Sofi Beach Studios

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. These apartments are ran by the best family ever, nothing is too much trouble, great location right on the beach, good food for breakfast and snacks and fantastic cocktails. Clean, quiet and relaxing. Can't fault sofi beach. We haven't been or stayed anywhere else since our first visit years ago. Highly recommended anyone going to stalis to stay here.

The location of Sofi beach cannot be beaten, right on the beach,and right off the central square.Lovely family run small studio block.We were on the third floor the studio room was small with a small side sea view balcony.The kitchen area had sink (no hot water and very low pressure)kettle, toaster,fridge and two ring electric warmer.The 2 single beds (together)were very comfortable. The shower room had been refurbished,very modern with plenty of hot water.As we don't do much more than toast/cereal for breakfast the catering facilities were fine for us .The pool area is lovely we never struggled for sun loungers and the pool/beach bar was great,run very attentively and very reasonably priced.The two sons who managed reception and the bar are both lovely young men who do a great job, their mum cooks the bar snacks which were good and reasonably priced.All in all we had a lovely time and wouldn't hesitate to return as we found most people do,year after year.There are two studios with full sea view which I would have loved but I think most returning holiday makers book these direct.The family work very hard to maintain the studios ,I definitely will return .The only reason I gave 4 not five rating was the extractor fan in the kitchen was broken and looked grubby (would be better removed) I'm sure if we had raised the issue it would have been sorted but we didn't need it.

My friend and I had an amazing week at the sofi beach hotel!! Really great location as it’s near to all the bars and restaurants too. The hotel is also right on the beachfront too which was lovely especially as it’s such a beautiful beach! The hotel itself is really clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The family that run the hotel were all very hard working and attentive too. We had a fantastic time and we definitely want to come back again!

We returned last week from a fantastic two weeks at the Sofi Beach.  The apartments are run by Zac and Maria, with their three children, all of whom are so friendly and will do anything for you. Lots of the guests had been coming back for years.  The apartments are basic, as are most Greek apartments, but are a good size, with a small kitchenette, and are spotless. All of the bathrooms have been refurbished, which made a lovely change from the usual cold shower curtain!  One of the best things about the Sofi Beach is it's location. It is set right on the beach but in the middle of all of the fantastic restaurants and bars.  As it is set back from the road, it's very quiet and peaceful. There are steps down to the apartments, with no lift between the floors, so anyone with mobility problems may have difficulty. The apartments have their own section of the beach, which is much nicer than the busier sections to either side. We were surprised that guests of the apartments still had to pay €8 a day for two sunbeds, seeing as lots of the bars provided beds free of charge to customers.  We still paid most days, as we liked the convenience of being able to pop back to our room for lunch.  A reduced fee for guests would possibly be a nice touch. The pool is lovely, although we never actually used it as we prefer the beach. Overall, we would totally recommend the Sofi Beach and would definitely return if we ever go back to Stalis.

What a lovely place to take a holiday. Studio apartments typical Greek with a lovely pool in front with sun beds and umbrellas, then the beach. There was a well stocked bar and the prices were good. Family run business with Zak and Maria their two sons George and Christof and daughter Sofia, such a wonderful friendly family nothing was too much trouble for them they are so friendly and kind, so good we didn’t want to come home no wonder so many people go back year after year we certainly hope too, so a big thank you to them all for making our holiday special.

Sofi beach hotel was in the perfect location, right next to the beach and the local bars, shops and restaurants. It is run by Maria and Zak and their family. Their warm and friendly manner made our stay extra special. The apartment was clean and suited us perfectly. Air conditioning was 60 euros for the week and 15 euros for the safe. We will definitely be returning to Sofi Beach. Tracey and Michael.
