Travelodge Malaga Airport Reviews

There was construction taking place inside the hotel during our visit which is expected to continue until May 2025. We were not aware of this otherwise would have booked somewhere else. The room was filled with dust accumulated due to the construction works on the floor.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. The rooms are very nice; however, the walls are paper thin and you can hear every movement your neighbours make.  The restaurant was a complete let down. The prices are reasonable; however, the choice of food is poor and the food itself is awful. I had the chicken drumsticks in mushroom sauce. It was served cold, and when I informed the waitress, she reheated it in the microwave. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing, and didn’t check if we needed more drinks.

The hotel isn't that bad.  My biggest issue is that two charges have been made against my credit card by the hotel that I do not recognise.  The booking was pre-paid yet I have been charged over £60.00 on my card.  The card did not leave my wallet all the time I was staying in the hotel.  I paid for my evening meal and a couple of drinks with cash.

The hotel is mainly what you would expect from a nearby airport hotel. Small, but adequate for one night.

Hotel is literally few minutes away from Malaga Airport. Great location and you can take local bus to travel around the city. Room was standard with Air Con, tv and tea/coffee, shower facility. Free WiFi to use and they have reasonable parking outside. Room and toilet were cleaned and staff at reception was helpful. It's 24 hrs reception service and checking in was so easy. Overall a good experience.

It was a great hotel to enjoy malaga. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was good & healthy.

Not easy to find but stay was ok. Room could have been darker. Emergency light by the door made the room quite light.

Floor was dirty. Air conditioning takes a long long time to get cold. Air conditioning also makes a noise. Only a sheet to sleep with, no duvet. Pillows are hard and the rooms smells.
