"The hotel's location is superb, in the most convenient part of Madrid. Transportation is incredibly easy. Although the bathrooms are shared, there are several on each floor, so it's not really an issue. The room itself is very spacious. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

Taller individuals might find the shower space a bit cramped. For those who enjoy socializing, there's also a rooftop terrace perfect for chatting and enjoying some food and drinks.

YYS111Good for a party crowd but the room was a little noisy for us, overhearing loud music playing in the lobby until ~10pm-ish. Good amenities in the small room. Comfortable shower with consistent warm water and water pressure, fit for a global brand. Great made to order breakfast. But one big problem with the room design. The main ventilation faces our bed. This means we wake up with a headache in the morning because cold wind consistently blow on our heads while we sleep. Either that or not having enough air ventilation in the room.

OoenanayVery close to bus 203 for the train staion and the airport. Walking is not a problem for us so the location is pretty good. It took about 45 min to walk through El Retiro Park to Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía. Palacio de Cristal is closed but the water feature in front of it is very cute. The way back along P.º del Prado at night is pleasant too.

As a classic five-star hotel, the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, a notable omission was the lack of a coffee machine, coffee pods, or even creamer. For a five-star property, especially in Spain where coffee is renowned for its quality, this felt quite basic and a bit of an oversight.

You can also walk to the Plaza del Sol, and once you cross through it, you're essentially in the main downtown area. We had the hotel breakfast for €19 per person, which was quite reasonable given the overall prices. There was a great selection of vegetables, fruits, and meats.

OOskitarIt was great because it was very close to the Chamartín line and away from the noise and dust of the construction work at Chamartín Station. The breakfast was very good, and there was always something for everyone, so you didn't want for anything. The buffet was very good, and one of the receptionists was especially friendly. The pool was great, and the rooms were very comfortable. Plus, the windows closed very well. We both think we'll definitely stay here again. We didn't know the default reservation was for just one person... so we had to pay an extra fee once we arrived.

I like the food which is available there in the drinks that are freshly made and served. The hotel rooms are very clean and it is all well maintained. SSS TripsBit hard to get to/from the airport they do have shuttle services but its a lil tricky navigating the site plus they are only available between certain hours of the day.
Its in the middle of nowhere. Just industrial area and other hotels. Which forces you to dine in, breakfast is decent, but dinner was bad. Feel like the food in general is cheap, but charged at a premium. Poor quality ingredients for what you are paying for. I dont expect a mcchicken burger at 18euro. I expect a real chicken breast. Not mechanical blended meat. Other than that the place is actually really nice. Im a fan of that Scandinavian minimal look. Next time i would actually still stay here but just taxi to a nearby restaurant or uber eats some nicer food instead of dining in. Staff were lovely and helpful. Decent gym too. They need slightly heavier weights but you can get a good work out with thats there. I may of got swindled as I ordered a double and they put the singles together. I didnt want to make a fuss but look out for that.

• The air conditioning did not have heating, but the blanket was thick enough to keep warm; the temperature that night was around 13°C.
• The room was very spacious—enough to fully open two large suitcases on the floor with plenty of space left to walk around.
• The bathroom included a hairdryer.
• The shower drain seemed slightly clogged, causing slow drainage; we had to keep the water pressure low while showering.
• No drinking water was provided in the room, but the front desk informed us that the tap water from the bathroom sink is safe to drink.
• There was no kettle in the room, but you can request hot water from the front desk—they kindly provided it from the cafeteria free of charge.
• Although the hotel is not located right in the tourist center and isn’t within short walking distance to major attractions, it has excellent transport links: there are both a bus stop and a metro station right outside and around the corner.
• It’s very convenient whether you’re arriving from Atocha Station or heading to key destinations like Madrid Royal Palace, Moncloa Bus Terminal (for Segovia express), Plaza Eliptica (for Toledo express), or Estacion de Autobuses Madrid Sur (for Porto overnight bus).
• The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On the day of check-out, we left our luggage there for free while we visited Toledo. When we returned around 6:00 PM, they even provided hot water for our instant noodles. We rested in the cafeteria for a few hours before heading to catch our overnight bus to Porto.
• Their assistance made our trip much smoother and more comfortable.
