"I stayed at The Londoner Royal Garden for two nights. From the moment our butler, Willson, and I discussed the details before arrival, I immediately felt the exceptional service: efficient and attentive. Royal Garden was a special choice for our trip to Macau, so we were eagerly anticipating the hotel experience. We often stay in hotels on business trips, and sometimes there's a gap between our expectations and the actual experience. However, The Londoner Royal Garden constantly surprised, touched, and exceeded our expectations. Knowing that we were celebrating a family member's birthday, beyond the usual courtesies, butlers Willson and Joa went above and beyond to make thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay. Every little detail, from the small card to the heartwarming birthday song, touched the family and us, making us feel like family. A luxury hotel is more than just about the high-end ambiance and amenities; it's also about the operational philosophy and advanced service of the entire team, from the director to the butlers. "We brought our kids here to celebrate Children's Day. The hotel called me beforehand to inquire about our preferences and even decorated for the occasion, preparing numerous gifts for the children. The staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They also offered a complimentary breakfast at the Executive Lounge, and the food quality was outstanding. The changing rooms, located on the third floor, offer direct access to the Grand Resort Deck, where we spent two consecutive days. The facilities in the changing rooms were very upscale, comparable to a high-end spa in Shenzhen, complete with a sauna and steam room. During check-in, a staff member personally escorted me to the room and provided a detailed introduction, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an exceptionally satisfying experience!"

"This hotel had just opened, and because I have a special connection with London, it had been on my radar. For our anniversary trip, it was the obvious choice. Five days before our arrival, a hotel staff member called to ask about our needs for the stay. They also added me on WeChat to provide important check-in information, including the airport bus connections and details about the Huating Club benefits. **Facilities:** The layout of the living room, bedroom, and bathroom was well-designed and flowed seamlessly. The bathroom fixtures were all luxury brands, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. There was even a foot massager in the living room, which was a thoughtful and friendly touch. **Environment:** All the rooms are designed as suites, making them comfortable and practical. The lobby, breakfast area, afternoon tea restaurant, and cocktail bar all boast an exquisitely luxurious design with a strong British vintage feel. **Service:** From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the butler service made us feel truly at home. After checking in, our butler, Cindy, escorted us to our room and provided a thoughtful introduction. She was available online throughout our stay, arranging meal times and seating, organizing anniversary room decorations and a celebratory cake, and even bringing us small desserts and handwritten cards in the evening. The service was incredibly meticulous.🌹 The restaurant staff also made our experience very enjoyable. A special thanks to Willian, the handsome gentleman at afternoon tea. His warm smile was charming, and his professional and attentive recommendations for freshly made desserts felt like he could read my mind. I was holding a bottle of sparkling water and was about to open it myself when he appeared by my side, providing the perfect service – twisting it open and pouring it for me, all seamlessly. This is the highest level of service. Candra, who worked at the Leadenhall Market breakfast, spoke fluent English and was delightful and incredibly attentive. We went back for breakfast a day later, and he immediately recognized us, greeting us warmly with a special sense of familiarity. Knowing we were leaving after breakfast, he mentioned he had specially made a rose latte for Madame, which made us very happy. I also want to thank Jessica at the evening cocktail bar for making us anniversary fruit cakes for two consecutive nights and for taking photos that beautifully captured the ambiance.❤️ After all that, I haven't even mentioned the amazing food at the Huating Club. The breakfast was so rich it was moving, with various sashimi, seafood congee, seafood noodles, chicken soup with fish maw, various Cantonese dim sum, steak, and lamb chops – all fresh and delicious. And it's available until 1 PM, which is perfect for late risers. After exploring and sightseeing, there's also an excellent afternoon tea with a wide array of exquisite desserts, savory snacks, and beautiful small bites. During cocktail hour in the evening, not only are drinks unlimited, but they are paired with a whole set of beautifully plated snacks, and the offerings change daily – so much thought put into it. The service and food are absolutely top-notch. The experience was fantastic. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Macao next time."

"Stayed for two nights with my child, and it was simply perfect. First off, the design is stunning; the hotel is so beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. Fresh fruit was provided daily, and the mini-bar was free and fully stocked – we couldn't even finish everything. The turndown service each night was also excellent. Breakfast was a set menu delivered to the room, more than enough, with both Western and Chinese options available. The hotel is also very close to the airport, just a 5-minute taxi ride. All in all, extremely satisfied!"

"An absolutely wonderful experience! The front desk service, provided by a Malaysian girl, was exceptional. From check-in to personally guiding me to my room and explaining all the facilities and their use, she was incredibly nice. The room itself was spacious, and the fresh and delicious fruit delivered daily was a lovely touch. Evian water was readily available everywhere. The room was also cleaned promptly and thoroughly. The 31st-floor pool was sparkling clean. All in all, this is hands down the best hotel in Macau. I will definitely choose Banyan Tree again for my next visit."

"I brought my elders to Macau this time and specifically chose to stay in a Venetian luxury suite. Our family had plenty of space and comfort, and the overall experience was very good. Let me share the booking prices: booking in advance is much more cost-effective. A room including double breakfast was just over 2,000, and without breakfast it was a little over 1,500. We spontaneously added another room of the same type on a weekday, and the price jumped to 3,500. The price difference is significant, so I sincerely recommend everyone to book in advance. Check-in isn't until 3 PM. When we arrived at 1 PM, some rooms were still being cleaned. The staff thoughtfully informed us they would send an SMS notification and helped transport our luggage to the room. The front desk service was meticulous; they proactively offered us a map, and the handsome guy at the reception patiently explained about the rooms, restaurants, and surrounding routes – very nice! The suite layout was excellent, with a split-level design separating the living room and bedroom, offering a spacious 70 square meters. It was very convenient for the elders to move around, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast restaurant had an elegant European style, spacious and grand. The food was a combination of Chinese and Western, with a rich variety. Everyone in the family found something they liked, and they even had my favorite salmon – it was fantastic! Check-out is at 11 AM, which is a bit early, but you can store luggage for free. They can also transfer it to the West Wing lobby's baggage storage, where the airport bus is located, which doesn't affect subsequent travel. Downstairs is the Grand Canal Shoppes, full of Venetian charm, making shopping and dining very convenient. Considering the room type, service, and location, it's very suitable for traveling with elders. Overall, it's highly recommended."

"I'd grudgingly give it a 3.5 out of 5. Let's start with the positives: The location is very convenient, with easy access to the light rail and buses, and it's within walking distance of major hotels. The room itself had all the amenities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. Service was prompt, and issues were resolved reasonably quickly. Now for the deductions: I booked for three nights and had to change rooms three times, which was quite a hassle. The reason? I had specifically requested a quiet room when booking. However, the first night, room 28115, though on a high floor, faced the light rail station and a massive equipment cabinet in a circular roundabout, emitting a low-frequency hum. It was tolerable during the day, but at night, it was so noisy I couldn't sleep (see photo). The next morning, I requested a room change. They gave me room 19098, and the front desk even mentioned that this orientation would be much better and quieter. But, it faced nine huge air conditioning exhaust fans directly below (see photo). The noise level was off the charts; I listened to non-stop noise all night. On the third day, I changed rooms again, re-emphasizing not to give me a room facing large equipment. They gave me room 27107 (see photo), which was identical to 28115, facing the light rail equipment cabinet. I was speechless. I kept changing, only to end up with this, all for over 2,000 per night! My initial assessment is that perhaps Studio City doesn't have any rooms that don't face machinery?! If you want a quiet night's sleep and can't stand low-frequency noise, please be warned! One more thing I need to mention: Near the Audi showroom glass door, there's always a beautiful woman in a red fitted long dress with a white fur shawl (a 'star guest'). On the evening of May 22nd, I asked her how to get to the Galaxy Arena next door. Her attitude was very arrogant. It's actually very close, and I generally knew the direction; I just wanted to confirm if there was a direct, indoor walkway. She responded with an incredulous ”Of course you have to go outside!” as if I'd asked something shocking. When I tried to clarify whether to go left or right, she became very impatient, saying, ”Didn't I just tell you...?” and ”It'll take over half an hour to walk~” In reality, it's about an 800-meter walk, taking 15 minutes. I thought she looked nice, so I went to confirm the route, but I don't know where her sense of superiority came from. Dressed like a 'princess,' she really thinks she is one. If you're standing at the door opening and closing it, are you specifically waiting to serve only the 'princes' in your eyes? Heh."

"After check-in, a front desk staff member assigned us a room with a rooftop view of the hotel’s low-rise section (not facing swimming pools or the tower). I later asked if I could change to a room with a better view. Terence (another staff member) at the front desk, was very helpful and polite, and he kindly arranged a room facing the Macau Eiffel Tower. I was truly satisfied with his professional service. This is my first time booking at The Parisian Macao, and thanks to Terence’s assistance, I have a wonderful memory of this journey."

"My friend stayed here before and highly recommended it to me! 😄 I booked online and got a great deal. The whole room has a really modern design, and I love the illuminated makeup mirror in the bathroom – it's so bright and clear. The Wi-Fi is super fast, perfect for binge-watching shows! 💃🏼💃🏼 I heard the infinity pool is a popular spot for Instagrammers, so I went to check it out. It wasn't too crowded when I went, and they were even playing music. Swimming, enjoying the view, and just chilling out to some tunes – it was incredibly relaxing! ~~~"

"- The decor is great, with a really comfortable color scheme and style. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for photos! My only complaint is that my room was next to a fan, so I didn't sleep all night! I was so exhausted, my face was swollen in the morning! The housekeeping staff was excellent and polite! There was also a front desk agent next to me during check-in who treated every guest with such care – I really commend him, even though I wasn't directly assisted by him! Thumbs up! 👍 - The restaurant was my happy place. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the caviar waffles – absolutely delicious – and the large shrimp, though I only had two to be polite! The manager and waitstaff were incredibly attentive. My dress got dirty, and someone immediately brought me detergent to clean it – so thoughtful. You absolutely must get the breakfast; it's probably the best in Macau! - You also have to visit the Miao Thai restaurant, it's Michelin-recommended! Don't miss happy hour, the drinks are amazing! The decor is very classic and elegant! Dinner is super trendy, and PS, don't forget to enjoy the dessert trolley! So happy! Get it all! The hotel is huge, I kept getting lost!"
