The hotel location was exceptional! All key sites are within walking distance. They also very kindly gave me a better room than what I had picked

The hotel is located right in front of the Royal Palace of Madrid and is a 7-minute walk from Sol Square. The staff greet you with a smile and are very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, there is no hotel sign, so it was a bit difficult to find the entrance. If you are staying in Madrid, I recommend this as a budget-friendly hotel.

The room is comfortable and the location is very convenient. The opera house is downstairs. The only drawback is that the door is hard to find You can walk to the main attractions in the city center The service staff are also very friendly. The room is large and tidy, and no disposable items are provided. But there is a kettle and microwave. Because it is an old house, there will be some noise from the floor, but we were so tired that it did not affect our sleep. Overall, it is highly recommended!

The hotel is a remodeled old house, the internal sound insulation is quite poor, the bathroom drains very slowly, and you can only take a quick shower. But the hotel is in a great location, you can walk to the Royal Palace, and the hotel is very close to the century-old Spanish Churro shop and Gran Vía. We basically walked around, the location is great.

性價比很差！這種酒店800以內可以考慮，但是攜程竟然標2700元一晚。實際與圖片不符。攜程未起到監督管理作用，估計也是被代理騙了。這家酒店唯一的好處是有個陽台可以看皇宮，房間還算寬敞，但設施就是個小旅館。甚至連水都要自己去前台要，2700元能買多少水？

スタッフの対応はとてもフレンドリーで、心地の良いステイとなりました。しかし、案内された部屋はホテルのエントランスから遠く、夜は薄暗い廊下を通らないといけないため少し怖かったです。写真の通り、ロケーションは最高でホテルの前は王宮です。

這是西班牙馬德里第一天住的酒店！我覺得真的好～首先櫃枱的會説英語態度很好👍 記得他們退房是12點之後（早到的話衹能行李寄掉）這個是不要錢的！很多地方行李寄存要費用，接着是他們會告知幾點房間可以好你再過來！旁邊邊上全部都是吃的逛的所以時間一下子就過去了！不需要擔心的 房間乾淨多面皇宮拍照出片 （記得自己帶拖鞋）歐洲不提供牙刷拖鞋

La verdad es que el alojamiento fue excelente.... la ubicación es ideal para conocer Madrid, a un paseo corto de la puerta del sol... con unas vistas al Palacio Real desde el balcón. La zona es muy tranquila, no había ruido ninguno por las noches y se podía descansar... Y la amabilidad del personal de dicho Hostal es maravillosa, da gusto tratar con gente asi. Sin duda mi próximo viaje a Madrid me volveré a hospedar en dicho hostal. Solo he puesto 5 estrellas porque no se pueden poner 10 , porque se merecen 10 o mas. Algo negativo????? Lo siento mucho pero no he encontrado nada negativo
