The Central House Madrid Lavapiés
"The location is very convenient—it’s only about a 15–20 minute walk from Atocha Station. I even walked back to the hostel alone at 2:30 a.m. and felt safe the entire way. The staff were incredibly friendly. One of the nicest surprises was the free welcome drink, which I could enjoy at the hostel’s restaurant. Breakfast was also included in my booking, and it was a generous buffet with plenty of options to choose from. A big thank you to the entire team for your kindness, for keeping everything so clean, and for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere."

Zleep Hotel Madrid Airport
"The industrial-style decor was as basic as it gets, which was fine since I only needed to sleep for five hours before catching my flight. There was no view from the window, it was completely blocked. It's a convenient ten-minute drive to the airport, and there's also a shuttle bus available."

They helped to book a taxi upon checking out which was extremely helpful especially if you are not familiar with everything. The air-con was more than sufficient to beat the heat in Spain as well. Would love to stay here again if given the opportunity to do so."

Líbere Madrid Palacio Real
"Disappointed. Has a rubbish collection point just outside our window, where at 12:00 night there are lots of noise generated by truck collecting the rubbish. The air conditioner is not clean for a long time, could see quite lots of dirt inside. No service at all. You need to use whatsapp to contact service or make complaints. We lived for 5days and need to deal with rubbish by ourselves. No laundry service or washing machine. fortunately there is a laundry shop near. Only 4big lockers and 6 small lockers for.whole hotel and always full. We need to tow our luggages with us after checkout."
