GGuest UserI brought my parents to Macau for a trip, and choosing Grand Emperor Hotel exceeded my expectations. Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by a special anniversary setup for my parents. The spacious room was a welcome relief after the relatively small and cramped space we had in Hong Kong for two days. We booked a family room, and from the bay window, we could catch a glimpse of the sea and the fountain, which was lovely. Both check-in and check-out were seamless; they didn't require a deposit. When we checked out, we left our luggage until later in the evening, and the friendly bellboy was very accommodating. The facilities are a bit dated, but acceptable. There's a plug that works with Chinese appliances, and the room has a safe and a mini-fridge. They also provide complimentary bottled water, drinks, and fruit. Breakfast was plentiful, and the freshly cooked beef brisket noodles were delicious and generously portioned. The Grand Emperor has an excellent location; it's about a 10-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Right outside the Yaohan department store next door, there's a shuttle bus to Taipa resorts, running about every 10 minutes. You can also get tickets at Grand Lisboa or Lisboa to take a shuttle to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which is very convenient. Grand Emperor also has its own shuttle bus, but you need to book in advance, and the last bus at 5:15 PM is a bit early. So, on that day, we took the Lisboa shuttle at around 8 PM to Portas do Cerco (the border gate). The journey took about 15-20 minutes, and the last Lisboa bus is at 9:30 PM. Wynn is a bit further and doesn't require a ticket; you just queue up on the roadside for their shuttle, with the last bus at 11:30 PM. The Portas do Cerco border crossing is open until 1 AM. Arriving from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, we couldn't find the Grand Lisboa shuttle on the day of arrival, so we first took a free bus to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, then transferred to the green Lisboa shuttle. After getting off, we could see the Grand Emperor Hotel in the distance. It was about a 10-minute walk with our luggage, and everything worked out perfectly. All in all, I'm very satisfied, and booking through Trip.com was also reliable. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe rooms at Les Hotel are comfortable, clean, and bright, with balconies offering views of Fisherman's Wharf. The rooftop is an excellent spot for sunrise photography. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the Marina Bay Sands, which is a great place to visit. The pedestrian street at Fisherman's Wharf is also a good option for portrait photography. Overall, it's a wonderful place for a leisurely trip.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the Jockey Club MTR station, which has a direct link to the airport, making transportation super convenient. It's also easy to get to the Venetian and Galaxy resorts, as well as the A-Ma Temple on the Macau Peninsula.
The rooms are clean and offer good value for money.
Downstairs, there's a local community area with plenty of amenities, giving it a lively, authentic feel. The restaurants nearby are also quite good.

GGary H.K. ChanIt was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us.
Thank you very much and I will for sure come again.
Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable.

XXiaokaTerrible value for money. Aside from the cartoon elements which my child loved, the room facilities were basic, and the space was tiny, making it feel cramped. We struggled to find space for even two 20-inch suitcases. The shower facilities were old and worn out. The curtains let in so much light from the side, waking us up early every morning no matter how we tried to close them. For a five-star hotel or resort, the breakfast (at Angel's) was incredibly sparse. They only had macaroni with chicken breast, and for bread, just toast and baguettes that were hard enough to break a tooth. In the end, we had to go to McDonald's for breakfast.

Standing on the balcony in the early morning, with the sea breeze on my face and the waves crashing, it truly felt like 'facing the ocean, with spring blossoms.' However, the downside is that the room's decor and facilities are quite outdated!

It's super convenient for getting things done, there are lots of food options nearby, and it's easy to get to the border crossing. Plus, the hotel offers shuttle service. Oh, and the egg tarts in the lobby are absolutely delicious!

GGuest UserI came for a table tennis match. It's not far from Hengqin Port and Galaxy Arena by taxi, so the location is pretty good. There are also buses and light rail a short walk away. Downstairs, there are plenty of cha chaan tengs (Hong Kong-style cafes) and congee/noodle stalls nearby.
The absolute worst thing was the musty smell in the room. It's strange because the hallway didn't smell musty, but it was very noticeable as soon as you entered the room. Changing rooms didn't help either. I guess it's bearable for one night – you get used to the smell eventually.

Plus, the light rail is right next door, making it super easy to get around and explore. We had a sea-view room, and compared to [Redacted Location], this area is less crowded and more peaceful. If you're heading to [Redacted Location], the hotel's service is excellent. Overall, it's fantastic value for money!

GGuest UserThe hygiene is good, and the sea-view breakfast environment is pleasant. It's convenient to get there by taking the Galaxy Shuttle and crossing the skybridge after getting off. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to The Venetian, but it only runs a few times a day. The facilities are a bit old, especially the hairdryer. A deposit of 500 MOP is required, payable only by Alipay or cash, WeChat is not accepted. The service is decent; I didn't have a power adapter for charging, and they sent one up immediately.
