"Decided to book NDC because of the children’s pool. It’s really nice and popular in the late afternoon. The rooms are big but old (expected) but the sewage smell was way too strong. The hotel staff was really really helpful and efficient. We needed to check out at 5am and they helped to shift our luggage back to the lobby and when we reach there the taxi they booked for us has also arrived. Much appreciated."

"The hotel is located a bit outside of Manado city centre. The room is quite spacious with everything you need. However, we had some ants in the bathroom and the closet. The pool was very big and nice. For vegetarians there is not much to eat in the hotel restaurant, there are some restaurants nearby but only a few suitable for vegetarians."

What about the snorkeling—an experience as magical as it was unforgettable—or the professionalism and warmth of the boat and dive operators? Every day felt like a gift, wrapped in beauty, kindness, and adventure. The dining table was a place of connection, where people from all over the world came together, bound by a shared love for nature and exploration. This place is truly unique, truly magical. "I stayed here for a night. If you’re looking for a hotel with “unique” experiences, this one’s for you! The check-in was smooth, and the bed was decorated with abstract stains – perhaps part of the charm? Luckily, no soap to wash away the memory in the room. When asked, the staff, oh so polite, reassured me that the soap “could be conditioned” – whatever that means! And, the cherry on top: a delightful three-minute delay for a room check, just to make sure I didn’t snag a complimentary pen. I left feeling like a lottery winner who hit the jackpot of mediocrity. Truly a stay to remember! 🎉"

"Lobby and pool area is nice. Smells bad in elevator and corridor. Room is ok with climatisation. Took 1h to get towels for the pool. For the restaurent, we ordered 3 plates. After 10 minutes, they came back saying they did not have the food. We say that we were going to another restaurent. They just agreed. Ask where is the nereast restaurent at the front desk. They say 10 minutes by car and wanted us to take a taxi. We went to Roger's Hotel restaurent which is just in front of the hotel (5 minutes walking)"
