Voyage Sorgun Hotel

We are a group of 5 people including adults, senior and a toddler. Our typical vacation somewhere else could not be stress-free like what we just experienced at Voyage Sorgun. The hotel provided everything we needed or even what we may not need. Staff were kind and caring and we always received fast service even though there were many guests. Ordering Foods and drink by the beach is so convenient with QR code and took only 5-10 mins to receive what you ordered. Foods are so delicious. We enjoy eating so much. Beautiful location and 5 stars for beach bench area on green grass. Full of interesting activities for all ages. Love the concept of assistance via WhatsApp. Losing an item and ordering a medicine can be done via WhatsApp and we received full support on our issues. Our assistants are Meerim,llayda and Safak. This was my second visit to the beautiful voyage sorgun, this time staying in December. I did not know what to expect during the winter concept to be honest. I needed not worry as the level of service is amazing as usual. The staff are always so kind, smiling and willing to serve and help. Our personal assistants Denizcan and cagla were great, they always helped so quickly with anything required. Bar staff, cleaners, waiters work so hard and make sure that you want for nothing. We truly felt spoiled and looked after. We felt wanted there, and not an inconvenience like in many hotels. The hotel is very clean, beds comfy, beautiful grounds and scenery. The food and drinks are top quality, lovely cocktails, and to die for patisserie and home made chocolates. Buffet food so much choice and very tasty. Steak restaurant. WOW! There was entertainment each night at 9pm in either the lobby, or vista bar. The games room with air hockey, computer games , bowling and pool was fun and completely free. There is tennis and table tennis also. I could go on and on, but I won't! I definitely recommend you try a winter break there and see for yourself. I definitely will be returning for a wintery heaven! Thank you voyage staff, you are a real joy and make the hotel special.

It really is as good as the reviews say. Visited the hotel in May with my partner and my 10 year old son. Location: Took a private transfer from the airport, about an hours drive. The hotel grounds are immaculate. Room: We stayed in a 2 bedroom garden bungalow which was on the 1st floor. Spacious and a huge benefit having two bedrooms for a bit of space. Nice size balcony too. Well stocked with toiletries etc and a full mini car which includes alcohol, soft drinks and a few snacks, all free of charge. Bottles of water also replenished daily. Food: Buffet restaurant is included which has a huge variety of foods available with all types of cuisine. We tried 3 of their A La Carte restaurants too which you pay extra for, ranging from 7€ per person, up to €25 for the steak restaurant. We ate at the steak restaurant which was super, Italian and Greek (real experience) and all was really good quality with loads of food to eat. Also has a patisserie, chocolatier, and Turkish snack bar, all included in the all inclusive. Drinks: Again all included, no exceptions, plenty of premium drinks available. Staff are proactive in getting you drinks etc, they really do want to make sure you have absolutely everything you need. Pools: 5 pools in total I think, one is 16+ only. Water slides loads of fun, my boy went up and down those slides all day long, everyday! Entertainment: Really good, various activities on every single day with a full itinerary released daily via their WhatsApp group. Evening entertainment is varied. The Turkish dancing was incredible, as was the Popcorn circus. Staff: They make the place. Everyone we came into contact with was really helpful and they go out of their way to speak to you and get to know you. Overall this is a fantastic place. Can highly recommend, get it booked, you won’t regret it!

Excellent voyage! Outstanding service! Kind and really welcome staff. Tasty food, delicious dishes. Nice furniture, sea view. Sea is near to the hotel, nice garden beach. A lot of swimming pools, Hamam. Children are happy with bakeries, ice cream, chocolate, etc.

Just returned from our 3rd visit to this fantastic hotel! Room 3005. We had a fabulous time, cannot praise all the staff enough, especially around the adult pool area, where we lazed every day, didn’t even have to use the QR on the sunbed, asked all the time are we ok for drinks etc. This hotel is luxury, from the lovely, spotlessly clean rooms and public areas, to the lovely night time turn down and chocolate left on the pillows. The staff never stop and nothing is too much trouble. The food is amazing and plentiful…back to the gym! 😂 We love the warm welcome and politeness of all the staff…a credit to the hotel.
