The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.
"Amenities: The facilities are comprehensive. They even specially delivered toiletries for the two elderly people and one child staying with us.
Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable.
Environment: Everything you need for dining, accommodation, and travel is right here. The hotel is within walking distance of hotels like The Londoner, The Parisian, and MGM. There are convenient free shuttle buses to the airport and border crossings. The North Wing is very close to the food street, making dining very convenient. It's also particularly close to Rua do Cunha, where we sampled some Macanese specialty snacks before checking out.
Service: Excellent. They arranged a room with a great view for us. After we arrived at the hotel, we went to eat first, and the porter directly delivered our luggage to the room. The young lady at the West Wing front desk, in particular, was very patiently guided us on how to get around and even advised us on how to check out quickly based on our flight time for our return journey."

With House of Dancing Water, Kids' City and The Parisian Macao all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. Guests of this Macau hotel can make use of the parking facilities. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"After check-in, a front desk staff member assigned us a room with a rooftop view of the hotel’s low-rise section (not facing swimming pools or the tower). I later asked if I could change to a room with a better view. Terence (another staff member) at the front desk, was very helpful and polite, and he kindly arranged a room facing the Macau Eiffel Tower. I was truly satisfied with his professional service.
This is my first time booking at The Parisian Macao, and thanks to Terence’s assistance, I have a wonderful memory of this journey."

DDDDDChoosing E-Joya (颐居) for the second time was indeed the right decision! 👍
I checked into your hotel on my sister's 20th birthday, and you thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake and even gave her a memorable mug as a birthday gift! (っ◕‿◕)っ🎁 You also decorated the room for her birthday, which was so warm and considerate. Every staff member was friendly, enthusiastic, and polite (¯▽¯)👍! The seasonal decorations in the hotel lobby were also exactly my style ٩(๑^o^๑)۶! I'm so happy (o^з^o)💞 and look forward to my next stay!
TTuzi1030We came to Macau for our anniversary this time. We stayed at Studio City's Celebrity Tower first, then the W. The contrast was so stark that I absolutely had to leave a glowing review for Celebrity Tower.
Before checking in, I sent an email hoping they could help decorate for our anniversary. When we opened the room door, the bed was thoughtfully decorated with rose petals and towel-folded swans. The room was a basic suite, very spacious and beautiful. My girlfriend loved the bathtub and vanity area. What was most touching was that the Housekeeping Manager sent us a handwritten anniversary card and a small pony plushie – it was incredibly heartwarming.
On the day of checkout, we went for a swim, and the hotel proactively extended our checkout until 1 PM. When I returned to the room after swimming, I found staff members waiting at our door with a luggage cart. They helped us load our bags onto the cart one by one and carefully delivered them downstairs. The butler stayed with us the whole time, waiting for us to sign off on the handover, and then personally accompanied us all the way to the W Hotel. Since the two hotels are not interconnected, the butler specifically explained, 'I need to go with you to ensure a smooth luggage transfer' – such attention to detail completely exceeded our expectations.
Compared to the W where we stayed afterwards (they mixed up our anniversary with a birthday, offered perfunctory compensation, and only gave us an hour for late checkout), Celebrity Tower truly made us feel 'at home'. Their service isn't just going through the motions; they genuinely treat you like a valued guest. From now on, whenever we come to Macau, Celebrity Tower will be our only choice.
Thank you to the butler and the housekeeping team; you made our anniversary truly special.
GGuest UserGenuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!
XXiechengbuzaicidi- The decor is great, with a really comfortable color scheme and style. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for photos! My only complaint is that my room was next to a fan, so I didn't sleep all night! I was so exhausted, my face was swollen in the morning! The housekeeping staff was excellent and polite! There was also a front desk agent next to me during check-in who treated every guest with such care – I really commend him, even though I wasn't directly assisted by him! Thumbs up! 👍
- The restaurant was my happy place. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the caviar waffles – absolutely delicious – and the large shrimp, though I only had two to be polite! The manager and waitstaff were incredibly attentive. My dress got dirty, and someone immediately brought me detergent to clean it – so thoughtful. You absolutely must get the breakfast; it's probably the best in Macau!
- You also have to visit the Miao Thai restaurant, it's Michelin-recommended! Don't miss happy hour, the drinks are amazing! The decor is very classic and elegant! Dinner is super trendy, and PS, don't forget to enjoy the dessert trolley! So happy! Get it all!
The hotel is huge, I kept getting lost!
GGuest UserI was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Macau! Everyone was incredibly polite, and the service was so thoughtful. They offered welcome fruits, and the butler even hand-wrote a greeting card every day, preparing a little surprise each evening. I also participated in the hotel's champagne popping ceremony, and breakfast was good too. What really stood out was how the staff remembered my name and greeted me proactively every day. All in all, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Macau!
GGuest UserMandarin Oriental is one of my favorite brands, so staying here whenever I visit Macau is a must. It truly embodies a rich cultural heritage and understated luxury. From the warmly welcoming doormen dressed in traditional Qing dynasty attire, to the bellhops and front desk staff, everyone was wonderful. A special shoutout to the lovely Ms. Ye, the Front Office Manager, who upgraded us to the best view room, personally wrote a card wishing my child good luck on their exam, and prepared a beautiful, delicious cake (with chocolate frosting bearing a message of good wishes). It was such a delightful and touching surprise! Thank you again! Oh, and the bellhop even arranged for a cute cartoon electric cart to take us and our luggage to the neighboring MGM to catch our bus back to Hong Kong 🚌.
GGuest UserOverall, the Grand Lisboa Palace Macau offers a great experience. The rooms are spacious and brand new, with elegant New Chinese-style decor. The garden is also a beautiful spot for photos. The butler service is attentive and responsive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Its location is a bit off the beaten path, so transportation primarily relies on the shuttle bus. Check-in can be a bit slow during peak hours. However, it offers good value for money and is highly recommended for a vacation stay.
AAnonymous UserFirst off, the room was absolutely massive! In Macau, where space is a premium, the W really isn't shy about giving you room to breathe. We could spread out our suitcases without them getting in the way, and there was a separate lounge area with a super comfy beanbag chair. The bathroom had dual sinks, and the shower was incredibly spacious too. But what really blew me away was the night view from the window! We were on a higher floor, right opposite the bustling Taipa district. When the lights came on at night, it was like the whole city transformed into a dazzling galaxy – the '8' Ferris wheel at Studio City, the Parisian Eiffel Tower... it was all there. Turning off the room lights and sitting by the window, watching the trails of car lights, felt truly magical and made for some amazing photos! And I have to rave about the breakfast! I honestly didn't have high expectations for hotel breakfast, but I was completely won over by the seafood congee. The congee base was incredibly smooth, and they were incredibly generous with the fresh prawns and scallops – I had three bowls! There was also freshly made wonton noodles with perfectly springy bamboo noodles. They even had Portuguese egg tarts and Serradura (sawdust pudding), so breakfast felt as satisfying as an afternoon tea.
LLucasmahalThe location is far from the city, but the travel is all worth it. The ambiance is so relaxing and has a nice view. It's kid-friendly. If you have children, I would recommend this hotel as it has different activities for them.
The kids loved our stay there. They loved to swim. The staff are friendly and accommodating, especially the Filipinos 🫰
We would love to go back there again and it would be much better to stay there for 2 to 3 days.
GGuest UserI always stay at the Sintra Hotel whenever I'm in Macau, simply because of its excellent location. It's right on Senado Square, just a six or seven-minute walk to Grand Lisboa, and very close to the Ruins of St. Paul's as well.
