Anonymous UserOverall, the hotel's location is unbeatable 👍. It's about a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and you can even walk to the Royal Palace of Madrid, which is incredibly convenient for tourists. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite 😊, and the room itself was clean with no major issues.
However, during my three-night stay, my towels were never replaced. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they just left them, but the most ridiculous thing was that I had hung a wet towel to dry, and the cleaning staff actually folded it back up and put it in its original spot. This caused the towel to develop a musty smell 🤢, which was really unpleasant.
Additionally, the rubber seal on the shower door was loose and had come off, causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor when showering 💧. This made the entire floor wet, and the facility maintenance could definitely be improved.
I hope the hotel can pay more attention to these details. After all, with such a great location, it would be perfect if the cleaning and maintenance were better 🙏.

Guest UserConveniently located near Chamartín Station with easy access to transport. The breakfast selection is extensive, but it can get crowded, so expect to queue. While the hotel is a bit older, it's clean, and the rooms are spacious.

Guest UserI stayed for one night and needed a clean place to rest, the hostel is near the center and there are many restaurants and coffee shops around the area.
The room was clean and I approached having a private bathroom/shower and share it just with my roommate, the area is also quiet at night.
I haven't used any of their amenities but they have towels, toothbrushes, slippers,.. if you pay extra, they also have meetings and events.
it seems a balance between a chill and party hostel

Great location, very nice breakfast, there is also a Starbucks right outside the enterance which is nice. Literally a two minute walk to Gran Via street where you can find anything you could possibly need. The staff was polite, the rooms were clean and very quiet at least on the 5th floor :) Overall would recommend and come back again. Gracias Madrid!

Exceeded my expectations! The entire room had a very European old apartment feel, but with an elevator – a nice surprise! The location is excellent too, super convenient for walking everywhere and it felt very safe. There's a good restaurant downstairs, and it's right next to the town hall.

Guest UserNice hotel!
Done the job for me and my son, the rooms wete clean and tidy and the coffee was amazing.
The only downfall I could see is if you want to travel to the centre of madrid or to the airport your on and off buses and trains to get to your destination but apart from that I would stay here again.

Among the many expensive hotels in Madrid, this one offers great value for money and is suitable for solo travelers.
It's conveniently located with numerous bus stops and a metro station right outside.
A taxi ride to Atocha train station costs around ten euros, and to the airport, it's less than forty euros.
The facilities and cleanliness meet expectations for a three-star hotel.

It's a bit underwhelming for an Ibis chain, but overall, it's better than the average hotel in Spain for the price.
Close to the metro, and in spring, you can enjoy the almond blossoms in the park across the street.

We've been to many places in Spain, but never before have we encountered such a complicated procedure for getting into an apartment.
Usually, before your stay, you receive an email with a form to fill out with your personal details and check-in instructions. In this case, we received the following message: ”This property has no reception. Please contact them for detailed check-in instructions.”
On the Trip.com app, you could contact them via messenger or phone. We didn't receive a response on messenger, so we called the number provided (you could choose to be redirected to ”reception” or ”reservations,” which we chose). Over the phone (in English), we were given two more phone numbers for reception, which we were to contact via WhatsApp. The first one didn't answer, and after entering the confirmation code from the email, they replied to us, and only then did we receive the form to fill out. After filling out the form, we received the correct door code, apartment number, and address (!)—it turned out our apartment was in the building opposite the address in the ad. It wasn't the most pleasant check-in process, having to endure the heat and luggage.
It seems that many visitors face the same problem – in the stairwell of one of the buildings (at the address advertised, not the one where we ended up staying), the residents posted a sign informing tourists that there were no tourist apartments on the top two floors of the building.
The apartment itself was okay, with good air conditioning and a fairly well-equipped interior. In reality, it looked a bit worse than in the photos. There was no Wi-Fi, and instead, a broken router was lying on the floor.
