Manado Hotels with Breakfast

This place was a great experience at first--the welcome drink and free breakfast were nice experiences, and the staff was incredibly personal and warm. The room was a standard normal-to-high end solo traveler or coulples ranges. Then came the wild, endless brawl in the hallway outside my room. I was afraid to even open my door. Then, while checking me out, I was told I'd need to pay basically one more night's work in order to rectify that I was ”a menace” during my stay. Justifications for this decision included minor spots left on the toilet sheet” and a picture of a wet bathmat I'd left on the floor. Next came wild proclamations that I had urinated all over the floor (according to them this happened the day before arrival); that I had left puke all over the room; and, most audatioualy, the claim that I had started that riot (during which at least two people were arrested and I had not left my room. An hour of arguing later, we were told that we had to play. Ruthless, lying, **** management, but could be a great place. For now, stay away.

The staff are responsive and friendly, with good English skills. The cleaning is excellent, and it's quiet at night. Jeremy organized and led a fantastic tour of 4 waterfalls for us. The breakfast is good. The hotel has many posters that create a positive atmosphere. The location is excellent. We recommend it.

The staff are 5.star, very kind and warm. But don't expect fast food service. The staff are professionals. The coffeeshop serves.good selection of coffee.and teas, snacks. The dining room, with breakfast buffet and àla carte menu.offers. value and quality food. The front office staff is also. Very efficient and allowed late.check.out.

Stayed for three days, the breakfast was OK, the service attitude was also very good, but it was a pity that there was no swimming pool.

If you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here. This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there. The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba. To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

The hotel is located close to Chinatown, the rooms are quite clean, the icon is cool, the breakfast is sufficient.

A great place to spend the night if you have an early flight. The hotel isn't new, but everything is in good condition. If you have an early departure, they offer a to-go breakfast. The room isn't large, but there's plenty of space. There's hot water. The WiFi isn't reliable in all areas of the hotel. A complimentary bag of tea and coffee is provided. There's no kettle; there's a cooler in the hallway. The water was only lukewarm. There's no refrigerator. There's an elevator. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Well served, the room is great, the location is strategic and comfortable 🥰🥰
