Excellent
YYaoyaoduyaodeyaoLocation: It's just one light rail stop from the airport (you can buy tickets at the window using WeChat Pay or Alipay). From the hotel, you can walk through City of Dreams to reach The Londoner, MGM, Wynn Palace, The Venetian, and other key attractions. Ambiance: The room lighting is warm and inviting, it's clean, and the layout is well-designed. It features double sinks, a separate wet and dry area, and even bath salts are provided. Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently proactive, enthusiastic, polite, and efficient. A big thank you to the two ladies who checked me in (their names are in the picture) – they introduced all the room facilities and explained the most convenient routes for getting around nearby. The gentleman at check-out also proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage, where I was going, and which bus to take, which made me, as a first-time visitor, feel very much at ease.

HHudieFrom December 2nd to 4th, I had a leisure vacation and chose to stay at The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites. The service experience was truly excellent. Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM, and by the time I got to the front desk, it was already past that. The front desk staff informed me that the non-smoking area still needed a bit more time as housekeeping wasn't finished yet, and Deluxe King rooms were in high demand. They offered to upgrade me to a suite and first asked if I minded being a bit further from the elevator. I said I didn't, and they immediately processed the upgrade to a suite. I was able to move into the room right away, and I was very happy with it. For my first night, the mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. I was quite hungry and didn't want to go out, so this considerate gesture was perfect. After a two-and-a-half-hour drive and crossing the Hengqin border, I was exhausted and needed to rest, and this really made things convenient for me at that moment. I was very satisfied with the hotel service – that's the first point. Secondly, when I checked out on December 4th at noon, I called for a bellboy to help with some luggage. He arrived even quicker than expected, with a genuine smile. He introduced himself as Koenig and said, 'Ma'am, I'm here to assist you with everything.' He was polite and spoke in a very friendly tone. Such a bellboy leaves an excellent impression; he was truly courteous. It's clear the hotel's training program is very effective. Koenig was absolutely a professionally trained hotel staff member, with every action being perfectly executed. He proactively asked about my stay and if I was satisfied with the hotel, and if everything was convenient. His proactive communication with guests shows how much he cares about their experience, which is an excellent quality. Hotels really need frontline staff like this to get feedback on guests' experiences. This has already given me a good reason to choose The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites again for my next stay. I hope the hotel continues to offer more pleasant surprises to its guests. 💁🖐🌹🌹

DD0282****I stayed in the South Wing, and my window overlooked the back of Studio City. The room was decent and comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing; it filled the tub in minutes, making for a really refreshing shower. There were outlets on both sides of the bed, which was convenient for charging devices. The room also had good Wi-Fi signal. Check-in was on the right as you entered the main lobby, in a very grand, red-themed area. The front desk staff's Mandarin wasn't great; they mixed English and Mandarin, which made it a bit hard to understand. I'd suggest more Mandarin training for them. It was about a ten-minute walk from the hotel's second floor to The Venetian and The Londoner. Express check-out is supported; there's a machine on the first floor of the South Wing right out of the elevator where you can drop your room card. Luggage storage was also very convenient. To catch the shuttle bus, you need to go to B1. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel seemed to be shared with The Venetian; the bus itself was branded for The Parisian, but you wait under The Venetian's awning. It drops off at The Londoner first, then The Parisian. I wanted to go to the Ruins of St. Paul's on Monday, but there was no shuttle service there that day. The Parisian's shopping mall was pretty empty and didn't have many stores.

GGuest UserThe lady who checked me in was lovely and kind, big thumbs up there. The wardrobe in the room was really odd-looking, a bit creepy actually, and it kept making strange noises (no idea what it was!). Luckily, I walked over 27,000 steps that day and was dead tired, so it didn't affect my sleep at all; I slept great. I guess turn-down service isn't standard anymore, you have to call for it now. Other facilities in the room were just average. The breakfast had a good variety, but nothing really tasty, everything was pretty mediocre, and the pork chop bun was particularly bad (in my opinion). Overall, the service was quite good; all the staff I encountered were very nice.

MM416121****The hotel lobby also has Line Friends photo ops, which is a nice touch. The front desk offers daily Wynn Palace skip-the-line tickets, which are very useful! If you book an L'Occitane themed room, you'll get L'Occitane samples. For public transport 🚌, the MT4 bus stop right outside the hotel covers most tourist routes, making it convenient to get to the Old Town, Ruins of St. Paul's, and The Venetian, The Londoner, and The Parisian. If you want a taxi, there's a taxi stand right outside the hotel. There's a shuttle bus 🚗 to Wynn Palace that runs every 10 minutes or so, taking about 10 minutes. It's quite convenient. Connected to the hotel 🏨 is a small entertainment complex with a milk tea shop, Japanese set meals, and Sang Kee Cafe (which partners with the hotel for a buffet breakfast). P6 shows the à la carte beef noodles, and there's a generous amount of beef – it would easily cost 80 RMB in Shanghai 😂. For breakfast, there are three restaurants: Sang Kee Cafe, and then Anqi'er Cafe (P4&5), which has delicious oatmeal and yogurt.

GGuest UserThe location is not really very convenient and it’s not directly connected to most ****** so you’ll have to expect to pay for public transportation mostly. For other hotels, u can usually travel between Macau and Taipa with their shuttle buses for free. For this hotel, the shuttle bus system isn’t very good, the frequency of departure is low and the operating time is limited. The walking route that shows on google maps isn’t quite accurate so be prepared.

GGuest UserThe lobby is spacious, bright, and elegant. The front desk service was excellent; they even helped reserve a room for us. The room was bright and tidy, and the housekeeping was spot on. The floor staff were also very enthusiastic. The lobby's cake was delicious, and the pork chop bun was better than what you'd find elsewhere.

MM878071****Facilities: Fully equipped and very convenient. Hygiene: Very clean, and the bed was huge. Environment: For a city like Macau, the Victoria Hotel offers great value for money considering its price, environment, and service. Highly recommended. Service: The front desk service was attentive; they reminded me about luggage storage, which was very convenient as I could explore all day and pick up my luggage later to cross the border.

Hhgx1972The location is excellent, right by the Outer Harbour waterfront, making it perfect for morning strolls. Macau is quite compact, and the Ruins of St. Paul's are just a short walk away. The hotel has a traditional style, but all its facilities are very well-maintained. It was spotlessly clean. The service was incredibly warm, attentive, patient, and polite. A great bonus was that the front desk staff were fluent in standard Mandarin.

NNari.Pousada Marina Infante is a comfortable and well-located hotel that offers a balanced stay for travelers looking to explore Macau without the overwhelming luxury or crowds of the major ****** resorts. Situated on Taipa Island, the hotel enjoys a strategic position close to both cultural attractions and modern entertainment, making it suitable for leisure travelers, short business stays, and first-time visitors to Macau. One of the hotel’s strongest points is its convenient location. Pousada Marina Infante is within walking distance of Taipa Ferry Terminal, making arrivals from Hong Kong or other nearby regions smooth and stress-free. Popular destinations such as Taipa Village, Cotai ***** *******, and shopping centers are only a short taxi ride away. Despite its accessibility, the hotel is set slightly away from the busiest areas, offering a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere compared to the large integrated resorts. The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged. While the design is somewhat traditional and not particularly modern, it provides a comfortable and functional environment. Many rooms offer pleasant views of the marina or surrounding greenery, which adds to the calm ambiance. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning works efficiently, and basic amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a minibar, and work desks are provided. For travelers who value practicality over luxury, the rooms meet expectations well. Service at Pousada Marina Infante is generally friendly and professional. The front desk staff are helpful, courteous, and willing to assist with directions, transportation arrangements, or local recommendations. English communication is adequate, which is reassuring for international travelers. Housekeeping maintains a consistent standard, ensuring that rooms remain tidy throughout the stay. The hotel also features useful facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool and a small gym. While not extensive, these amenities are sufficient for guests who want to relax or stay active during their trip. The on-site restaurant offers a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, suitable for breakfast or a simple meal, though guests seeking more diverse dining options may prefer nearby local eateries or Cotai’s restaurant scene. Overall, Pousada Marina Infante provides solid value for money in Macau, especially for travelers who prioritize location, comfort, and affordability over extravagant luxury. It is an ideal choice for those planning to explore both Taipa and the main Macau Peninsula, or for visitors who want a peaceful base away from the noise of large *******. While it may not impress with cutting-edge design or high-end facilities, its reliability, convenience, and calm environment make it a dependable and pleasant place to stay.
