Luwansa is a good option if you want a clean and comfortable stay in Manado. The location is easy to access and close to main areas. The room was neat, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked well. Staff were polite and quick to assist. Breakfast had a fair selection and tasted good. The pool area was clean and relaxing. A few small details could be improved, but overall, it’s a solid mid-range hotel with good value.

the location is super easy, is not to difficult to find some food. the staff is super nice, the room is so clean and super big. the breakfast buffet is super delicious and a lot of choices. the view also very nice.

This place was serviceable and gave us no problems. It had an efficient check-in process as well as a utilitarian, modernist-frontier settlement going on. The shower could have used an upgrade, but overall this did what it needed to do.

Had an enjoyable stay. Nice buffet breakfast. Good wifi, AC, and hot water. The rooms are small but comfortable. The location was great for my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Great Sraff. Especially Hendro who speaks many languages and could also work as a comedian. He could also be very professional with great service though. Room was fine. Everything looked a little bit aged but was fine enough we got a veggie breakfastbox prepared since we left for our flight at 5am. They have a restaurant on the 5th floor. Nasi goreng with egg was 35.000 and not bad.
