AAshley GohThe room has a capybara theme and is very clean, tidy, and beautiful. There are also adorable capybara plushies and throw pillows, making it feel very cozy and comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, close to nearby tourist attractions. The staff, Wilson, Delia, Margarida, and Lily, are also very friendly. I loved it and will definitely stay here again next time I visit. Highly recommended! 👍🏻👏🏻😊

LlylyllBooked a triple room. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Getting there from the airport was also very convenient; just take the Grand Lisboa shuttle and transfer to the Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle, and you'll arrive quickly. Breakfast was average, but overall it was very good.

LLitaidiWe spontaneously decided to visit Macau during the May Day holiday, and since we were traveling with a child, I looked for a hotel with convenient transportation. We entered through the Hengqin Port, took bus 25B to Grand Lisboa, and then it was just a few hundred meters walk to the hotel. The hotel's decor had a very authentic Macanese style, with a quaint charm. The room was spacious and cozy, and the cleanliness was excellent, with no missed spots and a very clean carpet. The breakfast, in particular, was truly outstanding. It felt like a proper breakfast restaurant, offering very authentic Macanese dim sum with substantial ingredients. Each person could order two steamed dishes and one noodle dish (rice vermicelli or regular noodles). The cream bun was delicious, even better than those from a bakery. The beef brisket ho fun was also very flavorful. The beef tripe and curry squid were fantastic, and the shrimp dumplings were packed with whole, large shrimp. It was truly excellent. Even at check-out, my child said they hadn't had enough of the breakfast yet.

GGuest UserHotel is located just nearby Grand Lisbon ******, in a very city center. Room is clear and tidy. Comfortable beds and bed sheets. Breakfast was not so so rich, but for sure enough. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable- a very poor amenities: tiny bath foam and and hair conditioner, home shoes and 2 bottles of water and thats all. At least tooth brushes would be great. Also, pay attention to have enough cash or not Chinese credit cards for psyment, hotel requires 500 mop deposit for your stay. For foreigners it could be an issue.

SSky KTDownsides: The biggest drawback is that check-in isn't allowed until after 3:00 PM. The front desk staff also came across as quite cold. Upsides: The room was clean and spacious, with a modern design! Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants around the hotel, and a bus stop is less than 100 meters away. A taxi from the hotel to Macau Airport only cost MOP 58.

JjwmiscLocation: Directly opposite the main entrance of Macao Polytechnic University, just across the road – an excellent choice for students coming for exams on Saturdays! There are also many attractions nearby. The Lotus Square is right next door, and Sands Macao and Fisherman's Wharf are a 5-minute walk away. Walking along the main road in front of the university, you can reach Grand Lisboa in 15 minutes. A half-hour walk up a hill path (with some elevators) will take you to the Ruins of St. Paul's. From here, you can easily visit the attractions in the old town of Macau Peninsula in half a day. Facilities: Very new. Although the room isn't huge, it's comfortable enough, and it's very quiet at night. Perhaps it's because it's near the university and many students come for exams, but the guests generally seem to be of high caliber. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. Environment: There are various small and large restaurants nearby to suit different preferences. There are also small breakfast spots, which are a big plus for those who don't have high demands or can't dine at the hotel due to exams. Service: The service attitude is excellent! They are very experienced in accommodating students who come for exams. Not requiring a deposit is a great policy; after all, everyone checks in based on trust. Compared to some other hotels in Macau that still require deposits, this approach is much more humane!

GGuest UserThe staff were quite nice, and when I checked in at noon, the room seemed pretty good in all aspects. But then, after I came back from exploring in the evening, the nightmare began! As soon as I entered the room, there was a faint smell of smoke, but I wasn't sure where it was coming from, so I just assumed it was wafting in from outside the window (not asking to check or change rooms at that point was a big mistake). Then, around 11 or 12 o'clock, when I was getting ready for bed, the smoke smell became increasingly strong. After searching around for a long time, I finally confirmed it was almost certainly coming through the bathroom's exhaust fan or ventilation system!!! Since I was traveling alone, I didn't dare call someone to follow up in the middle of the night. I just suffered through the night until daylight, had breakfast, and left immediately. Ambiance: Smoke smell! Smoke smell! Smoke smell! Super strong! If you have rhinitis, you absolutely must avoid this place! It was so unbearable, like torture (it must have been the smoke coming from the exhaust fan in the picture 🚬).

Ccrea0819The Fu Hua Hotel in Macau was a fantastic choice for my solo trip. The reception service was impeccable—friendly, efficient, and professional from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the historic old town, making it perfect for exploring Macau’s heritage sites on my own. Clean room and great value. Highly recommended for solo travelers.

Vvante13The hotel is conveniently located right by the road, making it easy to find. There's a supermarket downstairs, which is great for grabbing water and snacks. We booked a triple room, and it was spacious and very comfortable. Plus, the hotel's homemade snacks were delicious – I couldn't resist buying a large bag! Five stars!
