GGuest UserFacilities: Fully equipped, including complimentary disposable toothbrushes, free bottled water, a capsule coffee machine, and even a pair of flip-flops! No need to bring a travel adapter, and charging your phone by the bed is very convenient.
Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, with an automatic toilet that includes a bidet function.
Environment: Convenient transportation. You can take a car to Grand Lisboa and then walk for about fifteen minutes, or take a bus to either Rua de S. Paulo or the Inner Harbor Ferry Terminal – it's convenient to get anywhere.
Service: The front desk staff speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, making communication easy. Although check-in is officially at 3 PM, we arrived in the morning, and the front desk staff said they had an available room and let us check in. We were also able to store our luggage after checking out at 11 AM.
For Macau, this is a business hotel with great value for money for the average person.

GGuest UserFirst off, the lobby was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent—the staff spoke standard Mandarin and were very patient. The room layout was spacious, clean, and tidy. I stayed for three days, and they cleaned the room and provided complimentary water every day! The hotel's location is also superb, with a bus stop right downstairs, making travel very convenient! There are also many great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Yang Zhi Jin Lao, which is just downstairs from the hotel. Overall, my Macau trip experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose ECARD Hotels again on my next visit to Macau!

They even provide a free shuttle to Gongbei Port, which saved us a lot of time and money. It's super convenient to get around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Grand Lisboa, and popular attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's are also easily accessible within a ten-minute walk. A big plus is the included breakfast, which is clean, healthy, and very convenient.

DDuanduanzhuaojiI arrived during a heavy downpour, struggling with my large suitcase, so I booked this hotel last minute for a place to stay. Since it was too early for check-in, the hotel kindly stored my luggage, which was a very thoughtful service. The location was convenient for getting around, the room was spacious, and the toiletries were well-stocked. Overall, it was a great experience. My trip to Macau this time was quite rushed, so I hope to visit again soon!

SSadanandtianshiRight by the airport entrance, this is an excellent choice for early morning flights! Facing the airport, my room had a window with a view. The soundproofing was great; I couldn't hear any airport noise at all, which made for a very good night's sleep. Group check-in for room cards is on the ground floor, but individual guests need to go to the 11th-floor front desk to check in.

GGuest UserFor Macau, this room size is pretty decent. There's no strange smell in the room, and it's very clean. The view is also beautiful. Since I was attending a concert at Broadway, it was only about a 5-minute walk away. You can walk indoors from Broadway to Galaxy, and then from the exit next to the Apple flagship store, cross the road and walk for 5-10 minutes to reach The Venetian. It's incredibly convenient. Everyone can take the Galaxy shuttle bus from the airport, then walk through the mall to Broadway, and then walk to the hotel. It's super convenient! Walking to Rua do Cunha only takes about 20 minutes. This hotel is highly recommended.

LLvlailvquThe facilities are a bit old, but the location is great. After clearing customs, I just followed the navigation and walked there. The room isn't big, but it has all the amenities, which is really good. To experience Macanese culture, I even went for dim sum early in the morning.
