Super new, super clean, and a fantastic location. Location: It's about a two to three-minute walk from the Ruins of St. Paul's and St. Dominic's Church. Right outside, you can catch direct buses (26, 21) to Taipa, the Parisian, and the Londoner. A ten-minute walk takes you to the Grand Lisboa entrance, where you can find the direct airport bus (MT1). Room: The room isn't particularly spacious, and the pictures are true to life. If you prioritize space, I wouldn't recommend it. However, if cleanliness, location, and price are your main concerns, then I highly recommend it. Value for money: Especially for solo travelers, the price is good and it feels very safe. What more could you ask for in a new hotel located in a tourist area at this price point? Service: The front desk staff were all excellent, and they offer luggage storage. Facilities: There's a wireless charger on the nightstand, plenty of wall outlets (mainland chargers work directly), and USB ports. The hairdryer is a Laifen, and the airflow is surprisingly powerful! 😂 The window can be opened, and the building opposite isn't residential or office space, so there are no privacy issues. A great experience! 👍🏻

When checking in, you'll need your travel permit and entry slip. The front desk staff – Selene, Zika, Yoyo, Lee, and Lelia – all provide excellent service. The room is very clean and well-equipped with amenities like a capsule coffee machine, refrigerator, and Wi-Fi. The room is quiet and comfortable, and they even have a Dyson hairdryer! You get two free bottles of mineral water every day! The service here is truly impressive! Communication in Mandarin is seamless, luggage storage is available, and there's a coffee shop downstairs. The hotel even gave us discount vouchers! Guests also get two free chances to play the claw machine!

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the location is super convenient, right outside a bus stop 🚏. The value for money is absolutely incredible! I stayed at the Kyoto Hotel Macau yesterday, and my overall experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau. The hotel boasts an excellent location on Avenida da Praia Grande, directly across from the New Yaohan department store. It's just a ten-minute walk to Grand Lisboa and the Ruins of St. Paul's, with plenty of local eateries nearby, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were polite and efficient, and the check-in process was smooth, with detailed and thoughtful explanations. My room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had great water pressure, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The room was well-equipped and brightly lit with natural light. This hotel offers great value for money, saving time and effort for travel, dining, and sightseeing. It's perfect for both short overnight stays and quick getaways. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Macau.

Hotel is located just nearby Grand Lisbon ******, in a very city center. Room is clear and tidy. Comfortable beds and bed sheets. Breakfast was not so so rich, but for sure enough. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable- a very poor amenities: tiny bath foam and and hair conditioner, home shoes and 2 bottles of water and thats all. At least tooth brushes would be great. Also, pay attention to have enough cash or not Chinese credit cards for psyment, hotel requires 500 mop deposit for your stay. For foreigners it could be an issue.

The apartment seems to have been renovated, and it's quite bright and quiet. The room was very clean, and any minor issues were quickly resolved by the cleaning staff. There are many snack options nearby, and it's convenient for both walking and taking public transport. The location is great, I slept well, and the luggage storage was excellent. Overall, for a solo trip, it offers great value for money. Seeing me buy large bottles of water every day, the cleaning lady even went out of her way to provide extra water for me.

There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. Impeccable cleanliness: The lobby and corridors were clean and odor-free. The room was bright and airy, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. All toiletries were provided, and there was no dust in any corners; the cleaning was very thorough. Attentive service: The front desk staff were friendly and handled check-in and check-out very quickly. They were responsive to requests and polite, without ever feeling perfunctory. Comfortable facilities: The room was spacious, the mattress was just right (not too soft, not too hard), and the air conditioning, hot water, and charging facilities all worked perfectly. The soundproofing was great, ensuring an undisturbed rest. Overall, incredible value for money: The environment, service, and facilities were all top-notch. Staying here immediately made me feel relaxed after a long journey. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling or on a business trip!

Excellent! My first stay here, and I was surprisingly satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with slippers, toiletries, coffee, and a safe. It's quite close to The Venetian; you can take a few bus stops from the overpass opposite the hotel to 'Estrada do Istmo'. I was also thrilled to catch the drone show. The lake view room is a godsend for light sleepers, and it's quiet enough to relax even during the day. The only drawback was that it took about five or six minutes for the hot water to warm up, but thankfully it's summer, so it wasn't too much of an issue.

The location is absolutely amazing! It's right in the city center, and you can walk to the Grand Lisboa, MGM, and Wynn. Eating out is incredibly convenient! (The rest seems like random characters/typos and cannot be translated meaningfully).

The room was great! It's an a serviced apartment with a small lounge area, perfect for cooking or making tea, and it even has two TVs. The kitchen is super convenient with a stove and a fridge. The view outside the window overlooking Hengqin is beautiful. It's also really easy to get to Galaxy Macau and Rua da Cunha. Plus, it offers excellent value for money.
