"The room was large and comfortable, and the service was beyond expectation. If needed, the housekeeper would take care of and accompany you throughout the trip. After shopping with my mother, the housekeeper Xiao Huang was very kind to help her arrange a foot bath. Xiao Lin and Xiao Huang carefully arranged small gifts, which showed their listening and thoughtfulness, and the exhibitions introduced were very nice. The ingredients for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails were fresh enough to eat very well. It was a short vacation with good value for money."

"I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights. The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future."

"This hotel truly offers the best value for money among the Taipa hotel cluster. For less than 2000 (local currency, I assume), during the Christmas season, getting a 70-square-meter room was fantastic. It made packing and relaxing so much easier. The location is also excellent. Exiting through the west gate, you can walk to Rua da Cunha in about 15 minutes. It serves as a great bridge between The Londoner and The Parisian. It even rained during my stay, so this convenient connection was a huge plus. However, for such a large 70-square-meter room, the tissues were only available on the vanity in the bathroom. This meant constantly going in and out to grab them when needed, which was quite inconvenient. Also, the shampoo and conditioner provided left my hair tangled, and the comb they offered was useless. Another issue was asking for directions at the front desk. While I understand that the relationships between the various large family enterprises there might be complex, should tourists really need to study these family ties just to visit Macau? You can't ask how to get to Grand Lisboa Palace from The Venetian; they just claim not to know, which is very unhelpful. Of course, not everything can go perfectly during a trip, but The Venetian is still a good hotel choice. I recommend it."

"This is an older hotel, but it's still very well-maintained. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is excellent. Luggage storage is convenient, and it's easy to get anywhere by foot or shuttle. It's my favorite hotel when I come to Macau."
