"The rooms were nice and the facilities quite new. The only snag was the extremely strict check-in policy; they wouldn't release the room until exactly 3 PM, despite the hotel TV displaying 'check-in time 2pm'. This felt a bit contradictory."

📍 CALLE FERNANDO HIGUERAS 105, Hortaleza, Madrid

📍 Av. de las Fuerzas Armadas, 328, Hortaleza, Madrid
★★★ 9.4 (177 reviews)

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The price-quality ratio is very good. The hotel was clean, the swimming pool was great, and the gym was well-equipped. I also liked the food and the overall atmosphere. However, I was not very impressed with the breakfast. I would recommend slightly increasing the price and making the breakfast more diverse with a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would still recommend this hotel."

Atocha Hotel Madrid, Tapestry Collection by Hilton ★★★★
"The room was very clean, and for a four-star hotel in Madrid, it's good value for money. The location is also very convenient, close to the train station. The room was quiet, and the front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. Overall, I have a good impression of this hotel."

Ibis Styles Madrid Airport Valdebebas ★★★
"The rooms are stylish but very basic. The bed was comfy. We only stayed there to be near the airport which was a 10 minute drive away via taxi. The staff in the lobby was very chaotic. You need to queue and wait for everything. Check-in took longer than necessary. There's no water in the room so you have to buy it from the bar downstairs and again queue up and wait until someone has time to serve you. For one night to be near the airport I might stay there again but if I want to go to Madrid city I would stay somewhere else."

The Social Hub Madrid ★★★
"This was a first-time stay at a Social Hub property and It was excellent from check-in to check-out. Location in the centre of Madrid enables easy access to the must-see sights and to quality restaurants and bars. Especially memorable was the personal attention provided by Sebastian Wood at the front desk - nothing was too much trouble and he was a fountain of useful information about the delights of Madrid. Definitely a first choice for future stays in Madrid and in other European cities where Social Hub operates."

Hotel101 Madrid ★★★
"Everything is great: a beautiful new hotel, and there is a fridge with free water on every floor. Public transport is close by, making it very easy to get anywhere in the city, and there is an airport shuttle. We were checked in a few hours early and were even offered breakfast half an hour before the restaurant officially opened. As for the downsides: we asked for room cleaning for 4 days, including asking the cleaning lady in person two days in a row. However, our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. But overall, it’s a wonderful hotel, highly recommended!"
