This hotel has for sure the nicest view in Mainz, and only a few minutes from the city center. Just be aware that the rooms with view to the Rhein-river obviously have different categories, hence prices, to avoid being disappointed.

Very nice location - it is easy to reach the sights of Mainz and also to have a stroll along the river. During my stay there was some construction, that was not very pleasant. Also, make sure you are staying in the main building, or you will have to walk a long way with luggage... and help was not offered, although I had 2 suitcases. European hotel rooms tend to be small and drab - that was the case here too.

Close to the river, clean room however amenities are standard

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. It was a pleasant experience. Breakfast was decent. The only problem we faced was parking cuz the parking was full. Still we could park in the city parking just behind the hotel for a good price.

the room rate isn't cheap $5xx per night, but the maintenance of toilet isn't good. My room number is 24xx ..but the reception didn't guide me how to reach my room. I need to take times to find the way. because the signage in a lift inside. the corridor signage was wrong. The sink is a bit chocked up and very difficult to switch on the tap water. The breakfast is good and many coffee selections.

Nice atmosphere and clean room

The location is convenience and close to the restaurant and about 20 mins walk to train station, and it is quiet, overall the staff is nice, just one lady's reception is not really helpful.

Noise

The bus stop is right in front, so it was easy to get to Mainz Central Station. It's close to the center, so you can walk to everything. The room was clean and nice. The water pressure was really strong.

Good, both hardware and software are good

The hotel environment is very good, surrounded by commercial streets, churches and supermarkets, it is a good place to check in.

The location is very good. The overall location is very good. There are many supermarkets outside. There are also several Chinese restaurants nearby that are also very delicious. Very good. ,,,,,,,
