Stayed during BTS concert. Location wise, very good, just 12mins walk to Charmartin Station which can take you to the Center. We took Bolt from airport for 20€ and we're 3 so its worth it. Bus stations nearby. Very open and many business people around. Room is okay and clean. We slept good.

Very high end hotel with a nice view. The spa pool costs €30 per person which is extra and not included with stay. €2 for a cap for ladies. Gym is free access. Need to take subway 10 and 9 to go to Madrid central. Hotel can call taxi for you to airport.

The room was decent. The only issue was the extra bed creaked loudly every time you moved. We stayed for three nights, and on the third day, when we returned to the hotel, they hadn't replenished the water or toothbrushes. However, after calling down, the front desk immediately sent someone up with them. The service response time was great. This stay, I happened to encounter a sports team, which was a fun surprise! 🥳

Great for business trips. The commute from the hotel to the airport is very smooth. There's a shopping mall and several restaurants nearby. It's a bit far from the city center, but perfect if you're working in the business district of northern Madrid.

❗️ The door handles are very sharp metal, which I think would be dangerous in a slippery area like the bathroom, especially if you have children with you. For me personally been traveling quite a lot countries and stay different luxury or normal 4/5 stars hotels, it is the first time seeing this kinda unreasonable design. I cannot imagine what gonna happen if someone slipped.❗️ 😉 The room was of a good size, well maintained, the mattress was very comfortable, the smart curtains were nice, and free drinking water was provided every day. 😅 The hot water temperature was not high enough and the water pressure was a little lacking. 🤓Overall, it was a great opportunity to experience a 30-story restaurant, given that there aren't many high-rise buildings nearby. But for the same price, there might be more exciting options downtown.

They say traveling in Europe can be a real hassle, but this place really prioritizes safety! I didn't have to worry about anything getting lost. Plus, you don't even need a European adapter; your domestic chargers work fine! The breakfast selection was also excellent. My stay was super comfortable, and I had a great time!
