3-Star Hotels in Macau

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; a bus stop right outside takes you anywhere you need to go. The hotel environment is also excellent, with very clean rooms, making for a comfortable stay and a great experience. I especially want to mention the three front desk ladies, Sylvia, Susie, and Ying. They were all incredibly enthusiastic and even gave us gashapon small gifts 🎁. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The location is fantastic! As soon as you exit the hotel, turn left, and you're right on the path to the Municipal Affairs Bureau, the Na Tcha Temple, and the Ruins of St. Paul's. It's incredibly close. Plus, there are tons of snack shops and boutiques downstairs. Here's the best part: the free shuttle for the Grand Lisboa is only about 200-300 meters away (that's the Grand Lisboa shuttle, not the Lisboa's, and the Grand Lisboa is right next to the Lisboa). This area offers excellent value for money.

The service was excellent during my stay! However, I ran into an issue during checkout that required police assistance. While waiting for the police to arrive, my phone was almost out of battery. I asked the front desk if I could borrow a power adapter. The male front desk staff said they had one and asked for my room number. I told him I had already checked out but just needed to charge my phone in the lobby for a bit and would return it right away. The staff then immediately said they didn't have one. Hmm! I've stayed at your hotel many times during my trips to Macau, and the service has always been great. But this time was really disappointing! If my phone wasn't about to die and I couldn't scan for a power bank, I wouldn't have even asked to borrow an adapter after checking out. I understand you have a right not to lend it, as it's your property. But I still wanted to share this experience. After all, even if a guest has checked out, shouldn't there be a bit more humanity when they're in urgent need of help?

Great location, very new rooms. It's super convenient for shopping and dining nearby. It's only about a 3-minute walk from Grand Lisboa and a 10-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, making it easy to get anywhere.

The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is also large. There are several tables in the room, perfect for holding a lot of things, especially since girls tend to have many cosmetics. The hygiene was good, and most importantly, the transportation was convenient, with a bus stop right across the street. Across the road, there's a variety of delicious food options. Zheng Shi Long Tai Milk Tea is tasty, DINO's burgers are big and delicious, and the food at C-Star Cafe is great 😋. All in all, it was a very good stay.

Every time I visit Macau, I stay at this hotel, and this time my experience was even better! First off, the lobby has been upgraded and is much more beautiful, bright, and comfortable. Then, during check-in, the front desk lady patiently explained the new room door lock system – you just swipe the card directly, unlike before where I'd worry about demagnetization if the room card was near my phone. The room, as always, was clean and tidy. My little one absolutely loves the two-meter large bed. When I needed extra items for the room, the staff was super patient, asking if I had enough. This hotel is so thoughtful, it's a must-stay every time I come! 👍

I initially thought, based on online reviews, that the hygiene and environment would be quite subpar, but it was actually decent. The room was indeed a bit small, but considering it's Macau, it's acceptable. The cleanliness was also pretty good; the towels and sheets seemed to be well-cleaned. When we needed to set up the sofa bed, a cleaning staff member proactively came to help us and even brought extra slippers and toothbrushes. The service was truly excellent, and we could store our luggage for free! Overall, it was very good, and it's quite close to the border gate, though the route is a bit circuitous. There's also a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient. The room card even had public transportation information for the surrounding area, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – super convenient for getting around. It's just a stone's throw from Wynn and Grand Lisboa, and there's a bus stop right outside the door where you can get anywhere for just 6 yuan. It's an older 4-star hotel, but a big plus is that the shower isn't in a bathtub, which is great. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit. The front desk staff were very polite, and the bellhops at the entrance were also excellent.

Hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. They helped us figure out the transport in Macau. Rooms were big and comfortable, but there was a smell of smoke. Breakfast was disappointing, there wasnt any food choice - you had a coupon for breakfast meal. I understand its not a buffet, but at least provide two more options.

This hotel is located in a bustling central area of Macau, yet it's surprisingly quiet, allowing for a really good night's sleep. The front desk staff were very welcoming and check-in was quick and easy. They even offered complimentary luggage storage on our last day after check-out, which was a thoughtful touch.
