I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options, from fresh fruits to warm dishes. It was the perfect start to each day. The overall service was exceptional, and I’d like to give a special mention to Wilson, one of the staff members. He went above and beyond to help me during my stay, providing fantastic recommendations about the city and making sure I had everything I needed. His kindness and knowledge truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay and excellent customer service. From u buddy Chris!

Good, staff can speak english, very helpful & enjoyable. If u want go to manaus this hotel was recomended. Food was delicious & staff can help us if we need something. Just try pool it's good one. Please make area for hot water, so no need come down to request it.

I'm very happy with your hotel in Manaus. The reception staff was excellent especially the lady that checked me in (she had a TRAINING tag on her), very polite professional and courteous. Breakfast and staff there were great too, food was great and service.

The food was good, but the restaurant was not really prepared to have hosts for dinner...the food took too long and in a case, never came, because the waiter simply did not take the order. But the cleaning people were nice

Great value for money, good cleaning and maintenance, comfortable bed, well-served breakfast, well-located hotel, all very polite staff, especially receptionists Luana and Giovana, attentive, friendly and dedicated. I would stay at the hotel again

The hotel has a great structure and location, close to the Manauara shopping mall and other strategic points. The rooms are very clean and organized and the staff are very friendly. The maid Deise was excellent in cleaning the room and very attentive. The hotel has a great room for events and meetings and a top quality restaurant. A negative point is the bathroom, which has a sliding door and the lock and door had problems and wouldn't close, as well as the shower stall, which is small.

From the first moment we arrived at the hotel, they were very warm to us. The receptionist spoke Spanish and at all times treated us very kindly, advised us, recommended tours and was attentive to all our needs. I got sick and Julith, Jasmin and Eli helped me get medicine from the pharmacies. They were always on the lookout. They took care of me and answered questions. I was delighted with the attention of the guys at the reception, good facilities in the hotel. We brought new friends from here. The city and its tourist attractions are very beautiful. Without a doubt, it was worth traveling from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico to the city of Manaus, Brazil.
