I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus, the architectural and interior design was extraordinary. The futuristic feeling on the space was balanced with the natural light during the day, and lighting at night was beautiful. The service was excellent, all staffs were friendly and helpful, special thanks for the front operation staff Samuel who gave me a brief tour of the building. I had a great time and will definitely stay at the Morpheus again.

To my utter delight and complete surprise, she kindly informed me that I had been upgraded from a Deluxe Room to a suite! đ„łđ This wasn't just a simple room change; it felt like being handed the golden ticket to an entirely new level of luxury. Thank you, Shirley, for your incredible generosity â you are a true asset to the Grand Lisboa Palace and the reason my stay was so memorable! Brian was very warm and friendly. He has helped with early check in and upgraded us to the suite room. The room was spacious and the view was great. The breakfast was yummy with lots of choices. Overall, highly recommended and will surely come back again.
