comfy place, nice staff, but you need to bring your own hair dryer. Sometimes it’s noisy downstairs but acceptable for me. People here are super nice and outgoing. A bit far from metro but close to attractions. 2 supermarket nearby, super convenient.

Very nice hostel located near the metro and walkable distance from Cibeles (City stop for Airport Bus) and Atocha (Train station for departures to south Spain). Separate toilet, sink, and shower, is always a sign of good hostels. Could be better if there were individual curtains for beds and nightstand or ledge to put small items

decent considering the price and location but definitely not the nicest hostel I've stayed in. I appreciated not needing to make my own bed but thats about where the good things end. Room is extremely cramped and two people cannot move around at the same time, there is no railing on the upper bunk, poor ventilation and air conditioning. It also has the worst bathroom design I've seen in a while, with no door on the shower room (only a lock on the cubicle itself) and there is one singular hook inside the cubicle behind a curtain that is soaking wet so clothing (dirty or not) and towel will definitely get wet. the knob of the shower falls off too.

The shared bathrooms are separate for men and women, and they are kept very clean by staff since there are many of them. There are unlabeled toiletries available, one hairdryer, and fixed showerheads. The top bunk is far from the ceiling, so you won't hit your head. Luggage storage and laundry services incur extra charges. Upon check-in, you receive a key card and a locker key. A 5 Euro deposit is required and will be returned upon check-out.

A surprisingly nice experience. I stayed in a mixed room for 8. Everyone was quiet and neat. The bathroom and toilet is very clean. The staff Arecia was very friendly. I’d stay again.

I stayed in a mixed 12-bed dorm. The temperature was good, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the beds were comfortable. If you're over 1.90 meters tall, it's a bit of a hassle. The bathrooms are integrated into the rooms, so the light is on all day and night, and since there's no way to separate the spaces, you can hear everything. They do provide shower gel, though, and a rather small towel. There were suspicious stains on my shower curtain... The location is unbeatable.

The first stay waited for half an hour, but fortunately it was resolved smoothly. After check-in, everything went well, capsule privacy is also guaranteed

I had a comfortable stay! For Madrid, it's excellent value for money.

The staff is nice and friendly, beds are clean and comfortable. They provide blankets and pillow only, bring your own towels and sandals, and locks if you want to lock your locker. The community fridge is a nice touch but my breakfast got stolen, so put stuff there at your own risk.There are some weird men who loiters in the dining/waiting area at around 7am when I went to get my breakfast, they might be the culprit😤 The location is perfect!! It's 10 minutes of walking distance from the train station, which is gteat because I arrive pretty late and need to leave quite early.

There were no proper ventilation for the room with 12 people in such tiny space. At night at each 20 minutes someone entered and put the lights on with shouting, gossiping and disturbing without caring for the persons who were sleeping. On person continuously continued talking over the phone for 3 hours until 3 pm at a go. Another person snored in such a way that it was impossible to sleep at all. It also seems that some people keeps their belonging in the room who does not belong there as border. I had a fligh at the early morning and i got lost for the whole nigh. Found no one to complain and they do not care even.
