The Pines Hotel in Melaka and had a great overall experience. The hotel has a modern, clean design with spacious rooms that feel very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the room was well-maintained, and I loved the large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Everything is good about this hotel . Big bathtub and the location is convenient to go to anywhere .

good to be back here after a while. but the room doesn’t have a bath tub like i wish. never mind, it’s OK. maybe I made mistakes during the booking process. the surrounding was good. keep it up. spacious room, spacious parking lot, easy access to nearby location such as Kg Morten and Bandar Hilir. will repeat again and again in the future. thanks!

Rooms are very nice, parking available with AC and DC charging, good pool and gym, just need more attention from maintenance team and better process during check in

Stayed at The Pines Melaka for another work trip. The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable, with a relaxing bathtub in the room. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection of food. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The room was so beautiful with the bath tub. Unfortunately, when film the bath tub, the water keep flowing out. The aircond also not cold, trying calk the service but no one pickup. It was a beautiful hotel but need improve on the service, make sure all work perfectly before assign customer to the room.

Nice and comfort hotel stay at city center of Melak

It's nice place to stay. The room very clean, spacious & comfortable with excellent service. The parking is free. Love the ambience, services and the staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Pines Melaka. The room was spacious and comfy, and the water heater was great especially after a hot day outside. Everything was smooth and satisfying.

Overall clean room environment with minibar, toiletries and good housekeeping service. Some small things to improve will be to install water dispenser for easier water refill and environmental friendly to do our part for SDGs goal.
