I booked this hotel last minute for my trip from Hong Kong to Macau in the evening. The location is absolutely fantastic; I took a bus from the ferry terminal and found the hotel within 5 minutes of getting off. **Transportation:** It's super convenient to get to famous landmarks like the Ruins of St. Paul's and Senado Square, all within walking distance. Definitely a highlight! There are also many jewelry shops nearby, and they're not too far to walk to either. **Hotel Condition:** The room was small but clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable and spotless. It offers great value for money. As it's a new hotel, we even slept with the windows open at night. Apart from a few minutes of noise around midnight from the market next door collecting trash, it was very quiet otherwise. I'm a bit sensitive to smells, but it was tolerable. Those who are highly sensitive might want to consider this. **Service:** The front desk staff were all excellent, providing great service with a friendly attitude. Before we left, new guests were even given local specialties as a welcome gift. **Overall Experience:** I had a fantastic time and it instantly made me find Macau charming. The people are more friendly and less discriminatory than in Hong Kong.

This is seriously one of the best 4 star hotels I’ve seen considering I always go to 5 star luxe hotels. It was my first solo trip to HK and Macau. Stayed in HK at Regent for 4 days then chose Hotel Central Macau for my 3-day Macau trip since it got renovated with its modern but still have its rustic, old Macau vibes. Also it’s at the heart of touristy spots like Senado Square/ Ruins of St. Paul/Museo de Macau and there’s a ton of restaurants( pork bun/egg tarts/lemon iced tea) and  pharmacies ( so if you have sore feet coz of constant walking, there’s Farmacia left and right for your menthol plasters 😆). 7-10 minute walk to the Grand Lisboa. The staff is also very accommodating and friendly, the house keeping was also superb, changed my towels and tidied my bed. Yes there’s an UBER drop off/pick up spot, just at the back side of the Hotel, convenient when going to Ferry terminal and Cotai *****( Parisian/ Studio City etc). Will definitely go back to Macau and stay here again.

This was my first stay at Andaz, and I found everything—the environment, service, cleanliness, and amenities—to be excellent overall. The staff was incredibly friendly. This trip was a family celebration, and I'd like to specially thank Front Office Supervisor REA R SYIA for her detailed check-in introduction and thoughtful arrangements. Traveling with a baby, the hotel was very accommodating in providing children's facilities and all the supplies we needed. The hotel room was beautiful, and my child especially loved the bathtub! 👍🏼👍🏼 As a guest, you can also enjoy the hotel's happy hour bar from 5 PM to 7 PM. There's also a delicious Portuguese restaurant within the hotel. 👍🏼👍🏼 Getting to the Grand Resort Deck only requires a short walk outdoors, which is quite convenient.

Used Marriott points to upgrade to a St. Regis penthouse suite, offering unparalleled high-altitude views of Taipa. The floor-to-ceiling windows perfectly frame the Eiffel Tower, The Londoner, and The Venetian at night. The overall decor is elegantly restrained, blending Chinese-inspired light luxury. The living room and bedroom are clearly separated, and the marble bathroom features a full set of high-end toiletries, all with meticulous attention to detail. The standard 24-hour dedicated butler service is attentive and responsive. Its location within The Londoner shopping complex makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient. This tranquil and comfortable retreat, away from the city's hustle and bustle, is an excellent choice for a Macau getaway, offering both quality and relaxation.

An absolutely wonderful hotel! The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly patient. I'm a bit of a clean freak when I travel, and I had mentioned it beforehand. She actually showed me two different rooms so I could pick the one I liked best. The hotel pool is beautiful, and breakfast was great too (the whole wheat toast was delicious!). The room smelled amazing, and the Frette bedding was super comfortable. It's really close to A-Ma Temple but still a very quiet hotel. The 'Exquisite Portuguese Afternoon Tea for Two' was fantastic!

I went with a few friends this time. First, let's talk about the hotel's location. Although it's not in the bustling city center, a good stay prioritizes peace and comfort. This location is perfect for that. It faces the Macau Tower directly, which looks great for photos at night. There are also attractions nearby, definitely worth checking out. The guy at the front desk who checked us in was also very nice, sorry I didn't catch his name. We booked a sea-view suite, and the room was very clean. It even had two bathrooms. The large balcony was also fantastic, great for enjoying the view and taking pictures. All in all, it was perfect. Finally, the hotel also has a free shuttle bus that picks up guests at Gongbei Port, though the pickup spot is a bit hard to find.
