My only choice in Macau. Good service, spacious room, well maintained facilities, clean and tidy everywhere, delicious buffet no matter breakfast or other meal sections, all good👍 plus its convenient location as right next to subway station are all my description for this hotel. I stayed here for few times, but this time wanna express my special thanks to Kent. He is professional with passion, patience and details minded. While checking in, I booked a non-smoking suite room but it was sold out for non-smoking of such category, he tried for non-smoking treatment at first but I was allergic and sensitive to it, he was so patiently showed me with an upgraded non-smoking suite to ensure my stay was pleasant. He also reminded for transportation arrangement during CNY for room closure details. We definitely will return because of his outstanding. Really appreciated.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. Thank you, Mandarin Oriental, for an unforgettable vacation!

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

The team arranged a special birthday cake to my girlfriend and the special photo shooting from an instant print camera. The room is very new, fresh, and clean. The drinks at the bar are great. We had the most enjoyable travel time here, and everything about the hotel fascinated me. Room cards are made from woods, which makes me feel like peace and love[爱心] The receptionist staff were enthusiastic and professional, They introduced me to the hotel facilities in detail. At the same time, they thoughtfully asked if I needed an English version of the RC and hotel introduction leaflet. Looking out the window from my room, I could see the stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben, as if I were right in the midst of them.[哇] Anyway,I love this hotel ,I love the Four Seasons😗

The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

We stayed at The Venetian Macao for two nights as a family, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment we stepped inside, we were amazed by the stunning Venetian-inspired design, complete with canals and gondolas. It felt like we were in a completely different world, making it a memorable trip for the whole family. Our room was spacious and perfect for our needs. The beds were super comfortable, and the room had plenty of space for everyone to relax. The amenities were top-notch, and the bathroom was also large and well-equipped. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the rooms both luxurious and family-friendly. One of the best parts was the variety of dining options available. We had delicious meals at several on-site restaurants, catering to different tastes and preferences, which is great when traveling with kids. There are also plenty of family-friendly activities and attractions within the hotel, so we never ran out of things to do. The kids particularly enjoyed the indoor canals, and the entire family enjoyed exploring the shops and entertainment options. The location is also ideal. We were able to easily access nearby attractions, and the resort provided enough entertainment and relaxation options that we didn’t feel the need to go too far. Overall, our stay at The Venetian Macao was fantastic. It was a perfect family getaway with luxury, comfort, and a variety of activities for all ages. We highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family – it was a trip we’ll never forget!

I recently stayed at the Parisian Hotel and found the room to be very comfortable. The view outside was bright and uplifting, adding to the overall experience. The room size was just right, offering ample space to relax. However, one downside was that the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered an impressive variety, available until 1 PM. It featured sushi and lobster claws, making it a truly lavish spread. Overall, I would rate the breakfast a perfect 10 for its richness. Additionally, the swimming pool was open and very pleasant to use. Guests can also enjoy free access to Aquaworld, which was a fantastic bonus. Despite the mattress issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at Grand Lisboa Palace for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant design and spacious, comfortable rooms. The service was excellent, and you can really tell they pay attention to the details. The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all fantastic — perfect for relaxing after a day out. Breakfast was also top-notch, with plenty of variety and high-quality options. The only small downside was the limited Mediterranean and Middle Eastern selections at breakfast. It would be great to see items like white cheese, walnuts, or Arabic bread included in the future. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Macau!

GGuest UserMost friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). It is true that the room type has more space. The most important thing is to walk 2-2w5 steps a day in the old town and have a full body massage. The chair is so cool! ! The bathroom has an electrically heated metal rack. Pay special attention to the large glass facing the bathtub that can play TV! This time, it is arranged to walk from room 2051 to the elevator to the casino for up to 5 minutes. Londoners in Macau are absolutely comfortable, safe, secure, happy, considerate and warm! ! ! Special thanks to Catherine/Colin/Edmond. Picture 6 Friendly reminder: When making tea in the silver tea set of Huating Afternoon Tea, be careful not to get burned on the top of the tea lid. Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. Seeing that I had my mother with me, I even arranged a car to pick me up from the airport. Be My Guest Be My Home Looking forward to my next visit to my home away from home Londoner!

GGuest UserThe hotel deserves the reputation of zero negative reviews. The room is very spacious and clean. A lot of snacks and drinks were given. The lady at the check-in service front desk explained in detail (I forgot her name) and helped to call a taxi. When checking out, the brother Gary introduced us to a lot of food and travel details! The room service is also timely and thoughtful! There is also a Japanese supermarket downstairs. I will stay here again next time!

KkupjessAn outstanding accommodation experience and will come back again Palazzo Versace Macau is located in Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau. The hotel's lobby and common areas had a warm and inviting ambiance that made for a pleasant arrival experience. The entire hotel, including the guest rooms, is exquisitely luxurious. The decor and amenities throughout are exceptionally high-end and elegant leaving guests completely awestruck. Each room is even equipped with a coffee machine. The room was absolutely clean and comfortable. I felt the size of the Premier Versace Room with 2 queen beds was big enough for the three of us (1 Elderly, 1 Adult, 1 Teenager). After checking in, we rested in the room for half an hour before have dinner. The room service had prepared fruits and desserts for us, which was very thoughtful. The room service was first-class, very considerate and friendly. The hotel staff handles guest requests with great flexibility. The buffet dinner and breakfast were enjoyed at the self-service restaurant “The Grand Buffet” in the Grand Lisboa Hotel. The food selection was extremely abundant, well-presented, and reasonably priced. There was even live seafood cooking, where you could choose your preferred cooking method - a very unique and delicious feature. It is truly the crème de la crème of buffet dining experiences. My stay at Palazzo Versace Macau was an enjoyable experience. The staff's hospitality, the comfortable accommodations, and excellent room services all contributed to a pleasant visit. P.S: Department store New Yaohan at 3rd Floor

TTravel RythmCheck in was very smooth and fast, the lady who checked us was very nice and professional (I forget her name). Front desk staff provide the best service and this is very important, very polite good attitude and service. Staff here make you feel at home and you feel welcoming, so far this is the first hotel in Macau that we feel this kind of warm services. Beautiful spacious clean room and great view from the window, all I can say is amazing. All amenities are provided, and the shower water pressure is very strong i like it. The hotel also provides shuttles to a few places like Lisboa Macau, Macau tower and Jai Alai which make our stay more convenient. In my opinion Artyzen Grand Lapa is the best hotel we have ever stayed in so far, maybe not the biggest or luxurious but their service is the best we ever received.

The hotel lobby and the hotel room was very clean, the staff were friendly especially Jasmine from front desk which helped me a lot in my room upgrade. MMommyLoiOur family booked the Platinum Onsen Room, last December 31, 2024, to January 1, 2025 and we thought it was simply perfect for our hotel staycation.  From the moment we arrived, a Filipino staff in check-in area was very welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.  The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with a private onsen that provided a luxurious and relaxing experience, and perfect for family.  Though the views from our room are not the one we expected. We booked Platinum (Resorts World) Garden Onsen Room, it’s quite pricey but since we want to experience the onsen we are okay with that price, Macau Tower view as we saw that on the picture in trip.com are one we choose, because we thought there is fireworks display in Macau, sad to say no fireworks display this year 2025 in Macau tower.  Anyway the amenities at Yoho Hotel were fantastic! My boys and I loved the onsen room, as it was warm and inviting, and the amenities in hotel especially the gym. On New Year's Eve, we had a small celebration, we thought we can sing outside (onsen) coz there is small table, on our room but hotel called us twice 😂 So our New year eve night is not as special as it is. For us our staycation is just a waste of money. Anyway i want to commend Jape and the filipino in check-in area for being so helpful and mindful on our needs. (forgot to get the name) they are both friendly and helpful. Not being biased but having a Filipino staff is very good coz they are all welcoming and friendly.  But overall, our stay at Yoho Hotel was okay. We all relaxed. But I will not recommend this room, if your family like to have fun coz they will scold you 😂

Lleena03The Hotel has a good location , we got a jockey club facing room which was excellent. It’s a 5-7 minutes cab ride from Venetian. The room was very good and had all basic room necessities, washroom was excellent with separated sections. The staff was kind enough to give us balcony room upgrade. The breakfast was decent, had fewer options compared to my other stays at similar hotels, but the staff in the restaurant was very good and us being restricted on the kind of meat we can eat, they without even asking offered us alternate options that were quickly made in the kitchen and served.

MMr. AmazingThe Yoho Treasure Island Hotel in Macau has received mixed reviews from guests. Many appreciate its central location, which is convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. Guests often highlight the spacious and clean rooms, modern furnishings, and amenities like the infinity pool and lake views. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful , contributing to a pleasant stay. However, some reviews mention limited room service options after 9 PM and occasional issues with availability of certain amenities. Overall, it seems to be a good choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in Macau.
