I had a wonderful experience! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They even prepared lovely souvenirs for us as a parting gift. Overall, I truly loved every moment of our visit! Highly recommended!

The greenery primitive environment is insta-worthy. There are, however, some downsides from practical point of view. The location is up the mountain and 1.5hr drive from main city of Chiangmai. It is long journey and many S-bend, up and down hill drives. Just standby your medicine if you have motion sickness. It's super nice view away from bustling city, but being in nature you got to be willing to coexist with other animals and insects around, i.e., cats, tiny bugs and mosquitoes.

The location of the hotel is a bit far inside the hills, but the view from the room is remarkable and worthy. We arrived there at 21:00 and their kitchen was almost closed, but they kindly allow us to order and had a dinner. The dishes were so yummy!!! There was a huge spider inside our room when we got into it. I asked the staff to help us through WhatsApp. He helped us to drive it away rapidly. That’s so good! The room was quite clean but the details were not good enough. The jacuzzi was so fun to use😆 Watching the stunning view with the blublublu sound was extremely chill~~~ They gave me a pack of popcorn as a thank you gift with many lines of words on the package. That was so warm and I can feel their full-hearted intention. Thank you!

If you would like to experience mountains, i would only suggest 2 days 1 night stay. There is barely any amenities within the resort. Their lounge, bar, viewing area, massage chair (dirtiest i've ever seen, bet you wouldnt want to sit in it) are all within a very small compound. I can't say this resort has the best view, it's fairly mediocre. It could have been a less obstructed view, nothing like you have seen on instagram. As for food and service, oddly, none of the staff bothers to place your food items in front of you. They would just placed at a corner and you would have to reach out for it to place it in front of you. This is consistent for the 3 nights which I've stayed there. The food options are very limited and average tasting, mostly mookata or steamboat options and some regular thai dishes and very limited western or international options. The breakfast options comprises of only 3 options, Khao Soi, Thai Porridge and Egg Benedicte, all meals options would have to be order a day in advance. And the food were served luke warm. The hottest food option would be steamboat. The room which I was in was a deluxe villa, sadly, it's just a tent with 2 queen size bed and a black out tent, there is barely any day light that could be let into the tent. Just gives a depressing vibe, would appreciate if there could be pockets of 'windows' options in the tent. It has a jacuzzi option on the patio, but when you stepped in it, it's slimy at the base of the jaccuzi, makes me wonder how clean it is. It is also situated at the top part of the resort, which made climbing up the steep steps very challenging as well as with the very thin air. The only option is to get the buggy to drive you up and down. Communications with the hotel staff is purely through whatsapp. So orders for food have to be input the day before... so no spontaneous dining for you. Overall, this stay fell below my expectations, as nothing was as glam as how the pictures on instagram or tiktok look like. Definitely, can be improved in terms of overall cleanliness and service. Definitely not worth the price you are paying for.

If you're looking for a unique hotel experience, look no further than this amazing hotel with a pool inside the room! The room is incredibly clean and the staff are very friendly. However, be prepared for lots of rain if you're planning to visit in August - it rains all day, every day. Plus, the hotel is located high up in the mountains, which makes for a stunning view but can be a bit of a trek to get to. Overall, if you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

I asked if toothbrushes could be provided on the first night and received a reply the next day. The room was humid (it was built off the ground, and the moisture from the woods entered through the obvious gaps in the floor). It was uncomfortable to live in. The clothes that were not dry when I checked in became even wet the next day. The walkways outside the room and the hot spring pool were dirty, and no one was cleaning them. It rained heavily in the early morning and morning. The rain fell on the tent, making it very loud and noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The lighting in the room is dim, and the facilities and supplies feel cheap. It feels like staying in a three-star hotel, which is completely different from the picture. Apart from the room and the small restaurant (you have to walk up a long and sloping staircase, which is inconvenient, and the stairs are full of mud after the rain), there are no other facilities and activities space... The price is not cheap, but it is like this, very disappointing, Very bad experience!
