Hotels in Cotai,Macau
The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"My overall stay at this hotel was just mediocre. The hotel itself boasts luxurious decor and exquisite European architectural style, with a unique Grand Canal view that's perfect for photos. Its prime location, right next to a shopping mall and entertainment area, makes getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are quite spacious, with soft bedding and a full set of toiletries, meeting basic accommodation standards. However, the hotel's biggest issue is the noise. There's a massive crowd inside the hotel, with corridors and the atrium constantly bustling with people. The mall music and tourist chatter are relentless, and the soundproofing is poor. Even with the door closed, you can still faintly hear the noise from outside, making it hard to get a quiet rest. This is especially true for lower-floor rooms, where the noise impact is even more noticeable. Due to the high guest traffic, check-in and check-out often involve long queues and low efficiency. The buffet breakfast area is always packed, and finding a seat can be difficult. While there's a good variety of food, it's not replenished quickly enough during peak hours. Room facilities are reasonably well-maintained, though some corner areas aren't cleaned as thoroughly as they could be. The hotel offers a complete range of amenities, including a pool, mall, and restaurants, making it suitable for travelers who enjoy a lively atmosphere and prioritize entertainment and shopping. However, if you prefer a quiet retreat, this hotel isn't the best fit. All in all, the transportation and facilities are impeccable, but the severe noise problem significantly reduces the living comfort, making it only suitable for short, transitional stays."

Perfect
DDudusimidaHygiene: The room was cleaned meticulously every day, a big thank you to the housekeeping staff. Service: I had such a good experience with my best friend in January that I decided to bring my in-laws and kids back to the hotel. However, the breakfast restaurant service this time was quite subpar. The staff weren't proactive enough, and their service felt stiff and lacked warmth. One specialty breakfast item took an exceptionally long time to arrive. On one particular day, after we were seated, no staff member asked if we'd like coffee or tea. This was a stark contrast to my first visit, where staff even remembered our names. Breakfast: The crackers at the cheese station were already stale. Breakfast has never been about a wide variety of options, but the pastries are exquisite, and the congee is also quite good. Overall, my experience from check-in to check-out this time was quite mediocre compared to my first stay. However, I do want to commend the housekeeping staff. Anyway, a huge thank you to the hotel for preparing an anniversary cake for my in-laws' room.

MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018. The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor. Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb. I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

GGuest UserFirst time staying at this hotel, and it was quite comfortable. It's conveniently located whether you're heading further into Taipa (it's actually right at the border between Taipa and the Peninsula, just across a bridge) or exploring the Macau Peninsula. On arrival day, it's better to take a public bus to the hotel rather than the hotel shuttle, as missing one means waiting almost an hour. Also, on check-out day, you can get a free shuttle to the Border Gate by showing your room key card holder, according to their schedule. The hotel's room service food was also good and tasty.

HhitomeThe shuttle from the Border Gate is really convenient. The hotel is excellent in every way, especially the service. The staff in the lobby, at the front desk, and by the pool are all incredibly warm and polite. They provide proactive service rather than waiting to be asked, which is absolutely fantastic! 👍 I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Macau.

GGuest UserChoosing The St. Regis Macao for our important anniversary celebration was absolutely the right decision, filled with surprises and warmth every step of the way. We're incredibly grateful! 💕 From the moment we arrived, our dedicated butler greeted us warmly, taking our luggage and offering hot tea. This meticulous service immediately left a great impression. We had mentioned our anniversary beforehand, and the hotel thoughtfully remembered every expectation – upon check-in, our room was already exquisitely decorated with warm touches, a handwritten card, chilled red wine, and a beautiful anniversary cake, all accompanied by a fresh and plump fruit platter. The sense of occasion was perfect, with every detail showing immense care. Our room was spacious and elegant, featuring a marble bathroom and high-quality bedding, ensuring ultimate comfort. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning view of Cotai's dazzling nightscape, with the Parisian Eiffel Tower lights perfectly framed, creating just the right romantic ambiance. The 24-hour butler service was always on call, and the turndown service thoughtfully included a sleep-aid spray and dessert, providing a meticulous and reassuring touch. The hotel's location is superb, offering direct access to shopping complexes like The Venetian and The Londoner, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The daily evening champagne sabering ritual was a unique St. Regis experience, adding a special touch to our anniversary. We sincerely thank all the staff at The St. Regis Macao for their dedication and enthusiasm, which made our anniversary exceptionally memorable and full of warmth. This is not just a luxurious residence, but also a place that holds cherished memories. We will definitely return in the future and will not hesitate to recommend it to all our friends. ❤️

NNiziwazhudiI was surprised to find that the toiletries provided were from Beyond, manufactured in Shantou. The quality was noticeably subpar; the scent was a far cry from the authentic product. A hotel in Shantou used to use this line but eventually removed them all. I can't believe Conrad Macao is also using these substandard toiletries. It completely shocked me. I'm not sure if housekeeping swapped them out or if the entire hotel uses them. On top of that, the Eiffel Tower admission tickets promised by Trip.com were not given. Over at Galaxy, they use L'Occitane products, all original bottles. Conrad, I'm truly disappointed this time. Furthermore, the hairdryer in the bathroom was unusable because the socket wasn't universal – it was infuriating! I booked an Eiffel Tower view room, but I could only see a corner of it. The view directly in front was actually office buildings. So, so disappointing.

GGuest UserFor our anniversary this time, the staff arranged a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was really beautiful at night. The facilities only got a 4-star rating because there weren't many breakfast options at The Parisian Food Court, so I ended up eating Laksa. But for a noodle soup, the rice vermicelli was cold, not hot! 🤦🏻‍♂️ However, the staff's service was truly excellent. The front desk colleagues answered all our questions very patiently. In the evening, my wife unexpectedly started her period, and I was surprised the hotel provided sanitary pads, which were delivered very quickly by a colleague. That's truly commendable! 👍 Looking forward to visiting again! 👍

CCarolLaiThis time, I was here for a concert at the Galaxy, and the hotel is very close to the venue. However, there were a lot of people checking in on the day I arrived, so I had to wait for a while! Additionally, the hotel needed a manager to confirm the room's cleanliness, which meant another 10-minute wait! The room was comfortable, and the view was excellent! It's suitable for couples and families alike. ☺️

王水木The transportation isn't very convenient. Even with the shuttle bus, you still need to transfer, and the frequency is quite low. Before arriving, I emailed them to let them know it was our wedding anniversary. The hotel offered a complimentary cake and gave me three options to choose from. After I made my selection, they ended up sending the one I least wanted, but since it was free, I didn't mind. The hotel has a resort-like atmosphere, which is very relaxing, and the restaurant prices are reasonable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

SSandao. The environment was good, for 200 patacas for a one-night stay in Macau, a big bed, and a private bathroom – it was more than enough. If you're out late in Macau, it's definitely more comfortable to stay overnight. The front desk staff was very gentle and patient. You can dry clothes on the rooftop. The only thing is this room was on the first floor, next to a masseuse, and an older masseuse was a bit... overly friendly.
