"This place has just given us the best hotel experience we’ve had in Asia… quite something, considering Macao is a city-break destination. * The hotel room is utterly superb — from the views, to the huge size, to the classy décor, to the small touches like the complimentary minibar, the massage chair in the bedroom, and the in-room spa service. * The food is exemplary. Even the bar snacks are supremely presented. * The swimming pool is heated — zero shock upon entering — and we didn’t want to get out, as it feels very much like a bath. Perfect. * From butler service through to check-in and concierge alike, this place redefines xenodocheionology (hotel lore). During the flight home, we both sat there blissfully aware that we’d just experienced something very special. We got what we paid for — the very best of world-famous Chinese hospitality and a Valentine’s holiday we’ll never forget."

The all-suite hotel from The Ritz-Carlton brings elevated luxury to Asia’s most exciting new destination. Set within Cotai’s Galaxy Macau integrated resort, our upscale hotel experience begins the moment you arrive. After being whisked away to the 51st floor lobby, settle into your spacious suite, where a large picture window offers a breathtaking view of the glittering city. Refined Asian hospitality draws visitors to Cotai, and The Ritz-Carlton, Macau embodies that allure with fine dining, world-class entertainment and incredibly luxurious amenities, including a full-service spa.

"We brought our kids here to celebrate Children's Day. The hotel called me beforehand to inquire about our preferences and even decorated for the occasion, preparing numerous gifts for the children. The staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They also offered a complimentary breakfast at the Executive Lounge, and the food quality was outstanding. The changing rooms, located on the third floor, offer direct access to the Grand Resort Deck, where we spent two consecutive days. The facilities in the changing rooms were very upscale, comparable to a high-end spa in Shenzhen, complete with a sauna and steam room. During check-in, a staff member personally escorted me to the room and provided a detailed introduction, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an exceptionally satisfying experience!"

The ambience exudes home away from home comfort, where guests can relax and be pampered in a classic British environment, creating unforgettable memories.

"The Londoner Hotel's exclusive club lounge, The Manor, offers all-day access with breakfast, classic English afternoon tea, and selected cocktails at the bar in the evening. This is absolutely fantastic value! During our two-night stay, we enjoyed two different breakfasts: one featured lobster eggs Benedict and scallops, while the other offered sashimi. The afternoon tea had a variety of sweet and savory treats. I highly recommend the evening bar food, with its wide selection of freshly mixed cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks – the snacks were truly amazing! Apparently, there are three different menus, so you could go for three consecutive days and not have the same food. We went both nights and everything was delicious. A special mention: the room comes with complimentary fruit and snacks, and we barely touched the free drinks and snacks in the minibar, but it shows great thoughtfulness. I love The Londoner Macao and will definitely choose it again next time."

Opened in 2018, the City of Dreams – Morpheus Macau offers travelers a pleasant stay in Macau, whether for business or leisure purposes. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 3km from Macau International Airport and 11km from Zhuhai Railway Station. There's plenty to do nearby, with Venetian Theatre, Casino at Venetian Macao and Carmel Garden all within a short distance. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Macau hotel offers parking on site.

"When checking in, I asked the front desk staff, ”I heard Morpheus is a seven-star hotel, the best in Macau,” and they replied, ”Yes.” I told them I hoped it wouldn't disappoint. The review section is full of positive comments, with many saying the service is excellent and it's the pinnacle in Macau, but I didn't find it to be all that. 1. The doorman didn't help with my luggage, even though I only had one bag. After getting out of the car, I took a call, but my body was facing the counter. A lobby manager patiently stood beside me, waiting for me to finish the call, then asked if I needed assistance. I said I was checking in, and he led me to the counter. During this, there were no hot towels or welcome drinks offered. To be honest, I've stayed in many hotels in Macau that don't offer these, so I thought this supposed 'best' hotel would be different. 2. I read guest reviews saying that someone would escort guests to their rooms after check-in, but I wasn't. The hotel's response was a lack of staff, but there were dozens of staff members in the lobby at the time. (See photo 1, you can count them). 3. After exiting the elevator on my floor, I was looking for my room. A staff member was cleaning the elevator but didn't greet me or approach to ask for my room number or if I needed help. 4. The screw on the right-hand drawer of the mini-bar was loose. After pulling it open, I couldn't push it back in. I called housekeeping to check it out. They said they would inform maintenance to come as soon as possible. I asked for an ETA, but there was no clear answer. Finally, I told them to just report it and not send anyone, and they could fix it after I checked out. 5. I rarely eat breakfast, but since this was a highly praised hotel, I naturally wanted to experience it. They seated me at 10:30 AM. At 10:35 AM, after confirming I could still order, I ordered Eggs Benedict, shrimp wontons, and black truffle siu mai. Photos 3, 4, 5, and 6 show their serving speed (with timestamps). After ordering, I went to the buffet area, got some fruit, poured a cup of tea, and waited for my food. It took a full 23 minutes for all my dishes to arrive because a manager noticed I had been sitting for a long time without much food. He came over to check on me, realized my order wasn't complete, and then rushed to expedite it. I intentionally didn't say anything because I wanted to see how long it would take for them to notice; I was timing it the whole time. Regarding the above complaints (points 1-4), I called guest services, and Winnie was assigned to follow up. I want to commend her for her patient listening and incredibly swift response. She immediately apologized and compensated me with Executive Breakfast on the 30th floor, a fruit platter, and executive car usage."

Awarded two MICHELIN Keys, Grand Lisboa Palace Macau offers a stunning tribute to Macau's rich cultural heritage and vibrant traditions, paired with Forbes Travel Guide elegance and sumptuous comfort. From its modern, Chinoiserie-inspired interiors to bespoke art pieces created by famous local artists, the hotel tower showcases the exotic grandeur of East-meets-West, presented in elegant and exquisite detail. The hotel tower's 1350 guestrooms offer opulent relaxation with a breath-taking view of Cotai or the resort's Jardim Secreto. The spacious rooms and suites range from 60 to 300 square metres, with luxurious in-room amenities and attentive service that elevate the Lisboa standard to a new level of excellence.

"Absolutely loved it and very satisfied! This time, I stayed one night at Grand Lisboa Palace and one night at Studio City Celebrity Tower. You really don't know the difference until you compare them, and the difference was astonishing. On this trip to Macau, I stayed at two popular hotels: Grand Lisboa Palace and Studio City Celebrity Tower. My overall experience was quite polarizing. First, let's talk about Studio City Celebrity Tower. It has a youthful, entertainment-focused style, but after staying there, I found it to be rather 'average.' While the room design was novel, there was nothing particularly stunning about it. The space and comfort were just decent. The service and facilities were acceptable, but for the price, it didn't leave a deep impression. It felt like a place you stay once and move on; I wouldn't necessarily choose it again. Grand Lisboa Palace, on the other hand, was a real surprise. The overall decor is European luxury, and everything from the lobby to the rooms felt high-quality with great attention to detail. It was very photogenic. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall stay significantly exceeded my expectations. Plus, the price was relatively reasonable, offering excellent value for money. In conclusion, if you're just looking for a standard, convenient place to stay, Studio City is acceptable. But if you want a 'resort-like' feel and prioritize the overall accommodation experience, Grand Lisboa Palace is a much better choice. Next time I visit Macau, I'll definitely rebook at Grand Lisboa Palace. Also, Grand Lisboa Macau offers even more budget-friendly options!!"
