預訂時明明寫了有早餐，預訂了連住4晚，結果告訴我，沒有早餐，工人放假了，我説那你預訂頁面寫的有早餐，現在沒有你要退差價給我，前台直接説，那你可以不住，想着已經晚上11/12點了，懶得折騰，後面裏幾天也是連續有事，就沒有換，最後一天退房時終於有早餐了，結果就吃一碗麪，其他的什麼都沒吃，還另外收了錢。

設施一般地理位置不錯價格也合理，員工服務意識急需加強，保潔人員見到人沒有主動問好，晚上部分房間內有打麻將的聲音很鬧騰，部分沙發躺椅存在損壞的情況。説好了延時退房前台打電話語氣生硬粗魯，需要進一步培訓，一樓的美食城不錯，停車場保安大爺也很好
