GGuest UserWarm welcome in this guesthouse. The staff is super friendly, help you as much as they can and always give you a hello and smile!
The room was clean, not too warm (air conditioning), amenities are available (soap for hands and body), bottle can be filled with water (filtered water).
Breakfast is simple but good (buffet) with coffee and tea available.

Ffour zeeVery recommended, cosy and comfy. A lot of food stalls nearby. Can easily walk to Manado Town Square for shopping. Connected with Mantos 1until Mantos 3. The view is great. Buffet breakfast is great. Change everyday and a lot of choices. Love it so much. Pleasant stay.

Tropical rainforest environment, warm and thoughtful service, rich breakfast, hotel exclusive pier, beautiful photo scene; the Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk make visitors feel more warm, the rooms are spacious and comfortable; mineral water and fruit plates are provided every day. It is the best and most satisfactory hotel for our group of eight people in Indonesia! Thumbs up Marshella, Shurly, Julia, falen, and will recommend friends to come for vacation

LLennychkCheck in time is 14:00, I arrived at 17:00 the room was not ready. At 18:00 1 room was ready and the other room was ready at 19:00.
There was no small towel for the face in the bathroom.

GGuest UserAs already commented by other guests, the hotel is in dire need of major renovations. I'm sure it was a grand hotel in its heyday. What need to be changed in the rooms ? Well, just about everything; furniture, bed, bathroom tiles, sink (there are always little cockroaches running around in it), shower with no hot water even after I informed the staff, television, cupboard with musty smell.
The good thing about this hotel is its convenient location, and very professional and helpful staff.
I read many reviews about no air-conditioning, old bedsheets and towels. Fortunately, these had been addressed by the hotel when I stayed there. They had chiller problem which had been addressed, and bedsheets and towels replaced.
All in all, it was value for money.

孔孔The hotel is very good, the service is enthusiastic, and I went for business activities. The location is very good. It is very convenient to go to shopping malls, piers, seaside and Durian Street.

NNanda Triansyah/Crazy, get the cheapest room, get the best view, the room is okay, clean, fragrant, but unfortunately there are three shortcomings,
1. Gak of toothache sediain of room saya.
2. The shower water is so cold, waiting for it.
3. It's a bit scary when there's one room open at night.
But over all bagus :))
