Hotel Liabeny
"Good location. Near the sol station. Clean. We arrived earlier, and luckily they can provide the room before 3pm."
DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid-Prado
"In a nice location of Madrid. Clean hotel. Enjoyed the stay here."
Atocha Hotel Madrid, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
"The room was very clean, and for a four-star hotel in Madrid, it's good value for money. The location is also very convenient, close to the train station. The room was quiet, and the front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. Overall, I have a good impression of this hotel."
Ibis Styles Madrid Airport Valdebebas
"The rooms are stylish but very basic. The bed was comfy. We only stayed there to be near the airport which was a 10 minute drive away via taxi. The staff in the lobby was very chaotic. You need to queue and wait for everything. Check-in took longer than necessary. There's no water in the room so you have to buy it from the bar downstairs and again queue up and wait until someone has time to serve you. For one night to be near the airport I might stay there again but if I want to go to Madrid city I would stay somewhere else."
NH Madrid Nacional
"The interior is a bit old, but it is clean. Some furniture should be replaced. Location is very good , overall is good."
Barceló Torre de Madrid
A design-led hotel with panoramic views, located near Plaza de España and Gran Vía.
The Social Hub Madrid
"This was a first-time stay at a Social Hub property and It was excellent from check-in to check-out. Location in the centre of Madrid enables easy access to the must-see sights and to quality restaurants and bars. Especially memorable was the personal attention provided by Sebastian Wood at the front desk - nothing was too much trouble and he was a fountain of useful information about the delights of Madrid. Definitely a first choice for future stays in Madrid and in other European cities where Social Hub operates."
Miosotis Suites
"The room itself was alright, and it had amenities like a washing machine, but the overall experience was pretty bad. First off, the place was hard to find, with no sign outside. You could only see a tiny name through the downstairs entrance. Then, the downstairs door wouldn't open with the code; I had to call every single time to have them open it remotely. They didn't reply to my emails at first, and kept insisting the code worked, but I just couldn't get it open. Only on the last day did they finally send me a link to open the door online myself. If they had online door opening, why didn't they give it to me from the start? So frustrating! Plus, the sofa bed was permanently open and couldn't be folded up, which just wasted space."
Limehome Madrid Malasaña - Digital Access
"There were a lot of delays due to check-in information, but I was satisfied with the facilities during my stay."
