The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"I've been to Macau many times, and this is my third time staying overnight. The first time, I stayed at an affordable guesthouse in the old city center – clean and tidy, right across from Wen Ji Cafe & Snacks. It wasn't far from Grand Lisboa and St. Paul's Ruins. The second time, I stayed at the Crowne Plaza near the Gongbei Border Gate. The room was super spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. This time, a few of us bit the bullet and booked a room at The Venetian 😭 – decided to splurge a bit. They said it was a Royal Presidential Suite, and it even came with two tickets to the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower (the front desk lady mentioned that the 7th floor is actually free to visit now). The rooms in Macau, compared to neighboring Hong Kong, are not just a little bit better [facepalm]. It really is a city centered on entertainment and service industries, with a different positioning than Hong Kong. We took a private car from Hong Kong, and as soon as we got out, a young man helped us with our luggage and gave us a luggage tag. When checking in, you just give the tag to the front desk, and your luggage is automatically delivered to your room. The room was large and spacious, with a separate living room and two TVs. To put it bluntly… the bathroom in this suite could rival an entire Hong Kong hotel room in size! The bed 🛌 was huge and comfortable, the sofa was great, and the view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows was pretty good too – though I imagine the view would be even better from the opposite rooms. Next time, if I get the chance, I'll try out Galaxy and Studio City too [smirk]. Even though it's not ** (missing original text, likely referring to 'cheap'), it's definitely worth experiencing [evil grin]. In mainland terms, almost all hotels in Taipa can be considered top-tier luxury, haha… especially with all the rumors surrounding Wynn Palace, haha… so much 'color' has been added to it… Macau is truly unforgettable and suitable for people of all ages to visit. Thumbs up!"

MM8171****Normally, I don't go out of my way to write hotel reviews; I usually just leave a rating. However, my stay at the Yiju Hotel was exceptionally good, so much so that I felt compelled to write a detailed review to praise them. I've probably stayed at hotels in a similar price range as Yiju about ten times, and this one truly stands out as the best and most memorable experience. First and foremost, the service attitude and attention to detail were outstanding. From the moment my taxi pulled up to the hotel entrance until I checked out and collected my luggage, every single staff member I encountered was warm, comforting, and provided thoughtful, emotionally enriching service. This included, but was not limited to, helping with luggage, seeing us off, offering welcome tea, meticulously explaining room details, and even tidying up charging cables during turndown service. Secondly, the breakfast (the restaurant service was excellent too). Each day featured unique breakfast dishes, and we even got to enjoy rare delicacies like abalone and fish maw stew, which you might not even find in a formal dinner. The overall quality was superb, almost comparable to a Michelin-starred fine dining experience. Lastly, the room itself was spacious, had a great view, and the facilities were clean, beautiful, and full of thoughtful details. Plus, there was a complimentary mini-bar. Many thanks to Yvonne, Patrick, Jacey, Kurt, Kiven, and all the other colleagues whose names I haven't yet remembered, for their enthusiastic service. I hope to visit again soon!

MM371987****I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights. The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Wwujiani_AlinaOn the first day, during check-in, a staff member introduced us to the hotel, nearby transportation, and asked if we needed any extra items (as we were two adults and two children). The hotel staff thoughtfully prepared many items for the kids. We stayed for four days and three nights, and every day, used items were replenished, and if anything from the mini-bar (snacks/drinks) was consumed, it was also refilled. It's very kid-friendly; there's a Toy Story exhibit downstairs and a Don Quijote supermarket to browse. Highly recommended for families with children. The room assigned to us was also very quiet, ensuring a great rest. All the hotel staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and proactively asked if we needed any help! Highly impressed!

HHudieFrom December 2nd to 4th, I had a leisure vacation and chose to stay at The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites. The service experience was truly excellent. Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM, and by the time I got to the front desk, it was already past that. The front desk staff informed me that the non-smoking area still needed a bit more time as housekeeping wasn't finished yet, and Deluxe King rooms were in high demand. They offered to upgrade me to a suite and first asked if I minded being a bit further from the elevator. I said I didn't, and they immediately processed the upgrade to a suite. I was able to move into the room right away, and I was very happy with it. For my first night, the mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. I was quite hungry and didn't want to go out, so this considerate gesture was perfect. After a two-and-a-half-hour drive and crossing the Hengqin border, I was exhausted and needed to rest, and this really made things convenient for me at that moment. I was very satisfied with the hotel service – that's the first point. Secondly, when I checked out on December 4th at noon, I called for a bellboy to help with some luggage. He arrived even quicker than expected, with a genuine smile. He introduced himself as Koenig and said, 'Ma'am, I'm here to assist you with everything.' He was polite and spoke in a very friendly tone. Such a bellboy leaves an excellent impression; he was truly courteous. It's clear the hotel's training program is very effective. Koenig was absolutely a professionally trained hotel staff member, with every action being perfectly executed. He proactively asked about my stay and if I was satisfied with the hotel, and if everything was convenient. His proactive communication with guests shows how much he cares about their experience, which is an excellent quality. Hotels really need frontline staff like this to get feedback on guests' experiences. This has already given me a good reason to choose The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites again for my next stay. I hope the hotel continues to offer more pleasant surprises to its guests. 💁🖐🌹🌹

GGuest UserAn incredibly luxurious five-star hotel. I've always been a fan of Karl Lagerfeld's designs, so I was absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to stay at The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel today! The value for money here is excellent. Breakfast is served à la carte on the first floor, and it wasn't crowded at all.

GGuest UserMy stay at Conrad Macao was absolutely perfect and exceeded all my expectations. The service truly left the deepest impression on me. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, every single employee was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Their meticulous and thoughtful service made the entire check-in process feel incredibly comfortable and luxurious. The room facilities were impeccable. The room was spacious and bright, with an elegant design, and the bedding was especially comfortable, ensuring a high-quality sleep. My room directly faced the 'Big Ben,' offering a spectacular view. Enjoying breakfast or a brief afternoon nap in the room was a pure delight. The dining experience was equally outstanding. Whether I chose in-room dining, enjoying breakfast while admiring the view outside the window, or went to Churchill's Table on the first floor, the quality and taste of the food were consistently superb. All in all, from its excellent location and top-notch facilities to its exceptional service and dining, Conrad Macao truly embodies the standards of a luxury hotel. It was an impeccable stay that I would highly recommend to my friends without hesitation, and I look forward to my next visit.

DD0282****I stayed in the South Wing, and my window overlooked the back of Studio City. The room was decent and comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing; it filled the tub in minutes, making for a really refreshing shower. There were outlets on both sides of the bed, which was convenient for charging devices. The room also had good Wi-Fi signal. Check-in was on the right as you entered the main lobby, in a very grand, red-themed area. The front desk staff's Mandarin wasn't great; they mixed English and Mandarin, which made it a bit hard to understand. I'd suggest more Mandarin training for them. It was about a ten-minute walk from the hotel's second floor to The Venetian and The Londoner. Express check-out is supported; there's a machine on the first floor of the South Wing right out of the elevator where you can drop your room card. Luggage storage was also very convenient. To catch the shuttle bus, you need to go to B1. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel seemed to be shared with The Venetian; the bus itself was branded for The Parisian, but you wait under The Venetian's awning. It drops off at The Londoner first, then The Parisian. I wanted to go to the Ruins of St. Paul's on Monday, but there was no shuttle service there that day. The Parisian's shopping mall was pretty empty and didn't have many stores.

DD0311****The room was relatively new, but the layout wasn't very practical. The lighting was dim and couldn't be adjusted. While it's advertised as a movie-themed hotel, beyond a few decorative touches, there wasn't much of a cinematic feel. The elevator was incredibly slow, especially in the mornings when only one was operating, leading to long waits. There's a DONKI downstairs with a good selection of small items, but other shopping and dining options in the area are limited. The overall atmosphere was quite bland, and it's also a bit far from other hotels. My experience was just so-so.

KKira🌟 Truly captivated by my stay at MO! 🌟 Undoubtedly Macau's top scenic spot, the luxurious Tower View Suite offers unparalleled views – one side facing the stunning sea, the other overlooking the Macau Tower. You can enjoy the sunset over the tower from your room in the evening, and witness the sunrise over the ocean from the pool in the morning. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking! The hotel's service is impeccable and incredibly thoughtful. Upon learning it was for my parents' anniversary, they proactively upgraded our room, decorated it, and gifted us red wine and cake. As a member, I also received a complimentary breakfast for a third person. The attention to detail in their service was truly moving. From the moment the butler escorted us and introduced the facilities, we felt a warm sense of belonging. The turn-down service didn't feel routine; instead, it genuinely anticipated all our needs. Returning to the room in the evening, we discovered so many delightful surprises, feeling a truly personalized touch. The breakfast, featuring mostly my favorite Chinese dim sum, was exquisite and delicious. Definitely worth a perfect score! 💯

GGuest UserOur family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Versace! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The luxurious ambiance and excellent service truly made it a memorable experience. The only minor issue was the slow bathroom water drainage, which caused some flooding after showers. However, it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay. Would definitely return for another luxurious getaway!
