5-Star Hotels in Macau

I chose this hotel because of Zaha's design, and I was truly amazed by the futuristic setting. All the furniture and amenities in the room were very high-quality, and the perfume, hand cream, and toiletries had a fresh and pleasant scent. Interestingly, there was a picture book in the room that detailed the architectural design and construction process. When ordering room service, a dining table is brought in, and the service is excellent and responsive. The breakfast environment and taste are also fantastic – highly recommended. The only minor downside was that the bathtub wasn't clean; it felt gritty to the touch. Overall, I really loved this hotel and it's definitely worth staying at when in Macau. If I have the chance (and money) in the future, I'll come again and also try the Michelin-starred restaurant on the third floor.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel in early May. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service from the entire staff, especially the manager Yuri, who was happy to help with any questions. We stayed at three different 5-star hotels in Macau, but this one stands out. Clean rooms, excellent cleaning, personalized service – every phone cord is neatly folded, your cosmetics will be neatly laid out, slippers and a robe are provided especially for the child, and soft toys and little tasty treats will make every child happy and their parents loyal. Excellent outdoor wave pool and beach with cocktails. Unfortunately, they don't offer rooms with breakfast, they would surely have been just as perfect, but there are plenty of cafes nearby for every taste, so you definitely won't go hungry. We will definitely return to this hotel again! From Russia with love!

This hotel is located along the coast, making it very convenient to get to the peninsula. The hotel lobby on the 38th floor offers fantastic panoramic views. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped, including a large bathtub. The only downside was that disposable bathtub liners weren't provided, so I didn't use it. The front desk staff were very professional and had excellent service attitudes. There was also a turndown service, and an entertainment complex downstairs. It's a shame that the famous pool was closed. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. City of Dreams resort free shuttle bus service: Very convenient.

Before our departure, we emailed Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao, and they responded promptly. Check-in was very quick, and they did their best to accommodate our requests. What touched us the most was that this morning, we accidentally pinched our child's finger while bathing them. The customer service department responded quickly, and within five minutes, a medical team butler was in our room to attend to our child's injured finger. They also granted us a late check-out and drove our entire family, including the elderly and children, to the Hengqin Port. Thank you, Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao! The whole place is beautiful and kept in perfect condition—everything was spotlessly clean, from the lobby to our room. The bedding was awesome, and it had such a peaceful vibe that really helped us unwind and recharge.Your staff are seriously great! Plus, having the shuttle bus right there made getting around Galaxy Macau super easy and convenient.Honestly, no complaints at all—great value and just a really fun, enjoyable stay. Thanks again for everything, and we can’t wait to visit you guys again!

This was my first stay at The Parisian Macao, and it was a fantastic experience! I was truly amazed by the environment inside. Check-in was handled by a lovely lady named Emily. She was very kind and patiently explained everything we needed to know and helped with the arrangements. Her service was excellent! The hotel was very clean, and I absolutely loved the scent of the shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap! The only regret this time was that I forgot to request a room with a tower view, so our room faced the back. But it didn't affect our stay. I'll definitely be back!

After check-in, a staff member named Chris personally escorted us to our room and meticulously introduced us to all the facilities. During our conversation, he gently mentioned the brand's proud signature butler service – a reassuring feeling of being on-call yet never intrusive. Although we only stayed for one night and were in a hurry, we couldn't fully experience the charm of the butler service. However, this meticulous hospitality was enough to give us a glimpse into St. Regis's ultimate pursuit of professionalism and craftsmanship. What was particularly captivating was the extended breakfast period, stretching from 7 AM until 1 PM. This thoughtful gesture is undoubtedly a romantic gift for late risers. There's no need to rush; you can leisurely enjoy it as a lavish brunch in a quiet, elegant, and peaceful environment, accompanied by the morning light and grace, starting the new day with sophistication.

Initially, I was supposed to go with a friend, but due to feeling unwell, I let my friend go alone. I then tried to change the guest name on the booking, but encountered a lot of difficulties. Trip.com was unwilling to change my friend's name. I called the hotel, and they said they needed confirmation from the third-party platform. So, I called Trip.com again. After two or three days of processing and phone communication, they finally allowed me to make the change. It was quite inconvenient... However, the hotel's package reception service was pretty good; they could deliver directly to the room.

The service was excellent, especially Alion Hou, the handsome young man at the front desk who checked us in. He patiently suggested touring routes, must-see attractions, time-saving and cost-effective transportation options based on our itinerary, and other important tips. He even thoughtfully jotted them down on a card for us – very convenient and practical to have on hand. Finally, he gave us a brochure about Macao's culture and history. This hotel is not only great for young people seeking entertainment but also perfect for family vacations with kids and seniors. The Grand Canal Shoppes on the third floor feel like a real scene, with shops lining the winding banks. It loses its commercial feel, allowing for a relaxed and leisurely experience.

The hotel is nestled by mountains and the sea, offering stunning views 👍. Getting to Macau from Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge is very convenient. Sitting on the 'Golden Bus' (shuttle bus) and admiring the spectacular bridge and endless ocean is truly a delight. On this trip across the sea, I was lucky enough to spot some dolphins. These sea sprites were incredibly cute, but unfortunately, my hands weren't fast enough to capture them flipping around, so I missed the chance to photograph them. All I can do is wish these sprites a long and happy life 🙏.
