Best Hotels in Manavgat, Türkiye

This was our first proper family holiday with our 1 year old since covid and we loved every second of it. The Hotel is very luxurious in every way and the staff are all amazing always happy to help with a smile. They really go out of their way to make your holiday an enjoyable and comfortable one. The food and drinks were all top notch and there is something for everyone. We loved having lunch at the outside restaurant daily and the lil one enjoyed his (branded) ice cream each time we had lunch there.

We broke up today. The hotel is very cute. The pool garden is very clean and tidy. It's a peaceful environment. The breakfast is sufficient. Dinner could have been a little better in taste. But we were satisfied in terms of price performance. We stayed in a 1+1 room as a family. It was good in general. Air conditioner fridge was working. I can say that the WiFi connection was the best in the 5 star hotels I've ever stayed in. It was full even at the poolside. There were minor shortcomings, but it was very nice that they provided instant solutions to the problems with a phone call and completed the deficiencies. That's what counts anyway. All employees were very kind and interested. Mrs. elif and Mr. Furkan were rushing for the satisfaction of the guests. Special thanks to all of them. Some comments are very cruel. I guess they want to get 5 star hotel service and comfort for this money. Interesting.. we left satisfied. If we come to Side again, it is a place we will choose. It was a 2 year business. I wish success and good luck to Ms. Elif and Mr. Furkan.

I did read all the reviews before I booked and brushed away the not so good ones sadly the not so good ones are completely true. Room small but ok Food absolutely dreadful unless you like salad as all of the hot food is luck warm or cold and absolutely always bland and extremely repetitive Drinks omg 1 tiny small bar 1 rude person serving carbonated water went to local bars and supermarket instead All staff need to go on a hospitality course as no one says hello goodbye or absolutely everything and that’s to every nationality there Reception staff rude and unwelcoming again no welcome no information given If it rains or the weather is unkind absolutely no-were for you to sit so it’s. A day in bedroom we had 2 rainy days This is not a 4/star hotel My only compliment is the hotel is kept spotless and if this was passed on to the food drink and staff members then it would be a better place

Great hotel 👍 Of course there are some shortcomings, but these are minor things for me. I don’t know who had bad Wi-Fi there, but it worked perfectly for me in every corner, all three weeks of my stay at the hotel. Also great on the beach. And even a hundred meters from the hotel. There was no smell. The room was excellent, no neighbors disturbed us. Silence. The side is not sunny, towards the road. A large loggia seems to be fenced off from neighboring balconies. The mini bar was replenished daily. Water can be taken at any hotel and beach bar, or at a restaurant. Food, drinks and alcohol until 6 am. Safe is free. Everything is very clean: in the room, on the beach, by the pool, in the restaurant, in common areas. The beach is incomparable, the sea is clean, warm, without slabs or pebbles, only sand. Snack bar on the beach. They also bake güzleme there. The beach is nearby, a 10-minute walk along a flat sidewalk, or a shuttle that runs more often than scheduled, from early morning until evening. The pool is great too. The bar is half submerged in the pool, very convenient. The food is top notch. Very varied. Themed dinners. Various snacks. Thanks to the chef🙌🙌🙌🙏, I personally controlled all processes not only in the main restaurant, but also in the beach bar. I often prepared certain dishes in the hall, mesmerizing with my skill. The freshest pastries. Meat and fish were grilled right before our eyes. Rolls and salads too. And yes, almost all vacationers are Germans. The staff speaks and understands German, English is much worse. I would definitely return to this hotel!

Well what can I say...5th visit in 2 and a half years should tell you my feelings about this hotel. Staff are exceptional and provide you with the best service you can imagine. Ergin and Savas lead the team by example and strive to ensure your stay with them is the best it can be. Food is top quality with a wide selection of choice and dietary requirements met. Drinks are made by professional barmen who know their job and do it VERY well...(If it isn't on the menu, just ask) Rooms are comfortable and modern and the cleaning and maintenance staff keep the hotel at a very high standard. I love this place, the location and the resident cat ”Summer”...but most of all the staff have a special place in my heart...how this can happen for a holiday destination I don't know but the management and staff make each visit special and there is no feeling in the world that matches stepping out the transfer vehicle and hearing the doors of Barut Andiz swish open. You can not be disappointed with this hotel. 💕

Arrived early morning 6am as our flight was delayed from Manchester...Salim receptionist was very nice...we were exhausted as our luggage did not arrive at Antalya Airport and were at the airport for 4hours....late afternoon we asked the lady at the reception desk to contact the airport to see what was going on...she was helpful but think she was getting frustrated with us and kept talking in there language to the other staff...our bedroom was cleaned everyday but could clean better....night entertainment were not child family friendly....food everyday at the hotel was really nice...pool side could do with some better music...lifts are fast we were on the 5th floor...Adam on reception i found very rude he wasn't helpful at all...the lobby area is nice to chill good aircon....the jewellery shop guy doesn't know when to leave us alone constantly on your back to buy jewellery especially when you just want to sit in lobby and chill....view is beautiful a good line of shops outside....quieter than other places....bus comes right outside hotel to take you into main city centre...

I recently stayed here with my partner. I was worried upon arrival as there was building work being carried out which we were not aware of. However I shouldn’t have worried as it did not disturb us whatsoever and noise was minimal. Our room was spacious and clean but I did find the shower took ages to heat up - probably due to holidaying in winter. Breakfast was lovely with an incredible view. My partner had eggs cooked to his request and enjoyed them very much. The staff we saw were friendly and always happy which was a lovely touch. We got given the name of a fantastic fish restaurant close by. Location is great and you can walk to the beach within minutes and the old town within 10-15. A lovely bar is on the same road and we had a fab night in there. I would come back if I were in the area again, thank you!

I can call myself a regular customer of the place, and I am far from being capricious but this time I have very mixed feelings. It’s a long story, and it must be read and taken into consideration by the hotel management and the owners of the business! Here I only assess the service. My husband and I stayed here in 2020 and 2021 during the tough years of the pandemic, last year together with our 19-year-old daughter and my elderly parents. All the five of us loved the place so much that we made a decision to book it again this year. However, it was fully booked till 26, October. Our vacation started on 16, October and we stayed at another hotel of the same chain (Hane Smart) and moved here on 26, October because we desperately wanted to stay here. It was a mistake, though. When we arrived we found out that the Hane Family was overbooked and they could not provide us with 2 rooms (we booked a family and a standard) and offered all of us to stay in a family suite for 2 nights. 5 adults, 1 bathroom… We did not mind it though we were not pleased that much. The receptionist (Nuriyam) apologised for the inconvenience and offered an a la carte restaurant reservation, a free safe box (it’s a paid service here) and free cocktails each of us (imported alcohol cocktails cost 5 € per one). When we decided to have our cocktails in the lobby bar they told us to go to the pool bar with our cocktail vouchers. It was 11:30 am. A man at the bar refused to serve us for a reason he tried to explain in… German. I work in a hotel myself and I should point out that the international language of hospitality is still English, even in Turkey, isn’t it? Even if you mainly work with German tourists, you have to speak elementary English! And your non-German tourists are not supposed to speak German! We left our parents and daughter at the pool and went to the reception to clarify the situation. The same receptionist called the pool bar and told us to get back and get the cocktails. We went there again, and again the same man at the bar refused to serve us. We insisted, he answered something in a foreign language which was a mix of some words with a few English words among which I could only get ‘eat’ and the gesture of eating. It was also obvious he couldn’t make cocktails or didn’t want to do it. What he meant was still unclear to me. I was looking at him in great surprise and he pointed at his temple with his index finger near which in most European countries is considered to be an indication ‘you are stupid’ A hotel employee showing a guest that he or she is stupid with a gesture!!! Very rude and highly unprofessional!!! I was shocked! We went to the reception AGAIN. This time the receptionist called the restaurant manager and went with us. It turned out that the man at the bar is.. just a waiter who poured beer and Sprite while the real bartender was having his lunch. He simply could NOT explain it in English, because his English is so poor that he even cannot say ‘barte

Ağustos ayında çocuklarımızla geldik. Animasyondan çok memnun kaldık. Çocuklarımız için aktiviteler harika. Yetişkinler için de tüm gün aktiviteler mevcut. Akşam şovları her akşam farkli ve eğlenceli. Animasyon ekibinin ilgileri ve enerjileri harika. İlk deneyimimiz ama son olmayacak. Seneye yine tek tercihimiz Armas Bella Sun olacak. Herkese teşekkür ederiz. Özellikle Nil ve Neco`ya ayriyetten buradan da teşekkür ediyoruz. Sayelerinde harika bir tatil geçirdik.
