"I chose The Londoner Royal Garden Hotel to celebrate my son's birthday with my parents and family. Their service was truly exceptional. Besides making advance arrangements, they also researched dietary requirements online beforehand, as my son has favism. I'm incredibly grateful to our housekeepers, Willson and Lucianna, for their thoughtful service. Willson, in particular, went out of his way to purchase some children's toothpaste, as the hotel didn't have any non-mint toothpaste, and my son can't use anything with mint. His attention to detail was impeccable. I'm also grateful to the hotel for preparing a birthday cake for my son, and the staff sang happy birthday for him, which delighted him greatly. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious. I'm grateful to the housekeeping team for taking everyone's preferences into account and preparing thoughtful gifts, making for a truly enjoyable and heartwarming weekend getaway."

"It's been a week since my trip ended, and I've been so busy with work that I haven't had a chance to write a review until now. If I remember correctly, this is my fourth stay at The Londoner. I must really love it to choose it every time I visit. It's been a long time since I was last in Macau, and also a long time since I stayed at The Londoner. My impression remains the same: the service is excellent. Before check-in, someone still contacted me personally. Since we'd already connected on WeChat previously, we continued our communication there. Cindy from Guest Relations was able to answer every request I made and fulfilled all the possible ones. Also, a big shout-out to one of the young ladies who helped me with check-in and Patrick, who assisted with my room key card at the end. Both were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. After processing my key card, he even walked me to the nearest elevator. The service at The Huating was significantly better this time compared to my last stay. What impressed me most was Jessica, the manager during cocktail hour. She was so kind and amiable, always serving guests with a smile. She truly deserves her position as manager. Also, the male server who took my drink orders (I didn't catch his name, but I'll be sure to ask next time!) remembered my preferences. That's a huge plus. The service for both breakfast and afternoon tea was great. My only minor comment is that when I went for afternoon tea late, no one proactively mentioned the ice cream; I only got it after asking. The breakfast selection remains as plentiful as ever, and I particularly enjoy the à la carte section since I'm not keen on cold food early in the morning. Because I'm a very light sleeper, I asked The Londoner to arrange a sofa bed so we could sleep separately. The sofa bed was very comfortable, and after splitting up, we both slept really well. Finally, they even drove me back to the Border Gate and gave me rice dumplings as a parting gift. The driver's service was also excellent. I will definitely be staying here again."

"The room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Angela from the reservations department, who meticulously inquired about our room preferences and travel arrangements before our arrival; her service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, the staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It was an extraordinary experience!"

"Very helpful and friendly concierge staff who went the extra mile to help with our luggage to the shuttle bus stand, ensuring that we enjoyed the priority to board the bus to the airport. Also another concierge staff assisted with my request to change a bigger denomination note into smaller denomination notes, suggested a local eatery for us to experience local food and helped us book a taxi and communicate to the taxi driver on the address of the eatery. Kudos to all the staff for their dedication, friendly smiles and ready to serve disposition!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience."
