Leonardo Hotel Madrid City Center ★★★

📍 C. de Alberto Aguilera, 18, Chamberi, Madrid

"The hotel is quite clean; although the room lighting is a bit dim and it's a little old, it's very tidy. The staff members are all very nice. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting anywhere, whether you walk, take the metro, or a taxi. The breakfast tastes good too. The only minor issue is that the rooms aren't very soundproof, but that's a common problem in Spain anyway."

📍 Av. de las Fuerzas Armadas, 328, Hortaleza, Madrid

"This is a fantastic hotel! Its location near Madrid Airport's T4 terminal is super convenient – just one train stop away. The rooms are well-equipped, and they even provide complimentary bottled water and slippers, making it great value for money. However, a heads-up about the airport shuttle: it only runs from 6 AM to 9 PM (hotel departure times). I missed it both ways to and from the airport, which was a bit of a shame."

Radisson Red Madrid
8.8 (114 reviews)

Radisson Red Madrid ★★★★

📍 C. de Atocha, 123, Centro, Madrid

"Very convenient, being just several minutes away from the train station by walking. Amenities and decor and good too."

Zleep Hotel Madrid Airport
8.6 (936 reviews)

Zleep Hotel Madrid Airport ★★★

📍 Av. de Aragón, 402B, San Blas-Canillejas, Madrid

"The industrial-style decor was as basic as it gets, which was fine since I only needed to sleep for five hours before catching my flight. There was no view from the window, it was completely blocked. It's a convenient ten-minute drive to the airport, and there's also a shuttle bus available."

Porcel Ganivet
8.4 (124 reviews)

Porcel Ganivet ★★★

📍 C. de Toledo, 111, 113, Centro, Madrid

"The hotel is located in the city center, next to the main road. The soundproof glass is OK."

Spark By Hilton Madrid Alcalá
9.0 (81 reviews)

Spark By Hilton Madrid Alcalá ★★★

📍 Albarracín street, 42, San Blas-Canillejas, Madrid

"The service was great! Everything was very clean and the location was good. You have a Mercadona supermarket a 1-minute walk away, and restaurants about 7 minutes away, which is very convenient. The only downside is that it's far from the city center, but overall, it's excellent. Plus, it has parking! ✨"

Travelodge Madrid Metropolitano ★
"Stayed here on a layover on the way to Brazil. It’s close to the airport, felt clean and safe, and check-in was quick and easy. The reception staff were genuinely great and made everything straightforward. The only downside is the location — it’s in a bit of a weird area and it’s a fairly long walk from the station. It was fine for me since I don’t mind walking, but if you want to be right next to public transport, keep that in mind."

Radisson Red Madrid ★★★★
"The hotel is conveniently located on Atocha Avenue, within walking distance of the train station. Getting around was a breeze; we didn't even use public transport in Madrid, walking to the Royal Palace in just half an hour. There's a two-story Auchan supermarket nearby, and a 24-hour McDonald's at the intersection. The hotel facilities are new, and the bathroom is spacious. The twin beds aren't huge, but thankfully they aren't pushed right next to each other. The toiletries have a lovely fragrance. The tea selection is excellent, with not just tea but also hot chocolate powder. The coffee is capsule-based with milk pods. We stayed for three nights, but they weren't replenished. The glass bottle in the room can be refilled at a machine at the end of the hallway, offering ice water, cold water, or sparkling water – your choice. It's both eco-friendly and convenient. There's a lemon water dispenser by the front desk, so we filled up a bottle every day before heading out, as buying water for 1-2 euros can add up."

Zleep Hotel Madrid Airport ★★★
"The hotel's environment, cleanliness, and location are all great, but the service was just so-so. I asked about the airport shuttle, but they weren't very clear with their explanation. It also seemed like there were no signs indicating where to wait for the airport bus. To avoid wasting time, I opted for a taxi instead."

"The hotel and breakfast are very good. The staff is very friendly. One thing to note is the "swimming pool"... It is not really a pool, it is a jacuzzi that does not work properly.... I initially booked this hotel only because of the supposed pool that I could not use because it is disgusting, but it was worth it because the hotel is very good.... thank you"
