Macau Hotels with Pools

Staying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me. Both its architecture and service are top-notch! We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm. The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it. The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable! We stayed at this wonderful hotel in early May. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service from the entire staff, especially the manager Yuri, who was happy to help with any questions. We stayed at three different 5-star hotels in Macau, but this one stands out. Clean rooms, excellent cleaning, personalized service – every phone cord is neatly folded, your cosmetics will be neatly laid out, slippers and a robe are provided especially for the child, and soft toys and little tasty treats will make every child happy and their parents loyal. Excellent outdoor wave pool and beach with cocktails. Unfortunately, they don't offer rooms with breakfast, they would surely have been just as perfect, but there are plenty of cafes nearby for every taste, so you definitely won't go hungry. We will definitely return to this hotel again! From Russia with love!

I originally booked a twin room, but later found out it wasn't large enough for a children's tent. I read online that Andaz was quite far from Grand Resort Deck, which seemed inconvenient. However, upon arrival, I realized it was just a few minutes' walk to the JW Marriott for access, which was easy even with two young children. The front desk staff knew it was my child's birthday and even gave us a small cake and changed our room so we could set up the tent, fulfilling my children's wishes. I'm very grateful. The hotel is very clean and new, with smart features, which is excellent.

Staying at The Londoner Macao for the second time, the overall experience was excellent once again. The hotel's British design creates a fantastic ambiance, the rooms are clean and elegant, and the facilities, including the pool and a wide range of dining options, are top-notch. Its location also offers convenient access for exploring. I especially want to commend William, a true 'Smile Ambassador'! From the moment we arrived, he provided warm and sincere hospitality, showing great attention to detail. He proactively helped with our luggage, thoughtfully introduced the hotel facilities, and patiently answered all our questions about routes and transportation. Many details were taken care of even before we had to ask, making his service both professional and heartwarming. The feeling of being truly at home is undoubtedly thanks to the dedicated staff. William's exceptional service elevated our entire trip. I will definitely choose The Londoner Macao again on my next visit to Macau and highly recommend it to everyone!

I booked for three nights and was upgraded to the extraordinary suite, and the service was excellent! I brought insect repellent sachets because I was worried about bugs. I used them for the first two nights without issue, but I got careless on the third night. Around 6 or 7 AM, I felt an uncomfortable itch on my legs. When I turned on the light, I saw they were covered in bites. I called the front desk, and they handled it very proactively with a great attitude. However, I didn't dare stay another night and quickly checked out to move to another hotel. The hotel later called to say they had an exterminator come in and found no bugs, offering to provide a certificate. I'm giving five stars because I truly feel the service and amenities are very much worth it! I hope this doesn't happen again in the future!

The entire room was equipped with a full set of L'Occitane herbal toiletries, so there was no need to bring my own – a thoughtful detail that really made a difference. ✅ **Location and Facilities:** The hotel is located on the outskirts of the Taipa resort area, not in the bustling city center, but the amenities are more than sufficient. The ground floor of the complex offers a wide variety of dining options, from simple meals to snacks, so you can easily eat without leaving the premises. The T435 bus stop is right outside the hotel, and the MT4 bus is downstairs, providing direct access to the Macau Peninsula. It's very convenient for getting to areas like the Red Market and the Ruins of St. Paul's. ✅ **Accessibility:** In addition to public transport, catching a taxi outside the hotel is also very easy. Trips to popular spots like Wynn Palace, The Londoner, and Cunha Street usually cost around 20-30 MOP, and the journey time is moderate. Whether by taxi or bus, you have a lot of freedom to explore. Considering the room type, environment, toiletries, and travel costs, this hotel avoids the high prices of the core commercial areas and is budget-friendly. For a leisurely trip to Macau, I highly recommend it as a base.

This hotel stands out a bit in Taipa, located away from the main luxury hotel zone (though it's not really that far, given how small Macau is; a taxi from central Taipa is only about 50 MOP). It's nestled by the mountains and the sea, making it quite peaceful, right next to Hac Sa Beach. The decent-sized outdoor pool is definitely a highlight. However, it's an older property, so the facilities and decor have a 90s vibe and are quite dated, which explains why the price is lower compared to hotels in central Taipa. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious, and the shower has great water pressure, making for a comfortable experience.

The room was spacious and very clean, especially the bathroom facilities. I recommend choosing a room on the 10th floor or higher for an even better night view. The hotel's toiletries smelled lovely and were a thoughtful touch, even including complimentary disposable razors. There were four bottles of water provided; two were free, and the other two required a fee if consumed. The hotel itself is large, and there's a supermarket downstairs where you can browse and buy things. We picked up some Macau pork and beef jerky to take home. Dining downstairs is also very convenient, and the portion sizes in Macau are quite generous. It was a fantastic trip to Macau. From the Treasure Hotel, you can walk a short distance to catch a bus to Rua do Cunha to explore and sample local specialty internet-famous foods, making getting around super easy. Five-star rating for the hotel – an absolutely wonderful stay with an excellent experience.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15–20 minutes even with luggage. There’s also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well. Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house ****** has also ceased operations since November 2025.

Stayed 4 nights here. Simple and clean classic rooms. Beds and bathrooms are ok. Location is directly opposite the Galaxy via covered overhead bridge. Stay here if you prefer a quieter and peaceful place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very simple, able to fill up my stomach. There are two convenience stores beside the hotel. Walking distance to Broadway Food Street. I crossed over the bridge to Galaxy Diamond Lobby, took their free shuttle service to HZMB port to transfer to Hong Kong.
