Side Moon Palace

The hotel is good, the hospitality was excellent. I have special praise for Murat and mixologist Tunay he is the best person in the Side moon Palace Hotel he make us the best cocktails thenks for everhy thinks hotel is good everythings clean service was very good staff is very frendly

My staying in this hotel was exceptional : the rooms are very big and cleaned.. the people are extremely gentle and always available to help . I found the location very convenient and easy to arrive either car or other ways. It 's an enjoyable place , me and my friends we spent 5 lovely and confortable days

This hotel is certainly NOT a 5 star and is NOT child friendly! We got here at 5am and with a private minibus booked with on the beach holiday. As soon as we got here the driver hassled us for money and didn't want to let us go without tipping him even though I had paid £158 for transfer. I felt extremely uncomfortable so paid. Once in the hotel we didn't get offered any food at all and had to wait till breakfast at 7am (kids was starving). Once we got into our room it only had a king and 2 singles beds for 5 people. I tried to explain we had booked for 5 people and there wasn't enough space but they said that's all they have and we have a family room so they can't do anything else even though they accepted the booking for 5 people knowing they can't accommodate that. We went a night without space until we spoke to our rep who kindly told them to bring up a pull out bed which was so so uncomfortable. The first few days was okay, the food was new to us so and the pool was fun, disco was okay. After a few days of eating the same food it starting getting really boring. The cakes looked so delicious but tasted like cardboard. The food was pretty much the same with slight tweaks every single day, by day 12 we was so so so sick of the eating the same crap. Kids options was absolutely disgusting! It was all boiled plain food, boiled chicken, boiled potatoes, boiled carrots, chips, some days nuggets and burgers that didn't taste great. **On the last day we ate hotdogs and got food poisoning!! ** We called the reception but they didn't give a dam! Said they don't deal with food. We got extremely sick and had to travel home with poisoning!. Luckily it was our last day!. The entertainment was good for adults but absolutely awful for kids! Like so awful!. They sung and danced to the same 5x songs every single night apart from 1 night. By day 3 the kids didn't want to go back. Day time entertainment was all aimed at adults. **The sun loungers was very limited and people would put towels down for days on end and not move there belongings and staff didn't care even though it clearly states that staff will move belongings daily! So there was hardly any sun loungers, it was a fight to find one!** Down the bottom end of the pool was all the drunk ****** getting drinks, swearing and shouting and getting sexual without staff saying a word. We had to go into our room several times because we didn't want our kids experiencing people nearly shagging or swearing and being inappropriate knowing there are kids watching!. But it was the staffs job to tell them with it being a family resort! Bull crap was it!.** **Don't expect to sleep unless you like to drink yourself to sleep. You honestly hear people in the hotel screaming and shouting until early hours of the morning! One night all of us being woken up to some sort of domestic situation at 4am and the staff standing around watching. There is a piano near the entrance and people will play it at 3 am and wake the w
