"I'm very satisfied with my stay in the room. The transportation here is super convenient. I've stayed here many times and always had a great experience because the staff are very friendly and the front desk ladies are very polite. The environment here is also excellent, with a subway station right downstairs, making it very easy to get around. I often choose this hotel for my travels, and I really love it."

Excellent
GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic! **Amenities:** The retro style is amazing, and the light switches are a unique touch – very Instagrammable! You can totally have a photoshoot in the room, haha. **Cleanliness:** Spotless! The cleaning staff were very thorough and friendly. **Environment:** Superb! The decor is wonderful, and the location is excellent – very lively. The hotel is right behind the Ruins of St. Paul's, which is bustling with people and food stalls. It's even more lively and has better food than Rua do Cunha! **Service:** I can't praise it enough! Both front desk staff members I encountered were incredibly professional and enthusiastic. There's even a staff member on the ground floor who opens the door and directs you to the 4th-floor lobby for check-in (it's a bit unconventional). On the 4th floor, another staff member helps you with the elevator. The check-in process was so convenient and welcoming. **Breakfast:** The service and ambiance were great, but the food itself was just okay, nothing particularly mind-blowing. On a side note, I followed the hotel's recommendations in their little booklet and tried a noodle shop nearby – it was SO good! Small place, but authentically delicious (at least, I really loved it! 😋)

YYirenxuanxuanI don't quite understand what kind of procedure takes so long for check-in, but thankfully, the front desk staff were very friendly. Otherwise, many guests would likely get quite frustrated. The hotel rooms are a bit small, but the decor is very comfortable. The design of the other public spaces, including the restaurant, is absolutely stunning. The breakfast selection is rich, and the freshly made Shanghai pan-fried buns are truly excellent. My only dissatisfaction was with the texture of the sesame balls; they weren't up to par. The main purpose of this stay was to attend a concert at the Galaxy Arena. The exclusive fast pass for hotel guests was incredibly convenient. It only took a 2-minute walk from the hotel to directly reach Gate D, and I was in my inner-circle seat within just 5 minutes. It would be a real shame not to stay here when coming for a concert.

GGuest UserThis is my second stay at the hotel. The hotel has nice Portuguese style architecture and a really relaxing atmosphere in the entrance hall. There is a nice view. I previously enjoyed my stay enough, in particular due to the exquisite bathtub, to return a second time. Little did I know that only one room has that beautiful bath tub and I was just extremely lucky on my first stay. My room this time was fine, but it just wasn’t as nice as my first stay. There was mold in the bathtub in a few places showing that the cleanliness is just standard, but not up to par for a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Macau is hot so it’seasy to have mold. Thorough cleaning is really important. In addition, because it is an older building, there are some little spiders and other little bugs in the rooms sometimes. Not any scary bugs, but still just a point. The hotel location is in a quiet area and near a bus stop. However, there are no convenience stores in the surrounding area (closest is a 15 minute walk) and the hotel does not provide many options to make up for this. The first time I stayed here I arrived at 9 pm and wasn’t even able to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. It seemed like a joke. In addition to that, there are not many restaurants open later thanthat in the area as well. So, I don’t recommend booking this hotel if you will need to eat later on in the evening. The staff is generally helpful but were never able to solve any problems I had completely. Personally, I think it is worth coming to the location to check out the architecture and design. There is a restaurant so you could come to eat a meal and enjoy those nice perks without staying in the hotel. I think I would come to the restaurant in the future, but I will most likely not return for another stay.

ZZhiguo ruizhuotianlangThe hotel offers great value for money. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and the service was excellent. They even provide a free shuttle to Gongbei Port, which saved us a lot of time and money. It's super convenient to get around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby!

GGuest UserThe front desk staff (specifically, the gentleman) was really nice. We originally booked a double room, but when he saw there were three of us, he helped us switch to a triple room instead. The hotel environment is good, very beautiful, and clean.
