The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"This was my second stay here and it was perfect! The official check-in time is 3 PM, but I arrived earlier around noon. The front desk staff noticed there was a vacant room and let me check in right away. They even had my luggage sent directly to the room, which was a huge help because the place is quite large and it would have been a trek to carry it myself. The staff also provided a hotel map and some delicious welcome pastries. All in all, I'll definitely be back!"

"It was super convenient to get to the hotel from Hengqin Port by car. There were no crowds, so no waiting in line, and check-in was smooth. After dropping off my luggage, I took another car to Gongbei Port to change hotels and explore the Macau Peninsula. On my way back, I took the hotel car to the airport. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and taxis are also easy to find. The hotel service goes above and beyond to make things convenient, making my stay a real pleasure."

GGuest UserThis is my second trip to Macau, and I chose to stay at The Morpheus for all 7 days of my visa. I'm already a huge fan of The Morpheus; it's very modern, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and spotless. The complimentary fruits and drinks are of excellent quality, and even the mineral water bottles are thoughtfully designed. The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff are all incredibly warm and attentive. I'll definitely be returning to The Morpheus when I visit Macau again in two months. I'd suggest the hotel offer small complimentary gifts with The Morpheus logo to guests as souvenirs, like a canvas tote bag – it would be great mobile advertising!

BBaibailaqinaideniFirst, the positives: The shower facilities are better than anything I've experienced in Japan, with bath salts and oils available, and excellent water pressure. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, and the service recovery is on point. When an issue arose, the assistant front office manager promptly came to my room to discuss and resolve it. Now for the negatives: They haggled with me over extra bath towels and refused to provide them. I requested a firmer pillow three times within half an hour, but each time I was met with excuses. Finally, the butler claimed to have forgotten due to being busy, and brought a disgusting small pillow stuffed into a large pillowcase, which looked dirty and ugly. This really tarnishes the hotel's luxurious image. The compensatory fruit they sent wasn't prepared at all – just a pile dumped on the table, completely inedible unless I prepared it myself! Only the complimentary champagne had enough ice, making it the only thing consumable. The chocolates were also terrible! When I requested a late check-out, they refused three times, only eventually extending it from 11 AM to 11:30 AM. Although I eventually spoke to a manager and resolved it, this kind of experience feels more exhausting than staying at a small domestic motel. If you're not particularly keen on showers and baths, and aren't impressed by scenic views, then this hotel's value for money and service quality are just average.

GGuest UserFacilities: Everything was great, the room was spacious and well-arranged, and the hot water worked perfectly. Hygiene: Housekeeping was very thorough; the bathroom was disinfected daily, and the carpets were vacuumed meticulously, with thoughtful touches added. Service: ALDY provided incredibly attentive service. Seeing our swimsuits hanging, they immediately brought a drying rack. My glasses were cleaned and placed back by the bed when I returned. They also promptly refilled water when they noticed a child needed milk.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at Altira Macau. **Service:** It was my first stay, and the front desk lady provided great service. She was very thoughtful, asking about the purpose of our visit and offering some helpful suggestions. Her tone was very considerate, for example, she mentioned the hotel has a restaurant for breakfast with flexible pricing, and also recommended some nearby local tea restaurants, which was a nice touch! 😎 The next day, after room cleaning, they even left a sweet little card. **Cleanliness:** Upon entering the room, it was very clean. I didn't notice any flaws whatsoever. **Environment:** The front desk lobby is a bit smaller compared to other large resort hotels in Taipa, but it doesn't feel cramped. Both the front desk and the rooms offer beautiful sea views – absolutely amazing if you're watching fireworks! There are also many eateries and supermarkets nearby, and convenient bus stops to many popular attractions. It's actually quite convenient. **Facilities:** I didn't get to experience the gym or pool, but I saw that the gym facilities looked quite comprehensive. **Downsides:** The front desk is on the 38th floor, but the signage on the ground floor isn't very clear; we had to ask staff for directions. The shuttle bus currently only goes to City of Dreams, Studio City, and the Border Gate! Though buses are actually quite convenient. đŸ€Ł They also didn't mention the spa discount included with our booking, which would have been good to know. 😊 Overall, I had a great experience. The hotel staff were very friendly, and I would definitely choose Altira Macau again next time! 😎

AAnonymous UserTo sum it up: This hotel is amazing, and I'll only stay here when I visit Macau again. Honestly, I had stayed at the Andaz the day before and moved here, so the contrast was stark. The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel far surpasses others in every aspect, whether it's the room design, the quality of towels and bathrobes, the bedding and carpets, or the quality and taste of the breakfast. Even the staff's service capabilities, enthusiasm, and professional problem-solving skills are top-notch. I had actually lost faith in Macau; besides shopping and casinos, nothing else really appealed to me, especially after being disappointed by a few hotels. However, my experience at The Karl Lagerfeld and the authentic Picasso exhibition upstairs has made me want to visit Macau again. It's truly wonderful. Since leaving, I've already talked about The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel with my partner two or three times. It's genuinely a great place to stay, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. The experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for couples. Even a small design detail in the room can spark a long conversation, definitely a relationship booster!

MMichelle liewI would give this property more stars, if I could.., just for how every staff member I’ve met made me feel welcome, cared for and important. From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, Tim (a very handsome young man) welcomed us and took care of our luggage’s, walked us up to the check in counter and warmly introduced us to Ryan. Ryan helped us with the check in and immediately made us feel like friends, not just guests. He found us a lovely room (1615 has amazing view) albeit before check in time, helped us orientate around the hotel and Cotai *****, invited us to the champagne ceremony at 6pm and happy hour at The St Regis bar, recommended a lovely restaurant for Macanese food at Taipa Village and of course, walked us to the lift. Behind the scene, he has arranged for Tim to get our luggage sent to the room. It’s a nice gesture to have our luggage’s nicely set up before we got in. Later in the evening, we met Douglas, Hotel GM who hosted us to many different cocktails and mocktails creations at The St Regis Bar. Again, he made us feel like friends, engaging in light conversation while enjoying the relaxed ambience with delicious snacks and drinks. I must recommend cotton club - with the honey comb. Credit goes to Douglas, who led his team to make a difference with every interaction across the hotel. After lunch, we returned to our room to a pleasant surprise. An introduction card and fruit platter from The Butler. Nice touch. I would have requested for a butler drawn bath if we have more time At dinner, Jonathan and his team, Pat and Niles made it just delightful. Every detail was thoughtfully executed - the food (go for beef cheek), ambience and service came together beautifully. We also appreciated the nice gesture of a welcome back dessert and printed photo to bring home at the end of the meal. The next day, seamless check out. Tim assisted us with the taxi and luggages. And as we waited for the taxi, Tim excused himself for a short while and came back with the box of almond cookies (Macao’s specialty) for us to bring home! St Regis really aced at making us feel at home and among friends. We’ll definitely be back soon.

BBenchideyanzhiyaMandarin Oriental Macau truly stands out in the city's luxury hotel scene with its 'no ******' policy, unparalleled sea views, legendary Asian-style service, and top-tier dining and spa facilities. This time, I brought my 88-year-old mother for a relaxing getaway, and we even captured the most beautiful sunset over the sea. The breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious, with both Chinese and Western delicacies that we both enjoyed. We also indulged in the hotel's sea salt bubble bath and booked a handmade essential oil soap-making session. Our goal was simply to enjoy the tranquility, elegance, and the unique all-sea-view environment – a perfect serene escape amidst the bustling Macau.

GGuest UserThe hotel was great, and the location was fantastic. We stayed for two nights and had a really good experience. The room was more spacious than we expected, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning river view, especially beautiful at sunset. The housekeeping was very thorough; there wasn't even a single water stain in the bathroom corners. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the freshly cooked noodles were a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff were very efficient. When we mentioned it was our anniversary at check-in, we found a small dessert in our room that evening – a thoughtful touch that really earned extra points!

GGuest UserHad a really great experience! All the staff on the first floor were incredibly kind and patient. I was here for a concert, and the hotel is super close to the Galaxy Arena. Just turn left, walk a few steps, cross the road, and you're there – perfect for anyone attending a concert at Galaxy. Breakfast was delicious, and the room service for meals was also excellent. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, and having a Don Quijote there was a lot of fun to browse. It was so convenient to take the hotel's shuttle bus directly from the airport to the hotel, and then again from the hotel to the Border Gate when I left. That was a huge plus! I've already booked another two-day stay for my birthday at the end of May. Looking forward to it!

JJieyuThe room was nice; I booked a sea-view room. My daughter and I used to come here when she was little. Back then, it was quite new, with a beautiful and very comfortable environment, and it was called The Westin Resort Macau. Originally, The Westin Resort Macau opened in 1993 and was renovated in 2004. In 2013, it won the Silver Award in the 'Macau Green Hotel Award.' In 2020, it was rebranded as the Grand Coloane Resort. Now, under new management, the attention to detail in the decor is not as good as before, and it hasn't been redecorated, so it feels a bit dated. However, its unique location, right by Hac Sa Beach, makes it perfect for a family vacation away from the hustle and bustle. The original hotel architecture and garden design still retain that holiday vibe. I'll definitely come back, hoping for some improvements, especially with the details.
