IntercityHotel Mainz
"The hotel is nearby central station and bus stops.going to sightseeing places and river sightseeing port are very convenient . The hotel offers bus tickets.the breakfast is good."
Hilton Mainz
"The receptionist was very kind and helpful. It was a pleasant experience. Breakfast was decent. The only problem we faced was parking cuz the parking was full. Still we could park in the city parking just behind the hotel for a good price."
Garner Hotel MAINZ by IHG
"We are very disappointed with the reservation handling during our stay. Our reservation consisted of a total of 4 rooms, made under two separate bookings (one booking for 3 rooms and another booking for 1 room). However, upon arrival, the reservation staff informed us that we had only paid for 2 rooms. We were surprised and confused because all bookings had been confirmed and paid through Trip.com. The staff even showed us their computer screen, where only 2 rooms appeared as paid and checked, while the other 2 rooms did not. As a result, we had to spend time proving our payments and showing our Trip.com booking confirmations before the issue was finally resolved. Only after we provided the payment records and booking details did the staff proceed with arranging all 4 rooms for us. We are unsure whether this issue originated from Trip.com or from the hotel's reservation system, but it caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience at check-in. We would appreciate an explanation from Trip.com regarding what caused this discrepancy, as customers should not have to argue or provide proof of payment for confirmed reservations upon arrival. We hope both Trip.com and the hotel can improve communication and reservation management to prevent similar situations from happening to future guests."
Holiday Inn - the niu, MOOD MAINZ by IHG
"Although the location is close to the main train station, there aren't many shops nearby, so you have to take a bit of a detour. Overall, the room was comfortable and warm. It met basic needs. The bed was quite comfortable."
H2 Hotel Mainz
"The room was very spacious and modern. Our room was also wheelchair accessible, and the bathroom was huge. The lobby was very inviting and cozy. The air conditioning was excellent, and breakfast was good. The front desk service was also superb. We would definitely come back. The only minor issue was that the TV wasn't working, but that didn't bother us at all."
Hyatt Regency Mainz
"Facilities: Complete facilities Sanitation: Clean and tidy Environment: Convenient transportation, easy to travel Service: Thoughtful service"

Top Hotel Hammer - Mainz Hauptbahnhof
"It's in front of the station and there are many supermarkets. It's convenient, clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet and nice!"
Mainzer Hof
"The place was clean, and the view next to the Rhine river was nice. However, the workers didn't speak English well, but they managed to assist me. A good stay in general"
Hotel Inndependence
"Very friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful hotel rooms and a very good breakfast. Thank you for the wonderful stay!"
Trip Inn Bristol Hotel Mainz
"The environment is good, the facilities are OK, and the hygiene is OK. As for the service, it is European style, with basically no service. The price is affordable, and breakfast is included, which is good."
GuestHouse Mainz
"This hotel proved very convenient being close to the station and a short walk to the marketplace and old town. Our room was well appointed with a good bathroom, - with nice amenities. The little ‘kitchen’ had a sink, a kettle and coffeemaker plus a microwave and stove. We had a terrace with a view to the cathedral, where we sat with a beer and some sun. The staff were very friendly . The breakfast was minimal but satisfactory. Overall a very good stay."
Hotel Moguntia
"Good clean hotel, in a residential area about 15-20 minute walk from the main square in Mainz. Balcony was a bonus - and being near to a supermarket was good too. Staff were friendly. Rooms are really clean and good size. Breakfast was average but enough available to start the day in a good way. Would recommend"
Hotel Central Vis a Vis
Atrium Hotel Mainz
Hotel Schottenhof
"This is a nice hotel Within a very short walk from the train station. We stayed for two nights and it offered a clean, comfortable room, adequate for recovery from a long trip abroad before continuing our final journey home. It is also an easy walk to Mainz old town. The staff was kind and considerate when we arrived at the hotel prior to the normal check in time, by allowing us to get to our room early. The only drawback is that there were no quiet sitting areas for reading & relaxing. There is a cafe next to the reception area, but we did not eat there. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay and with easy reach of the train system."
B&B HOTEL Mainz-Hechtsheim
"Working in Mainz, it's close to the next subway. Breakfast ok"
Hotel Königshof
"The hotel is rather 'quirky'. It has obviously been altered internally at some time and this may account for some unusual features like a step in the bedroom floor and a concrete(?) column at the end of the bed! That said, our room was spacious, comfortable, warm and quiet. The bathroom was small but adequate and the shower had a really good pressure. If you overlook the the little oddities and don't mind the acres of woodchip on the walls, it's a really nice hotel. Breakfast was typical of many continental hotels. The choices may have been limited, but the quality of the food was excellent. The staff are helpful and friendly, the location is good (literally across the road from the railway station) and there are a number of very good restaurants within easy walking distance. City centre, shops and cathedral are also within walking distance. I would happily recommend the hotel Koenigshof for a stay in Mainz. "
Osteiner Hof by the Apartment Suite
"Amazing and beautiful building. Staff was so friendly and service was absolutely at the top. We were living in the suite for 3 days, first time visiting Mainz, and we were speechless at how beautiful the location and apartment was. 10/10 recommend, will absolutely come back!"
Best Western Hotel Mainz
"The location and service were both great."
Favorite Parkhotel
"Hotel is located in a beautiful park. Parking is available free of charge. There are 4 train lines on the Rhine side, with corresponding noise, even at night."
