Overall, the experience was great. Although it's pricier than Andaz, the service and experience were a notch above. **Hotel Location:** It's right opposite The Londoner, very convenient to get to The Venetian, and within walking distance to Taipa Village. It's also very close to the bus stop. **Room Environment:** The view is truly excellent, overlooking The Londoner, The Venetian, and The Parisian. The hotel also feels quite new, and the decor is in a new Chinese style, which is very pleasing to the eye. The bed is also quite comfortable, and the room is reasonably spacious, with a seating area for two people to eat. The bathroom toiletries are Acqua di Parma, and there's a separate walk-in closet, which is fantastic for storing luggage. The mini-bar offers a good selection of drinks; the lemon sparkling water was delicious. There's also a capsule coffee machine and tea bags in the room. Complimentary welcome fruits are provided daily; the autumn moon pear was of excellent quality, huge, and tasty! 😋 **Service:** All the hotel staff proactively spoke Mandarin to us. First, Ms. Chen Yi at the front desk guided us all the way to our room, introducing and explaining its features, and her service was excellent. Check-in is usually at 3 PM, but we arrived at 12 PM. We were able to complete the check-in procedures at the front desk first, and then simply pick up the room key at 3 PM. The bellboy also proactively helped us store our luggage and later delivered it to our room. There was also turn-down service in the evening, with a sleep spray and moxibustion patches provided. **Breakfast:** Breakfast was exquisite and delicious. Although there weren't many varieties, almost everything tasted good. The stir-fried dishes changed daily, and the steamed dim sum items also varied, except for the classic shrimp dumplings, which were of good quality and very tasty. There were also limited-edition breakfast items like free-range chicken soup, crab roe and fish maw, and Dalian abalone, all of which were quite delicious. The breakfast hostess was also amazing; after seeing me on the first day, she remembered my surname and addressed me by it directly on the second day. I was truly impressed by such service!

The 35-meter high atrium and the slow ascent of the suspended transparent scenic elevators create an immersive, futuristic experience. Every photo taken here is picture-perfect, truly befitting a landmark hotel in Macau. The location is superb, nestled within the City of Dreams resort. It's connected to a shopping mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and leisure. Traveling between the various resorts in Taipa is also incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with flowing curved designs that create a wonderful ambiance. The entire room is smart-controlled, allowing you to adjust lights and curtains with a single tap on an iPad, showcasing cutting-edge technology. The amenities are exceptional, featuring a full set of Acqua di Parma toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom is generously sized, and the electric partition door offers excellent privacy. All non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are complimentary, with quality evident in every detail. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. While the toiletries have a sophisticated fragrance and are excellent to use, I do have a small suggestion. Currently, they only include shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. It would be even more perfect if a body lotion could be added. Macau's climate tends to be dry, and having body lotion would further enhance the comfort of the stay. The 40th-floor infinity sky pool is an absolute highlight, offering panoramic views of Taipa. The atmosphere at sunset is simply divine, and it's incredibly photogenic. The hotel also boasts Michelin-starred restaurants and comprehensive spa facilities. The service is the most commendable aspect. The staff are professional and courteous, responding promptly to requests. From check-in to daily needs, their attention to detail is thoughtful and non-intrusive, making the luxury experience feel opulent yet unpretentious. It was a near-perfect stay. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a sightseeing trip, the Morpheus is well worth a dedicated visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau!

This is my second stay, and the hotel still maintains its consistent high standards. The room quality remains excellent, and the staff are very polite and friendly. The most special feature of the room is the very large bathtub, and there's a TV so you can watch shows while bathing. However, the only downside is that the TV in the bathroom doesn't have internet access; it only offers regular TV channels. I hope in the future, the TV can connect to the internet so we can watch YouTube or Netflix, etc.

The hotel boasts exquisite and upscale British-style decor. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with soft bedding. The service is thoughtful and attentive. Its excellent location offers direct access to the mall, and the night views are stunning. It's incredibly convenient for both getting around and shopping. My stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

This was my first time staying at The Venetian, and the hotel's location is excellent. There's a shuttle bus to the ferry terminal, and many shopping centers and attractions nearby. The hotel staff, especially Roy?? (I don't quite remember his name) and Raymond from the luggage department, were incredibly kind and friendly. They both gave us great recommendations for nearby food and places to visit, and also helped us store our luggage securely. The hotel room was very spacious, and the bedding was super comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome snacks. We ordered breakfast the next morning, and it was great value for money.

After check-in, a staff member named Chris personally escorted us to our room and meticulously introduced us to all the facilities. During our conversation, he gently mentioned the brand's proud signature butler service – a reassuring feeling of being on-call yet never intrusive. Although we only stayed for one night and were in a hurry, we couldn't fully experience the charm of the butler service. However, this meticulous hospitality was enough to give us a glimpse into St. Regis's ultimate pursuit of professionalism and craftsmanship. What was particularly captivating was the extended breakfast period, stretching from 7 AM until 1 PM. This thoughtful gesture is undoubtedly a romantic gift for late risers. There's no need to rush; you can leisurely enjoy it as a lavish brunch in a quiet, elegant, and peaceful environment, accompanied by the morning light and grace, starting the new day with sophistication.

Had a great experience! Staying at The Londoner was super convenient. Just cross the skybridge and you're at Shoppes at Four Seasons, turn right for The Venetian, and left for The Parisian. From The Parisian, a right turn takes you to Studio City. I definitely wouldn't stay at The Venetian or Studio City; they just don't feel as good. The Londoner, Four Seasons, and The Parisian all feel excellent! Shopping is easy there, and the dining options are better too. I chose to stay at Conrad because they give out a teddy bear; The Parisian apparently gives a Little Prince bag, which I wasn't keen on, so I didn't go there. There's a Changing of the Guard performance at 7 PM and 9 PM, which is worth seeing. I walked 30,000 steps every day, so having a foot massager in the room was a thoughtful touch! For breakfast, you can eat nearby. Churchill's Table costs 275 AUD if you buy it separately (at the hotel front desk).

Transportation: After landing at the airport, just follow the signs for hotel shuttles, and you'll find the Studio City shuttle at position 1, which is very convenient (Figure 7). When you reach W Macau - Studio City, it's the second stop, and there are signs. Service: Although there was a minor hiccup during our stay, the hotel team actively and positively resolved it, demonstrating high professionalism. Upon learning it was our honeymoon, they sent us cake and red wine. Dining: We chose in-room dining for both dinner and breakfast. It was very convenient and perfect for a vacation. The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. Tips: Check-in at 3 PM is very busy, and you might have to wait in line. You might consider checking in a bit later. I arrived at noon, checked in, and then just waited to pick up the room card in the afternoon.

The environment was good, for 200 patacas for a one-night stay in Macau, a big bed, and a private bathroom – it was more than enough. If you're out late in Macau, it's definitely more comfortable to stay overnight. The front desk staff was very gentle and patient. You can dry clothes on the rooftop. The only thing is this room was on the first floor, next to a masseuse, and an older masseuse was a bit... overly friendly.
