MM336331****This hotel was much better than expected. My dad said he had the best sleep of the entire trip here. Compared to all the places we stayed during this vacation, the beds at this hotel were the most comfortable. It's also genuinely very close to the gate, within walking distance. Traveling with parents and a 5-year-old, this suite offered incredible value for money. There's a supermarket downstairs, and next to it, there's even a community-like children's play area where my child spent a long time playing the next day. A big thank you to James, Sarah, and Luna for upgrading us to a higher floor, which gave us a fantastic view to wake up to. The breakfast was good too.

MManmanquanshiniThe hotel is located on Almeida Ribeiro (San Ma Lo), about a 10-minute walk from the Ruins of St. Paul's. There are convenient bus stops downstairs. Right next to it is Rua de Cinco de Outubro, a street with many unique old shops and local tea restaurants, making it a great place to experience local life.
The hotel room isn't large, and it gets a bit crowded once you open your luggage. However, the cleanliness is good, and basic toiletries are provided. For just over 300 MOP, it's excellent value for money in this area, and I believe the price is usually even lower.

It's located near the core attractions of the peninsula, though a bit towards the end, but still within walking distance. There's a bus stop nearby, making it convenient for getting around. The room itself is small and simple, but all the basic amenities are fine. You can also store your luggage at the lobby. One thing to note is that 'G' in Macau typically refers to the first floor, but in this case, the first floor is actually the second floor.

Mmr.burgerI always stay in this hotel then i notice the bed linens are crampled and have hair in the bedsheet like it wasn't changed. so i ask the front office to please give me new set of sheets. I even told her i would change it by myself so i wont cause anymore trouble for the staffs. Apple from front office explained to me that this is there normal bed sheets because she insisted that they dont iron it only the duvet cover but also the duvet cover is crampled. And i said how can you explain the hair? I said please just give me a new one and i will change it by myself,afterwards she handed me the sheet while im changing the new the sheet she gave me i notice that its dirty and very crampled and have smell. I dont know where she get it. So i go down to lobby by myself to ask her if she can just move me to another room. Im not done saying what im trying to say and Apple said you can just cancel your booking. I feel very embarrassed the way she treats me very unprofessional. It was like she kicked me out on purpose than addressing the problem professionally. I dont even hear sorry from her.

YyramegevLocation is great if you’re planning to visit popular tourist spots. Cleanliness was well maintained too — the toilet was spotless.
However, the check-in experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.
========== (TL;DR) Imagine you had to experience this after a 4 hours flight ==========
The young female receptionist I encountered on arrival handled things very poorly. She kept insisting she couldn’t find my booking, smiling the entire time as if it were a joke. Instead of checking properly herself, she kept handing me random printed bookings, one after another, asking me if any of them were mine. It honestly felt like I was doing her job.
If the names were even slightly similar to mine, I would understand. But she passed me almost every booking she had in her hands, including ones with clearly Japanese or ********* names that were nowhere close to mine. I even asked her, “So does that mean I’m supposed to sleep on the streets tonight?” Yet she still giggled, with zero sense of apology or urgency. It made me wonder if she had ever been trained in basic customer service or professional ethics.
Eventually, she finally handed me the correct booking with my name. But even then, after I confirmed it was mine, she said, “I gave you this earlier and you said it wasn’t yours.”
Like… excuse me? You’ve been passing me completely unrelated bookings the whole time?!
I initially wanted to rate the service 1 star, but I added one more because the hotel cleaner left a good impression, the cleaner auntie was polite and attentive.

Facilities:
The TV in my room was broken, so I’m guessing it was just for decoration. Ventilation also seemed poorly designed. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was woken up early in the morning by cigarette smoke seeping in from outside my door. Not recommended for light sleepers either, as the soundproofing is weak. I could clearly hear people talking outside, though I’m not sure if they were in the corridor or inside another room.

FFlonieThe hotel is in a very good location just walking distance from grand Lisboa. Its also very close to a few bus stops which allowed for easy travel around Macau. We booked a twin room and got upgraded to a triple room at no extra cost. Comfortable and nice enough for a night or two, would maybe feel a bit cramped if you planned a longer sta

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, very close to Ponte 16. It's a fantastic choice for budget travelers. It's also conveniently located near a market, and the eateries on its second floor offer great sea views. As an added bonus, I even caught a fireworks display!
