The reception staff are very attentive, and you can trust that the breakfast is good! The rooms are tidy and very clean. The location is perfect! Just a few minutes from Gran Vía.

The location is right in the city center, which makes it super convenient to get around. The quad room has two bunk beds, and the bathroom is inside the room. It's a bit cramped, and the downsides are that towels, a hairdryer, a fridge, and toiletries aren't provided.

The night shift guy at the front desk was a bit impatient, but the morning shift lady was really friendly. The location is great, with a supermarket right across the street, making it super convenient for shopping.

The location is excellent, and the vintage-style hotel is really cool. The only thing I didn't like was that there was a bit of dampness on the bedroom walls, but other than that, everything was great. The room was comfortable and had all the essentials for a good rest. We could walk to Gran Vía and the entire center of Madrid.

The location is decent, but the facilities feel a bit old. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Overall, it's pretty good value for money. I've also stayed at the 'Luoma' branch (assuming 'Luoma' is another branch or hotel name, as 'Luoma' means 'Rome' in Chinese, which doesn't fit the context unless it's a specific hotel name), and I feel it wasn't as good as this one. Overall, I'd still recommend it for those on a budget.

Excellent service, and the location is perfect for exploring the center of Madrid. Very clean and pleasant.
