This time, I brought my mother to City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau for her birthday, and we had a truly unforgettable experience. Many thanks to the thoughtful front desk team, who prepared a birthday cake, flowers, fruits, and snacks in the room beforehand. This pleasant surprise deeply touched us. The 37th-floor room they arranged offered a superb view. The room's design featured soft lines, gentle lighting, and comfortable bedding. The hotel's calming essential oils and spray were also a thoughtful touch. In the evening, we could see drone performances outside the window, which was a fantastic experience. Both the hotel's architecture and interior design are avant-garde and modern, offering a visually stunning experience. It's conveniently located next to The House of Dancing Water, making it very easy to catch a show. From design to service, City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau truly sets a benchmark for modern hotels. We had a wonderful birthday trip and highly recommend it.

This time, I stayed at Hotel Okura Macau with my child, and I'd like to extend a special thank you to Loki, the lobby manager. He was warm and friendly throughout, communicated patiently and meticulously, and went above and beyond to coordinate and fulfill all our requests. His service was truly exceptional. He fully understood the various needs of families traveling with children, responded promptly, and was both thoughtful and professional, making us feel incredibly welcomed during our trip. Our overall stay exceeded expectations, and I sincerely commend Loki. Next time I'm in Macau, Hotel Okura will be my top choice!

I chose Altira Hotel based on a friend's recommendation and its location. It was my first stay, and it was a great experience. The room had a fantastic sea view, very open and bright. When we checked in, the room wasn't ready, so we went out for a stroll. By the time we returned, it was already late at night. The front desk staff, Alissa (I hope I spelled that right), was incredibly friendly. Seeing that we returned so late, she specially extended our late check-out until 1 PM. Much appreciated! Upon entering the room, I saw that turn-down service had already been done. They even included a hydrating face cream as a turn-down gift! What a pleasant surprise! I had just forgotten to bring my own face cream! The round bathtub was bigger than I expected, feeling similar in size to the one at Morpheus. The sodas and sparkling water in the minibar were complimentary; other items with a small tag were chargeable. Although the gym isn't open 24 hours, the environment is excellent, also facing the sea. Working out here felt very relaxing. The swimming pool wasn't open this time, apparently for maintenance. I hope to be able to use it on my next visit!

Definitely a hidden gem of a hotel, and very close to Galaxy~ The room came with complimentary soft drinks and instant noodles, the shower water pressure was fantastic, and it was very quiet. They also provided free slippers, skincare cream, etc., and the cleanliness was top-notch—even walking barefoot on the floor didn't get your feet dirty. I will definitely make this my go-to hotel from now on~ A special shoutout to Weng at check-in, and Cherrain and Xiaolong at luggage storage—the service from everyone was phenomenal!

My experience at The St. Regis Macao was fantastic, with service that exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped out of the car, someone guided me through the check-in process. The front desk staff even upgraded me to a room with a view free of charge, carefully asking whether I preferred a non-smoking or smoking room, and diligently noting down all my requests. Every detail was meticulously taken care of. The butler spoke with a kind and gentle tone, communicated patiently throughout my stay, and was never perfunctory. The service was incredibly thoughtful and professional, always resolving any needs I had. The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful, and the view from my room with a view was stunning. It was a truly enjoyable stay!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel is in a very convenient location, right opposite the Wanchai Ferry Pier—just a a 3-minute walk away. There's a bus stop right downstairs and a small park nearby for strolls. The room is compact yet cleverly designed with a nice color scheme. All necessary amenities are provided, including a smart toilet and a Dyson hair dryer, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooftop sunset observation deck is a highlight. Guests receive a complimentary drink upon check-in, and from here you can overlook Grand Lisboa and take amazing photos. If you plan to cross the border via Wanchai, want to avoid the massive tourist crowds, and prefer an immersive experience of the local Macao daily life, this place offers incredible value for money and is well worth choosing 👍

My stay at W Macau - Studio City was an absolute pleasant surprise! The trendy and edgy interior design catches your eye the moment you walk in, with both the public areas and rooms packed with style. The hotel's location is very convenient, within walking distance of many popular photo spots and core shopping areas, making getting around and shopping effortless. The staff were warm, attentive, and super quick to respond to any requests. The bedding and bath amenities were of top-notch quality, making the stay both comfortable and relaxing. Overall, the value for money is fantastic ✨. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a chill and stylish getaway in Macau.

Upon check in so long time to wait even there’s only 2 guests checking in. No instructions about how to get in our room and no assistance like bell. About the restaurant and the service its excellent the food is tasty and food attendant are helpful and approachable. The amenities and facilities are quite stafisying and we enjoyed it.

The location is convenient, with easy access to many places via public transport. There are also many great restaurants nearby. The environment is clean and hygienic, and the staff are polite – highly recommended! I'll definitely come back next time, and I've already saved it to my favorites. The room was spacious and quiet. A very pleasant experience!

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the traditional Portuguese-style atmosphere, which gives the hotel a unique charm compared with modern hotels in Macau. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Macau.
