Guest UserThe hotel is located at 288 Avenida Comercial in Macau. The building itself is impressive, with the hotel's name prominently displayed on its exterior, making it easy to spot. The hotel enjoys excellent transportation links, with many great restaurants nearby, as well as the New Yaohan department store, which is very convenient for shopping. Since the hotel is in the main city area, it's a short walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The guest rooms are spacious and the environment is pleasant. Although the decor style is a bit dated, it's clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were all very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with storing luggage or giving directions. Overall, I had a good experience this time and would consider coming back again.

Gabriela AreiasThis hotel was soooo much nicer than we expected!
For starters, you have plenty of cheap restaurants within a 3-minute-walk radius.
The rooms are unbelievably big and clean and with all the amenities you need.
The housekeeping seems to be working 24h because we needed some water at 11pm and they came immediately to deliver it.
The hotel also has a small gym and a pool on the 4th floor, as well as 3 restaurants and a ****** - I meant it when I said this hotel is much nicer than we expected!
Unfortunately we only had 2 nights there so couldn’t enjoy it fully but those 2 days were plenty of time to see Macau.
Would definitely recommend using a bit higher budget but going with this rich-feeling hotel 😅

YigexihuankuaileyouwandereneraTraveling with a friend after the May Day holiday, I booked two rooms – one with twin beds and one with a king bed. There was a connecting door between them. I called the front desk and asked them to open it, instantly turning them into a convenient suite for interacting, yet we could close the door for privacy when resting.
The hotel is surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. I booked without breakfast, opting instead to explore the streets and alleys for a unique Portuguese-style breakfast, which was a wonderful experience.
Upon returning to Gongbei Port, I booked a shuttle at the lobby for a specific time. The 8-seater car was very comfortable, much better than taking a random taxi to the port. The driver's service was excellent, a definite commendation!

This isn't my first time staying at the Rocks Hotel, and every visit confirms why it's one of my favorite hotels in Macau – the service is consistently thoughtful and attentive.
No matter the season, I always enjoy my stays here. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and professional, handling check-ins and inquiries with patience, making you feel right at home.
My absolute favorite is the ocean-front room. The view is truly spectacular, with captivating sea views right outside the window, uplifting my spirits whether it's day or night.
This time, I encountered rain and didn't have an umbrella, but the hotel offered an umbrella rental service for just a 100 MOP deposit, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, the staff were happy to help arrange a taxi, which is a really thoughtful service for travelers.
Overall, my accommodation experience has always been highly satisfying. The service quality is consistently excellent, making it one of my top choices when I visit Macau. I highly recommend it!

Guest UserAttention to detail truly shines here. The service was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. We got caught in a sudden downpour and arrived soaking wet. Seeing this, the staff immediately arranged for our room to be cleaned and allowed us to check in early – such a kind gesture. The room itself was large, clean, and tidy, complete with UK standard plug adapters, USB ports, and even a check-in reminder, all of which really show how much care the hotel puts into its guests' experience. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere, and it's right next to the LRT station for hassle-free travel. Thumbs up, very good!

It was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us.
Thank you very much and I will for sure come again.
Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable.

MORN1207I stayed in a newly renovated Regal Club room. The room was spacious, and the 1.8-meter bed was very comfortable with clean and soft bedding. The bathroom had a full set of TOTO fixtures, and the shower area included a bathtub with good water pressure. The room was quiet, with excellent blackout curtains. There was a small sofa by the window, and from the high floor, I had a view of the Grand Lisboa. The service team provided excellent service, and the transportation downstairs was convenient. Overall, it was a very hassle-free stay. I'll definitely choose a Regal Club room at this hotel again next time.

The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 40-something taxi ride away. It's also super close to Cunha Street; you can just walk there, through Olympic Park. There are tons of restaurants on Travessa da Assunção next to Cunha Street, and they're much more affordable than the ones near the entertainment complex. We ended up having all three of our main meals there over two days. The hotel stay was pleasant, though the complimentary bottled water was quite small. Breakfast wasn't great; the coffee was instant, and there weren't many options, so it's better to eat out. Picture three shows the high-rise apartments near the hotel – walk past them for about ten minutes and you're at Cunha Street, which is incredibly convenient.

The room service was excellent, incredibly friendly and professional, far exceeding expectations. The 30+ strong delegation from the University of Brazil was extremely satisfied and said they would return here on future visits to Macau and recommend it to others. Every visit to Macau has been a 100% positive experience. Many thanks to the hotel team for their thoughtful and professional service. Especially the power outlets, which can accommodate various needs, are a big plus and very international.

HarshsI was really worried to book this hotel after reading so many negative reviews, but my stay was absolutely fine. If you want to save money but stay in a good area, this is a great choice.
Here are a few helpful details for future guests:
Best Price: In this area, this hotel is definitely the cheapest and easiest to access. It is the best option if you compare the prices of nearby hotels. The hotel looks old compared to the giant resorts in this area, but there is no need to worry! Because the price is so good, you can spend your whole day roaming around all the fancy, luxurious hotels nearby.
Amazing Location: The hotel is just opposite the Galaxy Macau Diamond Lobby. You can simply take the free shuttle bus to Galaxy Macau, and once you get off, just cross the road to reach Hotel Pousada Marina Infante. It is so easy!
Room Condition: My room was very clean, and there was no broken furniture at all, only the shower was too old. They even gave me a room with a Galaxy view, which was great to look at.
Getting Around: It is very close to other attractions. You have to walk about 1 kilometer to reach The Venetian.
Good to Know: The hotel takes a 500 HKD deposit when you check in.
Overall, I had a great trip and would recommend it for budget travelers!
