Jjiujiu0112I came to Macau for Dylan Wang's concert, and this hotel was absolutely fantastic! Even though it's in the old town, the location is unbeatable. Right downstairs are popular sights, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. In the mornings, the alleys nearby are filled with breakfast spots where locals eat – great food at good prices. The check-in desk is on the fourth floor, and the staff's service was excellent, very proactive and attentive. The minibar in the room is refilled daily and is completely free, plus there was a complimentary bottle of red wine and two free drinks. The rooftop terrace is accessible and offers a great view and atmosphere, which I enjoyed on my first day. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and if you want to go to A-Ma Temple metro station, it's about a 1.5 km walk, which isn't too far. If you prefer taking a free shuttle, the Grand Lisboa is just over 400 meters away. So convenient!

XXiaopihai246The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The room itself was quite spacious and very comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the cozy sofa. The lighting and floor level were also great. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. They even helped me arrange a taxi. It's also super convenient for exploring attractions on the Macau Peninsula, like the Grand Lisboa, as most are within easy walking distance.

This trip was mainly to take the kids to the Macao Science Center and the Kun Iam Ecumenical Centre waterfront, and the Rocks Hotel's location is just perfect for that! It's within walking distance. Although this hotel is small, it's very charming and refined. The rooms are spacious, and the sea view rooms offer fantastic scenery. It's great value for money, and the Portuguese restaurant on the ground floor has really good food too!

XXiaoxiaodehopeOverall, it's pretty good. Head to Shen Ge Cafe for breakfast – you won't be disappointed. The full set of L'Occitane toiletries in the room is a nice touch, and the bedding is also good. My only minor gripes are some layout issues, like a lack of power outlets and the inconvenience of having to reach over to the bathtub to squeeze out shower gel.

DD5445****The hotel's location is easy to find, with convenient transportation nearby. The room was exactly as pictured. One room had a slight smoke smell upon check-in, but it wasn't an issue after my male colleague took it. The hot water supply was consistently stable, which was much better than I expected from an older hotel. The front desk and concierge staff were all very warm and accommodating. The hotel offers luggage storage, and when I went back alone to pick up my bags before leaving, Mr. Xiao Ye and Mr. Xiao Yang from the concierge department helped me load my two pieces of luggage onto the hotel shuttle. They are both exceptionally kind young men, and I'm very grateful! I forgot to take photos of the hotel, but the mung bean smoothie from the ********* snack shop next door was really good. Macau is fantastic, I'll definitely come again!

GGuest UserHappy to get upgraded to a suite. Appreciate the customer service of their staff very much! They were proactive to offer help and reacted fast to solve any problems arise. They would also go an extra step to make their customers satisfied and happy. Overall cleanliness is good. Bed is comfy. Gym room and indoor swimming pool is nice too. The only drawback is the outdoor swimming pool not opened due to construction which we didn’t know ahead. But it was still a very pleasant stay. Big thanks to the staff:)

2205823****The room was lovely, exactly my style with all the pink decor. However, check-in was a real drag; I didn't get into my room until almost 4:30 PM because they said it wasn't cleaned yet, which I found a bit hard to understand. For breakfast, you only get to choose from options A, B, C, or D. While it looked beautiful, it honestly didn't taste very good, and it only starts at 9 AM. On top of that, the location is quite out of the way. Getting to the Peninsula is super inconvenient. You have to take a **car to Grand Lisboa Palace, and then there are tons of people waiting there** for a bus to the Peninsula. Due to time constraints, I ended up canceling my trip to the Peninsula, so overall, my experience wasn't great this time. Next time, I'll definitely have to book a hotel on the Peninsula itself.

GGuest UserAbsolutely amazing place for stay! I wish I could stay here for 1 week at least - just relaxing and walking around. Breakfast was good, the room with the fireplace is so comfort and cute. The room has everything needed, the view from my balcony was just stunning. The hotel located is a bit far from everything but there is a bus station close to, so it’s not a problem at all. I couldn’t stop taking pictures in this hotel and posting them on the social media - absolutely in love with this cute place. Thank you!

SStevenOng.Hotel is old and tired, need renovation badly. However room is clean and tidy. Reception service was so-so and not welcoming. Check-in was good though, just the night time when approached another receptionist for my own room number but was given a cold and not welcoming reply. It was normal for guest to forget their own room numbers as they don’t stay permanently. However a simple way to verify was guest able to give his identity numbers and name. Or hotel can always accompany the guest to the room to verify. However this guy was so unpleasant and blunt in his replied. Will not stay again in this hotel.
