"The accommodation in Manaus is OK. There were a few problems with the room card. It seemed that the magnetism was not enough and the door could not be opened. Later, we replaced it with a new one and it did not have any problems anymore. As for breakfast, it was OK. There were no vegetables for us, and there were none in Sao Paulo. There were fruits, and the waiter made fried eggs and so on. Now when I'm on a business trip, they don't ask them to clean the room, so I have no experience of room service. I also went to the rooftop swimming pool, it’s small but okay."

The service and attention to our needs is impeccable. The breakfast room is absolutely wonderful. The buffet is small but has enough variety. If you want something that's not there like freshly made scrambled eggs..not a problem just ask for it. The rooftop terrace is a sanctuary on it's own. Overlooking the Plaza and to the right the Manus theatre. Great location! Diverse food opportunities around."
