Excellent
GGuest UserGenuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!
GGuest UserFrom the moment I checked in, I experienced thoughtful and attentive service. A special shout-out to Val for the warm welcome; they helped me with my luggage to the room and gave a detailed introduction to all the room's amenities. The room itself was clean and tidy. It was a truly memorable stay.
XXiechengbuzaicidi- The decor is great, with a really comfortable color scheme and style. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for photos! My only complaint is that my room was next to a fan, so I didn't sleep all night! I was so exhausted, my face was swollen in the morning! The housekeeping staff was excellent and polite! There was also a front desk agent next to me during check-in who treated every guest with such care – I really commend him, even though I wasn't directly assisted by him! Thumbs up! 👍
- The restaurant was my happy place. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the caviar waffles – absolutely delicious – and the large shrimp, though I only had two to be polite! The manager and waitstaff were incredibly attentive. My dress got dirty, and someone immediately brought me detergent to clean it – so thoughtful. You absolutely must get the breakfast; it's probably the best in Macau!
- You also have to visit the Miao Thai restaurant, it's Michelin-recommended! Don't miss happy hour, the drinks are amazing! The decor is very classic and elegant! Dinner is super trendy, and PS, don't forget to enjoy the dessert trolley! So happy! Get it all!
The hotel is huge, I kept getting lost!
GGuest UserAfter check-in, a front desk staff member assigned us a room with a rooftop view of the hotel’s low-rise section (not facing swimming pools or the tower). I later asked if I could change to a room with a better view. Terence (another staff member) at the front desk, was very helpful and polite, and he kindly arranged a room facing the Macau Eiffel Tower. I was truly satisfied with his professional service.
This is my first time booking at The Parisian Macao, and thanks to Terence’s assistance, I have a wonderful memory of this journey.
AAnonymous UserFirst off, the room was absolutely massive! In Macau, where space is a premium, the W really isn't shy about giving you room to breathe. We could spread out our suitcases without them getting in the way, and there was a separate lounge area with a super comfy beanbag chair. The bathroom had dual sinks, and the shower was incredibly spacious too. But what really blew me away was the night view from the window! We were on a higher floor, right opposite the bustling Taipa district. When the lights came on at night, it was like the whole city transformed into a dazzling galaxy – the '8' Ferris wheel at Studio City, the Parisian Eiffel Tower... it was all there. Turning off the room lights and sitting by the window, watching the trails of car lights, felt truly magical and made for some amazing photos! And I have to rave about the breakfast! I honestly didn't have high expectations for hotel breakfast, but I was completely won over by the seafood congee. The congee base was incredibly smooth, and they were incredibly generous with the fresh prawns and scallops – I had three bowls! There was also freshly made wonton noodles with perfectly springy bamboo noodles. They even had Portuguese egg tarts and Serradura (sawdust pudding), so breakfast felt as satisfying as an afternoon tea.
SSherry_icecyI had such a wonderful stay at Studio City Macau and it became one of the most memorable parts of my trip. I was so happy and touched that the hotel prepared a room with an Eiffel Tower view exactly as I requested. They also surprised us with a birthday cake and beautiful balloon decorations because I mentioned that I would be celebrating an early birthday with my mother. It made the experience feel extra special and thoughtful.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I loved that the air conditioning could be adjusted easily to the perfect temperature. The bathroom amenities were excellent quality, and the minibar was refilled daily. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. When I asked about where to find good egg tarts inside the building, the staff gave great recommendations and directions.
One small downside was that the hotel shuttle bus stop was quite far from the main lobby — around a 300-meter walk toward the back of the building. However, everything else about the stay was amazing, so it still felt like a perfect and relaxing getaway. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future.
SShiny 831I chose to stay here specifically for the full L'Occitane amenities. The deluxe twin room was incredibly spacious, almost like a small apartment. It's a shame that for two people, we only received one complimentary set of amenities. The room decor had warm tones, making the overall atmosphere very cozy, and the bed was comfortable. One minor flaw I noticed was that the curtains felt a bit coarse and dated. After experiencing the incredibly thoughtful service of five-star hotels, the service here felt noticeably less impressive.
There are some complementary shops downstairs in the hotel, which are good for a quick browse and bite. The lack of entertainment facilities might be the hotel's biggest 'feature.' If you're looking for good value for money, this place is definitely a solid choice. It's right next to Grand Lisboa Palace, and you can easily take a car there. I didn't find it inconvenient at all. The area isn't that big. To get to central areas like The Venetian, a taxi ride would just be slightly more than the starting fare.
MMaitangdoujiangjiangdexiaogegeWho on earth is praising this hotel? Because my company covers travel expenses, I used to always pay the difference to stay at places like St. Regis or Banyan Tree. This time, I saw this newly opened hotel for just over 600 a night, not much different from The Parisian, so I thought it wouldn't be too bad and decided to stay for two nights as a stopover. The experience was simply… indescribable.
1) I booked a suite, but when I arrived, I found there was no shower, only a bathtub where I had to squat to wash. I can't understand how a hotel could be designed like this. 🙄 I contacted the front desk, and they told me all suites are designed without a shower. If I wanted to change rooms, I'd have to downgrade without a refund for the price difference. That's pretty ridiculous. It's their design flaw, not clearly stated on the booking page, yet the customer is expected to bear the consequences.
2) The Wi-Fi signal was terrible, couldn't connect anywhere, whether on the balcony or by the pool.
3) The outdoor pool, forget about being heated, it was an ice-cold pool. And during my two-day stay, I never saw the water being changed.
4) The location is very remote. Although there's a shuttle, it only goes one way. I ended up taking taxis back and forth, and even taxis were scarce, requiring a long wait.
5) Ordering coffee by the pool incurred a service charge… St. Regis, Conrad, and Galaxy don't charge service fees, do they? There wasn't even a bottle of water by the pool.
This hotel is on my lifetime blacklist.
LLucasmahalThe location is far from the city, but the travel is all worth it. The ambiance is so relaxing and has a nice view. It's kid-friendly. If you have children, I would recommend this hotel as it has different activities for them.
The kids loved our stay there. They loved to swim. The staff are friendly and accommodating, especially the Filipinos 🫰
We would love to go back there again and it would be much better to stay there for 2 to 3 days.
Ppeggy7758Our room was on a higher floor, so it was pretty quiet with minimal noise. Overall, the room was clean, though the facilities were a bit dated. The main drawback was the air conditioning at night; it was very loud and constantly rattling. Everything else was generally acceptable.
When calling a taxi from the front desk, there were often issues with the line being busy. If you urgently need a car, it's best to check if someone is getting out of a taxi at the entrance, or head over to the taxi stand at Galaxy, or use their dedicated ride service.
The location isn't right next to Galaxy, but it's still quite close. We were able to walk to Rua da Cunha (Taipa Village) in the evening and back from there without any trouble. The Grand Hyatt Residences are right next door, as is the Inn Hotel Yacht.
