"This was my 7-month-old son's first trip, and I want to thank the Ritz-Carlton Macau, especially Ms. Amy at reception, for providing us with a perfect stay. From check-in onwards, the staff went above and beyond to make the process quick and easy. They also thoughtfully decorated our room to welcome our baby on his first journey. The hotel specially provided a children's tent, a lovely lion toy, and a small backpack for us. The room also had baby sanitizing products and a bed rail, which was incredibly considerate for guests traveling with an infant. Our little one had so much fun playing in the tent and absolutely loved his new toy. What was truly surprising and delightful was that the hotel prepared a custom bib with his name on it and a small tote bag as souvenirs! This made his first trip even more memorable!"

This isn't just a top-tier, all-suite hotel; it's a temporal art museum that blends the classical grandeur of Great Britain with modern pop art, deconstructing and reassembling them. Tonight, my 'British daily life' docks in the 113-square-meter 'Windsor Suite'. Facing the Grandeur of Classical History Before heading to the suite, it's hard not to be captivated by the Crystal Palace. Soaring glass domes filter sunlight into silken golden threads, and Baroque fountains murmur, seemingly recounting the glory of old London. In the afternoon, push open the exclusive club for hotel guests – The Residence. Bathing in London's Golden Dawn The most captivating feature of the Windsor Suite is undoubtedly the massive floor-to-ceiling window that offers panoramic views of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. As night falls, the Victorian-style deep bathtub in the bathroom is already filled with perfectly heated water. Immersed in the fragrant, luxurious soak, the mottled silhouette of Big Ben and its golden lights shimmer through the misty steam outside the window. At that moment, the dazzling urban splendor outside becomes a backdrop to your bath, this 'hermitage in the bustling world, free from the clamor of carriages' is the profound tenderness the Windsor Suite bestows upon its guests. The Londoner Macao's Windsor Suite is a dual baptism for both sight and soul. It doesn't sell noise; it cultivates romance. It doesn't heap up gold; it refines taste. On this splendid night, you are not merely a traveler, but the most elegant protagonist within this flowing British masterpiece."

"The Morpheus truly lives up to its reputation as the pinnacle of luxury accommodation in Macau! Zaha Hadid's architectural masterpiece, with its unique exoskeleton structure, was breathtaking at first sight. The 35-meter high atrium and the slow ascent of the suspended transparent scenic elevators create an immersive, futuristic experience. Every photo taken here is picture-perfect, truly befitting a landmark hotel in Macau. The location is superb, nestled within the City of Dreams resort. It's connected to a shopping mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and leisure. Traveling between the various resorts in Taipa is also incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with flowing curved designs that create a wonderful ambiance. The entire room is smart-controlled, allowing you to adjust lights and curtains with a single tap on an iPad, showcasing cutting-edge technology. The amenities are exceptional, featuring a full set of Acqua di Parma toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom is generously sized, and the electric partition door offers excellent privacy. All non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are complimentary, with quality evident in every detail. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. While the toiletries have a sophisticated fragrance and are excellent to use, I do have a small suggestion. Currently, they only include shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. It would be even more perfect if a body lotion could be added. Macau's climate tends to be dry, and having body lotion would further enhance the comfort of the stay. The 40th-floor infinity sky pool is an absolute highlight, offering panoramic views of Taipa. The atmosphere at sunset is simply divine, and it's incredibly photogenic. The hotel also boasts Michelin-starred restaurants and comprehensive spa facilities. The service is the most commendable aspect. The staff are professional and courteous, responding promptly to requests. From check-in to daily needs, their attention to detail is thoughtful and non-intrusive, making the luxury experience feel opulent yet unpretentious. It was a near-perfect stay. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a sightseeing trip, the Morpheus is well worth a dedicated visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau!"

"The staff were friendly and welcoming during check-in. I'm not sure if it's because it was my birthday that day, but my room was upgraded for free. The view of the garden from the 7th floor was beautiful, and there were even lights at night. The room's decor and maintenance were good, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, the bathroom floor tiles were a bit yellowed, and the indoor pool happened to be under maintenance, which were minor drawbacks. But overall, it was a very good stay."
