a wonderful team for both children and adults. they create an extraordinary atmosphere and are very polite. they create the atmosphere for both the day and the evening. the hotel parties come alive with them, and the private parties outside the hotel are excellent as is the atmosphere. thank you very much for making my vacation wonderful.

We had an amazing time! Food was great, entertainment was really good, comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t struggle getting a sunbed no matter what time we went to the pool. Shuttle to beach was easy and only a couple minutes drive. Beach was nice. Really happy with our experience (mum and teen daughter) would definitely come again!

Came at night and the front desk met us with an amazing good energy and serviceminded nature, but Some of the other staff has to learn to smile. They felt a bit rude sometimes. At a 5 star hotel I would expect better food. Cleanliness could be better

Utku who is part of the entertainment staff has been such a highlight of my holiday he is extremely friendly and welcoming, has definitely made my stay at the side moon palace hotel feel more comfortable

The hotel is very clean. At the pool area there is a super nice animation team offering sports and dance. By 5min busride you arrive at the beachside, where there is a restaurant area, some relaxing Music and they organise some Beach volleyball. During nighttime our daughter loved the mini disco. The animation staff is super enthousiastic and kid friendly!!!

Utku has been absolutely fantastic here at the moon palace. He is so friendly and very helpful. He works extremely hard each day at the pool and also at the evening entertainment. Would definitely return as all staff including Utku are exceptionally hard working

Really enjoyed everything rooms beautiful spacious and bright staff amazing , my little girl loved the kids club the two girls in there were so kind to her will deffo head bck had an amazing time also food really nice always something to suit everyone , beach Gorgous only couple mins on shuttle bus highly recommend this hotel

I would not waste your money to go to this hotel. Yes I admit it's clean but the food is always cold and poor quality. The sunbeds are a joke, you have to get up at the crack of dawn to get one and then when you do get one you cant sunbath as the people in front put there umbrellas up so it blocks your sun, the reason that happens is cause they have squashed as much as they can in 1 space. Only good thing about this hotel is the beach but then the beach is not walking distance. AVOID AT ALL COST
