MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018.
The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor.
Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb.
I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

AAimaopaode QQOur stay was incredibly satisfying, with exceptional and proactive personalized service! Before check-in, they even provided beautiful drawing toys for my child. The front desk staff also kindly upgraded us to a pool view room and thoughtfully set up a tent for the little one.
Every night, the turndown service was full of pleasant surprises, including delicious local cookies. We had some trouble with the TV casting, and the hotel's housekeeping staff helped us multiple times. One of the managers even noticed my child and kindly gave them a small doll, which made my kid incredibly happy! They also paid special attention to potential bumps and proactively placed protective corners on every piece of furniture in the room â a huge plus! Many luxury five-star hotels don't go this extra mile.
During every encounter with the concierge service, staff members would proactively ask if we needed help with a taxi or if we needed reservations for restaurants.
Upon check-out, another detail left a lasting impression: the staff member proactively mentioned that we could continue to use the hotel's swimming pool and children's play area even after checking out. This truly showed their thoughtfulness and sincerity.
The newly renovated room was excellent, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, clean, and hygienic.
Having stayed at many luxury hotels, I feel it's truly rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such an outstanding service experience!

HhitomeThe shuttle from the Border Gate is really convenient. The hotel is excellent in every way, especially the service. The staff in the lobby, at the front desk, and by the pool are all incredibly warm and polite. They provide proactive service rather than waiting to be asked, which is absolutely fantastic! đ I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Macau.

GGuest UserFor our anniversary this time, the staff arranged a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was really beautiful at night. The facilities only got a 4-star rating because there weren't many breakfast options at The Parisian Food Court, so I ended up eating Laksa. But for a noodle soup, the rice vermicelli was cold, not hot! đ€Šđ»ââïž However, the staff's service was truly excellent. The front desk colleagues answered all our questions very patiently. In the evening, my wife unexpectedly started her period, and I was surprised the hotel provided sanitary pads, which were delivered very quickly by a colleague. That's truly commendable! đ Looking forward to visiting again! đ

However, there were a lot of people checking in on the day I arrived, so I had to wait for a while! Additionally, the hotel needed a manager to confirm the room's cleanliness, which meant another 10-minute wait! The room was comfortable, and the view was excellent! It's suitable for couples and families alike. âșïž

The hotel itself boasts luxurious decor and exquisite European architectural style, with a unique Grand Canal view that's perfect for photos. Its prime location, right next to a shopping mall and entertainment area, makes getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are quite spacious, with soft bedding and a full set of toiletries, meeting basic accommodation standards.
However, the hotel's biggest issue is the noise. There's a massive crowd inside the hotel, with corridors and the atrium constantly bustling with people. The mall music and tourist chatter are relentless, and the soundproofing is poor. Even with the door closed, you can still faintly hear the noise from outside, making it hard to get a quiet rest. This is especially true for lower-floor rooms, where the noise impact is even more noticeable.
Due to the high guest traffic, check-in and check-out often involve long queues and low efficiency. The buffet breakfast area is always packed, and finding a seat can be difficult. While there's a good variety of food, it's not replenished quickly enough during peak hours. Room facilities are reasonably well-maintained, though some corner areas aren't cleaned as thoroughly as they could be.
The hotel offers a complete range of amenities, including a pool, mall, and restaurants, making it suitable for travelers who enjoy a lively atmosphere and prioritize entertainment and shopping. However, if you prefer a quiet retreat, this hotel isn't the best fit. All in all, the transportation and facilities are impeccable, but the severe noise problem significantly reduces the living comfort, making it only suitable for short, transitional stays.

ççæ°ŽæšThe transportation isn't very convenient. Even with the shuttle bus, you still need to transfer, and the frequency is quite low. Before arriving, I emailed them to let them know it was our wedding anniversary. The hotel offered a complimentary cake and gave me three options to choose from. After I made my selection, they ended up sending the one I least wanted, but since it was free, I didn't mind. The hotel has a resort-like atmosphere, which is very relaxing, and the restaurant prices are reasonable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The HSKP attendants and room service server are very kind.
Though the front desk they need to be more effective with their service cause they didn't introduce the wifi and inform about the pool renovation.

PPulishendinachuangwuerThis hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Galaxy Macau, just across the road. The view from the window is also lovely. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is super quick, and the metro is also nearby. For food, there's a good restaurant called Macao Restaurant just a few hundred meters away; their pork chop bun is especially delicious and it's very affordable. From the restaurant, Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) is also very close, perfect for a stroll.
