scenery while breaking a sweat. My biggest complaint is the breakfast; I honestly don't recommend it. There's hardly anything to eat, but maybe my expectations are just too high. You're better off going to Tsui Wah at Galaxy across the street for their breakfast set, which costs 60 MOP. The cleaning staff were excellent; they brought me bottled water several times without any fuss. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money!
