¥6,600 per night! A super satisfying and stylish hotel near Senado Square in Macau, perfect for women travelers. I stayed for 3 nights on my solo trip to Macau. Honestly, this is the best value-for-money hotel that I almost don't want to tell anyone about! Even though it's a two-star hotel, the service from the reception and cleaning staff was on par with a four-star. Both the location and the room quality were far better than I expected. 📍 Access & Location The hotel is located in the Macau Peninsula area, which is very convenient for sightseeing. It's in the direction of Senado Square and Grand Lisboa. This time, I traveled from Hong Kong using a free campaign bus, crossed the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and entered Macau from the Macau immigration office (Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Macau Port). From there, taking bus 101 is a smooth ride. I got off at the ”Silo do Porto Internacional” bus stop, and it was about a 2-minute walk to the hotel. It was my first time using the bus, but it was very easy to understand. Access to Cotai area (Venetian, Londoner, Parisian, etc.) is also possible by bus in about 25 minutes. Even I, who am terrible with directions, managed to navigate the bus system perfectly this time! It's convenient for going anywhere, and there are restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, allowing you to fully experience the local atmosphere. ✨ Hotel Atmosphere & Service The male receptionists, both day and night, were very kind and incredibly friendly. When I asked if I could take photos of the lobby, they even hid so as not to be in the shot, and their explanations were very thorough. The lobby isn't large, but it has a water dispenser, chairs, and even sells souvenir snacks. It's clean and has a very cute atmosphere. 🫢 Cautionary Notes‼️ A deposit of approximately ¥10,000 JPY is required. I paid by credit card at check-in and was told it would be refunded at check-out, but it hasn't been returned even after more than a week. However, I also paid a deposit in Hong Kong afterward, which also hasn't been refunded yet, so it might just take a bit longer. 🛏 Room Details I had a double room. It might be a bit cramped for two people, but it's more than spacious enough for a solo traveler! Although there's no bathtub, the shower stall is large, and there's a partition separating it from the toilet, so it's not inconvenient. The cups and decorations have a very cute Asian flair, and amenities like toothbrushes, razors, and combs are well-stocked. 🧐 Points of Concern: ① The hotel's promotional photos showed L'Occitane shampoo, but in reality, it was a different brand. ② Only the first bottle of water is complimentary; after that, you're expected to refill from the water dispenser at the front desk. There are also shops and pharmacies nearby where you can buy inexpensive water. To be honest, the water from the dispenser didn't quite suit my Japanese palate and tasted a bit like tap water. ④ There was a window, but it couldn't be opened, and outside the window was the balcony of a private residence. ⑤ The air conditioning is very effective, which is a great point for those who get hot easily. 💻 As for Wi-Fi, I connected two mobile phones (iPhone and Android) and had no problems at all watching Instagram or YouTube! It was fast and stress-free ✨ ChatGPT showed that it's not available in Macau and Hong Kong, but Gemini works. ⭐️Overall Review⭐️ For 3 days, I only requested trash disposal and towel changes, not a full room cleaning. The cleaning staff were always friendly and would always ask with a smile, ”Are your amenities and tea bags topped up?” There were guests in the adjacent rooms, but I had no concerns about noise and could spend the nights quietly and comfortably. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was sufficiently cold, making for a very comfortable stay during the summer. The water pressure was excellent, which made showering very pleasant. It's very close to the bus stop for the Arch, only about a 3-minute walk away, so transportation is very convenient.

The hotel itself is great, very close to the bus stop. Just a few hundred meters behind the hotel, you'll find Love Lane and the Ruins of St. Paul's, surrounded by many delicious food options. However, I have urticaria. I hadn't had an outbreak in almost a year and a half, but it seems like the cleaning agent used on the hotel bathroom floor contains allergens. It was truly awful; the urticaria started itching right after I showered. 😓

Great budget stay in historic centre with good transport links This budget guesthouse is located right in the historic centre, with very convenient access to buses and even the metro. There are 24-hour convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which was super handy. On the first day, we pressed the ”clean-up” button in the room, but nobody came. We later found out that you need to request cleaning at the reception – so keep that in mind! The room only had 2 towels, and drinking water is only available at the reception. However, the windows open, which is rare in this area, and we could dry our clothes – a huge plus! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and well-located place in Macau. The accommodation is close to A-Ma Temple, within walking distance. There's also a bus stop near the hotel, making it very convenient to go to Taipa or Cotai Strip attractions. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room isn't very spacious, but the bed is soft and comfortable for sleeping. You can also watch Netflix and YouTube. The price is considered okay.

Great location, very close to Hong Kung Night Market and restaurants. The only downsides are that the shower curtain is too narrow, making it easy for water to splash out when showering, and there's no refrigerator. The air conditioning works very well, and we even received a small gift upon check-in. Highly recommended! 👍

Convenient Stay in the Heart of the City We stayed one night at Towns Well Motel and had a pleasant experience. The motel is in a strategic location, surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and local eateries, making it very convenient for travelers. Within a 10-minute walk, you can easily enjoy shopping at popular stores such as SaSa, Nike, Adidas, and Puma, as well as explore the nearby food and beverage options. The room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for an affordable and conveniently located accommodation for a short stay.

I stayed overnight because I watched a movie late in Macau. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a bus stop with direct routes to Studio City and The Londoner, which is perfect for movie lovers. The room was also very comfortable and quiet. This will be my go-to hotel every time I come to Macau for a movie.

The environment was good, for 200 patacas for a one-night stay in Macau, a big bed, and a private bathroom – it was more than enough. If you're out late in Macau, it's definitely more comfortable to stay overnight. The front desk staff was very gentle and patient. You can dry clothes on the rooftop. The only thing is this room was on the first floor, next to a masseuse, and an older masseuse was a bit... overly friendly.

The location is super convenient! Right outside, you'll find the Ruins of St. Paul's, and walking a bit further brings you towards Grand Lisboa and Wynn. There are tons of pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants on the street. Plus, there are bus stops that can take you to both the old and new parts of the city.
