Travelling with my son. We absolutely love this place. It has the feel of a boutique gallery hotel. We are so happy with our room. Nr 5. It's spacious and has so much character. It's quiet. The service and attention to our needs is impeccable. The breakfast room is absolutely wonderful. The buffet is small but has enough variety. If you want something that's not there like freshly made scrambled eggs..not a problem just ask for it. The rooftop terrace is a sanctuary on it's own. Overlooking the Plaza and to the right the Manus theatre. Great location! Diverse food opportunities around.

There is Uber so you can easily go to the suburbs. It is difficult for unfamiliar elderly people to walk because the front of the hotel is a slope. The receptionist was good. I always smiled. It was a little disappointing that the breakfast was simple and the same every day. Facilities include a pool and gym. But the facilities are generally old. Foreign showers have weak water pressure and poor drainage. The elevators also get stuck.

The owner is really nice! Even though there was a problem with the trip.com platform which showed the wrong availability on the website. The moment I booked there was actually no availability anymore. But the owner was very responsible even though this was not his fault and he help me find a close by hotel for the night! And also offered me to have breakfast at Seringal, which is really great! The breakfast itself is also a plus!
