We had a couple of hiccups in our first day or so but the hotel and staff have really gone above and beyond to put that right. They really have. The location and hotel itself is fantastic and the staff have been attentive and courteous. Particular highlights were the Mediterranean and Asian restaurants and the reception staff. The Cretian massage by Tina was excellent too. Didn’t want it to end! Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Excellent.

This is a lovely hotel and we had an amazing time. All the restaurants were excellent and the food and service were first class. Well maintained picturesque surroundings, great views, lovely beach and sea. Deluxe sea view room was massive and bed comfortable and it was so quiet so we slept well. Special thanks to Binod in the Italian and main restaurant who was always cheery and helpful. To Elleni and Andreas at night who were just lovely and are a credit to the hotel. Manos at the beach, such a nice guy. And finally Kostas the General Manager who is a charming man who takes great pride in running an exceptional hotel.

We spent 10 wonderfull day at Ikaros. All the facilities are 5 stars: the kindness of the people, the hotel, the restaurants, the food, the spa center, the garden. Many thanks to Tina and Wendy from the Spa Center: both of them gave me a great experience during the Spa treatments I made! The only minus was the sea because there were more than 5 days with very big waves, and we could not swim in the sea... Anyway, I really enjoy spending our holliday here! ❤️🤗😘

Definitely worthy of the 5 stars. My wife and I stopped for 12 nights. Food was delicious, hotel immaculate and the staff were faultless. The tiniest of critiques would be to have a more varied wine list for the all inclusive guests. We both visited the aegeo spas and had a deep tissue massage. Im a fairly big guy at 6ft 2 and north of 110kg so sometimes i feel like the knotts dont get fully worked out, not the case here. Kostas and Ioanna carried the best message that both myself and and my wife have ever had. Definitely recommend asking for them if you visit the spa.

Hotel and location are absolutely stunning. Cannot fault it at all. Perfection. There are some issues with service. Especially for a five star hotel. Guest relations lady was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. I asked about a ferry to Santorini and she dismissed me instantly saying she couldn’t help! She sent me to reception to book a taxi and they said the guest relations lady could do it and I had to tell them she didn’t want to!! Guest relations? Really? I had a Cretian Massage booked and paid for for 11am on Thursday (following quite a hard sales pitch) and when I arrived they had no record of it. Apparently it had been cancelled. I was asked to come back at 12.30. Not great. The service from many of the waiters isn’t very friendly. Some don’t smile at all and when we say thank you they don’t even answer. We feel like a bit of a burden. Got given a cup of tea with a pot of hot water but no cup and no tea bag or milk!! We have a room for three people (double and single) and the single bed wasn’t made up at all following room service. On the plus side, the reception staff are exceptionally helpful and happy to help with any queries. Can’t fault them at all. Thank goodness. The staff at the Mediterranean restaurant were also excellent - especially Stavros. And as I said, the hotel itself is stunning. Feeling a bit let down for such an expensive hotel tbh.

We had a very good time in the aegeo spa with Alkis and Tina as our masseuses. Wendy helped us beforehand with all important information about the different treatments and we found our perfectly relaxing massages. We had the massage in a couple booth and it was an incredible comfortable and relaxing experience. Thank you!

Everything was great, the beach, the pool, the food, the friendly staff, and the spa was an amazing experience, Ioanna was very professional. Would definitely recommend.
