Location: Not too close to the Acropolis, about 20 minutes walk, but very close to the subway, easy to find with Google Maps. Almost in the middle, you can walk to every attraction. It's also convenient to eat around.
Environment: Overall good, the decoration is pretty good in Europe, it's probably newly renovated, the facilities are new and clean. Disposable slippers are also provided, which is rare.
Breakfast: Very good, freshly made, tastes good. You can also have a drink in the tavern downstairs, which is quite cozy.
Service: Very enthusiastic.

This small quaint hotel was one of the highlights of our stay in Athens. The rooms were a good size, the breakfasts were delicious, the location was convenient and the staff was so helpful. It was spotless in every area. . And the price was reasonable. We would highly recommend this hotel in Athens!

Location of the hotel was just perfect - one block away from Ermou, and located in a small pedestrian lane which provided a very quiet yet safe environment. Walkable to main sights in Athens, including the Acropolis, Plaka, Monastiraki, the various Hills as well as the Archaeological Museum. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable, with a small kitchenette and utensils provided. One small improvement we would have appreciated is the addition of a shower screen, as its absence caused the bathroom floor to get wet after a shower. The breakfast was amazing, probably one of the best that we've had so far in our travels. All the staff we met were very helpful, they provided us with great tips and dining spots in the area, and also helped us with the air conditioning in the room when we faced difficulties.

Dwell is one of the best small hotels we have stayed. The accommodations were well equipped and very quiet and comfortable. The staff are unbelievably good and the breakfasts truly amazing. It is well located close to the Plaka. They have a small bar and outside seating, a very pleasant place for a quiet drink after a day exploring the sights of Athens.
