The experience of living in club mahindra is one of a kind especially the staff of club mahindra makes us feel at home. The staff is very polite, The services are done on time. Mr Jhaveram from housekeeping were at present when we needed help. These kind of people are very much needed in these times. We would definitely recommend coming to snow peaks club mahindra as it will not disappoint you

Stay with club mahindra resort was fantastic and had a great time .. property was very beautiful and well maintained .. all staff were very cooperative ..especially we had a great experience from housekeeping staff named Jhave Ram who made our visit in the room very memorable by his innovative ways of decorating and cleaning the room .

Wonderful experience at snow peaks club Mahindra. Extremely helpful and pleasant support staff. Great food. South Indian food too was amazing. Special mention to Mr Jhave , from housekeeping who did our rooms. His towel art was a pleasant surprise. A well maintained resort. Great stay

Had a fantastic stay at Club Mahindra Snow Peaks! The property is beautiful and the hospitality was top-notch. Special thanks to Jhave Ram ji from housekeeping for the adorable towel art—swans and even an elephant! Such thoughtful touches made our trip even more special. Highly recommend!

One of the best hospitality received in the recent past. Right from the seamless check in, followed by customized food to a well decorated room, our stay could not have been better. We were overwhelmed by the service attitude shown by Shyam Kumar ji and Jhave Ram ji ***** with the other staff members.

One of the most hospitable staff I’ve ever met. Great rooms with amazing view. Great food and service. Jhave Ram did a great job at arranging and cleaning our room, he put a smile our face every time we walked into our room after a tiring day with beautiful towel decorations and a tidy room. He was very polite and accommodating throughout our entire stay and even guided us with the best scenic views to visit! All in all great staff with great rooms and amazing view. Would love to visit again.

Jhave Ram had beautifully decorated our room with swans and an elephant with a beautiful message with them . Totally made our evening ! Returning to our room after a tiring day of exploring has always been a sense of joy to see the whole room tidy and clean especially the bathroom.
