But we were in for the most pleasant surprise at Zostel Manali, the ambience of the property and the food was just the starting point of attraction. Woodrock Luxury Boutique Hotel
"We stayed at Woodrock Hotel from 3rd to 7th May 2026. The hotel overall was good, and the stay was comfortable in terms of location and basic facilities. However, there were a few service-related issues that disappointed us. The response from the reception and housekeeping staff was very casual. Whenever we called for any service, we usually had to call two or three times before anyone attended to it. This became frustrating during the stay. Another issue was cleanliness. On multiple occasions, we received stained bed sheets and towels, which we had to get replaced repeatedly. Room cleaning and housekeeping were also not up to the mark and definitely need improvement. We had also taken an extra bed for our 7-year-old child and were charged Rs. 1500 per day extra for it. However, only a mattress was provided — no cot and not even an additional pillow. When we requested a pillow, the staff told us that the Rs. 1500 charge was only for the mattress and asked us to adjust with the existing pillows, which was quite disappointing. The hotel has potential and the stay could have been much better with more attentive service and better housekeeping standards. However Restaurant was too good. Daily we had breakfast and dinner there, food was excellent and also all the restaurant staffs were very courteous and well behaved towards all diners."
Echor Himalayan Heights Manali

Hotel Ibex
"1-food and service was the best 2-stay in room was good 3-housekeeping was good 4-location was good 5-worst part of hotel management a-non cooperative b-no lift in hotel c-charges for room heater 500₹ for 2 hour's as they burn their genset only for 2 hours 8 pm to 10 pm 😞 d-no hot water served for bath e-have to request 100 time's f-no fresh towels g-we checked out 1 day before due to bad management"
Mastiff Grand Manali Resort
"Very amazing view/ very amazing staff/ on time service/ everything is ready nd working as per the hotel and also bhagat ji in restaurant he is one of the wonderful person in the staff and also shubham from same restaurant department"
Ashapuri Village Manali - A Luxury Resort & Cottages
"I was an employee of Ashapuri village but the F&B manager of the hotel Mr Toli misbehaved with me and he hit me badly after which I took a complaint to the general manager of the hotel and told him everything about what Toli did to me and how he misbehaved with me. The general manager checked the cameras in which it was clearly visible how Toli misbehaved with me. Still nothing was said to Toli nor any action was taken against him. On the contrary I was told to change my department or the hotel or resign and leave from here. Whereas it was clearly visible in the cameras that all the fault was of Toli. Still the management did not take any action against him. And the shameful thing is that Toli has also looted many guests. You can guess by looking at this review that how much money has been looted, still no action has been taken against him. This is the management of this hotel. After all, what is the management of this hotel looking at? Guest is being looted. Girls are being misbehaved with. Still the management is not taking any action. It is not taking any charge, it is a matter of great shame, please do not choose this hotel for work or for staying because the management here is not good at all, due to which something bad can happen to you too, pay attention."
