XxfmhThe room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Angela from the reservations department, who meticulously inquired about our room preferences and travel arrangements before our arrival; her service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, the staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It was an extraordinary experience!

FfishwingI've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up:
1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong]
2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional.
3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting.
4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

HhitomeThe shuttle from the Border Gate is really convenient. The hotel is excellent in every way, especially the service. The staff in the lobby, at the front desk, and by the pool are all incredibly warm and polite. They provide proactive service rather than waiting to be asked, which is absolutely fantastic! 👍 I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Macau.

GGuest UserFor our anniversary this time, the staff arranged a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was really beautiful at night. The facilities only got a 4-star rating because there weren't many breakfast options at The Parisian Food Court, so I ended up eating Laksa. But for a noodle soup, the rice vermicelli was cold, not hot! 🤦🏻♂️ However, the staff's service was truly excellent. The front desk colleagues answered all our questions very patiently. In the evening, my wife unexpectedly started her period, and I was surprised the hotel provided sanitary pads, which were delivered very quickly by a colleague. That's truly commendable! 👍 Looking forward to visiting again! 👍

CCarolLaiThis time, I was here for a concert at the Galaxy, and the hotel is very close to the venue. However, there were a lot of people checking in on the day I arrived, so I had to wait for a while! Additionally, the hotel needed a manager to confirm the room's cleanliness, which meant another 10-minute wait! The room was comfortable, and the view was excellent! It's suitable for couples and families alike. ☺️

AAnonymous UserThe H2 near Hengqin Port offers direct shuttle service to Grand Lisboa Palace. It's pretty good value for money. They even provided complimentary Wynn SkyCab tickets, and housekeeping helped fold our clothes. Getting back to Hengqin from the hotel was also convenient, with shuttle buses readily available. However, the windows don't open, which makes the room feel stuffy. My biggest issue was finding someone's name and date written on the duvet... that really put me off. I had thought the hotel was quite decent the day before.

LLoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.

GGuanxiaolinThe room is spacious and comfortable, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The double sink is super convenient for multiple guests. I also appreciated that the bathtub and shower are separate, so no worries about slipping. They even provided a universal travel adapter, which was a thoughtful touch.
The location is a bit out of the way. It's about a 10-minute walk to Grand Lisboa Palace and 15 minutes to MGM Cotai. While there are no shuttle buses to tourist attractions or the border gate, they do offer shuttles to Grand Lisboa Palace, MGM Cotai, and Wynn Palace, though they are not very frequent.

It's super convenient for getting things done, there are lots of food options nearby, and it's easy to get to the border crossing. Plus, the hotel offers shuttle service. Oh, and the egg tarts in the lobby are absolutely delicious!

PPulishendinachuangwuerThis hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Galaxy Macau, just across the road. The view from the window is also lovely. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is super quick, and the metro is also nearby. For food, there's a good restaurant called Macao Restaurant just a few hundred meters away; their pork chop bun is especially delicious and it's very affordable. From the restaurant, Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) is also very close, perfect for a stroll.
