Lovely hotel in great location food is great with a lot to choose from , restaurant is very clean 2 pools so if you want quiet use adult pool but both are excellent Photography onsite was excellent he took the best pics so couldn’t resist buying them would definitely recommend him

I’ve had the best drinks at this resort thanks to Mehmet Can Celik! Also the other employees were great! Would definitely recommend! The rooms were amazing, also kept very clean every day, all the services the resort offers are amazing. Food also very diverse and delicious.

Superb hotel set in beautiful grounds, we were lucky enough to get upgraded to a lake (pool) view villa which was superb and greatly appreciated. The staff at the bar around this pool were incredible and looked after us very well. The best thing about this hotel was the great choice of places to spend your day, around the main pool, on the beach, in the gardens and so on. From lively to relaxed we never got bored in our 10 day stay. AI drink packaging was really good with Efes flowing and choice of bottled beers in some bars, wine was very good base on previous hotels too and the spirits and cocktails certainly packed a punch! Entertainment staff have built great rapport with guests, get you involved and make it fun, they are also happy to dance the night away with you to some fantastic live music bands, Best entertainment I have had, watching every act and never left early, brilliant! A La carte will cost €15-18 but we really enjoyed and thought it value for money, we struggled to eat the sizeable well cooked steak. Pool areas are spotless and beach area whilst a little rocky was calm and the views when chilling out as the day closed in was awesome. Staff throughout this hotel are friendly and helpful, there are comment on reviews about favouring/catering for German guests, I recon 80% German/Dutch and 20% the English and other nations so statistically it would appear this way, I was happy to use my very limted German to get by at the bar, all guest were happy, friendly and for this reason I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. Food was very good but get there early if you like it hot or want more choice, people leave the trays open so food goes cold and some take plates full of the best stuff and leave half of it, bit selfish but hardly the hotels issues. There is a microwave but is the desert section which is not helpful, relocating this along with adding a second omelette station would be Beneficial as some mornings it takes 10-15 mins to get served and many people stand one in the queue who order 4! If you are still standing at the end of the day there is a small nightclub, we did it twice and it is defo fun! Overall, this holiday was incredible, the staff at this hotel are helpful, respectful, hardworking and make your stay special!

We spent a wonderful 4 night short holidays at one of Lake Houses in the hotel. Everything was on a very high level, facilities, food, service. As premium custoners we had access to a dedicated premium restaurant and bar, a terrace and pool just i front of our house. We would like to definitely come back in the future.

The entertainment staff at this hotel are amazing! John and Hassan make everyone feel so welcome! They make everyone get involved in all activities, this made the holiday more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back to see John, amazing holiday!!!!!

It was a fantastic trip. The hotel was clean and cozy, the food was okay in the main restaurant. But in the a la carte restaurant Bogainvillea was magical specially because the chef waiter Ozcan. He made our stay so special because he is a real professional.
