Persons in reception very nice and a very quiet place where you can rest in the nights and even iduring the day.

Very bad experience

A little small, but the location is very good.

Lo malo de esta habitación era el baño, muy pequeño, yo no soy muy grande ni obeso y aún así me era súper incómodo el wc. No puedo imaginar a una persona grande y obesa, no entraría en ese baño y menos a la ducha.

A really horrible hostel,dirty and gloomy.Gloomy and cheap rooms, depressing.We arrived at night and there was no one to attend to us, we were sitting on the outside stairs for 1 hour.A place to avoid going

This is not hotel they wrote it Hotel but this is hostel and o think they are cheating tourists because writing Hotel and ı was book this hotel for 4 nights with my wife but when I arrived it's really not hotel and it's really dirty hotel and I don't recommend for family at all maybe for 25 euros it's not bad I don't recommend more than that price because it's Hostels Not hotel and the room really small

The reservation was for my in-laws who are ELDERLY people with heart-related health problems. On the FIRST NIGHT of their stay (early morning of October 30, 2024) some criminals entered the hotel, banging on the doors of several rooms with MALLETS. This has TERRIFIED them throughout the night and without any solution from the hotel staff, they had no other option than to leave the place, since their safety was not guaranteed. Today, 3 MONTHS AFTER making insistent claims to get a refund for the remaining nights they could not stay there, they BLOCKED my phone number so as not to hear my complaints. They directly "washed their hands" saying that they "solved the problem" with "internal solutions." THERE WAS NO CONTACT OR SOLUTION, nor the refund that was agreed between my in-laws and the receptionist on duty that day. I am attaching photos of how the criminals have left the wall and the door handle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Air conditioning does not work, very hot. They did not change the towels. They did not make the beds. It is well located. But the services are very bad. The guy at the hotel reception was nice but nothing more. The rooms are small although they were clean.

El trato recibido por el chico de recepción fue estupendo. La ubicación sensacional, a 3 minutos andando de Callao. El acceso al hotel muy bien también, todo bastante automatizado (timbre directo a recepción, tarjetas con apertura automática, ascensor...). La habitación muy bien, todo reformado (el baño quizás se veía un poco peor, pero estaba bien). Acogedora, aspecto moderno, cama amplia y cómoda, armario con bastante espacio, televisión grande con servicios de streaming (Netflix...), nevera, WiFi gratis, secador en el baño... Muy completa. *Nos ofrecieron servicio de recogida de equipaje GRATIS tanto a la llegada (antes del Check-in) como a la salida, para poder aprovechar el día sin tener que ir con maletas. Parece una tontería pero no todos los alojamientos lo ofrecen y es algo de gran utilidad.* Nos salió la noche por poco más de 50€, muy buen precio.

Las instalaciones están en muy mal estado, las persianas no funcionan entraba demasiada luz, él váter no tenia agua tuvimos que pedir lo reparen, la ducha no drenaba él agua era horrible ducharse y nunca la repararon y mucho ruido en los pasillos gente gritando hablando y haciendo mal ambiente. Tiraban las puertas.Fatal todo. me sentí estafado.
