Jjiujiu0112I came to Macau for Dylan Wang's concert, and this hotel was absolutely fantastic! Even though it's in the old town, the location is unbeatable. Right downstairs are popular sights, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. In the mornings, the alleys nearby are filled with breakfast spots where locals eat – great food at good prices. The check-in desk is on the fourth floor, and the staff's service was excellent, very proactive and attentive. The minibar in the room is refilled daily and is completely free, plus there was a complimentary bottle of red wine and two free drinks. The rooftop terrace is accessible and offers a great view and atmosphere, which I enjoyed on my first day. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and if you want to go to A-Ma Temple metro station, it's about a 1.5 km walk, which isn't too far. If you prefer taking a free shuttle, the Grand Lisboa is just over 400 meters away. So convenient!

MmysteryblackmoonWe stayed at the Grand Emperor Hotel in the Queen Suite and found it very suitable for a family stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with enough space for both adults and children to move around without feeling cramped. The bed was large and comfortable, and the overall room layout worked well for family needs.
The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and dining options, which made getting around with kids much easier. Housekeeping was reliable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, the Queen Suite offered good comfort and space for a family trip.

XXiaoxiaodehopeOverall, it's pretty good. Head to Shen Ge Cafe for breakfast – you won't be disappointed. The full set of L'Occitane toiletries in the room is a nice touch, and the bedding is also good. My only minor gripes are some layout issues, like a lack of power outlets and the inconvenience of having to reach over to the bathtub to squeeze out shower gel.

This trip was mainly to take the kids to the Macao Science Center and the Kun Iam Ecumenical Centre waterfront, and the Rocks Hotel's location is just perfect for that! It's within walking distance. Although this hotel is small, it's very charming and refined. The rooms are spacious, and the sea view rooms offer fantastic scenery. It's great value for money, and the Portuguese restaurant on the ground floor has really good food too!

The room was spacious and offered a prime sea view behind Wynn, with glimpses of the Grand Lisboa and Macau Tower diagonally opposite. I paid an extra 50 MOP for a room upgrade. My only regret was the shuttle service from Gongbei Port – I couldn't find the driver and waited for a long time with no one showing up, eventually having to take a taxi to the hotel. The front desk mentioned they only offer drop-off, not pick-up. On my last day, when I tried to book a shuttle to the Border Gate, the concierge informed me that even with a reservation, there might not be a spot available as several hotels share the service. I hope they can improve their shuttle service; everything else was great and offered good value for money.

GGuest UserWe arrive in the evening and room ready for check in. No q. The hotel has 3 restaurant ..Chinese japanese and Portuguese. We saw them crowded. The room are comfort and clean. All toiletries replenish everyday and fridge provided canned drinks. Worthwhile.We think can recommend to stay again

ZZhulianyumuI booked the Cony Rabbit themed room, and the pink decor was absolutely delightful and unique. The hotel's surroundings are very quiet, and there's an outlet store right downstairs, which was super convenient for shopping. The front desk even gave me VIP tickets for the Wynn Palace cable car, so I didn't have to queue! I love that you can keep the room key card as a souvenir. The only minor point is that check-in is uniformly at 3 PM; it would be even better if the time could be a bit more flexible.

It's very close to the beach and there's a lovely seaside promenade, perfect for walking. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. The best part is the sea-facing room. Plus, there's a pool and a bathtub.

SStevenOng.Hotel is old and tired, need renovation badly. However room is clean and tidy. Reception service was so-so and not welcoming. Check-in was good though, just the night time when approached another receptionist for my own room number but was given a cold and not welcoming reply. It was normal for guest to forget their own room numbers as they don’t stay permanently. However a simple way to verify was guest able to give his identity numbers and name. Or hotel can always accompany the guest to the room to verify. However this guy was so unpleasant and blunt in his replied. Will not stay again in this hotel.
