"For this business trip to Macau, I stayed at The Venetian and I especially want to thank Wency. When I checked in, Wency learned it was my first time visiting Macau for work. She proactively helped me plan a foodie itinerary for the area, even hand-writing a list of authentic Portuguese restaurants and local eateries, complete with opening hours and recommended dishes. I followed her suggestions and tried two places, and they were indeed excellent. It saved me a lot of time searching aimlessly, and I even received praise from my boss. During my stay, Wency also thoughtfully reminded me of the shuttle bus times from the hotel to the airport, which was very helpful. She was professional and attentive throughout. Thanks to Wency's thoughtful service, this business trip went much smoother. I hope the hotel recognizes her excellent work. I'll definitely choose The Venetian again for my next business trip."

"This was my first stay at The Parisian Macao. I'd previously stayed at The Venetian and found it huge, but The Parisian is just as big, if not bigger! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the central district of Macau, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Rua da Cunha is also nearby, offering plenty of dining options. The room was clean and tidy, and it offers great value for money. My only minor critique is that the perfume scent throughout the hotel is quite strong; I personally think it could be a bit lighter."

MMdm VApart from celebrating my father’s 80th birthday, this trip was also an opportunity to mark Mother’s Day. It was our first stay at Nüwa, and the experience has been truly exceptional.

TTuzi1030We came to Macau for our anniversary this time. We stayed at Studio City's Celebrity Tower first, then the W. The contrast was so stark that I absolutely had to leave a glowing review for Celebrity Tower.
Before checking in, I sent an email hoping they could help decorate for our anniversary. When we opened the room door, the bed was thoughtfully decorated with rose petals and towel-folded swans. The room was a basic suite, very spacious and beautiful. My girlfriend loved the bathtub and vanity area. What was most touching was that the Housekeeping Manager sent us a handwritten anniversary card and a small pony plushie – it was incredibly heartwarming.
On the day of checkout, we went for a swim, and the hotel proactively extended our checkout until 1 PM. When I returned to the room after swimming, I found staff members waiting at our door with a luggage cart. They helped us load our bags onto the cart one by one and carefully delivered them downstairs. The butler stayed with us the whole time, waiting for us to sign off on the handover, and then personally accompanied us all the way to the W Hotel. Since the two hotels are not interconnected, the butler specifically explained, 'I need to go with you to ensure a smooth luggage transfer' – such attention to detail completely exceeded our expectations.
Compared to the W where we stayed afterwards (they mixed up our anniversary with a birthday, offered perfunctory compensation, and only gave us an hour for late checkout), Celebrity Tower truly made us feel 'at home'. Their service isn't just going through the motions; they genuinely treat you like a valued guest. From now on, whenever we come to Macau, Celebrity Tower will be our only choice.
Thank you to the butler and the housekeeping team; you made our anniversary truly special.

YYouyouyouyouStayed for two nights with my child, and it was simply perfect. First off, the design is stunning; the hotel is so beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. Fresh fruit was provided daily, and the mini-bar was free and fully stocked – we couldn't even finish everything. The turndown service each night was also excellent. Breakfast was a set menu delivered to the room, more than enough, with both Western and Chinese options available. The hotel is also very close to the airport, just a 5-minute taxi ride. All in all, extremely satisfied!

GGuest UserAll rooms at Altira Macau face the sea and are super spacious, with complimentary fruit (though not very tasty). Housekeeping comes twice a day, which is very comfortable.
However, there are some downsides: there's no direct elevator from the rooms to the ground floor; you have to go to the 38th-floor lobby to transfer elevators to exit the hotel, which is inconvenient. A deposit of 1000 MOP is required per room, and you can't pay with WeChat Pay or Alipay. Credit card payments result in a one-month hold. Breakfast needs to be purchased separately and isn't cheap. If you take the bottled water out of the room, you'll be charged 40 MOP per bottle. All drinks and snacks in the room are also chargeable and not inexpensive.
The toilets are old-fashioned, not smart toilets, and all the lights in the room have to be turned on manually one by one, as do the curtains. All of this makes such a luxurious hotel feel rather petty and stingy. This kind of tight-fisted management feels outdated and out of place.

GGuest UserI was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Macau! Everyone was incredibly polite, and the service was so thoughtful. They offered welcome fruits, and the butler even hand-wrote a greeting card every day, preparing a little surprise each evening. I also participated in the hotel's champagne popping ceremony, and breakfast was good too. What really stood out was how the staff remembered my name and greeted me proactively every day. All in all, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Macau!

We were also thrilled to receive a room upgrade. So kind! Our room was located on the highest floor, offering spectacular views. Additionally, the hotel features a beautiful swimming pool which we absolutely loved.
It was a superb stay from start to finish. We highly recommend Conrad Macao to everyone!

The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of both the Eiffel Tower and the Figure 8 Ferris Wheel – the scenery was absolutely stunning. The room itself was stylish yet cozy, and the breakfast buffet's seafood congee and latte art coffee were incredibly comforting. The service experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!

LLoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.

The space was large and very comfortable to sleep in. Plus, it had a window for ventilation, which is great for air quality, as many hotels in Macau don't have windows. Late check-out was also a plus. There's a restaurant downstairs and even a massage place. It was absolutely fantastic! 👍👍👍
