Very attentive service . Staff and management took time to speak to all and were extremely courteous . Food could have been hotter at mealtimes.

One word sums up this amazing hotel & it’s staff INCREDIBLE!! This was our first visit & we will definitely return. The hotel is spotlessly clean & immaculate, the food is outstanding & the staff friendly, polite & always smiling! A special mention to Ergin, Burak, Halit, Nurettin, Dan & Valentina for making our holiday so enjoyable in every way. An exceptional hotel, highly recommend!!

The hotel is as amazing as ever. As Savas said when we arrive " Welcome Home " and it feels like it. The staff are like our family and simply can not do enough for you. It seems imposible every year for the hotel to improve but it does. Ergin, Savas and there team are the best in the world at what they do.

Quiet, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere around this well maintained modern hotel. Food was great, a small hotel means the buffet isn't huge but the quality of food options were excellent. Snack/lunch a la carte a great alternative also. We had a swim up room which was a great alternative for a quiet chill by the quiet private pool area. Drinks options/taste were really good, never had to wait to be served and the waiter service around the pool worked great. The roof top bar is a great feature, perfect for a drink at sunset or for a quiet space with great views during the day. Location - a few minutes walk down to the beach and a short stroll to the markets and local streets.

We had been reading all the fantastic reviews on Tripadvisor over the past few years, and decided to try for the first time. It’s difficult to think of anything further to add to the wonderful comments already posted. We are extensive travellers, and this hotel is definitely up there at the top of the favourites list. We like the compact size of the hotel , and the personal service received. The staff are very professional , likeable, and make you feel valued. We have never been anywhere whereby the management seem to care as much as they do here, always around the hotel checking if everyone is enjoying themselves. We spent most of our days at the beach, and were looked after very well by the beach boy, bringing us fruit, drinks, and ice cream. The food in the main restaurant is very good quality, and the presentation is creative. The all inclusive drinks were excellent and very good quality. We did tip the staff, as felt they really deserved some recognition for all the hard work they put in. We loved the location, and the resort of Side, it has a very interesting history and attractive old town. This hotel comes highly recommended by us, and we can really see why people visit time and time again. Booked a last minute 5 days away and chose the hotel for the beachfront location and the five star trip advisor rating. I think we had the best room in the hotel ( I think we were upgraded as it was hubbies birthday) with sea view and amazing balcony with whirlpool heart shape bath❤️ I loved the honeysuckle hedge ,it was the most beautiful smelling hedge I’ve ever seen. We loved the hand written birthday message and lovely birthday meal that was organised for hubby. The food was brilliant and we truly had the best holiday ever and will be going back like most of the other guests we spoke too. Well done to the wonderful staff that just want to please every guest that walks through their welcoming doors.😍 Oh and the beach service was fab too

We have just returned from the most amazing holiday at the Barut Andiz. Every member of staff made sure we enjoyed the most wonderful holiday experience. The food was excellent, the cleanliness of rooms, restaurants, pool area, and grounds were absolutely amazing. First class everyone and everything. Special mention to Ergin, the general manager who was always around chatting to guests, making sure you are happy. Sergun who waited on us most days, delightful gentleman, Ishmail who made us the most fantastic cocktails. Dan our TUI rep, who came round most days chatting to guests, a delightful young man. Special mention to the lovely man on the beach who cleaned the beds and tables. Who also came round with drinks and ice creams. Ergin, you have wonderful staff, unfortunately too many to mention individually. Not forgetting the housekeeping staff. PS how’s Summer? We hope she is doing well

If your are wondering how this hotel keeps getting 5 star reviews hopefully this review will help you understand. Reception Very pleasant staff who get you checked in with minimal fuss while you are having a lovely welcome drink then taken to your room Room Most rooms if not all have a sea view they are very comfortable with plenty wardrobe and drawer space, towelling robes are supplied along with a good quality beach bag which has your beach/pool towels inside, there is a fridge which has drinks in which are replaced as you use them a free safe is also there. Pool & Beach areas There are plenty of sun beds around the pool which we never had a problem getting anytime during the day, area is spotless with staff constantly going round picking up empty’s. The beach area is meticulously kept by Ercan who welcomes you when you arrive and shows you to beds of your choice then wipes them down and offers you water or whatever you want to drink (he also finds time to regularly come round with “ice lolly time”) Bar Areas The pool bar has everything you want to drink (iced coffee’s are excellent) and we found Ismal very helpful and friendly as are the rest of the staff. Night time we spent a lot of time at the sunset bar where Halit is one of the best barmen I have had the pleasure to meet never stops working but still manages to look after your every drinks need as if you are the only person there (amazing) Restaurant We have been lucky in life to have traveled to many different places this hotel has no competition when it comes to all inclusive catering, ever meal we had was excellent with a massive choice to suit just about everyone (you always get one) and the waiter’s service top class we also ate in the A La carte restaurant it was either Italian or Mediterranean we went for the Italian do not miss booking your night in there it’s amazing service and food. Tui reps Very pleasant and knowledgeable and work hard doing activities at the beach and the pool Finally a mention for the management I always thought managers worked from afar because if you want to speak to them they are never available, not so here the managers actually walk round speaking to their clients that speaks volumes itself so a mention for Ergin and Savas and all the other managers who helped make this another wonderful holiday we will be back all being well Rennie & Isobel Charleston

This hotel provides fantastic service, is well located and has a very friendly vibe. The staff are very attentive and management are always present in all areas to make sure things are running smoothly. There are many repeat guests which speaks for itself. Our room was kept spotless by the cleaning staff and the mini fridge was really well chilled (unlike many others that we have experienced) and was restocked daily. Bed very comfortable and choice of comfortable pillows. Good choice of beautifully presented food. No problem over sunbed availability with towels available daily. The entertainment provided by ‘Jimmy’ and team was fun and of a good standard. As well as poolside sunbeds the hotel has an area of private beach with free sunbeds where staff will serve you with drinks. We found that hotel manager Ergan was a visible presence around the public areas most of the time and happy to chat to guests and help with any questions. Overall our experience was wonderful and we have booked to return 2025. Tom. (Northumberland)
