"Staying from 9-17.05.2025. You can start with Russian and English. You can also ask for a bracelet to be put around your foot. WIFI throughout the territory. Separate air conditioning in the room, but the engine outside is roaring like crazy. The gym is equipped with everything you need. The room was cleaned every day. The mini-bar is stocked with water and soft drinks. Safe is paid. The food is delicious. Hummus is excellent. Something for children of all ages to do on the territory. There is a playroom for small children, where they can run around. Carousels outside that start in the evening. Older children can enjoy water fun. Older children can get procedures in the SPA for money. Evening entertainment is different every evening. Local alcohol is included in the price. I'm not an expert on taste, but whoever wanted to drink themselves silly could handle it. You can even get milk from the bar for small children in the evening. When there are more people, the 3 elevators are quite busy. I only went up the stairs myself. I was on the sixth floor. Sea view. The rooms are clean but the furniture and walls are a bit tired. There were "sticks" drying on the balcony. Vegans, bring plant-based milk to drink your coffee with. The food was wild. 22 types of cheese. Meat both hot and cold. Cake and tart for every taste. The choice for vegans was a bit limited. Not that I was hungry, I just didn't know what was added to the hot dishes. Sauces for every taste. Oh, if you consume mayonnaise/ketchup, bring your own, because the local one is sour. Pizza/bread oven next to the pool. The evening "wok-making shoud" is great. Ice cream is available in a cup and waffle."

"Our fourth time to Turkiye as a family, and again we are impressed with what we find. The hotel is fabulous - well appointed, plenty of bars and food service, staff cannot do enough to help you, whether that is organising taxis or simply working in the restaurant. The pools are great and the children loved the slides, which are manned by lifeguards. The private beach is a bonus, especially as it has its own beach bar and food counter. The shops on site are reasonably priced and the sales people are not pushy at all. In short, we have had a wonderful time, and would highly recommend the Alarcha to any other family."

"Location is great base and walking distance to everything. This hotel has a sports bar attached to the hotel which is open until 1am and shows all the football games and serves cocktails and food. Outdoor area and big screen and indoor seating with various tv showing all the games. The atmosphere is good. The room was basic and has a mini fridge, air conditioning which gets really cold which was great. The room was cleaned daily and the bed really comfortable. The pool area is great and quiet. I would definitely return but depends what kind of a holiday you looking for, as a base and somewhere to sleep for the price, highly recommended 👍"

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was pleasant, the accommodation was very comfortable, and the service was of a high standard. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. I would especially like to mention Elena Tukenova. Elena proved to be a very polite, attentive, and professional member of the staff. She was always friendly, communicated warmly with guests, promptly helped with any questions or requests, and created a wonderful atmosphere. I would also like to highlight that Elena is an excellent animator! She knows how to engage guests, create a fun and relaxed atmosphere, and fill everyone with positive energy and a great mood. Thanks to her enthusiasm and friendly personality, the holiday becomes much brighter and more enjoyable. It is clear that Elena truly loves her job and treats guests with genuine care. Employees like her are a real asset to the hotel and one of the reasons guests would want to return. Many thanks to Elena and the entire hotel team for their hospitality, high level of service, attention, and warm attitude towards guests. We were extremely happy with our stay, will definitely come back again, and will gladly recommend this hotel to others!"

"This is my third time here, and I love everything. If you ignore the soundproofing in the rooms, everything is fine. The grounds are spacious, there are plenty of water areas, a water park, and a large, wide beach. The buffet is excellent, although I was a little tired of the last time; maybe there wasn't as much variety. Personally, I really like the grilled fish; I ate it every day. The only thing that bothered me a little was that by 7 a.m. all the sun loungers by the pool were already occupied by towels. I don't understand why people do that, do they come out at night? There are a lot of Europeans, Germans, Poles, and fewer Russians. The price cuts out the Tagil category! Overall, it's a pleasant and comfortable stay here."

"Just returned from Melissa garden hotel family of 10 over 3 rooms. Been to turkey around 10 times,but first time staying in side and we loved the place. Few issues,like the air con not working,and leaking but they changed our room and was quickly sorted,the lovely guy on reception sorted it as fast as he could for us. The rooms are alittle dated but are really big and spacious,they get cleaned almost everyday with clean towels. We really enjoyed our stay here,the staff and entertainment are brilliant, so friendly, yaz,Mustafa,Joseph,ahmet,emir went out their way to make everyone happy 😁 they all did,I just can't remember all their names. The food was lovely and we also ate out a few nights too,the golden fizz and adams (which is alittle tucked away) in the corner were great food and lovely staff too. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and is gorgeous, the location is perfect. We would definitely return there and to the hotel,they had some sort of entertainment on every night, the tattoo guys were even nice too."

"I can’t say enough about how good Conny’s hotel and the team there are ! Absolutely superb and I can’t fault anything It’s owned by the wonderful Sandra and Tim and the team Seref, Eren, Gökhan, Belma, Büşra,Seda and Volkan. The team make ten hotel what it is , friendly , attentive , happy to help any way they can and will chat away too Sandra was so kind and helped me so much with my no dairy , no meat , no gluten diet and even bought in things for me to have at breakfast such as gluten free bread and granola , lactose free cheese and if I ate at the restaurant at night she also bought in buckwheat and chickpea rice for me too and woudl mix ingredients from menu so I could eat a nutritious meal. The restaurant at connys is the best I went to in Sidé and many people who didn’t stay at hotel came there to eat too , which says a lot about the standards they serve their food to. The hummus is amazing and really filling and the garlic mushrooms were just moreish and as for the salad I had that every meal - soooo tasty ! Prices in Side are not as cheap as it once was but this is true of most Turkish resorts due to high inflation rate there but connys prices were similar to others The hotel itself is adult only with just 12 rooms and every guest is treated as special Rooms are small but tastefully decorated , a fabulous hairdryer, free toiletries 500ml sone not the wee small ones of usual hotels , so shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand gel soap and hand cream all provided so no need at all to bring any with you ! Also free hamams for pool and beach , dressing gowns , air conditioning and safe are all included in price and Belma who does all the housekeeping at the hotel does a stunning job and cleans rooms every day. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about Connys I will be back as soon as I can , it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in and that includes 5 star places and the team there are just superb and a credit to Sandra and Tim. Sandra speaks to all the guests when she is there and makes sure everyone is happy , always happy and smiling and just so lovely"

"This hotel needs to be shut down and issues addressed immediately. First impressions of the hotel were dire, receiving extremely poor customer service on check in leaving family members in tears. This set the tone for the rest of the holiday. The rooms are extremely dated and filthy, with ant infestations, bugs, dirt, musty damp smell, mattress ripped up and no mattress protector, the list goes on. Generally the hotel has zero hygiene or cleanliness standards. We never saw any cleaning taking place in the hotel. The food was inedible and we were reluctant to eat anything due to the lack of cleanliness. All family members became ill, throwing up for majority of the time (we believe this to be the drinks). We were kept awake most nights due to children running up and down the corridors screaming and banging on your doors. All in all thoroughly terrible experience, and we couldn’t wait to leave. Disappointing as this was a big family get together and paid a lot of money between us all."

"Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel at all. There are so many issues that I probably won't even mention them all. To start with, what this hotel considers "standard" is quite unbelievable. We booked a holiday for two adults and our four-year-old daughter, so we paid for three guests. However, we were given a room with only two single beds and a small fold-out armchair without any bedding. The room was tiny—like one of those micro-apartments in Warsaw. There was barely any space to walk around or even open our suitcases. The bathroom was so small that the door practically opened into the shower cabin. When we asked why we didn't have three proper beds, as we had in every other hotel we've stayed at in Turkey, we were simply told that this was their standard. So I strongly recommend checking the room description very carefully before booking. This was our fourth trip to Turkey, and this is by far the worst hotel we have stayed in. The reception staff spoke very little English. Only a few employees were able to communicate well. Sunbed reservation is widespread and completely tolerated by the hotel. When I asked the staff for two extra sunbeds, I was told they didn't have any. We met another couple who said they had to spend the whole day sitting on a wall by the pool because there were no sunbeds available. I personally saw nine sunbeds in the front row by the pool that remained empty for several hours, with only towels left on them. I also recommend taking a strong probiotic before your trip because almost everyone at this hotel seems to suffer from stomach problems. Based on conversations with other Polish guests, we certainly weren't the only ones affected. There are many more things I didn't like about this hotel, but I'll stop here. Do yourself a favor and choose a different hotel."

Gürkan went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He even offered to upgrade our rooms, which was a wonderful surprise and made a big difference in our overall experience. Throughout our stay, he remained attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed."
