B&B Hotel Madrid Centro Puerta del Sol

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Madrid. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, are incredibly kind and always willing to help with any issues. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy. Its location is particularly excellent, being close to Puerta del Sol and within walking distance of the Royal Palace. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Great location and very clean. The hotel service was excellent, especially the breakfast delivered to our door – a really thoughtful touch. The self-service bar was also very convenient and had a great vibe! The front desk staff were very nice. I'll definitely be back to Sun Gate B&B.

The hotel overall is quite good, located right next to Puerta del Sol in Madrid, so the location is excellent. The rooms are clean, and the service is great. They offer 24-hour free coffee, fruit, and cookies. The only issue is that because it's in the city center, there are many bars nearby, making it a bit noisy at night. Overall, a good stay.

The room was nice, but it was really hard to find the hotel entrance 😂. The other entrance was closed, probably for security reasons. The lobby was minimalist, the service was good, and the location was excellent.
