KKelvin Leung HWMy wife and I chose Nuwa in Macau to celebrate our anniversary, and the hotel's arrangements were an incredible and pleasant surprise. A special thank you for the thoughtful flowers and red wine, which added a wonderful sense of occasion to our anniversary celebration. The in-room details at Nuwa are absolutely top-notch: **Premium Hardware:** The quality of the toiletries and slippers is excellent, and the mini-bar is fully stocked with drinks and a coffee machine. **Thoughtful Design:** The room features a direct HDMI input, which was incredibly smooth and convenient for me, as I enjoy casting media and watching sports. Regarding service, I particularly want to commend Tiffany at the front desk, the staff member who assisted with our luggage (Mr. Yu, if I recall correctly), and the staff member who helped us open our red wine. Their service during our stay was professional yet incredibly friendly, always prioritizing the guest experience and making us feel right at home. Having stayed at dozens of hotels in Macau over the years, Nuwa definitely ranks in my top three. Both the physical amenities and the soft services are of the highest standard. Highly recommended!

CChunshenyiqingStudio City is consistently excellent, and the service is truly outstanding. The staff are friendly, respond quickly, actively inquire about our needs, and enthusiastically provide information about local attractions, activities, and bus routes. When they heard I had a slight cold, they promptly sent a pot of hot water to my room. In-room dining was also very pleasant; the congee arrived piping hot and tasted delicious. The room was clean and tidy, with a turndown service. Complimentary fruits, snacks, and drinks were replenished quickly. That's why Studio City is always my top choice whenever I visit Macau. 🥰 Just a little heads-up for those who enjoy visiting the casino: I recommend booking at The Celebrity Tower (巨星汇) as it's more convenient, being right downstairs. The Star Tower (映星汇), apart from its proximity to the DONKI supermarket, is a bit far from everything else, especially the casino, which requires a bit of a walk. Calling a taxi or taking a bus isn't very convenient either, as you still have to walk to The Celebrity Tower's entrance. That walk can be quite long, though it's very close to the 'Get Rich' 💰💰🧧🧧🧧 bus stop. Personally, I find the main entrance of The Star Tower a bit too quiet and secluded. 🧐 Other than that, everything else is genuinely great. I'm planning to celebrate our anniversary here next time! 🥰🥰🥰

XxfmhThe room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Angela from the reservations department, who meticulously inquired about our room preferences and travel arrangements before our arrival; her service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, the staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It was an extraordinary experience!

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! The hotel environment is comfortable and very clean. The staff are well-trained, warm, and attentive. A special shout-out to Tel at the front desk who helped me with my luggage to my room. Knowing I like to drink tea and Coke, they immediately had a staff member bring me drinking water and Coke. A five-star hotel with first-class service!

GGuest UserThe Londoner Macao is excellent in every aspect – facilities, location, and service. It's also very convenient to get around, offering fantastic value for money. My only complaints are that the pillows aren't comfortable and the shower enclosure isn't sealed well enough, so water leaks out, leaving the floor quite wet after showering. These two issues are consistent every time.

GGuest UserChoosing The St. Regis Macao for our important anniversary celebration was absolutely the right decision, filled with surprises and warmth every step of the way. We're incredibly grateful! 💕 From the moment we arrived, our dedicated butler greeted us warmly, taking our luggage and offering hot tea. This meticulous service immediately left a great impression. We had mentioned our anniversary beforehand, and the hotel thoughtfully remembered every expectation – upon check-in, our room was already exquisitely decorated with warm touches, a handwritten card, chilled red wine, and a beautiful anniversary cake, all accompanied by a fresh and plump fruit platter. The sense of occasion was perfect, with every detail showing immense care. Our room was spacious and elegant, featuring a marble bathroom and high-quality bedding, ensuring ultimate comfort. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning view of Cotai's dazzling nightscape, with the Parisian Eiffel Tower lights perfectly framed, creating just the right romantic ambiance. The 24-hour butler service was always on call, and the turndown service thoughtfully included a sleep-aid spray and dessert, providing a meticulous and reassuring touch. The hotel's location is superb, offering direct access to shopping complexes like The Venetian and The Londoner, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The daily evening champagne sabering ritual was a unique St. Regis experience, adding a special touch to our anniversary. We sincerely thank all the staff at The St. Regis Macao for their dedication and enthusiasm, which made our anniversary exceptionally memorable and full of warmth. This is not just a luxurious residence, but also a place that holds cherished memories. We will definitely return in the future and will not hesitate to recommend it to all our friends. ❤️

GGuest UserMainly, it offers excellent value for money. 1. Great location. 2. Good service, right from the entrance. The staff are generally enthusiastic and provide excellent emotional value. The service process and all aspects are well worth the price, and the front desk operates efficiently. 3. During my stay, I went to the Churchill restaurant and ordered room service for breakfast. However, shortly after eating breakfast, I threw everything up. I'm not sure why. 4. The slippers have good anti-slip properties, but the soles are too thin, making them uncomfortable to wear. 5. Being an older hotel, there are few bedside outlets. They should learn from other older hotels on how to renovate this. 6. The bedside tables are small with limited space, so they shouldn't put so many traditional items there just for the sake of it. Guests can't use them. Give the space back to the guests so they can put their own things there.

Ffly_me_to_the_moonBig shout-out to Mandarin Oriental Macau! This was my third trip to Macau, and this time I stayed in the old town. The Mandarin Oriental immediately caught my eye. Transportation is super convenient. From the airport, we took the MGM Macau shuttle, and since the two hotels are connected, it was an easy walk to the hotel after getting off. When we went to Hong Kong, we had a private car pick us up from the Mandarin Oriental and take us directly to our Hong Kong hotel. If you're going to the airport, I'd also recommend booking a private car, as the MGM airport shuttle always has long queues. The location is excellent, very quiet, and surrounded by plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The hotel service was fantastic. During check-in, they specifically gave me a room with an amazing view, where I could see the Macau Tower from every angle. The bathroom faced directly towards the Grand Lisboa, so you could take stunning photos right from your room without even leaving the hotel. Regarding the room: The room was huge! Compared to the cramped spaces in Hong Kong, Macau's rooms are so big you could play hide-and-seek. The children's toiletries weren't provided promptly; we only received the bathrobes and disposable slippers on our last day at checkout. The slippers were adorable little bear shapes, very cute, and you could take them with you – good quality too. Regarding breakfast: The variety was extensive. I recommend going early; after 9 AM, it gets very crowded, and they'll arrange for you to dine in the lounge, which makes it less convenient to get your food. Regarding family activities: I suggest bringing swimsuits; Macau is still quite warm in February, so you can enjoy the infinity pool. The SPA's soap-making workshop was also very interesting. Preschoolers can easily complete it, the process was very enjoyable, and the finished product was quite therapeutic. While there are countless hotels in Macau and it's unlikely I'll stay here again as I want to try new experiences, the beautiful memories the Mandarin Oriental gave us will always remain in my heart.

GGuest UserTraveling with my daughter, her classmate, and her mom (a party of four), we came from Hong Kong to the Parisian Macao. The hotel package included two round-trip First Class Cotai Water Jet tickets, which made the price incredibly good value for money. The hotel's decor is grand and luxurious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Indoor walkways connect to The Londoner and The Venetian, making shopping and entertainment super convenient. You can even enjoy a light show at night. All the staff were patient and polite, especially YOYO at the front desk, who was exceptionally thoughtful. She meticulously explained the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and transportation options. Her service was attentive and thorough. We were extremely satisfied with this stay!

LLoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.
