NNibieshaleaLocation: The location is excellent. It's about a five-minute walk to Senado Square, then another three minutes to St. Dominic's Church, and seven minutes more to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Next door is Yaohan department store, and across the street is Macau Square. The central shuttle bus stop is right downstairs. It's a five-minute walk to the old Grand Lisboa, and then another five minutes through an underpass to Wynn.
Facilities: My room type had a small bathroom with only a bathtub for showering. The toilet was behind the door, which made it a bit cramped. The mini-bar fridge offered two drinks, a beer, and a packet of crisps for free. However, only two small bottles of drinking water were provided daily.
Service: During the May Day holiday, they allowed a half-hour late check-out. I booked breakfast at the front desk the night before for MOP 88 per person. The Chinese and Western buffet, though not extensive, was decent.
The first time I visited, I stayed in Taipa. This time, I stayed on the Peninsula. If I visit for a third time and stay on the Peninsula again, I might choose this hotel.

YYaoyaoxiaotaoThe room was beautiful and spotless. All the toiletries were L'Occitane. The front desk staff were professional and spoke good Mandarin. I tried breakfast one day; it's on the top floor. The food was tasty, but the space was a bit small. For the rest of my stay, I walked across the plaza next to the Sands to Governor Marques de Aguiar Avenue, where there are several cha chaan tengs (Hong Kong-style diners) nearby. If you walk one more block, there are more large restaurants, which is where I had dinner every night. Every day when I returned to the room, I would sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea breeze. It was really comfortable. I've already recommended it to my relatives and friends.

GGuest UserThe hotel was incredibly accommodating, even upgrading my room during the busy winter holiday season. Having a washing machine in the room was a huge plus! They also included a complimentary breakfast, although the breakfast area itself was pretty standard. The room was clean and comfortable. Its location in the old district, right next to StarWorld, MGM, and Wynn, makes it super convenient for entertainment, shopping, and sightseeing. I'll definitely be back!

XXiaokaTerrible value for money. Aside from the cartoon elements which my child loved, the room facilities were basic, and the space was tiny, making it feel cramped. We struggled to find space for even two 20-inch suitcases. The shower facilities were old and worn out. The curtains let in so much light from the side, waking us up early every morning no matter how we tried to close them. For a five-star hotel or resort, the breakfast (at Angel's) was incredibly sparse. They only had macaroni with chicken breast, and for bread, just toast and baguettes that were hard enough to break a tooth. In the end, we had to go to McDonald's for breakfast.

GGuest UserI couldn’t have asked for a better place to escape the big city. The hygiene standard was excellent – everything felt very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast offered so many options, something for every taste. The swimming pool was a highlight: nice and deep, great for a proper swim. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The whole atmosphere was incredibly relaxed, making it the perfect choice if you truly want to unwind. Highly recommended!

It's super convenient for getting things done, there are lots of food options nearby, and it's easy to get to the border crossing. Plus, the hotel offers shuttle service. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bed could be moved, which was convenient when traveling with two kids. The hotel offers shuttle buses to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port and the airport, though the schedule is quite limited. Compared to the newer, larger hotels, this one offers great value for money and is definitely recommended.

The room was clean, hygienic, quiet, and cozy – a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. It's absolutely perfect for anyone with a layover who doesn't want to just sit around the terminal. Ppeggy7758Our room was on a higher floor, so it was pretty quiet with minimal noise. Overall, the room was clean, though the facilities were a bit dated. The main drawback was the air conditioning at night; it was very loud and constantly rattling. Everything else was generally acceptable.
When calling a taxi from the front desk, there were often issues with the line being busy. If you urgently need a car, it's best to check if someone is getting out of a taxi at the entrance, or head over to the taxi stand at Galaxy, or use their dedicated ride service.
The location isn't right next to Galaxy, but it's still quite close. We were able to walk to Rua da Cunha (Taipa Village) in the evening and back from there without any trouble. The Grand Hyatt Residences are right next door, as is the Inn Hotel Yacht.
