Great
SShra124I really like the location of the hotel. It's very friendly very near to the main attractions of the city. I like the food which is available there in the drinks that are freshly made and served. The hotel rooms are very clean and it is all well maintained. There's always someone available at the reception. It is like 24 hours availability. For any person, so in case of anything, you can just go in, check with them

GGuest UserThe breakfast was really good and location, sadly the hotel is a bit tired. The room ok ( although the floor uneven) the beds were terrible, I had to sleep on the floor because we have arrived very late and we thought all the beds were the same so what was the point of saying anything. In fact in Reception we were told they were but we found out the day after it was not the case. One of the beds was with a small curve on the mattress and the other one the spring would stick on your body
GGuest UserGreat location, very nice breakfast, there is also a Starbucks right outside the enterance which is nice. Literally a two minute walk to Gran Via street where you can find anything you could possibly need. The staff was polite, the rooms were clean and very quiet at least on the 5th floor :) Overall would recommend and come back again. Gracias Madrid!

AAna ukReally good location and easily accessible by car. Hotel itself is great, rooms of decent size and nicely designed, bathroom are very practical and really clean. Walls between rooms are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors but it wasn’t outrageous in my opinion. The parking of the hotel was full and I learnt this after my booking so that wasn’t great, but on the bright side the parking of the mall Principe Pio in front of the hotel had space (open 24hr and was actually cheaper than the hotel parking - a win for us).
Staff at the counter was the only minus for me. When I called the hotel to enquire about parking & ZBE car plate registration the man hung up on me due to what I believe was poor English (which would have been fine if he just said so). I had to call back again and got another person who explained details to me nicely in English. Also, every time we passed by the front desk we barely got any glance or had someone saying hi which is a shame (if not rude!). In hospitality, being welcoming is the #1 rule and the staff at the front desk was lacking in that regard.
WWei Kion• The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep.
• The air conditioning did not have heating, but the blanket was thick enough to keep warm; the temperature that night was around 13°C.
• The room was very spacious—enough to fully open two large suitcases on the floor with plenty of space left to walk around.
• The bathroom included a hairdryer.
• The shower drain seemed slightly clogged, causing slow drainage; we had to keep the water pressure low while showering.
• No drinking water was provided in the room, but the front desk informed us that the tap water from the bathroom sink is safe to drink.
• There was no kettle in the room, but you can request hot water from the front desk—they kindly provided it from the cafeteria free of charge.
• Although the hotel is not located right in the tourist center and isn’t within short walking distance to major attractions, it has excellent transport links: there are both a bus stop and a metro station right outside and around the corner.
• It’s very convenient whether you’re arriving from Atocha Station or heading to key destinations like Madrid Royal Palace, Moncloa Bus Terminal (for Segovia express), Plaza Eliptica (for Toledo express), or Estacion de Autobuses Madrid Sur (for Porto overnight bus).
• The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On the day of check-out, we left our luggage there for free while we visited Toledo. When we returned around 6:00 PM, they even provided hot water for our instant noodles. We rested in the cafeteria for a few hours before heading to catch our overnight bus to Porto.
• Their assistance made our trip much smoother and more comfortable.
MM314952****I traveled to Madrid by myself. It's quite far from the city center, so I specifically booked it close to the airport for convenience. I spent my days sightseeing and shopping in the city, only returning to the hotel at night. The room was very spacious, but a bit old-fashioned. I'd recommend it if you're catching a flight, but if not, I'd suggest staying in the city center.
WWudimomoxianshengThe room is relatively large and close to the subway and bus. It is very convenient to go to the Bernabeu to watch a game. It is not far to the city center, and the subway takes about 10 minutes. Good value for money
BBeishangdaokuqidebingxiangOverall it was satisfactory, but except for the episode when I checked in. This hotel has no front desk, all by phone or WhatsApp. But I didn't say anything before I checked in. And I needed a password to enter the room, and I didn't receive it. Contacted the hotel customer service, uploaded the passport photo to receive 😅 In addition to this, the overall is very good, the location is very convenient, about 8 minutes to go out is the subway station, taxi can also be called

GGemaMLTThe room was quite small, but it was enough for one night. The bathroom was more uncomfortable because it was so small. The cleaning was a bit poor, though. But the service was very good, the guy at check in was very friendly. And the location was great.
