Macau Hotels with Pools

Staying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me. Both its architecture and service are top-notch! We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm. The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it. The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable! I've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up: 1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong] 2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional. 3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting. 4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

The shuttle from the Border Gate is really convenient. The hotel is excellent in every way, especially the service. The staff in the lobby, at the front desk, and by the pool are all incredibly warm and polite. They provide proactive service rather than waiting to be asked, which is absolutely fantastic! 👍 I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Macau.

For our anniversary this time, the staff arranged a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was really beautiful at night. The facilities only got a 4-star rating because there weren't many breakfast options at The Parisian Food Court, so I ended up eating Laksa. But for a noodle soup, the rice vermicelli was cold, not hot! 🤦🏻‍♂️ However, the staff's service was truly excellent. The front desk colleagues answered all our questions very patiently. In the evening, my wife unexpectedly started her period, and I was surprised the hotel provided sanitary pads, which were delivered very quickly by a colleague. That's truly commendable! 👍 Looking forward to visiting again! 👍

This time, I was here for a concert at the Galaxy, and the hotel is very close to the venue. However, there were a lot of people checking in on the day I arrived, so I had to wait for a while! Additionally, the hotel needed a manager to confirm the room's cleanliness, which meant another 10-minute wait! The room was comfortable, and the view was excellent! It's suitable for couples and families alike. ☺️

The H2 near Hengqin Port offers direct shuttle service to Grand Lisboa Palace. It's pretty good value for money. They even provided complimentary Wynn SkyCab tickets, and housekeeping helped fold our clothes. Getting back to Hengqin from the hotel was also convenient, with shuttle buses readily available. However, the windows don't open, which makes the room feel stuffy. My biggest issue was finding someone's name and date written on the duvet... that really put me off. I had thought the hotel was quite decent the day before.

All the hotel staff were friendly and polite. I had some questions during check-in, and the staff proactively offered assistance and suggestions. The pool view was nice, but unfortunately, it was temporarily closed due to a thunderstorm. The gym facilities were excellent, and I enjoyed a good hour-long workout. It's an 8-minute walk from the hotel to the Jockey Club light rail station. If you head towards the old district from the light rail station, there are several small shops with great value for money to choose from. If you want to go to Rua do Cunha, you can take the hotel shuttle bus or just two light rail stops.

Extremely comfortable with spacious rooms and excellent amenities, it completely exceeded my expectations. The location is actually pretty good too; there's a bus stop right downstairs, and you can walk to places like The Londoner and The Parisian. The front desk service was really great and welcoming. They even gave us fast-pass tickets for the Wynn Palace cable car, which was fantastic and saved us a lot of time waiting in line.

First time staying at this hotel! I'd passed by it before and thought it looked nice, so I took the opportunity to experience it this time! As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff at check-in were very enthusiastic! They even upgraded our room! We were so touched! The room was great and very quiet! The sea view was private yet open. We originally booked without breakfast, but my family suggested we eat breakfast before heading back, so we bought two breakfast buffets at the lobby service desk. There were so many food choices, and the taste was excellent! A really good experience 👍 Hope to come again next time ☺️

I was really worried to book this hotel after reading so many negative reviews, but my stay was absolutely fine. If you want to save money but stay in a good area, this is a great choice. Here are a few helpful details for future guests: Best Price: In this area, this hotel is definitely the cheapest and easiest to access. It is the best option if you compare the prices of nearby hotels. The hotel looks old compared to the giant resorts in this area, but there is no need to worry! Because the price is so good, you can spend your whole day roaming around all the fancy, luxurious hotels nearby. Amazing Location: The hotel is just opposite the Galaxy Macau Diamond Lobby. You can simply take the free shuttle bus to Galaxy Macau, and once you get off, just cross the road to reach Hotel Pousada Marina Infante. It is so easy! Room Condition: My room was very clean, and there was no broken furniture at all, only the shower was too old. They even gave me a room with a Galaxy view, which was great to look at. Getting Around: It is very close to other attractions. You have to walk about 1 kilometer to reach The Venetian. Good to Know: The hotel takes a 500 HKD deposit when you check in. Overall, I had a great trip and would recommend it for budget travelers!
