Amazing
SSopida BitzWe stayed at three different Hyatt hotels during our trip in Mainz and Frankfurt, and while all of them were very good, the best one of our journey was Brunfels. The service was excellent — the receptionist was always helpful and greeted us warmly each time. Our room came with a balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

HHaraldVery well managed hotel! Very friendly and professional staff who are willing to make the extra step required to make the customer feel happy. They arranged an early check in smoothly without hesitation and arranged a small birthday cake. The rooms are in excellent state, the breakfast buffet is highly variable and provide a broad range of choices, and the location is outstanding. Excellent choice for anyone who want to stay one or a few nights in Mainz

FFliFlaI go to this hotel whenever I have the change. It’s not only very conveniently located, but the staff is so kind and warm it makes it an extra pleasure to stay there. Breakfast is very good and the overall envió and vibe of the hotel is superb. Highly recommend!

MMASTER-JIMThe hotel is located diagonally opposite Mainz Railway Station and it is very convenient to catch the train. Walk 100 meters to the authentic German restaurant zenz, very recommended.
The room is a city view, you can give children an extra bed. The room space is enough, the facilities are quite complete, and the law is quite satisfactory. The lobby bar and restaurant are well decorated; the breakfast price is not expensive for 19 euros per person, and the variety of dishes is very general in the same level of hotels in Europe and can be full.
The parking lot is in the basement of the next building, not far away. Other facilities have no experience and do not comment.
What is really amazing is the rotating stairs in the hotel, the work is very German! During the day, the wooden stairs are overlooked, and the lights are upturned and shadows are taken at night, which is great!
If you are in the front of the station before Christmas, there is a small night market every night, you can drink authentic German hot wine!

GGuest UserModern renovated hotel near Mainzer Mainzer main train station. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds. Good renovated, everything new. Very clean. Air conditioning works. Unfortunately the whole house is bright, you hear people in the other rooms. Check in professional, may be more friendly. Internet works, but slowly.

GGuest UserThere is a bus stop right in front and across from the hotel. It was about half a hop and two stops away, so it was easy to move with a suitcase. It takes about 7 minutes to walk. The room was clean and meticulously organized every day, so I felt good when I left and came back.
I stayed in a 3-person room, and although the bed was small, I rested comfortably in my own bed. The front desk staff were always very friendly too!

JJIANDIANThe hotel is very quiet and safe in a residential area. The boss is very good at serving, the authentic German uncle. The room is big enough, which is rare in Europe. Warm heating is a warm and happy winter. It is about a kilometer from the city center and is within walking distance. Going to the pedestrian street, the shopping mall area is tired, eating enough to drink in the bar, then walking back, it is a wonderful memory!
