Review of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences, Madrid I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Faraona Luxury Residences in Madrid, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and comfort that truly set the tone for our stay. Incredible Room Experience The room we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Every detail was meticulously crafted, exhibiting a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was heavenly, adorned with silky sheets that made it feel like a dream. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Exceptional Service The service at Casa Faraona was outstanding. The staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making us feel like valued guests every step of the way. Delicious Breakfast and Free Cocktails One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful spread that catered to every taste, from fresh pastries to hearty options. Additionally, the complimentary cocktails were a lovely touch, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the ambiance of the residence. Prime Location The location of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences couldn’t be better. Nestled in the heart of Madrid, it provided easy access to some of the city’s top attractions, dining, and shopping. We loved being able to explore the vibrant streets and return to our luxurious oasis at the end of the day. In conclusion, Casa Faraona Luxury Residences exceeded all our expectations. With its stunning rooms, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, complimentary cocktails, and prime location, it offers an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return and make more wonderful memories in this beautiful hotel!

5 ve 11 yaşlarındaki iki çocuğumuz ile 4 kişilik bir aile olarak 3 gece konakladık. Otelin bulunduğu sokak , sessiz ve sakin.4 numaralı metro hattının “Prosperidad” istasyonunda yer alıyor.Metro ile Sol meydanı , Plaza de Mayor, El Retiro park ve diğer görülmesi gereken yerlere gidip gelmek çok rahat.Metronun çıkışı, bir parkın içinde.Metro çıkışının tam ters yönünde , tüm ihtiyaçlarınınızı bulabileceğiniz bir zincir market var. Metrodan çıkıp, sağa dönün parkın içinden yürüyüp karşıya geçin, solunuzdaki sokaktan içeri girin, sonra ilk sağa dönün (okulun karşısındaki sokak) , 50m sonra otele ulaşmış oluyorsunuz.Metrodan çıkınca,otele varmak 3-4 dakika. Otel yeni , eşyalar yeni. Oda temizdi. Odaya her gün giriyorlar, temizlik yapıp, eksikleri tamamlıyorlar.Odada ki mutfakta kahve makinesi , mikro dalga fırın , ocak, su ısıtıcısı vs var. Kahve makinası için kapsüller var; kapsüller, bitki çayları bittikçe yeniliyorlar.Gardırobun içerisinde ütü ve ütü masası var. Hemen hemen tüm ihtiyaçları düşünmüşler.Odadaki çekyat açılınca , haliyle oda da çok yer kalmıyor . Çekyat çok rahat değil . Ama hem odanın büyüklüğü; hem de çekyat 3-4 günlük konaklama için idare eder. Biz bi sorun yaşamadık ama herhangi bir durumda iletişime geçmek için herhangi bir resepsiyon görevlisi görmedik.Otele ve odaya giriş ,size gönderilen şifre ile gerçekleştiriliyor. İhtiyaç halinde uygulama üzerinden ya da maille iletişim kurmak gerekiyor; ya da otele girişteki zile bastığınızda da konuşacak birini bulabilirsiniz. Madrid’e tekrar gelsek; yine burada kalırız. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

The location is very convenient—it’s only about a 15–20 minute walk from Atocha Station. I even walked back to the hostel alone at 2:30 a.m. and felt safe the entire way. The staff were incredibly friendly. One of the nicest surprises was the free welcome drink, which I could enjoy at the hostel’s restaurant. Breakfast was also included in my booking, and it was a generous buffet with plenty of options to choose from. A big thank you to the entire team for your kindness, for keeping everything so clean, and for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Overall, the hotel's location is unbeatable 👍. It's about a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and you can even walk to the Royal Palace of Madrid, which is incredibly convenient for tourists. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite 😊, and the room itself was clean with no major issues. However, during my three-night stay, my towels were never replaced. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they just left them, but the most ridiculous thing was that I had hung a wet towel to dry, and the cleaning staff actually folded it back up and put it in its original spot. This caused the towel to develop a musty smell 🤢, which was really unpleasant. Additionally, the rubber seal on the shower door was loose and had come off, causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor when showering 💧. This made the entire floor wet, and the facility maintenance could definitely be improved. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to these details. After all, with such a great location, it would be perfect if the cleaning and maintenance were better 🙏.

Love the theater theme throughout the hotel. The spiral staircase is a work of art, and the overall atmosphere is very sophisticated and chic. It really stands out from standard chain hotels. On the location: Perfectly situated on Gran Vía! I was able to walk to almost everything. Near Callao, Sol, and the Royal Palace are just minutes away. The reception staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, which made the stay even better. Many thanks to Roberto and Patricia at the front desk for their exceptional service. Roberto was incredibly helpful with recommendations and arranging luggage storage while I continued my trip to Morocco. Patricia’s warm personality, efficiency, and attention to detail truly stood out from organizing my wake-up call to advising on the best route to the airport to avoid morning traffic. Always kind and smiling, she really makes you feel at home. Lastly, a big thank you to the lady for arranging help with my two large pieces of luggage, and to another gentleman at reception who made my check-out seamless. I forgot their names. But I highly recommend this hotel not only for its excellent location, but also for its stylish art deco and theater-themed rooms, which I find very stylish and defo a nice break from the standard and generic hotel decor standards. Especially the staffs who truly make me feel at home.. Thank you!

Very nice hostel located near the metro and walkable distance from Cibeles (City stop for Airport Bus) and Atocha (Train station for departures to south Spain). Separate toilet, sink, and shower, is always a sign of good hostels. Could be better if there were individual curtains for beds and nightstand or ledge to put small items

We had a mixed experience staying here. On the positive side, the hostel was clean and in a really convenient location, which we appreciated. However, there were a few issues that made our stay quite uncomfortable. Our room didn’t have a proper window, which made it feel very stuffy and poorly ventilated, and unfortunately it triggered our allergies, which we mentioned to the receptionist. The bed was also quite stiff, and the pillows were very thin—we had to fold and stack them just to be comfortable. Noise was another challenge. The neighbouring room seemed to be having a party at around 3am, with very loud music and audible conversations,  which made it difficult to sleep. The staff were polite and friendly, but we didn’t feel we received much practical help when we raised our concerns. We tried to cancel the remainder of our stay due to these issues, but were advised to go through the booking platform. We did this but our request ended up pending for some time as the ”hotel was being contacted” and was eventually declined, which was frustrating. In the end, we decided to check out earlier than planned and book alternative accommodation. Overall, while the cleanliness and location were great, the lack of ventilation, comfort, and noise control made it hard for us to fully enjoy our stay—especially as we were there for our honeymoon.

The location of the place is very good, next to atocha station, rooms are small and no suitcase can fit in the lockers so you see everyone leaving suitcases everywhere in the room. Rooms and beds are not very big or comfortable, they don’t have a kitchen, just a kettle and a microwave and they want to charge you extra €5 for “early check in” even when you already paid your reservation and when they have their room ready, they are not a hotel that you pay the early check in and can go to your private room or bed and relax, they charge you extra to enter a room full of people, suitcases everywhere and noise, definitely not nice

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The only thing that for the price you pay was waiting a little more in the room (the dust had not passed in several days and I am allergic, the bed header was unspoken, there was some walls shaved, there was only one night mel and was damaged). A positive point was that there was a diffuser for the dryer, that is almost a miracle.

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.
