If you like queuing, this is the hotel for you!! There's only one tiny buffet restaurant for your 3 meals (unless you pay a bunch extra, so much for all inclusive) for the whole hotel! After 9pm there's only one bar (again, 2 if you upgrade) with one person serving, for the whole hotel! Lovely queue!! The food, when you get it, is fairly basic - not much variety. The rooms aren't bad I suppose, with a separate room for parents, kids sleep on sofa, only reason I rate it as high as a 3, but it's really a 2.5 (nowhere near the 4 that Jet2 gave it) I can't comment on the pools as they were too cold at the time of year we went (April) Quite dissatisfied on the whole

Going to make this a fairly quick review. Booked via Jet 2 and believe we were missold a holiday and seriously mislead ny jet 2 by the artist impression photo. We arrived at fergus club mallorca water park around 3am after a 3 hour delay with jet2. We were exhausted after a tiring delayed journey and 3 young children. We arrived in our room and I nearly cried. I rarely complain but we just felt wow do we really have to stay in this room. We have been sold a false holiday, this is not a 4 star complex in any way. The words to describe the conplex is basic, vile, grotty. The whole hotel requires a complete refurb so the fact Jet 2 were advertising this place as a refurb with artist impressions was incredibly misleading. My youngest daughters 5th bed was falling apart with no bedding. The room was dirty and in dire condition. Fixtures broke. Safe they wanted to charge. Filthy fridge, bins, walls, floor and worst of all the bathroom.....just disgusting. The light fitting looked like the only new item. Tried to get some rest but fire alarm started going off. We were also right next to theatre area and completely exposed and affected by noise which we explained to Jet2 but they did nothing. We were incredibly dissapointed. We begged Jet 2 to address our issues and find us alternative accommodation or a better standard of room at the very least but nothing due to complex being full to capacity. The worst thing about this place aside from how grim the accommodation was was there was absolutely no sunbeds available and the place was rammed.  Rarely got a sunbed as we refuse to wake at 5am abroad....one day we managed to get a water bed by chance and this was our best day so was lucky but people left them all day and this was not fair on other families......there was enough space for them to invest in more, especially around waterpark but they have not which is frustrating. Food not great just about edible over breakfast, very chaotic and did not enjoy the dining experience in the slighest. We had to queue 30 minutes for breakfast and dinner in a so called 4 star resort. Asked for a coffee at one bar and offered a plastic cup for it, ...ice creams rubbish.... Bad reviews are mostly right. This is nothing like the artists impression in the brochure as per the very initial advertisment so hopefully they'll advertise it for what it is now so expectations are not false and needs to drop to a 3 star. Areas around pool dirty can tell it used to be mallorca rocks. After a few days of being here I started getting a strong sense of deju Vue only realised I stayed here in 2008. The steps to big slides are absolutely filthy and top of slides even worse. Couldnt even sit near edge of pool it so dirty and the smells in certain areas were vile. The far pool was the nicest. Pool water in little kids area vile. Worst purported renovation i have ever seen....was better in 2008. Good points weather good and kids happy enough, they liked the popcorn and candy floss machines..

We had an amazing family holiday and the kids especially loved the game zone, splash pool and the bubble... Many thanks to Gabriel, Dini and the team for the fun activities. We have already booked our next stay and have treated the family to a Magnus suite... We can't wait....

We were really worried on staying here after reading the reviews. First impressions was good friendly staff quick check in even thou the room was going to be another hr till it was ready but we were able to go and grab some lunch. Bedroom - the rooms were spacious, yes the double bed was 2 singles but that is what they are. All beds were comfy all slept well. Rooms were made up every day. Bathroom was ok, nice big mirror, the shower could be improved wasn't that powerful and lots of limescale. Restaurant - umm interesting set up, dining area was all under corrugated roof outside and when it rained it was wet and you lost lots of table space due to leaks. It was very noisy with the scrapping of the chairs and the whistles of the lifeguards going off every seconds. The staff were all happy and cleaned tables. In the food area was chaos at the beginning of the week there was no manners from people, pushing in front of you. Long waits to the food, some times there were no plates or cutlery. The food was ok but being all inclusive it can be repetitive. The coffee was horrid, not very tasty and luke warm. If you wanted a hot drink with your lunch you couldn't as these were switched off. The free drinks available in restaurant was excellent choice. We did find that there was no snacks during the day and especially no ice creams as my children were after one being hot. Entertainment - it was ok, we weren't impressed that there was no seating or anything in doors everything was outside. One night we were sat there in the rain under our umbrellas. I think management need to re think and put an inside bar area. There was a different variety of entertainment each night. Bar - these was only 1 bar in the whole hotel open at night for a big hotel, queues were long and all staff worked hard during the evening. Good choice, my children enjoyed the mocktails. We were worried about the plastic glasses we were thinking they were going to be flimsy but we were impressed with them and was not bothered having them. Pool Areas - we were impressed with the amount of pools. The only thing which was great was the inflatable ball. This seemed really dangerous, big children being rough and not listening to the lifeguards hence why it was being blown all the time. We enjoyed the quiet area in the breeze area. Children loved their time in the pool, was v cold tho. Overall it was a good holiday we believe there needs to be changes to make it the 4* hotel they say. I would love to see an inside bar and entertainment area!!!

Crap. Total crap. The food was terrible, the chicken I had was bright pink, my dad’s pork was undercooked. Room door doesn’t shut properly and felt unsafe. Beds comfy, water park good but nightlife crap and so is the entertainment, 3star at a push.

Not sure where to start but our experience was disappointing. 1. This is far from a 4 stars hotel, max 3 stars. 2. The BIG issue we had was the door. As I read before ( more customers had the same) our door did not shut completly. Was very hard to sleep in the 1st room and our son was woke up each morning by the noise in the hollway( and he is a good sleeper). The ballcony could do with a clothes dryer as I noticed some of them had one. 3. This is sold as newly refurbished hotel but apart of new paint in the rooms everything is very aged. The bathrooms are mouldy and we payed extra to be in Magnus. Every time someone was doing a shower on the room above us, our bathroom become flooded. This is a big Health&Safety issue. 4. Yes, the pools are nice with option for all ages but around them is very dangerous, very slippery, saw so many people injured around them. The tiles are slippery everywhere, in the rooms and around the hotel as well. 5. Food was average( either not cooked properly, either to cooked) and we had Magnus. The only advantage to be Magnus was that breakfast and dinner was quieter as not as busy. 6. We did not used the kids club so canot comment on it but the mini disco was nice and kids seem to enjoy it. 7. The bar was way to small for the amount of people to be served. If you do consider this hotel please think twice as the marketing is missleading and we will complain with the agency that we booked true.

After reading some reviews I was concerned but on the whole our experience was good! Food was plentiful and varied, we never went hungry. I can’t understand some of the reviews, I suppose you can’t please everyone but some are really unfair! There was something for everyone and Breakfast was a particular highlight. The room was clean and spacious and housekeeping came everyday, delivering fresh towels- no complaints. The entertainment was the only downside, it was particularly poor and some of the advertised activities didn’t go ahead. This really needs to improve for 2025. Staff were friendly and hardworking, always stopping to say hello and smile. The location of the hotel is brilliant! It’s a five minute walk to a lovely beach and there are lots of bars shops etc on the doorstep. Overall I would recommend and return. Just need a tweak of the entertainment and a couple more staff of the bar in the evening to cut queues. Thanks to the team at Fergus water park for a great week.
