MM8171****Normally, I don't go out of my way to write hotel reviews; I usually just leave a rating. However, my stay at the Yiju Hotel was exceptionally good, so much so that I felt compelled to write a detailed review to praise them.
I've probably stayed at hotels in a similar price range as Yiju about ten times, and this one truly stands out as the best and most memorable experience.
First and foremost, the service attitude and attention to detail were outstanding. From the moment my taxi pulled up to the hotel entrance until I checked out and collected my luggage, every single staff member I encountered was warm, comforting, and provided thoughtful, emotionally enriching service. This included, but was not limited to, helping with luggage, seeing us off, offering welcome tea, meticulously explaining room details, and even tidying up charging cables during turndown service.
Secondly, the breakfast (the restaurant service was excellent too). Each day featured unique breakfast dishes, and we even got to enjoy rare delicacies like abalone and fish maw stew, which you might not even find in a formal dinner. The overall quality was superb, almost comparable to a Michelin-starred fine dining experience.
Lastly, the room itself was spacious, had a great view, and the facilities were clean, beautiful, and full of thoughtful details. Plus, there was a complimentary mini-bar.
Many thanks to Yvonne, Patrick, Jacey, Kurt, Kiven, and all the other colleagues whose names I haven't yet remembered, for their enthusiastic service. I hope to visit again soon!

HHing keungIt has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.
I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

The hotel's room service was exceptionally thoughtful; they delivered small gifts every evening and even a box of macarons. The mini-bar soft drinks and snacks were replenished daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. I especially appreciated the hotel's pillow selection, allowing guests to choose based on their preferences – they even offered latex pillows for those who prefer a firmer feel, which was a very considerate touch. The hotel is conveniently located within the Studio City Mall, offering one-stop shopping and entertainment. The only minor drawback is that since the hotel is newly built, there's still a slight lingering scent in the room. I'd suggest adding air purifiers to the rooms.

💚 Room Experience: The layout was well-designed and the flow made perfect sense. The soft furnishings and bedding were clean, comfortable, and relatively new. The first round of the mini-bar was complimentary, including drinks, snacks, a Wing Kee Bakery gift box, and special souvenirs (like stylish slippers and eye cream). The kids' amenity kit was complete, even including a toothbrush cup (super cute). The staff set up a small tent in our room; even though the deluxe room wasn't huge, setting up the tent didn't hinder movement.
🤎 Service and Details: The service was professional and meticulous. A special shout-out to the front desk staff for being warm and efficient. They even prepared a cake for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries.
💙 Special Facilities and Benefits: The gym and indoor pool facilities were new and offered a great experience. The hotel also provided complimentary tickets to the 'Grand Resort Deck' water park and 'Kids Zone'. The lobby features a 'Andaz Lounge' area with complimentary refreshments, and in the evening, there's a happy hour with snacks and drinks.

AAkira83Huge thanks to the handsome gentleman at the lobby for giving us a room on the 35th floor! The soundproofing was excellent, and the view was fantastic. We chose Altira Macau because of its large bathtub. We brought our own bath bombs, and it was so relaxing to soak in the tub after a long day of sightseeing. The service staff on our floor, room attendant 26289 from Guangxi, was exceptional – incredibly friendly! He replenished our complimentary fruit every day and even gave us a small souvenir. The mini-bar drinks were also free. I've sent friends to stay at Altira Macau a few times before when I lived in Macau, so I'm quite familiar with it. Even after more than ten years, the rooms are still well-maintained and feel relatively new. The layout is great, and the rooms are spacious. We'll definitely choose Altira Macau again when we return next year! There's a mall downstairs and many delicious restaurants nearby. We stayed for four days and ate something different every day, and every place was great. There's also a popular网红 (internet-famous) dessert shop with long queues daily. We could take the car to Studio City and City of Dreams. We watched the House of Dancing Water show – it was spectacular! We also watched two movies at the Studio City Cinemas and bought several Labubu toys that aren't available on the mainland. After four days, we checked out and moved to the old town, but my family was still reluctant to leave. They said they preferred Taipa, with its lower population density and wide roads. Alright, we'll be back next year! 😁

Perhaps it's because Karl Lagerfeld designed the hotel, but it felt a bit *too* fashionable, leading to some rather perplexing design choices – for example, the coffee machine was tucked away inside the TV cabinet.

The check-in attendant, REX, was amazing; he quietly upgraded me to an Eiffel Tower view room and, knowing I'm a Sands Life member, extended my late check-out to 2 PM. I didn't think I'd need that service, but it turned out to be a lifesaver because the kids took so long getting ready with their elaborate makeup just to see RIIZA. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping service was excellent. I asked for a latex pillow, and they brought me a neck support pillow instead, which was a very nice touch! The three interconnected hotels are fantastic for exploring. The POP MART themed exhibition was also great, I just forgot to take photos.

FFCH666888Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite new, and the room size is decent. However, the mattress and pillows are too soft, making for an uncomfortable sleep. Many hotels in Macau require check-out before 11 AM the next day, which I'm not a fan of.
Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy.
Environment: You can take the shuttle bus to Sands Macao. After getting off, it's just a short walk to Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau.
Service: The front desk staff and servers were very warm and generous!

TTokyo girlThe staffs especially the Filipinos ( Mark Spencer ) and the lady in braces were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room is huge and the corridors smells nice. But I don’t like the smell of our room because I don’t smoke. The bed was comfortable. Few meters away, you can take a bus to Macau Immigration when going to HK. Also, walking distance to bus stations ,Grand Lisbon and Senado Square. Excellent location!

CChensirThis hotel is incredibly convenient for traveling from Hong Kong to Macau. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. The security guards were also very helpful, assisting with luggage and opening car doors, which made things so much easier for us. I had a wonderful stay this time – it’s my second visit, and I’ll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get around. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly quick, which was great when traveling with kids and on a tight schedule. The room was very clean, spacious, and bright, with all the amenities you could need. The hotel environment is also lovely, quiet, and spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and it was easy to get to the restaurant from our room. Not only did we enjoy a comfortable stay, but the staff were also so enthusiastic, and the restaurant service staff were very polite. My child accidentally broke a spoon during a meal, and a kind waitress immediately replaced it, even warning us to be careful not to cut ourselves – I felt so bad! Another waiter promptly cleared empty plates during the meal. The attention to detail was exceptional, truly commendable! Thumbs up, it's absolutely great value for money!
