Villa Ameera Malindi ★★★★
"The hotel offered no food or drinks, the air conditioning was incredibly noisy (like a tractor), and it was a ten-minute walk to buy a bottle of water in a very remote location. Plus, it didn't support Glovo."
Diamonds Malindi ★★★★
"I generally had a good time with my family, the service was prompt with the team always ready to assist. Collins, Vanessa, Naliaka and Hamisi particularly did a stellar job. Thank you guys. The food from the restaurants we sampled was also good and fresh. Proximity to the beach, the pools, I could go on... Thank you Diamonds Malindi for having us."
Q Boutique Resort Malindi
"I absolutely loved my stay at Q Boutique in Malindi! The hotel is beautifully designed, with elegant rooms, a calm atmosphere, and great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly kind and professional — they made me feel welcome from the first moment. The pool area is peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning. Location is ideal, close to the beach and restaurants, yet quiet enough to unwind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and excellent service in Malindi!"
Lion in the Sun Boutique Hotel & Spa ★★★★★
Sawa Sawa Beach Hotel & Backpackers ★★
"We traveled here from USA visiting malindi and it best deal accommodations near to beach Team is excellent Good breakfast and nice simple rooms to stay I highly recommend them"
Exploreans Beach Club & Villas Watamu ★★★
"The hotel is fantastic!!! We absolutely loved it! We initially booked for one day, but then decided to extend it for another day. It's best to buy an all-inclusive package, as the hotel is located far from amenities. But if you're traveling with a group or on your honeymoon, this is perfect. The staff is polite and friendly, the food is delicious, the amenities are excellent, and of course, the price is great. The only thing I might not like is the hot water. It's warm, perfect for showering during the day, but cool in the evening."
Ocean Beach Resort & Spa ★★★★★
"The rooms were wonderful in that they were quite spacious, the bathrooms were quite updated and the meeting rooms were adequate. There’s easy access to the beach which is always a great add. However, the food here was a let down, in terms of quality, taste and variety."
Lions' Luxury Eco Resort & Spa ★★★★
The Lawford Kenya ★★★
"Arriving at Lawford is a unique experience in itself. The typical local roof, which overlooks the reception area and leads to the lush garden, is a work of art. The villas and rooms are spread out amidst the greenery, so you never feel like you're in a crowded hotel. The restaurant's cuisine, with its Italian flair, is truly worth it. The two large pools surrounded by greenery are very pleasant (and always clean). I stayed in a villa: a private pool and elegant Kenyan-style furnishings made for a super vacation!"

Kilili Baharini Resort & Spa
"This hotel offers very nice services: we had a suite near the pool, it was gigantic (a bit dark), furnished and decorated with local products (big wooden beds). The bathroom is a bit old-fashioned but it's local in fact! As during our entire stay in Kenya, we found the staff great. What we liked most about this hotel is the food which is truly exceptional in its taste (and its quantity too!). We took full board and we did well (although we may have gained weight as a result!). The private beach is beautiful, with palm trees and fine sand. It overlooks the public beach of Watamu which is also beautiful (less touristy than Diani). On the other hand, perhaps because of the low season, almost no tourists during our 3 nights there (only a few business clients)."
Silver Rock Hotel & Beachfront Apartments
"i went to this amazing property located on rocky malindii ocean.it has 22 specious rooms with suites on top floor.and 5 apartments right at the beach front. it has an excellent rocky slope with nice floors. the hotel is very quiet and romantic ideal for holiday makers and honeymooners. the lady at the reception is extremely friendly and my business host cecilia is an amazing lady too with high standard of customer and care. i will certainly come back with my family and have this lovely serene hotel."
