Guest UserComing from the 'New Central Hotel' to this one, there was quite a noticeable difference. From the outside and the name, it looks really grand and impressive, but the interior is quite a step down from the 'New Central.' However, you get what you pay for, so it's understandable. I have to say, the hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, very close to attractions like the 'Ruins of St. Paul's.' Also, a special thank you to the bespectacled gentleman at the front desk who handled luggage storage; he patiently explained how to take the bus to Hong Kong. We would have definitely taken many detours without his help.

Kaotangyuan1989This is an established four-star hotel. We arrived quite late, but the front desk staff was very welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was very clean, and our request for a high-floor room was fully met. Downstairs, there are many delicious eateries and a 24-hour supermarket. It's also very close to popular attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's and Wynn. The coffee in the hotel lobby was excellent, and the egg tarts were freshly baked. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try them, but I'll definitely make sure to next time.

Guest UserThis was my favorite hotel of the trip, no contest. First off, the location is excellent, perfect for a vacation where you can easily spend a whole day at the hotel. It's right by the Fisherman's Wharf, very quiet. While there's no car access right outside, you can walk to Sands Macao to catch a taxi or public transport. The facilities are great too â a bathtub, a balcony⊠especially the balcony for drying clothes, which is a huge advantage over many other hotels. When traveling in summer, you change clothes daily and need to wash them, so this was incredibly convenient. The Portuguese-style decor is well-executed, with great attention to detail. The price and comfort level also far surpass hotels in the resort areas. The food presentation was lovely, a mix of Western and Chinese. Although the buffet selection wasn't vast, the quality was excellent. The service attitude was also wonderful; they specially brought me extra hangers for drying clothes, and when I needed more water, they delivered it immediately. There are also water dispensers in the public areas â I was very impressed with the attention to detail. This will definitely be my top choice for my next trip to Macau. No wonder it's Rosy Zhao's choice; I'm glad I followed the celebrity's recommendation!

Guest UserOur 3-day, 2-night trip to Macau was made perfect by our stay at the L'Occitane themed hotel. Both adults and children were absolutely delighted! The hotel lobby had a lovely, soothing fragrance, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. And of course, the L'Occitane toiletries were excellent!

Guest UserI frequently stay at Ascott properties on the mainland, and this was my first time trying one in Macau đČđŽ. The experience exceeded my expectations and was absolutely wonderful! đ
I especially want to give a shout-out to Emma and Gary at the front desk. They upgraded my room and even provided a small gift for my colleague's birthday đ! Their service was super excellent. Full marks!
The location is fantastic â close to everything.
Since it's an apartment-style hotel, the room facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped! đ
There are three restaurants on the ground floor of the hotel. You can't really talk about high value for money here, but it's fair and worth what you pay for.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Macau đČđŽ.

Guest UserI had a wonderful stay here. The team went above and beyondâalways friendly and ready to help with a smile. What I loved most was the peaceful location; it's set away from the hustle and bustle, so you can actually unwind. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing escape with great service, this is the place.

KemilaThe room was quite clean and the location was good. It's not far from the bus stop and light rail, and there are many places to eat downstairs, plus a supermarket. It's in a residential area, and they even offer free luggage storage. Overall, the hotel is pretty good.

DerrickChong0613The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15â20 minutes even with luggage. Thereâs also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well.
Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house ****** has also ceased operations since November 2025.

Guest UserThe location is key, with a nice surrounding area and a bus stop nearby offering routes to various places. It's an established star-rated hotel; the grand and luxurious lobby clearly shows its former glory. The price was acceptable for the summer holiday period. Room facilities and amenities were well-maintained, the bedding was clean and tidy, and the service was good. The breakfast area was also pleasant, with a sufficient variety of Chinese and Western options, and the food was decent. Staff frequently patrolled, promptly refilling items when they ran low. Staying for two nights, it was a satisfying holiday experience.

The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities feel a bit dated, but the cleaning lady was very enthusiastic, and the linens were clean. There's renovation work going on in the building, so it was noisy. The absolute best thing about this place is its location. It's perfect for anyone looking to do a deep dive into Macau's casinos. Wynn and StarWorld casinos are right across the street, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the old and new Grand Lisboa. After clearing customs at Gongbei Port, you can take the free shuttle bus from Wynn or StarWorld directly here. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I'm sure by then the renovations will be finished and the room facilities improved.
