This trip was mainly to take the kids to the Macao Science Center and the Kun Iam Ecumenical Centre waterfront, and the Rocks Hotel's location is just perfect for that! It's within walking distance. Although this hotel is small, it's very charming and refined. The rooms are spacious, and the sea view rooms offer fantastic scenery. It's great value for money, and the Portuguese restaurant on the ground floor has really good food too!

__WeChat28253****Traveling with family, we booked two standard rooms. The beds are 1.2 meters wide, which was fine for squeezing in with the kids. The buffet is a great deal: breakfast is 65 MOP per person, and lunch is 98 MOP per person. There's a good variety of dishes, and the food tastes pretty good – much better than the small shops outside, especially for breakfast. Snacks downstairs easily cost 60-80 MOP, so 65 MOP for so many options is a steal. Plus, with the Alipay discount of 5 MOP per order, it works out to about 50 RMB per person. The hotel rooms are pretty standard; you get two bottles of mineral water and typical toiletries. The hotel shuttle usually starts around noon (the Border Gate route starts a bit earlier, at 11:25 AM, then runs every half hour or so, and every 15 minutes during peak times).

The room was spacious and offered a prime sea view behind Wynn, with glimpses of the Grand Lisboa and Macau Tower diagonally opposite. I paid an extra 50 MOP for a room upgrade. My only regret was the shuttle service from Gongbei Port – I couldn't find the driver and waited for a long time with no one showing up, eventually having to take a taxi to the hotel. The front desk mentioned they only offer drop-off, not pick-up. On my last day, when I tried to book a shuttle to the Border Gate, the concierge informed me that even with a reservation, there might not be a spot available as several hotels share the service. I hope they can improve their shuttle service; everything else was great and offered good value for money.

GGuest UserWe arrive in the evening and room ready for check in. No q. The hotel has 3 restaurant ..Chinese japanese and Portuguese. We saw them crowded. The room are comfort and clean. All toiletries replenish everyday and fridge provided canned drinks. Worthwhile.We think can recommend to stay again

ZZhulianyumuI booked the Cony Rabbit themed room, and the pink decor was absolutely delightful and unique. The hotel's surroundings are very quiet, and there's an outlet store right downstairs, which was super convenient for shopping. The front desk even gave me VIP tickets for the Wynn Palace cable car, so I didn't have to queue! I love that you can keep the room key card as a souvenir. The only minor point is that check-in is uniformly at 3 PM; it would be even better if the time could be a bit more flexible.

It's very close to the beach and there's a lovely seaside promenade, perfect for walking. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. The best part is the sea-facing room. Plus, there's a pool and a bathtub.

The floor staff were also very enthusiastic. The lobby's cake was delicious, and the pork chop bun was better than what you'd find elsewhere.

Two issues need to be improved.one,they need to return your deposit in one week time after you return the cable. Two,the staff who are handling the issue are not friendly.
And the canteen in the hotel is selling Asian food.enough portion but not hot enough.feel like pre cooked food.
The hotel is just 1 mins to the airport.there are MacDonald is the best choice. The Chinese fast food shop next to McDonalds is expensive and has bad service.

SStevenOng.Hotel is old and tired, need renovation badly. However room is clean and tidy. Reception service was so-so and not welcoming. Check-in was good though, just the night time when approached another receptionist for my own room number but was given a cold and not welcoming reply. It was normal for guest to forget their own room numbers as they don’t stay permanently. However a simple way to verify was guest able to give his identity numbers and name. Or hotel can always accompany the guest to the room to verify. However this guy was so unpleasant and blunt in his replied. Will not stay again in this hotel.
