BBuduandetiaoyueWe booked a deluxe triple room. The entire check-in process, from arrival to settling into our room, was very smooth. The hotel itself has a great ambiance, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room overlooked the square, offering a beautiful view. The location is superb for exploring, as the Line 10 Metro exit is just 100 meters away, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay! 😊

JJasem AThe location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. Check-in was swift and efficient, with great service from Daniel, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Check-out was also smooth and well handled. The breakfast area and service were good but could use some improvement, both in organization and attentiveness. Concierge service was good. All front desk staff, bellboys, and door staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the condition of the room/bathroom. Housekeeping services and room cleanliness were extremely poor, to the point that it ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and my family and one of the main reasons we choose 5-star hotels, and in this regard, the hotel fell far short of expectations. This was particularly disappointing given that we had communicated with the hotel prior to check-in, yet the issue was not addressed despite the repeated and daily requests! I will not go into details nor post pictures out of respect, and just I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this. While some departments clearly made an effort, the lack of basic room cleanliness overshadowed those positives and ultimately defined the experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was next to the train station which helped us get to the train quickly. However it is a ways from the downtown area with shopping and palace,, Taxi is needed. The staff in the bar area was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Good Wi Fi. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Intercontinental Madrid was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, placing me right in the heart of the vibrant city, allowing easy access to all the must-see attractions. The service was impeccable - the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the Club Lounge experience; the exquisite service and attention to detail truly made me feel like a valued guest. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Madrid.

TTTTFreeflyThe hotel's location and staff service were excellent. It was very convenient to get to the palace, old town, and various restaurants. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including Chinese, Japanese, Western cuisine, as well as many pubs and cafes. A department store is just a 5-minute walk away for shopping. The hotel facilities are very automated and new. However, the space layout is a bit impractical: the bathroom door blocks the toilet door from opening fully, and the wardrobe is completely open-concept with only one shelf, a single hanging rod, and two drawers. One of the drawers is mostly taken up by the safe. Long coats and dresses cannot be hung vertically. I suggest the hotel move the ironing board from the hanging area to the bathroom, as it currently takes up valuable hanging space. The bar and terrace are fantastic, with great space and location. You can enjoy beautiful Madrid sunsets and evening glow from there.

GGuest UserThe hotel is perfect! The breakfast is superb, the menu is delicious and varied. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is superb!!!! We walked all day! Everything is close to the hotel. The only downside is that the large towels smell awful! It's as if they were washed and left wet for a long time; they've gone rancid and smell really bad. We need to throw them out and buy new ones. We'll definitely be back! A great hotel.

MM ChuahWe stayed at The Madrid Edition while celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday in Spain, and it was the perfect choice for the trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special and well thought out. The hotel kindly surprised us with complimentary cava and a birthday cake, which was such a lovely touch and made the celebration even more memorable. We had also requested a flower arrangement in advance, and it was done beautifully—exactly as we had hoped. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel sits right in the middle of the city, making it extremely convenient to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. It made exploring Madrid effortless. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only small downside was the room ambience lighting felt a little too dim at times. Aside from that minor detail, everything—from the lobby and facilities to the rooms—was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend The Madrid Edition to anyone visiting Madrid, especially for a special occasion.

GGuest UserStaff are friendly and helpful. We had problems in charging our car. We asked for help and they came in a minute to help. Carpark is just in the basement and so we could unload luggages and took the lifts from basement up to our room floor directly. Very convenient. Room : spacious Breakfast : not worth, only few varieties. Cleanliness : looks clean in general. But I think the hotel should pay more attention to the 'little things'. One spoon in the room and a plate in the breakfast restaurant had dirt.
