Hotel CINCO OCEANOS is located next to the city center of Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro (on the side of Kee Kwan Coach Station), with direct access to Wanchai Port and border gates, providing fast and convenient transportation for people who frequent the mainland and Macau. In the vicinity of the hotel, there is also some scenic area nearby such as Ruins of St. Paul's, A-Ma Temple and characteristic shops, souvenir street, etc., so that you can buy special souvenirs easily. The hotel's unique architecture, clean and comfortable rooms, is an ideal choice for guests traveling and business.

"The hotel is reasonably priced compared to other hotels around. The staffs are kind and friendly. The location is perfect as it is near to MT4 shuttle bus station. By this bus, we could access to Tiapa and Zhuhai train station. Despite this, the facilities of the hotel are limited."

The room was much smaller than the Deluxe King Room, which was similarly priced. I'd definitely recommend the Deluxe Room over this one. The hotel's cleanliness and soundproofing were great, but the air conditioning was too strong and the fan was really noisy, making it hard to fall asleep. My call to service went unanswered. The location is excellent though, highly recommended for its proximity to Senado Square and the Ruins of St. Paul's. My kids absolutely loved the hotel's style, and breakfast was fantastic too.

Location: At first, I thought it was a bit inconvenient to get to the Galaxy hotel complex, as I had to take a shuttle bus or walk around the roundabout and cross the road. However, I got used to it later, and it was fine. The Grand Resort Deck at Galaxy is perfect for families with young children, and it's very convenient to take the light rail to the airport. It's also very close to Rua do Cunha and The Parisian/The Londoner – either a short taxi ride (minimum fare) or a 15-20 minute walk. For concerts at the Galaxy Arena, this hotel is incredibly convenient; you can just walk through the internal access with your room key, and the security checks are separate with no queues. Facilities: The room size isn't huge, and the twin beds are 1.2m, but the bathroom facilities are new and very convenient. The mattress and linen are also very comfortable. The hotel lounge offers free snacks and drinks, and during happy hour, alcoholic beverages are available. The 24-hour gym is large and spacious, and the indoor swimming pool has a comfortable water temperature. Service: This is definitely the most commendable aspect of this hotel. You hardly see any staff, yet every morning and evening, you feel the hotel's meticulous service. Every day, when I returned after going out, I found a perfectly cleaned room. After dinner, the staff had already arranged turn-down service and a different thoughtful small gift each night. Every piece of equipment in the gym was equipped with clean water and rolled towels. Calling the front desk always resulted in an immediate response, and the operator would accurately address me by my last name. These details, which can't be captured in photos, truly add a lot of value. I will likely return next time. Oh, and by the way, last night I unexpectedly enjoyed The Parisian's drone show from my room – a delightful surprise!

The room was clean and tidy. Although a bit small, it had all the necessary facilities. Even though it's a new hotel, there was no strong renovation smell. The soundproofing was also decent. It's quite close to the City Hall and Our Lady of the Rosary Church. The front desk staff were very friendly and communicating in Mandarin was no problem. They even gave a small gift upon check-out. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

To sum it up, this is a hotel with incredible value for money in Macau. Complimentary one-way private car transfer service (choose either pick-up or drop-off): The hotel offers a free transfer service, and we were picked up directly from the airport to the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. When we were leaving, we couldn't find a taxi, and the staff very kindly helped us call one, which was fantastic. Facilities: The hotel amenities include a Dyson hairdryer, Acqua di Parma toiletries, etc., on par with what you'd find at Morpheus. It exceeded my expectations and I was very satisfied. Cleanliness: The hotel is generally very clean. The hallways, rooms, and even the balcony all looked quite clean. Since it's near the sea and on a lower floor, the bed felt a bit damp, but it was an acceptable level of dampness. Ambiance: I came specifically for the castle-like architectural features. Upon entering, there's a mountain spring by the steps. Our sea-view room directly faced the ocean and the towering buildings across from it. Both the daytime and nighttime views are remarkable, and if you don't feel like going out, just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sea view is quite chill. Service: The staff were very warm and attentive. It was my first time using the hotel's pick-up service, so I wasn't entirely familiar with it, but everything was handled perfectly.

The environment is incredibly quiet and beautiful, nestled on Bishop Hill with direct views of the Macau Tower. The service was excellent, especially the shuttle bus service which made getting around very convenient. The hotel staff were also very friendly and even upgraded our room for free. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless during our extended stay. The hotel's breakfast buffet was wonderful and very satisfying. Cleanliness met five-star hotel standards. We've stayed here more than once, and overall it always feels very comfortable, like returning home each time.

The hotel is located on a slope, so getting up and down is very steep and would be quite difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The bus stop is close to the hotel, but again, the climb is challenging. The room was spacious, and I was pleased to find an iron and ironing board. The hotel has a cozy, Portuguese style. There's a small pool, which the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was modest, with coffee in a thermos, but you won't go hungry. We walked to the sea to swim but decided against going in. The water was very murky, and there were dead fish floating around. Only a couple of Chinese tourists were on the beach. Housekeeping was very poor; all the towels and bedding should be replaced. Everything was old and worn out, and the duvet covers were synthetic. There was mold in the bathroom. And the icing on the cake – a huge, 5cm cockroach ran in and scared the children.
