The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"The Venetian Macao Stay: An Unexpectedly Luxurious Trip My stay in the Venetian Macao's Luxury Royale Suite was filled with surprises, and I absolutely have to write a glowing review to recommend it to everyone! 【Room: Immersive European Luxury】 The moment I opened the door, I was captivated by the opulent, vintage palace style! Gilded decorations and quality furniture, coupled with warm lighting, made it feel like living in a European noble's residence~ - The space is incredibly spacious, with a well-designed suite layout. The living area, bedroom, and bathroom are clearly separated, so it never felt crowded even with friends over; - The bedding was so soft I could 'sink in and never want to get up.' I slept for one night and surprisingly had no back or neck pain (a huge plus for someone with neck issues like me!); - Attention to hygiene was top-notch: the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, high-end toiletries, and towels so fluffy they could 'bounce off.' Not a speck of dust could be found even in the corners – a dream for anyone with OCD. 【Amenities: All Your Food, Drink, and Fun Needs Covered】 At the Venetian, the main draw is being able to 'have a blast without even leaving the premises': - The Gondola ride is a must-try! Sitting in the swaying boat, listening to the gondolier hum Italian folk songs, and passing by European-style buildings along the 'man-made canal' truly makes you feel like you're in Venice for a moment; - Shop 'til you drop at the mall: home to luxury brands like LV and Gucci. When you get tired, you can pop into a cha chaan teng for a bowl of noodles or head to a trendy café for some industrial-chic photos; - The recreational facilities are amazing: the heated pool offers spectacular views (you can swim while admiring the Macao Tower at night), the gym has more equipment than a personal training studio, and even the aromatherapy scents in the spa area are incredibly therapeutic~ 【Location: Prime Macao Buffs Aplenty】 The hotel is located in the heart of the Macao Peninsula, with incredibly convenient transportation: - It's a 10-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. After sightseeing, you can also check out the colorful houses on Love Lane nearby; - A 5-minute taxi ride to the Grand Lisboa/Wynn Palace if you're in the mood for some gambling; - Surrounded by a plethora of food options: old-school pork chop buns, authentic Portuguese cuisine, popular ice cream parlors... You can easily sample all of Macao's flavors on foot~ From hardware to service, from experience to location, The Venetian Macao has ingrained 'high-end vacation vibes' into every single detail! I'll definitely be back for a second visit next time I'm in Macao~ I genuinely recommend it to all travelers seeking quality and a sense of occasion!"

__M1380192****I stayed at your hotel on May 1st and would like to commend your front desk staff, Aaron and Jerry, for their excellent service. Being an art enthusiast, I requested to see the hotel's art collection. The front desk staff quickly responded, not only giving clear directions to where the art was displayed but also proactively offering professional explanations about the background and artistic characteristics of the pieces. They even accompanied me during the visit, providing incredibly thoughtful service. Furthermore, the entire front desk team was efficient, professional, and friendly during check-in and with daily inquiries. What would have been just an ordinary trip became a particularly joyful one thanks to your attentive service. Thank you for cultivating such outstanding employees. I hope to have the opportunity to stay with you again.

LLvselaiyinheThe hotel's design is truly unique and stands out in Macau. Both the exterior and interior decor are absolutely stunning. The staff's service level is exceptional, and the rooms are highly intelligent, allowing you to control lights, curtains, and more with a tablet. Plus, most drinks and snacks in the mini-bar are complimentary.

XXiaoxiaoxiaohutuchongOur stay was absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Macau. It was my first time taking the light rail to the airport, and it was such a smooth ride, plus I got to enjoy the dazzling night views of Macau. The hotel's attention to detail is excellent. Everything is controlled by a smart tablet, and you can watch Hollywood blockbusters for free. The mini-bar snacks, drinks, and beer are all complimentary, with only wine and self-heating hot pots being chargeable. Everything was restocked promptly too!

CChichifanThis hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Located on the Taipa side, between Taipa and the Macau Peninsula, it offers convenient transportation with a bus stop right downstairs, making it close to all the main attractions. The hotel itself looks luxurious and is easily the most beautiful building in the area. Amazing View: Check-in is on the 38th floor, and my room also faced the Grand Lisboa with a direct sea view. Lounging on the sofa, watching Macau's fishing boats during the day and the colorful lights of the Macau Peninsula at night – it was incredibly relaxing. Hotel Service: The room attendant on the 29th floor, though male, was exceptionally thoughtful. He cleaned the room spotless daily and, noticing my glasses on the table, left a glasses cleaning cloth – a really nice touch. The daily fruit was always fresh and replenished. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The only minor drawback is that because the hotel is above a commercial area, getting around can be a little inconvenient. You need to go down to the 10th floor and then transfer to a different elevator. However, it's just a short detour. Also, the check-in process could be improved; the system was slow and there were many steps. Check-out, on the other hand, was quick. Hopefully, they can make some improvements there. I wish them continued success.

DDeerailvxingExcellent, excellent! The fragrance is quite strong, and the hotel has been newly renovated with a beautiful, luxurious Bond-style design. The London vibe is very appealing. The only minor issue is that with a high occupancy, service can sometimes be a bit slow, which is something that could be improved. Other than that, everything else is great. Compared to similar-priced rooms in Hong Kong, this offers incredible value for money. The rooms are spacious and bright. The mall directly beneath the hotel is super convenient. They even prepared a small dessert for our anniversary, which was a thoughtful touch. Plus, many of the front desk staff are handsome and beautiful and all very enthusiastic. I'd definitely come back to Macau for another stay if I get the chance!

GGuest UserConnected to Grand Lisboa Palace, but with a distinctly more stylish vibe. The breakfast was excellent, a significant improvement over Grand Lisboa Palace's buffet. Perhaps it's because Karl Lagerfeld designed the hotel, but it felt a bit *too* fashionable, leading to some rather perplexing design choices – for example, the coffee machine was tucked away inside the TV cabinet.

GGuest UserI'd heard so much about this place, and I finally got to see and experience it for myself this time. Even though it's been built for a while, the interior is luxurious and very well-maintained, which doesn't detract from the experience at all. The service attitude and facilities are particularly excellent, with great management and well-assigned staff roles. It's incredibly convenient to travel between major hotels like The Londoner and The Venetian, as well as various famous shops. Guests staying here also get unlimited access to the 7th-floor observation deck of the Eiffel Tower. Transportation is also well-organized and very convenient. You can catch a car service from the basement, taxis from outside the lobby on the first floor, and various public buses are available right outside. The hotel's own restaurant serves delicious food. All in all, staying here is extremely convenient.

AAnnie .ZAfter exiting Zhuhai Hengqin Port, I took the light rail for one stop to Lotus Bridge, which cost 6 MOP and could be paid via WeChat or Alipay. It was then a 15-minute walk to the W Hotel, a flat and easy route even with luggage. The W Hotel is very new and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and polite, and even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious and bright with beautiful views, and the facilities were new and spotless. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Macau.

1118417****I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, and I finally got the chance in Macau! The room layout is incredibly well-designed, and you can tell the hotel put a lot of thought into every detail. The 'fan' shaped chocolates were a delicious treat, and the Tower View room offered breathtaking scenery. I particularly loved the double vanity, which was a very convenient touch for guests. Coming back to the hotel at night felt just like coming home. The slippers were neatly placed, there was a sleep-aid tea on the coffee table, and a sweet dreams roll-on on the bedside table – every little detail felt warm and thoughtful. Since it was our anniversary, the hotel went the extra mile to decorate the room and even left a handwritten congratulatory card. It was incredibly thoughtful. This hotel is definitely worth staying at!

GGuest UserOur family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Versace! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The luxurious ambiance and excellent service truly made it a memorable experience. The only minor issue was the slow bathroom water drainage, which caused some flooding after showers. However, it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay. Would definitely return for another luxurious getaway!
