MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018.
The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor.
Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb.
I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

AAimaopaode QQOur stay was incredibly satisfying, with exceptional and proactive personalized service! Before check-in, they even provided beautiful drawing toys for my child. The front desk staff also kindly upgraded us to a pool view room and thoughtfully set up a tent for the little one.
Every night, the turndown service was full of pleasant surprises, including delicious local cookies. We had some trouble with the TV casting, and the hotel's housekeeping staff helped us multiple times. One of the managers even noticed my child and kindly gave them a small doll, which made my kid incredibly happy! They also paid special attention to potential bumps and proactively placed protective corners on every piece of furniture in the room – a huge plus! Many luxury five-star hotels don't go this extra mile.
During every encounter with the concierge service, staff members would proactively ask if we needed help with a taxi or if we needed reservations for restaurants.
Upon check-out, another detail left a lasting impression: the staff member proactively mentioned that we could continue to use the hotel's swimming pool and children's play area even after checking out. This truly showed their thoughtfulness and sincerity.
The newly renovated room was excellent, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, clean, and hygienic.
Having stayed at many luxury hotels, I feel it's truly rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such an outstanding service experience!

HhitomeThe shuttle from the Border Gate is really convenient. The hotel is excellent in every way, especially the service. The staff in the lobby, at the front desk, and by the pool are all incredibly warm and polite. They provide proactive service rather than waiting to be asked, which is absolutely fantastic! 👍 I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Macau.

GGuest UserFor our anniversary this time, the staff arranged a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was really beautiful at night. The facilities only got a 4-star rating because there weren't many breakfast options at The Parisian Food Court, so I ended up eating Laksa. But for a noodle soup, the rice vermicelli was cold, not hot! 🤦🏻♂️ However, the staff's service was truly excellent. The front desk colleagues answered all our questions very patiently. In the evening, my wife unexpectedly started her period, and I was surprised the hotel provided sanitary pads, which were delivered very quickly by a colleague. That's truly commendable! 👍 Looking forward to visiting again! 👍

CCarolLaiThis time, I was here for a concert at the Galaxy, and the hotel is very close to the venue. However, there were a lot of people checking in on the day I arrived, so I had to wait for a while! Additionally, the hotel needed a manager to confirm the room's cleanliness, which meant another 10-minute wait! The room was comfortable, and the view was excellent! It's suitable for couples and families alike. ☺️

AAnonymous UserThe H2 near Hengqin Port offers direct shuttle service to Grand Lisboa Palace. It's pretty good value for money. They even provided complimentary Wynn SkyCab tickets, and housekeeping helped fold our clothes. Getting back to Hengqin from the hotel was also convenient, with shuttle buses readily available. However, the windows don't open, which makes the room feel stuffy. My biggest issue was finding someone's name and date written on the duvet... that really put me off. I had thought the hotel was quite decent the day before.

王王水木The transportation isn't very convenient. Even with the shuttle bus, you still need to transfer, and the frequency is quite low. Before arriving, I emailed them to let them know it was our wedding anniversary. The hotel offered a complimentary cake and gave me three options to choose from. After I made my selection, they ended up sending the one I least wanted, but since it was free, I didn't mind. The hotel has a resort-like atmosphere, which is very relaxing, and the restaurant prices are reasonable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

DDitiaodehuali130Absolutely loved my stay at Lisboeta Macau! What a pleasant surprise to find the Line Friends themed store there, I immediately started snapping photos, haha! The grand, elegant, and stylish lobby made a strong impression. Their Chinese and Western breakfast options were also fantastic, with a wide variety to choose from. I personally preferred the Chinese/Hong Kong style dim sum restaurant; the Hong Kong-style milk tea was seriously amazing! And I adored the borscht and char siu bao – I ate so much in the morning! The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. Even though it's an older hotel, it doesn't feel dated at all; the cleanliness and service were both excellent and very thoughtful. I'll definitely choose Lisboeta Macau again on my next trip to Macau! ど⚈₃⚈う♡

The HSKP attendants and room service server are very kind.
Though the front desk they need to be more effective with their service cause they didn't introduce the wifi and inform about the pool renovation.

PPulishendinachuangwuerThis hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Galaxy Macau, just across the road. The view from the window is also lovely. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is super quick, and the metro is also nearby. For food, there's a good restaurant called Macao Restaurant just a few hundred meters away; their pork chop bun is especially delicious and it's very affordable. From the restaurant, Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) is also very close, perfect for a stroll.
