Very Good
MM12104****Seriously, I couldn't be happier, haha! I'm beyond satisfied with this hotel I booked in Macau. Coming during the weekday offered incredible value for money!
The location is absolutely fantastic, and right downstairs is the super popular 'Yang Zhi Jin Lao' (dessert shop) – that was my very first meal in Macau! I didn't realize it was right in the building when I booked. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to get to Hengqin Port.
Facilities: Very new! The bed in the room was really comfortable, and so were the slippers. There's also a bathtub – you just have to shower standing in it. The water pressure was excellent too. After a whole day of exploring Macau, a comfortable hot shower was just perfect. The bathroom has two mirrors, which is handy for doing makeup.
Cleanliness: Spotless, no missed spots. The lobby also looked great. The value for money during the weekday is just unbeatable!
Environment: Absolutely amazing, and the location is superb.
Service: Pretty good. When I arrived, it wasn't check-in time yet, so I stored my luggage and went out to explore.
Highly recommend!
HheiheiheiheiyThe location is excellent, quite close to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Yesterday, I was rushing to catch a flight and was a bit pressed for time. I asked the front desk staff for help with a taxi, and thanks to his assistance, we made it to the airport successfully. Thank you! Every staff member had a great attitude. The breakfast was also very good, especially the pork chop bun, which was delicious.
MM310461****The hotel's location is very convenient, with a bus stop right nearby and the Grand Lisboa just a two-minute walk away. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and many of them speak Mandarin. The hotel environment is new and clean, with quite complete facilities and modern decor. However, I feel the cleanliness could be improved a bit. There are plenty of power outlets, and they offer a shuttle bus service and breakfast. Overall, it's a good stay.
BBeilingdaorenThe hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute bus ride from Macau Airport, and the bus stop is right there. The building is also easy to spot. The front desk is small, but the room itself isn't tiny and is quite clean. There are plenty of power outlets, so I didn't even need my converter. The two beds are very large, and the pillows were more comfortable than any I've had in hotels back home in China. There aren't many food options or convenience stores right downstairs, but just around the corner are Rua da Cunha and Taipa Houses-Museum. Along the way, you'll find popular tea restaurants and supermarkets. It's a 5-minute walk to Taipa Houses-Museum and about 10 minutes to Rua da Cunha. From there, it's another 10-15 minute walk to large hotels like The Venetian and The Londoner, which is incredibly convenient and saves a lot on taxi fares. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the front desk service. Check-in isn't until 3 PM. I arrived at 1 PM, left my luggage at the front desk, and went out for lunch. When I booked, I specifically requested a quiet room. The front desk initially said they would arrange a mountain view room for me when I came back at 3 PM, which I thought was a nice touch. However, when I returned at 3 PM, I was told the mountain view room still needed cleaning and would take another 40 minutes to an hour. Ugh. So, I ended up in a city view room right next to the elevator, and I could hear the elevator dinging all night.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean, hygienic, comfortable, and offers great value for money! It's conveniently located right across from the StarWorld Hotel, which makes it easy to catch a ride to Taipa. There are also many restaurants nearby. Overall, it's a good choice!
GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at a Jinjiang Inn hotel. At check-in, I was required to show my immigration slip. The room wasn't spacious, but it was notably clean and hygienic. We booked two twin rooms for one night. The hotel's buffet breakfast costs 40 MOP per person. Nearby, there's a Lai Lai Supermarket and a street lined with pharmacies. The hotel is very close to the Border Gate, making it convenient for public transportation. I particularly liked the key card holder; it thoughtfully featured public transport guidelines on one side and the room's Wi-Fi login details (username and password) on the other. The staff were patient. I would definitely stay here again.
MM57921****Every time I visit Macau, I choose the Yacht Club. It's conveniently located, quiet, and clean. The service is warm and attentive; they proactively asked if I'd prefer a room with a sea view. If I get the chance to come to Macau again, I'll definitely choose to stay here once more. Highly recommended!
MM508018****I arrived early and the hotel kindly stored my luggage for free, which was great as I didn't have to drag all my bags around while sightseeing. The front desk staff even recommended several famous attractions nearby. After lunch, I came back to check in. The service was absolutely fantastic, they basically catered to every request, making the whole stay incredibly comfortable and earning a perfect score!
The deluxe twin room we stayed in was clean, spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The next day, we explored the surrounding area and found plenty of great spots for shopping and dining, perfect for taking photos too. Most importantly, the room rate was very affordable. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, another perfect score!
MM878071****Facilities: Fully equipped and very convenient.
Hygiene: Very clean, and the bed was huge.
Environment: For a city like Macau, the Victoria Hotel offers great value for money considering its price, environment, and service. Highly recommended.
Service: The front desk service was attentive; they reminded me about luggage storage, which was very convenient as I could explore all day and pick up my luggage later to cross the border.
MM263698****Excellent location! From the immigration gate, just take bus 3 underground for 4 stops and you're there. It's in a local residential area with a supermarket, restaurants, and a wet market downstairs. On the second floor, there are food stalls, all frequented by locals. Less than 100 meters away, there's a Michelin-recommended dessert shop specializing in Mango Sago. You can continue on bus 3 for 3 more stops to get to Senado Square, and then another 2 stops will take you to Grand Lisboa. The room was dry and clean, and most importantly, smoke-free.
