GGuest UserFirst, I booked two separate orders for a two-night stay under the same name and for the same room type. I'm not sure what kind of operation the hotel and Ctrip are running. They weren't issued together! When I checked in around 4 or 5 PM, they already couldn't find the second day's booking. Then at 12 AM, I returned to the hotel, and the front desk still said they couldn't find it. I don't know if it's the hotel's reservation department, the front desk, or Ctrip's issue. I showed them all my booking information, but the front desk didn't show any willingness to help or try to resolve the problem of not finding the extended stay booking. The front desk's attitude and service were truly 'great' – they kept shifting blame to Ctrip, even suggesting I pay for another night upfront and they'd refund it tomorrow if the order showed up. Seriously, what century are we in?! Second, the hotel room description stated that guests enjoy an 85% discount at the Royal Souvenir store. However, when I asked the staff at the store if guests get a discount, they replied: 95% off. I asked, 'Isn't it 85%?' The staff member responded, 'It depends on the quantity and total amount of your purchase.' As I was leaving the store, they then said, 'If you buy something, we'll give you 85% off.' What kind of operation is the hotel running here? Third, I booked the room a month in advance, and the price kept dropping from the 1144 I paid to 870. I have no words left for this.

YYigexihuankuaileyouwandereneraTraveling with a friend after the May Day holiday, I booked two rooms – one with twin beds and one with a king bed. There was a connecting door between them. I called the front desk and asked them to open it, instantly turning them into a convenient suite for interacting, yet we could close the door for privacy when resting. The hotel is surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. I booked without breakfast, opting instead to explore the streets and alleys for a unique Portuguese-style breakfast, which was a wonderful experience. Upon returning to Gongbei Port, I booked a shuttle at the lobby for a specific time. The 8-seater car was very comfortable, much better than taking a random taxi to the port. The driver's service was excellent, a definite commendation!

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful and conveniently located, with clean public areas. The breakfast is more Western-style, so those who prefer Chinese stir-fries, fried rice, noodles, or steamed dim sum might find it less to their liking. We were fine with it and found enough to eat. As for service: housekeeping was decent, front desk service was secondary, and restaurant service was extremely average, with overly salty dishes for some reason. The room noise was a major issue – constant sounds of running water from pipes, air conditioning, and what sounded like furniture being dragged from upstairs or downstairs, which continued intermittently until late at night. The hairdryer quality didn't match the hotel's caliber, which was a poor experience. Overall, the service isn't as good as hotels in Taipa and definitely needs improvement, especially in guest-facing details, where there's a significant gap. This might be due to language barriers with the foreign staff.

OOng Soo KeatHighly recommended. Good service, house keeping doing it everyday. Amenities top up everyday, if you need more water, just a call away (front desk mentioned it during check in), need a shaver a call away (I did request it and get it in 5 mins) and I love the boat shampoo smell so nice. Location about 5-10 mins away from Lisboa and Grand Lisboa Hotel which provide free shuttle bus. The only draw back is lack of shuttle bus but already mitigates by short distance to above 2 hotels. Price wise very good compare to others in the area. Modern room.

DDechuanqianxunThe hotel's location is quite convenient, with a bus stop right outside. Taxis in Macau aren't always easy to come by, and getting an Uber can take ages, so having a bus stop is a huge plus. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, a 7-Eleven, and popular spots like the Ruins of St. Paul's and Senado Square are all within walking distance. If you're feeling too lazy to go out, there's also a Café de Coral on the ground floor for easy meals. The hotel lobby is nicely decorated in a Baroque style, giving a glimpse of Macau's old golden splendor. The room itself is spacious and has a safe. The decor is a bit dated, but it's still perfectly functional. My only real dislike was the bedding. The mattress felt like an old-fashioned spring mattress – you'd sink right in, and the edges would dig into your legs. If two people were sleeping in the double room, one person turning over would definitely disturb the other. Overall, it's great value for money and I'd recommend it.

AAnonymous UserThis is a very new hotel, exceptionally clean and odor-free. They provide two complimentary bottles of water in the room, and the Cony rabbit decorations are super cute! As soon as I arrived, a staff member warmly guided me through the check-in process and even helped with my luggage, which was a great start. Throughout the hallways, you'll find many Cony rabbit and Brown bear mirrors, and the area near the elevators always smells fresh. The terrace is also perfect for photos, though at night, you might encounter some small insects due to their attraction to light, but that's a natural phenomenon, so it's understandable. Getting around is convenient too; to visit attractions, I'd just walk to Grand Lisboa Palace and take their shuttle bus, or hop on a public bus, as the stops aren't as far as I expected. The 50 MOP dining voucher I received at the shuttle bus stop was a great deal, and the noodles I had for breakfast at Sang Gor Cafe were delicious. I'm also very grateful to the hotel for preparing a birthday cake after receiving my email – it was really tasty! The only minor drawback was on the last day when I checked out and stored my luggage to visit a themed restaurant. I only stored it for less than an hour, but it took about twenty minutes to retrieve it. I understand it was a busy time for luggage storage, but the three people behind me got theirs before me, and I only had one suitcase, yet it took so long. When I asked about it, the staff member was quite impatient. Despite this small issue, the overall experience was very satisfying.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right next to Cheoc Van Beach. You can take the bus to the 'Cheoc Van Barbecue Park' stop and then walk down the steps to the hotel. The balcony faces the beach directly, and the view is absolutely stunning! It was wonderful to sit on the balcony, sipping tea and listening to the sound of the waves. The breakfast was also good, and the staff provided excellent service. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Macau.

GGuest UserI was in Macau for a quick one-day business trip and needed to take the Cotai Water Jet to Hong Kong. I saw they offered a free shuttle service, so I decided to stay here. Turns out, the shuttle schedule was way off from my ferry time, so I ended up taking a taxi anyway, haha! But it wasn't too expensive, so it was fine. Facilities: You can tell the hotel is a bit older, but it's well-maintained. I asked for a room near the elevator, and to my surprise, it was right by the entrance. Very convenient! Luckily, the soundproofing was good, or it would've been noisy. Environment: The hotel is located right on a street corner. The immediate surroundings are nothing special, but it's very convenient for walking, taking the bus, or getting a taxi. There are also some good cha chaan tengs nearby. Service: Pretty good. Check-in requires a deposit, and they accept electronic payments, but I also had cash. They made sure to remind me to keep my receipt.

JJoanaVAppreciate the cleanliness and newness of the hotel. Especially the TV has youtube and can share screen so satisfying. The HSKP attendants and room service server are very kind. Though the front desk they need to be more effective with their service cause they didn't introduce the wifi and inform about the pool renovation.

PPulishendinachuangwuerThis hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Galaxy Macau, just across the road. The view from the window is also lovely. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is super quick, and the metro is also nearby. For food, there's a good restaurant called Macao Restaurant just a few hundred meters away; their pork chop bun is especially delicious and it's very affordable. From the restaurant, Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) is also very close, perfect for a stroll.
